Sarah (the piercer) was very professional and kind! She explained the sterilization process to me and was very thorough, also made sure I was comfortable w/ placements (and my wellbeing overall!) and did an amazing job piercing me. She really takes her time making sure youre satisfied! The piercings I had done were a cartilage and navel. I am so so happy with the way they came out! Jessica in front was also very informative and helpful. TY!! :)

Great experience. Super professional and sterile. My appointment was 6:30. I was out by 6:45 only because I had to wait for her to clean the room before allowing me in. Check in was quick. Instructions were easy to follow. Overall 9/10.Love my new piercing 🫶🏽

Tribu was able to fit me in on short notice when I had an issue closing a new hoop I purchased for my conch. Tribu advised that the hoop I came in with was not the best style nor fit for my piercing. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new hoop, but the Tribu earring was both less expensive and higher quality than the one I came in with. On top of that, the staff seemed very knowledgeable about piercing care and had a wide selection of jewelry. I will definitely be back.

I would definitely recommend getting pierced here. They explain everything thoroughly everything was clean and sterile. They explained the aftercare very well even sent me messages the following day. The only thing I would say is it’s a tad bit pricey but overall good but that also depends that jewelry you get and if you buy the solution to clean after.

Stopped in to have a ball replaced on my septum piercing that I had gotten at a convention. The staff was very friendly and so helpful. Talked me through everything, and offered advice. I am (sadly) not local to the area but would use them again in the future if I was. I highly recommend them. The store is clean, and the piercing area was sterile and well maintained. I went to get new jewelry for my existing snake bites and they were very helpful throughout my short time there. I had come in with an approximate size gauge and diameter horseshoe barbell I wanted, but they kindly had their piercer check to ensure the piercing would not be too snug on my lip before I bought it. They also opened it slightly to try and provide some additional space. Im very happy with the product I bought, its good quality and fits well; and the service and staff were great. They did far more than I expected them to do.I plan on getting a few piercings done there in the future, so may update this at that time with my experience.

I love Tribu! I have gone to the Stamford location for five of my piercings (both nostrils, septum, belly button, and eyebrow) and absolutely loved my experience. The staff are all super friendly and every piercer Ive worked with has been extremely knowledgeable and transparent about every step of the process from cleanliness to aftercare. After going to a couple other piercing places, Tribu is the only one I will keep returning to!

I have gotten all 12 of my ear piercings (except for my 2 main lobes, which are from childhood) from Tribu. Every time, it has been a very pleasant and professional experience. Their facility is the cleanest I’ve ever seen and I’m always happy with their work. Incredible jewelry selection too! Piercers are always thorough and knowledgeable, and they take their time to get each piercing correct.

I usually go to a piercer far away, never knew one this nice was close by. Great service and staff. Price was higher in store from what the website mentioned so be prepared for additional increase (clerk said oh we need to update the site 🤔)But I recommend and I LOVE MY CONCH PIERCING. Got my earlobes pierced today. I’d been thinking about it for a while and it was a spur of the moment decision to finally execute, so I was pretty nervous. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable, they went through the different available jewelry options thoroughly (I went with surgical-grade titanium studs). The piercing itself was quick and not painful—the worst part was truly my anxiety beforehand. Johanna used a sterile, individually wrapped piercing needle (which she also conspicuously disposed of in a hazmat bin), she communicated with me throughout about what she was doing and why… and it was all over before I knew it, with the studs looking like they’ve always been here. Affordable prices. I bought some treatment spray too for aftercare. I would come back, and I’m happy to recommend them to you if you’re in the market for a piercing.

Great customer service. I was able to make an appointment in a few days. The body jewelry they offer are reasonable priced and unique. My piercer (Joanne) was very informative about the dermal piercing, showed me that all the equipment was sterilized properly and in great condition. I had a single ear pierced. The experience was fantastic. The welcoming person explained the whole process, from piercing to after care. The piercing tech was excellent, painless single needle experience. Yes I would recommend to family, friends, and newbies.

I loved this place! I’m 16 and went with my dad (parent consent needed for minors) for a stud nose piercing. Staff was soo friendly and showed us all the different types of jewels. Honestly a lot pricier then I thought, but since the everyone was so professional and when taken to the back to get the piercing they showed us that everything was sterile it was okay! Barely hurt, whole thing took less than a minute!! What I really liked is that after your appointment they send you aftercare instructions again in case you forget! If you can afford, I would definitely go here!

I got my belly pierced here yesterday this is by far the best experience I’ve had with any piercing place honestly. They’re really professional, I felt at ease and was told how to take care of my piercing before I got it done and after. They have beautiful jewelry to pick from. So far my piercing is healing really well and I’m so happy about that.Update : A whole year later and my belly button piercing healed perfectly ❤️ I’m sooo glad I came here. Just got my nose pierced there. Johana (piercer) and Alley (assistant) were fantastic. Alley was super friendly and happy to answer questions. Johana was professional and confident while piercing. All in all would absolutely recommend. Its essentially the same price as getting your nose ring done by Claires with a gun and Tribute was a much better experience for me and less painful! I originally got my nose done at Claires and accidentally let the hole seal so needed it redone. If I have any future piercings I would absolutely go to Tribute again.

I had such a great experience at the Tribu Stamford location. I went in to check on a couple of piercings that I needed and come to find out 3 out of the 4 were still open, it was just the hole had gotten smaller and 1 just needed to be reopened and it happened so quick with the needle that was used that I barely felt it. I can’t say enough How Professional Shane and Sonia( piercer) are. My daughter 8yr old wanted earlobes piercing. She was very nervous and excited.Shane took his time to explain to us After Care instructions and make us feel comfortable while waiting.We entered the private piercing room. The room is clean and neat. Everything was sanitized. Sonia also took her time to explain the procedure and make my daughter feels comfortable. Sonia also took her time to ensure the marking on both earlobes are even.There two ways of piercing. Needle or Piecing Kit. My daughter chose Piercing Kit. The woman going over aftercare and helping me find my jewelry was amazing. The jewelry is all allergy friendly, mine was titanium. The woman doing my piercing was the perfect blend of professional and friendly, and did a wonderful job on my septum. Everything was sterile and I felt comfortable and safe throughout my whole visit. This isn’t just another mall shop, these are professionals.

We had a nice experience getting our 8 year-old daughter’s ears pierced here. She was nervous, but the piercing specialist handled the situation well, explaining the steps and moving as quickly as it was safely possible. The person who greeted us was friendly and helpful. Our older daughter had her ears pierced here as well last year.

Both ladies who were working we polite and professional, they communicated clearly what to expect and how long the estimated wait would be. The tech who did the piecing showed that everything was new and unopened before doing the piercing and have clear instructions before I left. Over all great experience. I will be returning here for future piercings.

Definitely a wonderful experience! Super clean, very nice staff, a little more expensive than other places but the piercing was gentle (no big clamps/tugging) and I felt comfortable and thats everything! I took my daughter and her friend to get their belly buttons pierced and Tribu genuinely surpassed our expectations. Before going through with the procedure we had done an extensive amount of research to ensure the procedure was carried through properly. Not only did Tribu meet every one of our expectations, they surpassed them. The piercer walked them through the whole procedure and was absolutely phenomenal. Got my nose pierced here about 2 and a half weeks ago by Johanna and i love it ! she was super helpful about how to care for it. she was calm, patient, and great with me. it was fast and so easy i didnt feel a thing. Literally. i only allow her to pierce me because she handled me so well. The place is super clean and nicely decorated. i think they do need more rooms for piercings being that there is only one room so you do have to wait a bit. But my experience her was great !

I have gotten three piercings at Tribu, two cartilage and my nose. Every time they were patient, careful, and so clean. This time they showed me each thing they were using, explained what it was for, and showed me the sterile packaging. They pierce with surgical steel or titanium which is less likely to have an allergic reaction. I recommend them to anyone getting a piercing.

I have done 6 piercings with this place and I haven’t had a problem with any of them. Both of the piercers; Johana and Sergio, are very nice and they take their time to make sure you know what you want and are happy with your decisions. I love this place so much and they have great selections for jewelry with reasonable prices. They have everything you need inside the store including aftercare instructions and they offer a spray to clean the piercings and something to get rid of bumps and infections. This is definitely my favorite place and I highly recommend.

I have been here five times, three personally and two for others and i have had a great experience each time! they use a needle not a gun which is better for your piercings. the employees are all super friendly and going to tribu is definitely worth it! i would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat

I had my nipples pierced 2 weeks ago and I love it! They were a little sore for the first day only and after that I dont even feel I have them pierced ! they look great and experience was awesome. Went to redo my nose piercing done years prior in hopes to get it done correctly and to my liking and I was more than pleased. I do most my piercings myself but wanted to be more than sure with my nose. I learned of my jewelry options (such great choices) was educated on the process and the cleaning and was taken care of very well. Definently felt like I was in the right spot and I will be back for all my next piercings. More visits and more piercings to come.

Been wanting my septum pierced for a long time, and going into the appointment I was very nervous about it hurting. But let me tell you it didn’t at all! I did cry because it tickled, but felt no pain. And they made me feel comfortable with my experience.

I ended up getting a keloid because I kept playing around with my piercing. I went back and they examined it showed me what I needed and gave me tips. They have awesome service. Came in for a rook piercing, had such a great experience here. Staff was absolutely incredible! They helped answer all questions I had and shared their own experiences. I definitely had a good time and definitely will be back!

Is complicated to find the actual store. Theyre kind and attentive, however, the earlobes are actually $58+ because they only have one size for stainless steel (huge earrings) and 3 for titanium (still big but smaller). The ones I wanted were not available and the other ones were more than $100. So... if youre planning to pierce your earlobes, keep in mind that its not $35-45 but $55 + tax. Other than this, theyre nice and the store is clean.

I got my septum and my nostril pierced as well as my septum stretched here, and let me just say-- they are AMAZING! All of the piercers are so professional and patient, and they detail out the whole process for you and give very clear instructions for aftercare and treatment. I feel super safe when im getting pierced here and ive never had a bad experience. additionally, everything is super clean and organized and the environment is just really welcoming and professional. I highly recommend getting pierced at Tribu for any type of piercing. They also offer amazing customer service and are willing to answer any questions you may have about the piercing process or aftercare. 5 stars absolutely deserved!

The staff are always nice however, when I got my septum pierced a couple months back the lady tightened the balls so tight I couldn’t get them loose. When I came back in several months later because I finally wanted to change my jewelry I was charged just for them to loosen the balls that they put on too tight, not even change my jewelry. I also had to return twice because the first time they were still too tight. I just don’t understand why I was charged for something they did and I couldn’t undo.

Went to get my 4 month old baby’s ear pierced. The lady made the black mark on the baby’s ear too close to her face and not in the center of the ear lobe. I told her it was too close but she said that’s how it’s supposed to be because the ear would grow so she convinced me and my husband. I thought it was okay because she was a professional. Boy was I wrong! She pierced my baby’s ear and missed the black mark, getting it even closer to the face than she had marked. I noticed it more after we stepped out of the store. I was really upset. Went back the next day to get a refund and get it removed. I wish I could post pictures of how close it was. The back of the ear was even closer. It wasn’t even on the earlobe.

Our piercer was amazing! They all made me and my friend feel super welcome and I just had an amazing experience again. 11/10 would go back again and again.

My third piercing (nose) at Tribu. (I have 17). Best piercer with the best hands ever. So gentle and you don’t feel a thing! Also very sweet. Super clean. (I am a germaphobe.) You feel like you’re at a drs appt in how they explain everything too, which is a plus. Both Johana and a Sergio are fabulous!

I had to get my tragus piercing removed in the ER last night. It was only 6 weeks old. The stone was too small for a new piercing and became embedded. I went back 2 weeks ago to tell them I had some concerns but they were very dismissive. I wanted this piercing for so long I’m very disappointed

I went to get my earlobes peirced! the lady didnt use a gun, just a needle (she gave me a choice) but it didnt hurt at all. it was so quick and my ears did not bleed and there were no infections after. she was very calming and made me feel better. also when she peirced my first ear i was suprised when she did it. i barely noticed. i would highly reccomend this place. very child friendly.

I got my tragus pierced here about 4 years ago and it healed perfectly. I had no problems with it. It didn’t hurt at all. I also got my helix pierced here with a hoop and it got badly infected had to take it out sadly, now it has a keloids this was about 3 years ago. I think the person who pierced my ear should’ve told me that hoops don’t heal as well as studs, and lastly I got my conch pierced a little less then a month ago and it’s healing fine, it’s healing like my tragus piercing which I’m happy about. I’m going back to get a few more :)

Quick background story first. Ive been through aa lot of psychological turmoil lately. I live in NH and go to CT every other week as a care taker for a senior citizen. While I was down in Ct I decided I really needed to do something for myself. Ive been wanting to redo a couple piercings for a while. I find them to he so therapeutic. But this time they had a much deeper cause. It was about my freedom and right to do what I want with my body. And going here was about knowing that everything done is knowing that I feel safe because anything said and done to me is consentual. Sergio and I spoke for a while. For the first time in my adult life I finally feel like I might actually still have a future due to the words he inspired me with. He gave me back my hope and spirit. He is so clean and sanitary. Professional. Explains everything he is doing!Ive had professional piercings done before and even learned something new this time! Get a oral piercing from him and youll know what Im talking about ;) Im bigger than Ive ever been in my life but after my self care week and topping it off with some new body piercings I can finally look in the mirror and feel great about myself! Not only that! The pricess included the jewelry which blew me away! He even had my NH prices beat! Seriously next time I want a piercing Ill go here! I got an ear piercing here two months ago ( 2nd hole) and it still hasnt healed. Then it started to swell up, so I had to remove them. The employee I saw was too nonchalant also.

I got my nipples pierced here everything went fine I just recently went to get my nose pierced & the lady who pierced it didn’t tell me that there were didn’t options (High & nostril ) so I assumed her doing mine was normal which it isn’t now I’m conflicted on weather I should take it out or not I just feel like as a professional she should’ve explained to me the different areas I thought because she marked my nose high up it was where the piercing had to go it wasn’t till after the fact that I realized it’s should’ve been on my nostril I’m really upset but what can I do
