The absolute best tattoo experience! The shop is so clean and inviting. The artists are all so talented and work with you to make your tattoo vision come to life. Whether it’s a simple design or a massive project, you can trust their dedication and expertise. I have gone to see Cody Gurley for over a dozen pieces and he never disappoints. They take walk ins but I suggest making an appointment so you and your artist have time to work out what you are wanting. But for real CODY IS THE GOAT.

Frankie is an exceptional tattoo artist and I am so happy with my tattoo! She is creative, precise, kind and extremely talented. She exceeded every single expectation that I had. I would highly recommend this shop and artist to anyone wanting a beautiful tattoo.

My bro in law, friend, and I went for a tattoo at noon and didnt leave until 11pm. Tattooed by Pagen and Amber and I love this place. Everyone in the shop is nice and it was enjoyable the entire time. We all will be going back. Thanks Valhalla Ink for your skill and hospitality!!

I messaged their Facebook page about a Halloween flash sale they were having, they were booked up for Halloween but promised to honor the sale for an appointment after. I got to the shop right as they were opening and everyone was great company while I waited. Paul came in and greeted me. Brought me back and got set up. He was great company while he was doing my tattoo and great choice in music as well. He brought the tattoo to life in a completely different way than I had expected. It came out even better than I thought it would. I’m so happy with it, I was nervous to try a new shop and artist but I was not disappointed at all.

Jimmy is the coolest! He did a great job on my flamingo tattoo. Ill definitely be back to see him again.

Marlayna and Paul sat with me till midnight doing an awesome tattoo and I had such a great time! Everyone at the shop are great down to earth people and their work is so good! Marlayna absolutely killed it and was so nice! Also loved the overall vibe of the shop it was very low key and chill. I had a great time getting tattooed and I’m so glad I found them!

Marlayna is amazing. The line work is perfect especially on this small piece. Completely in love and have plans for future work with her. She’s super nice and chill and very light handed.

Came here on a whim to get my nose pierced and they fit me in right away! Everyone was so sweet and polite from the front desk to the piercer. I’ve gotten other piercings before at various other places but this was my best experience for sure. Super quick, talked me through the whole process from start to finish and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Will definitely be going back for more piercings and possibly tattoos in the future!

Visited Valhalla Tattoo for a consultation on getting similar tattoos (not matching) for my wife and son. This was our son’s first tattoo.The owner, Pagan, met with us after he finished up his last appointment of the day. He was great! He was patient and real with us about style placement and took the time to give his full attention. He made us feel comfortable and excited about our endeavor.After about 5 minutes we decided we wanted him to do the work. After trying to figure out the best time for us to come back, he said “let’s just do it now “, and so we did! Now keep in mind they were about to close for the day, and he didn’t rush us or make us feel like we were imposing.This was a great experience for us. He was very personable and it was the most fun we’ve ever had a tattoo shop.My son was a little nervous about it because it was his first time, but Pagan made him feel at ease and even was cutting up with him, and now I think our son is hooked after his experience.Pagan and I discussed other tattoos for myself in the near future, so we will definitely be back. It’s people like him that make these types of experiences enjoyable and something to look forward to.

We had a wonderful time at Valhalla Tattoo. The entire staff was amazing from the time we walked in until the time that we left. We had a group of 5 ladies and they accommodated us pretty much invading the shop. They were very responsive to messages and answered all messages quickly. Jimmy had the tattoos drawn up when we arrived and then took all of the changes that we needed to the tattoos and made them GREAT! I cannot say how happy all of us were with our tattoos and it made it even better by having such a good time with the staff! And I cannot count the amount of time that chairs/tables/work surfaces were cleaned. I highly recommend Valhalla Tattoo!!

Valhalla Tattoo is the best! The entire staff was amazing from the time we walked in until the time that we left. A group of 5 friends (more like sisters) were celebrating my sister in laws birthday by getting her first tattoo. Jimmy was our artist and did a fabulous job! Once you come here, you’ll never go to another tattoo artist again. These are some of the coolest people you’ll ever meet and they make you feel right at home. I’ve been back 4 times in the last month if that tells you anything.. While all of the artists are absolutely fantastic and their work is beautiful, I have to give Paul a special shout-out for giving me such a gorgeous tat! This was my first “big piece” and he executed my vision beautifully. Paul is such a cool, down to earth guy that he makes being stabbed with needles over and over again easy! I’ve already recommended this place to all of my friends and I will continue to do so anytime someone asks if I know any good artists. Thank y’all so much!

My first time being at this shop and I got tattooed by Paul for the first time from him. I got the Halloween flash sale and paid my deposit to have at a later time which was awesome of them to allow! I cant say enough good things about Paul, Marlayna, and Valhalla tattoo. I will absolutely be back. Its a very friendly and inviting atmosphere, with spacious and well lit rooms. Paul Carvalho did two of my tattoos tonight and he was absolutely incredible. He walked me through the whole process and explained in depth what he was doing, as well as the healing process and why they heal the way they do. He was also very professional but talkative/made me feel comfortable! This wasn’t my first tattoo but I learned so much new information I’ve never known before and definitely should have! I’ve been going to Marlayna for over a year now, she’s an amazing tattoo artist! I always walk out with a beautiful tattoo. This is the best shop I’ve ever been too. Valhalla has a great atmosphere, all the of the tattoo artists were nice and had a great attitude. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

My wife and I took advantage of the spooky tattoo flash sale. Made a day date of it. Paul and Marlayna got us in next day and made us feel very welcome. They did excellent work on both of us. I’ve been to a few cold and unwelcoming tattoo shops before, and am hesitant bc of that. This shop made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

I got a tattoo for my 18th birthday with Marlayna, & she was great! I messaged her the day before, curious if she was able to do anything this week & she literally got me in the day after.I am completely new to the tattoo world & so it was intimidating to think about, but as soon as I walked in, everyone was so helpful.For about 80% of my appointment I had my headphones in just listening to music, & she didn’t seem to mind at all.Overall I had a great experience! Will be going back ASAP.

Valhalla Tattoo is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. The space has phenomenal vibes and a great layout. They were able to fit me in on an extremely short notice and made sure that I had everything that I needed.Paul, specifically, is exceptional. I am laughably sensitive and have absolutely no pain tolerance whatsoever. He was kind, patient, courteous, knowledgeable, disciplined, and inspired. If you have the chance to work with him, you should consider yourself lucky.I’ll definitely be back in the near future. Kason did 3 amazing tattoos for me and my husband in October! We just walked in and he fixed us up! He did some amazing line work and shading! He was super nice and accommodating!! We will definitely be back for more tattoos!!

Super helpful and easygoing staff, and the location feels welcoming which you know can be pretty rare for tattoo shops. They helped me remove my stuck nose piercing (that I was super anxious about) PAINLESSLY, and also replaced the hoop, all for just $15. Worth noting is that they consulted the team on the best way to remove it, which was really reassuring. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. It was a quick trip but I think I can say Id recommend for your piercing needs!

I had absolutely the best tattoo experience today with Marlayna. Definitely think I have found my new tattoo shop home& future artist. Customer service was amazing, the art is absolutely stunning as is attention to detail. I will 10/10 recommend Valhalla Tattoo and Marlayna to anyone in this area from now on! I came in earlier today for a consultation on a tattoo. I spoke with Paul and Marlayna. They were really knowledgeable and were the most easy-going tattoo artists Ive met. Most shops Ive encountered are stand offish. Most pleasant shop Ive have been to. I will be back for sure!

My daughter suggested we get a mom and daughter matching tattoo for her birthday and I thought it was a great idea! Before I go into reviewing this shop, I will say that first impressions are a big deal to me...the receptionist at the front desk gotta go! Shes rude and very unprofessional when speaking to customers. I wont go into detail aboutour interactions with her because I was there for the artists not her. However, when I met the artists I was sold! I asked about the sterilization process and immediately was shown by Pagan how this process works and paperwork to prove this! Pagan, was kind and patient and showed us the process and gave me a tour of the shop! He made us feel comfortable the entire time! Kas was great and he did an amazing job talking about the process and aftercare. I would totally recommend this tattoo shop to anyone. The artists are true professionals except the receptionist!

Got a mother-daughter tattoo by Kas & he did an awesome job! Absolutely love my tat. Great location. Pagan and Kas gave excellent customer service but can’t say the same for the reception at the front. Tried to strike a conversation and she was absolutely rude. Other than that it was a good experience.

My experience with Valhalla tattoo was terrific. They are new to Spring Hill and I think I was one of Jades first customers at this new studio. They were still getting moved in and set up when I arrived around 1:00 p.m. on July 13th. I use a wheelchair so I let them know in advance just in case accessibility would be a factor in this older home being converted into a business. Accessibility was an issue but two great guys lifted me over the threshold to get inside. Jade took over from there and just a short time later my piercings were done and my ear looks great. I highly recommend this business.

All the artists at Valhalla are super talented! I personally went to Marlayna for my chest piece ( almost finished!). Would recommend to go in for a consultation if you’re considering getting any work done, or even for your first tattoo. Great vibes, great people!

Oh my god, what can I say? This establishment is the cleanest, friendliest, most professional shop i’ve been to. I’m in the ballpark of 20 ish tattoos and I’ve had work done by both Kason and Frankie. Jimmy has done work on my friends, Pagan has done them on my family members, Paul has designed a few, Literally everyone in that shop has spoken to me, asked about the healing process and checked up on me. If it’s your first tattoo then Bre will great you and walk you through everything, followed by your artist being patient, kind, and very informative throughout the process. If you’re like me and you have a few of them, They treat you like family and welcome you with open arms. God Bless Pagan and his establishment!

I took my almost 8 year old to get her ears pierced for her birthday. Jade really helped to keep her calm and talk her through everything. All of the supplies she used were individually packaged in sterile wrap which made me feel even better. Care sheet was very detailed. And you cant beat the price!! When my daughter panicked a few days later thinking her ears werent healing properly, I just walked her in and they looked at her ears immediately and assured her she looked completely fine. Panic averted!

I’ve had 3 tattoos and 11 piercings in my life, all with different people, and I’ve never been treated so rudely before. Dude barely glanced up and gave me one word answers. I drove half an hour, only to be grunted at that it was cash only by someone who couldn’t be bothered to say more than 2 words or put his phone down. I asked about ATMs nearby, I asked about pricing, I was trying to be nice. Dude just looked at me like I was gum on his shoe. I just turned around and drove home. Maybe their work is fine but I’m not letting someone who couldn’t be bothered to show bare-minimum manners near me with any kind of needle.

I’m late on this review but I’m finally getting around to it. A few months ago I got a vertical labret piercing at a different shop. a few days later on a Sunday I dropped the ball down the bathroom sink drain. Valhalla Tattoo shop was literally the only shop open on a Sunday night! I called and let them know I was on my way and they were amazing enough to provide me with a replacement when no other locations were available! I plan to make them my tattoo/ piercing therapy shop in the future!!

I went in back in October looking to have my nose pierced for the first time. Jade the actual piercer was not in, so the tattoo artist Mackenzie said she could do it. After her poking me with the needle two different times in two different spots(because she said the first one didn’t work) and after her trying 3 different types of posts(corkscrew, L-shaped, finally a straight w/ no back on it) she got it in. She told me to clean it and I could change the post in 3 days if I wanted to. I was in so much pain and my nose was so swollen. I didn’t have to worry about changing it because on day 3 it fell out. I went back in spoke to Jade and she tried but was unable to help me that day. I went back a month later and had Jade do it. She was professional, knowledgeable and I NEVER felt a thing when she did it. I come to find out that Mackenzie is an apprentice for piercings and she wasn’t supposed to be doing it without supervision! So if you are going to get a piercing go to Jade and Jade only!!!!!

Got my tragus pierced here and Jade did an awesome job. Barely hurt and almost no bleeding at all. Cleanly and friendly. My friend also got a tattoo and it turned out great.

I got a septum piercing done by Jade last week. She was very clean and professional and Im so happy with my piercing! She gave great instructions on how to care for it as well. Definitely recommend!

They used a super cheap ring for my piercing that contained nickel and kept it constantly infected. Had to go to another piercer to have it painfully removed months later as it never healed. Ive never seen a place cheap enough to use products with nickel considering so many people have reactions to it, especially considering their price for piercings doesnt even reflect cheaper jewelry. Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else that appreciates their customers enough to use quality products.

They advertised being open and that no appointment was necessary for a piercing but didn’t open the door when we drove there though an artist was working in the back. Really disappointing as my 8 year olds birthday wish was to get her ears pierced and she didn’t get to do that because of them. Extremely disappointed.
