Enigma Ink Tattoo

It was my first time going to this tattoo shop, my tattoo artist I had today was Aubrey Quinn! All I can say she did an amazing job on my tattoo! I loved it, it did mean a lot to me very much when she did because she made it perfect for my mom who died almost 13 years ago! I do sincerely appreciate her very much and I would definitely go back for more tattoos!

Great work by Close. Did exactly what I asked for. He doesn’t waste time or kill time to make more money. When he tattoos he tattoos and the dudes good at what he does. Did the top of both hands 2 appointments and have a 3rd appointment mid June to finish off 7 fingers. Def recommend Enigma ink plus the place is very clean.

First tat in 30 years, this was a granddaughter/grandparents same tat event. The artist Nikolas, that did them was very professional and accommodating. All 3 of us left there satisfied and completely informed about how to take care of the tat.

I took my son here for his first tattoo on his birthday, we came in as a walk in after our original tattoo shop cancelled last minute! They were very patient and very knowledgeable on tattoo placements and designs! Nick was very patient with my son, and made sure he was good during the entire process, he stopped for breathing time haha without getting frustrated which was cool of him.

Tried to get someone to contact me back about a cover-up, basically said no artist got back to him, even though I believe he himself did tattoos as well, so I guess they just didnt want to do it. And I said from the beginning if you dont think you can its fine, they had no reason to string me for a few weeks if they didnt have an interest in my business.

Professional, skilled and quite reasonably priced. George spent time with a custom design until it looked just right. The colors were the biggest challenge but after two weeks it looks fantastic.Highly recommend. Now for my next tat... Ill be back.

Garry did my latest tattoo on Saturday 7/16. He was a gem to work with. He was extremely personable and had a way of making you just feel at ease and relaxed. He was meticulous with his work and his cleanliness. His price point was fantastic and Im over the moon with my results.Mike did my tattoo before this one and also does outstanding work. That being said, You CAN NOT go wrong trusting the artists at Enigma Ink. 5 stars.

Paul is the best piercer! Very professional, caring and attention to detail is a 10+. He explained everything in detail, from care, cleaning, dos & do nots, as well as jewelry. He is the only one in the area whos up to date, continues certification & education and licensed that Im aware of.

I didnt visit 2 weeks ago, more like 2-3 years ago, and received my favorite ink till this day. Its so beautiful and its still so full of color. Theres an actual picture of my tattoo on the webpage. I believe its under Garys gallery. Hes a great tattoo artist for several reasons. Mainly because he knows his fortè and doesnt want any and all clients coming to him. Hes very artistic and makes watercolor pieces. He wants people to love their tattoos more than make money. The tattoo place was quiet and clean(not usually the case lol ). They were very patient with clients.

I could not be happier with my tattoo by Garry. I sent him a few ideas of what I was looking for and he created something really beautiful. He had the majority of the stencil already drawn out when I arrived. He free handed the part on the top of my hand. The place was very clean with the utmost attention paid to sterilization. Also a really cool vibe in there and other staff members I saw were really friendly. You wont regret getting your body art done here!

Came in with a picture of what I wanted-- Douglas fir . An unusual looking tree. George was awesome and worked with me until the design and colors were right. I highly recommend George and Enigma!

Anthony gave me my new favorite tattoo! Everyone there was so sweet, price was more than fair and the quality of work is so good. I went to Enigma for the first time and saw Garry for a watercolor compass on my forearm. It turned out amazing! He was super fun to work with and a very talented artist! Anthony Marquez is the best! This is my second time getting a tattoo with him. He is extremely accommodating and really great at what he does. My daughter has been to him multiple times and never been disappointed. I am particularly a huge fan of the way his lines come out. They are so neat and fine. I would highly recommend him. Absolutely love this place. A few weeks ago I got a water color tattoo and Garry did an amazing job. Then today my boyfriend got an fantastic trident tattoo. The have great prices, costumer service, and are super friendly. Over all it was the best experience and they are always there to make sure you are happy!!!

After spending months researching the perfect place to get a tattoo, I finally found a very clean, detailed, and affordable shop! Garry did mine and he was very patient with me when we were working out ideas, and then when he started, he kept a conversation and we were jamming to music! Great place. Super clean, staff is super friendly and Garry is awesome. I went in intending to get a triple helix piercing and Garry explained that it would be best to do one at a time rather then all 3 at once so that each piercing has sufficient time to heal. He could have just done all 3 and charged me more. I truly appreciate his suggestion and time he took to explain it to me. Thanks Garry!! Cant wait for the next one😁

I was extremely nervous for my first tattoo. However, I was more than happy with my experience here! Garry helped me feel super comfortable and theres nobody else in town that Id want to go to. My tattoo was almost absolutely painless! I will definitely be returning.

Close is by far the best tattoo artist out there! Has done every single one of my tattoos but one (total of 9 so far) in a little over a year and I would not trust anyone else with it. I am able to just tell him what my idea is, with a picture that normally isnt even that close to what I want, and he turns it into beautiful pieces of work. I highly recommend him. I met his girlfriend and she is the most amazing person, plus his work is incredible. I think I would try him, even after what happened, because of the awesomeness of his girlfriend. NO MORE LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS PLEASE! Artists cancel so often last minute and it sucks when you wait so long, if one cannot do it they just need to call in advance. She is soooo cool, so he must be alright too! Be blessed!!

Enigma ink is awesome. I sat with Anthony Marquez for my first tattoo (Doing a half sleeve) for about 4 hours. He is not only an great artist but, he is extremely professional and cares tremendously about how his clients tattoos come out. Hes definitely a master of his craft. Yesterday my sister, mom and I got tattooed by Anthony Marquez. I cannot rave about the experience enough! He went above and beyond than what we expected! Coming to enigma ink was the best decision when I decided to get tattoos. Not only is it professional but it also is a very relaxing environment to have work done. Close Thomas is probably one of the best tattoo artists in Florida. He is extremely talented (his artwork is AMAZING) and he makes the whole tattoo experience friendly and relaxing. He has done every one of my tattoos (I have 14) and even though I moved to North Carolina I still travel back to Florida to have Close do my work. Hes hysterically funny, so you feel relaxed and not so nervous about being tattooed. Close is one of the coolest people youll ever meet, so if your looking to get some ink, I highly recommend checking out his work at Enigma Ink!!! Close you rock!

Going in for my first tattoo, I was SUPER nervous! Greeted by Garry, I felt SO much better. He was very attentive and understanding of my mindset and he did well to put me at ease! I have to say that I did cry at the end, only because the piece of art he left me with is a beautiful reminder of my strength. Days later I STILL cannot stop admiring it and smiling. I now plan to go back for at least two more tattoos and a nose piercing! In my opinion this is the only place to go to to get any ink work or piercing done in the Tampa Bay area. Ive gotten 5 pieces done here adding up to about 10 hours of work at this point and plan to have as may more as I possibly can done here. All of my work has been done by Garry, who I feel is one of the best artist in the State and has not only raw skill and talent but is incredibly eclectic in different styles of tattoo work he can do. On top of all that every experience Ive had at his shop has been some of the best Ive had anywhere, and through the several sessions Ive had and the many others Ive been to from bringing in friends and family to have work done by Garry, he has become one of my best friends. For anyone reading this I only hope this can serve as a testimen as to the quality and the experience they expect to have coming to Enigma Ink.

Last week I went to Enigma Ink to get my first tattoo. I’ve heard a lot of great things about the place so I figured I’d check them out. Anthony did a sloth tattoo on my forearm and did an extraordinary job. Even my mom who didn’t initially approve the tattoo thought he did an awesome job with detail and making it look like art. It was my first time at the shop and Anthony was my artist. He did sister tattoos for my sister and I. They turned out great and were exactly what we wanted. Anthony was super personable and accommodating. I’ll definitely be back again in the future!

I phoned ahead to speak with Garry about the piercings I wanted. Questions regarding the actual procedure, after care, healing time, etc. He answered all my questions, advised me how best to prepare for my appointment and scheduled me for the following evening. I arrived a few minutes early, was greeted and given the paperwork that needed to be completed prior to any procedure. Within a minute of completing the paperwork, Garry came out and introduced himself and took us back to his work area. He reviewed with us all we had gone over the night before, asked if I had any new questions, explained what was going to happen and within a few minutes my piercings were done in a courteous and professional manner. I have nothing other to say than Thank you Garry for your professionalism.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday with getting my sternum tattooed. Garry was very laid back and funny. And Noelle is a complete sweetheart! I highly recommend this shop and Garry to do your next tattoo! I’ll be continuing to go to Garry for my future tattoos.

His work is truly beautiful from American traditional to water color and everything in between his talent is professional, detailed and perfect. The talents don’t just stop there, with his team Shane Walker, Anthony Marques and Close, you are always going to be treated with respect and like family as well as getting the best quality tattoo possible. Don’t be afraid to pop into Enigma Ink I can guarantee you will not be disappointed !

The environment is extremely friendly and not intimidating at all. Garry is an excellent artist and collaborated very well with me to make sure my tattoo was exactly how I wanted it. The prices are very reasonable, much cheaper than I expected. After going to several tattoo shops I wont go anywhere else except Enigma Ink.

My boyfriend and i Went in for a consultation and some pricing at this shop and pound walking in there was 3 artist that where sitting on a couch and no one said anything to us . It took us to start asking questions before they acknowledged us .Then my boyfriend told them what he wanted and where the placement and one of the artist told him that it wouldnt look right on him in that placement spot. Then second artist / Owner came out and told my boyfriend he could do it but it would take him 4 to 5 hours on the tattoo @ $125 an hour . We turned around and walked out . We found another shop that did exactly what we wanted and did awesome work . I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone . very rude shop .

When I knew I was in the right spot, I knew Id need an appointment...and boy Im glad I stuck to it. This parlor is SUPER CLEAN, and way friendly...I chose Shane because I was seeking to have a a cover up...when they mentioned he isnt afraid to cover up, THIS MAGICIAN takes on 2 coverups, with one piece!!! All of my tattoos and my nose ring were done by Garry, and he is incredible. The detail he puts into his work is amazing. Prices are great and everyone there is so kind. I get compliments on my tattoos all the time. I recommend this place to everyone who asks me where to go.

After getting work done at a different (now shut down) shop about a decade ago; which turned out horrible, I was skeptical on getting another. I wanted a new tattoo for a very long time. I researched MANY shops closer to my home but was always drawn back to Enigma ink (a 45 min drive), particularly Garrys work. The shop is immaculate, and after a consultation he made me confident I could get exactly what I wanted. Came in this last weekend to sit in for my first of 2 (maybe 3) sittings. Garry was extremely professional and got right to work. He immeditaly felt like an old friend!. He helped me feel at ease and before I knew it 2 hours had passed and I couldnt be happier with the art that is now my skin! Ive already had friends and family asking where I went so they know where to go to get their next tattoo. Thank you Garry and your wonderful friendly staff for an enjoyable afternoon. I cant wait to come back and get this piece filled in with some color!!!

Got a very sentimental piece done today. My moms heartbeat. Today would have been her birthday. Not only is Gina Fote the most talented artist I know, everyone that works there was kind and friendly. The energy the minute you walk in is so chill and positive. Definitely highly recommend this for anyone wanting a tattoo.

I went here for my first tattoo yesterday :) my artist was AnthonyThe scheduling process was quick and easy. I met with Anthony, showed him my tattoo i want, and got right to scheduling. I was refered by a friend of mine thats gotten a couple from him. Everyone there were a lot of fun to talk to and very welcoming!I got mine below the armpit, on the ribs (a very sensitive area). He was very light handed and didnt press too hard so i had little to no pain. I personally have a rather high pain tolerance however it def wouldve hurt more if he had a heavier hand. It took about 25mins to do the tattoo, was very quick and easy! Will be coming back for my next one!

After searching many different shops I came across Enigma Ink, Probably the best Tattoo shop in Hernando county (believe me I visited quite a few!!), I was made very comfortable and welcome from the moment I walked in! Close did an amazing job on my tattoo. I wanted the crown logo for my business on my inner forearm and I could not have asked for better results. Ive been asked if it was fake it looks so detailed. I went to Enigma Ink Friday and met with Close. He was very professional, helped me narrow down my idea, did an awesome job on two tattoos, and was a trooper and stayed later than planned. The studio was clean and the staff was friendly. Will definitely be back and have already referred two other people!

I was on Ginas list for 4 months. I called multiple times. She apparently makes her own schedule and nobody knows anything. I finally got a hold of someone and they set me up with Anthony. I told him what I wanted. When I showed up for my appointment a few weeks later, he had not drawn anything. I sat in the showroom for over an hour waiting for him. He finally came out with a drawing that was not what I asked for. He hadnt really listened to me. We then rescheduled so that he could make the changes. When I showed up today, he had barely changed anything. Im guessing he put another 10 minutes into it. Anthony was unprepared and unprofessional. He also kept my deposit after wasting my time twice. I would not suggest Anthony or enigma ink for your tattoo.

Went in this evening with my neice and we both had our Industrial pierced as well as our belly buttons. Close did an amazing job. So funny and made us feel very comfortable. Many laughs and jokes. Best experience Ive ever had in my life of piercings and tats. I love when I get someone that talks to you and makes you feel comfortable and not just there to get the job done and send you on your way. He surpassed all my expectations. My neice was a true newbie and handled both piercings better than I expected. But Close made our visit more than just getting a piercing or 4 all together. He made it truly fun. For this very reason. I will now not go anywhere else again. Being new to Spring Hill for only 2 yrs. I was driving to my guy down in St. Pete. Now that I have seen all the art work from all the guys at the shop puts them to shame. Definitely going to return for some tats. Definitely want some work from Close. And to not play favorites Id love to meet the rest of the crew. AAAAAA++++++IM IN LOVE ALREADY. Thanks Close and the rest of the team at your shop. It was my best experience. Im very picky on where I go. I searched Google and the ratings and your shop was the cleanest and love the private rooms.You have it ALL Enigma. Sorry for the long post. Spring hill has a real treasure when it comes to having a tattoo shop like Enigma ink. It is the place to go for any and all tattoo and peircing needs. Ive gotten 16 tattoos done here and refuse to go any where else. Superior work, amazingly clean shop and family oriented atmosphere. Im a super shy and quiet person but when you walk into this shop it makes you feel very comfortable Garry does a fantastic job and is willing to work with you to make sure you get exactly what you have imagined or as ive noticed even better than what you imagined. I did lots of research on shops in spring hill before i got my first tattoo and enigma ink was the only shop to get a full 5 star rating. If youre in spring hill and want a beautiful tattoo i would deffinetly recommend seeing the amazing staff at enigma ink.

I dropped in to the shop a week ago with a symbol that was all black and said I wanted it to explode with color. It was pretty abstract but a week later Close stayed with me after hours to figure it out and then got it done. The shop is nice and clean and Close was awesome. The tattoo is exactly what I was hoping for! There is no reason to go anywhere else for a tattoo in Spring Hill!

Had a tattoo touched up by Close. By far the best tattooing experience Ive had. He reassured me that a tattoo I had originally been told by other artists was impossible was completely feasible. I will be getting more work done by him in the future. Enjoyed the nerdy banter convos as well.

I went in today as I had my nose pierced by Brass Monkey who did an awful job! I needed their opinion and I was very pleased with their warmness and humbleness! I am gonna get my piercing as soon as I deliver, which I am so disapointed that I had to go thru infections and all that pain. No wonder why Enigma Ink is 5.0 star! Good job! Completely butchered my sisters belly button. As a fellow piercer, I could tell as soon as he pierced it that it was too deep, which later caused infection that he tried to say was caused by an allergic reaction to the metal...he changed the metal from surgical stainless to titanium and her belly button become worse than it was with infection not just to the piercing, but the entire surrounding area of her navel. It looked like she had a flesh eating disease from the bacteria build up. I will never be returning to that shop, and neither will anyone I know. Close is completely arrogant and unprofessional. Worst shop experience ever.
