My son got his ear pierced & one came out the same day it looks like it wasn’t all the way in & they service is very bad & attitude rude. They never answer the phone. I was calling to tell them about my experience.

WARNING DO NOT GET YOUR BABIES EARS PIERCED AT THIS LOCATION‼️‼️‼️ If I could rate 0 stars I would…I came here 2 weeks ago December 2023 and only 3 customers was in the store..I wanted to get my 3month old ears pierced and was told the person who does them won’t be here until 1:30 pm it was 1:15pm and we decided to wait until she arrived in the store..no need of walking in and out..I decided to shop around the girl came in and she was very rude..she asked another employee are they just gonna sit there just tell them to fill the paper as if we knew what to do and she was even rude to her employee..and said it in a nasty way I denied the service because ur not piercing my baby ears with a attitude..went in to speak with the store manager..and found out it was the store manager that was suppose to pierce her ears “so she say “ I let her know her attitude was nasty DO NOT SHOP HERE‼️

Today I visited Claires, store #6077, the store was full of holiday shoppers. My son and I were greeted by a bubbly young lady named Kierva. We told her what we needed and she got the store manager for us, Karina Jones. They were so helpful and pleasant and seem to work well together. The customers service was excellent!! This time of year is crazy in retail stores, but our visit was great because of these two ladies. 😁

This location was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE 8/25/22. Took my daughter here to get her ear piercing this morning. THE Staff was definitely AMAZING, WELCOMING & HELPFUL. I was in & out. They gave me plenty information on how to care for her ears. They played with my daughter made her smile. We felt really comfortable here. The pricing was not high what so ever. Will be recommending this location for now on.

I would give it a 0 stars but can’t. the lady didn’t pierce our ears because she “needed a mental break”. do your job maybe? she gets paid to do this, and decided she was too lazy to do her job. go to the walmart claire’s, she’s so much nicer and actually does her job

Service (manager especially) is very rude and disrespectful!!! That woman should be fired ASAP! She was walking around saying how she was tired of people messing up the store and that she can’t handle this. She told us EVERYTHING in the store was buy 3 get 3 free but when we got to the register with our 6 items she then tells us what items are not included.. after pointing out that she said EVERYTHING was buy 3 get 3, instead of her apologizing for the miscommunication she gets an attitude and says “well the license stuff isn’t included”… so I politely said “fine, we will pass on this purchase”… as we are walking to the door she starts getting another attitude and yelling at us, following us out the door telling us to get out of her store. She was so scary and rude that she made my daughter cry! I hope corporate sees this. We will not go back to that store with that woman working there!

Bianca did my triple piercing today and she was fabulous! She was so sweet and very professional. She was patient with our questions and answered everything well.

The lady that pierced my daughters ears yesterday is amazing. Before us she was piercing a one year old years and she did terrific with mom and a little girl then gave the same awesome service to me and my daughter. She was fun cheerful and upbeat. Wonderful experience.

The lady in the purple onesie working today August 20, 2022 was so rude and running around snatching things up away from children holler and lock the door (during business hours) don’t anybody come in stuff is everywhere when she’s the one that had buckets everywhere in the floor just being totally totally ugly and loud. Holler through the entire store buy three get three free and then you get to the register she laughs at you and says oh but not this just what she wants you to have three for free !! So let’s top it off with her following people out of the store hollering at them rude names ( B- - - h )and making children cry by the way she was acting and I do mean cry. And no with the way she was acting and talking we were not the only people that voluntarily left the store !!!!!

Careful here the sales can get confusing and you think youre getting a deal when youre not. Got my daughters ears pierced here though and the staff was very nice and friendly and did a great job with her being so nervous. Gave 3 stars just because of the pricing and sales traps.

We visited this location to get my daughters ears Pierced and so glad we did. Due to COVID they are limiting the numbers of customers and employees in the store but the service was still wonderful. The store was clean and the woman who waited on us did a wonderful job.

I can’t give zero stars. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. My daughter came in to get her second holes pierced and 6 piercings and two bloody ears later they wouldn’t give me a refund. Please don’t go there.

Lady took care of my daughters piercings and did a good job on it too. it was worth the money getting the gold set done. she will most likely have those for a really long time.

My family and I went to the store during operational hours and a sign was posted stating “out to lunch”. I guess they were not interested in making money during these difficult times. I just wanted to share for the owner to know.

I went to get my daughter ears pierced there . Service wasn’t good . First , her ear piercing wasn’t even on each side even when I told the lady she ignored me . Then I paid close to $100 for her earrings for the diamonds to start coming out only after a month of wear smh . I don’t recommend they don’t care

I am only giving yall a three star is because when i went to clean my earings my earing fell out of my ear. My dad had to put it back in. It took about 25 minutes. But other than that everything was fine.

I’ve been to the town center two days in a row in Southaven, ms and still closed making blank trips because website says it’s open and one day it had a note saying short break and it was more than thirty mins and no one ever showed

I went to get my second piercing, and the gun broke while she was piercing my ear. They just left it hanging on my ear. While they were fixing it, they finally got it detached from my ear, they didn’t even offer a discount or anything. Would not recommend.

My daughters love to come here on our date nights! The girls here are always helpful and courteous. Nicely kept store too.

They were so nice the manager and her employee working at the time I appreciate them thank you!!

Store said it was open until 8 on Saturday’s got there at 7:00 and it was closed.

This place can be a hit or miss. Sometimes you can get a good deal but sometimes your just paying for over priced cheap jewelry and hair accessories.

This is a great store the service is amazing but sometime its really pricey somtimes but overall its a great store

I got my ears pierced by this amazing women named Abby Bell and she made me fell safe and comtble 10000/10 would recommend to go.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! She didn’t even acknowledge my presence during check out! Never spending money here again!!!

Got there around 4 and no one was coming to the door or answering the phone , other people outside said she went to the back of the store and never came back ..
