We walked in with no appointment and were out of there in about 30 minutes. I was able to get my tragus pierced and another piece of jewelry switched, and my partner was able to get a small b&w tattoo. Natalie was so professional and informative about the piercing and the process. Daniel (if I recall correctly) did my partners tattoo and did a wonderful job; clean line work and fill-in (and the artist had Saniderm for aftercare which was a pleasant surprise)! Fully intend to visit again in the future!

Highly overpriced, artist did not go deep enough and it healed faded, the photo is 3 weeks after the tattoo, and the artist completely messed up the font even after using a computer to type it out, 0/10-a reply to the owner’s response- Danny was my artist, at no point was a minimum shop price discussed, $50 for 4 letters that where NOT INTENDED to be in two different fonts is a complete joke of a company. wouldn’t have a complaint on the price if the artist could execute what was typed and printed out as he claimed he could, i will not be coming in for a touch up as the entire tattoo is a joke and will get covered by a different company.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. For your own sake. Don’t go here. If the price is too good to be true, it IS. People kept telling me to not go but I’m a trusting person so I went there anyways. I figured why would Google lie to me? 4 keloids later, my regret is immeasurable. My helix wasn’t even a helix. How do you mess up the piercing placement? That’s literally the ENTIRE service. Thank God the dermatologist took my insurance for my first to appointments but for my most recent one I believe I paid $140. Now imagine playing $140x3. That equals $420. The price to pay to get pierced may be cheap but after getting a keloid, my friend your cooked. Not the mention I wasted months of my life waiting on these terrible piercings to heal. A massive waste of time, AND money.

Home girl that does piercings took care of my initial brow piercings a few weeks back. She did an amazing job and I was very pleased to go back today for the set.Danny did the second set today, and I love them.Also got a star facial tattoo from Brandon, and he did an awesome job.Id recommend this place to anyone looking for a new piercing or tatt. The prices are reasonable and the staff is the friendliest youll find. 🥰

My daughters first tattoo, so we made it a thang. Artur, hope I spelled the name right, was amazing. He took his time to make sure we got what we wanted and that she was comfortable. He has an amazing personality and takes pride in what he does. Check out his patch work on Instagram. We did not have an appointment and he took us in anyway. LOVE this place. They also do a $10 tiny tattoo on Tuesdays.

Excellent place. Friendly welcoming environment. Super clean, and they open everything in front of you. All of the people who pierce are amazing. Erik did my tattoos and he did everything great, I have no complaints ask for Erik, fair prices, good work. I love this place. I went there when I was on vacation. I live in jersey and was only going for one tattoo. I ended up getting my lip pierced. A female did this. She was great clean professional.. While waiting I went and got my daith pierced. She again did thisagain great clean professional and gentle. Then I got a tattoo by one of their artists. He was great again clean professional and gentle. My skin was not wanting to take the ink, he kept going and offered to touch it up after it healed. I then went back the next day for two more tattoos same guy same experience. I also got my other daith pierced by a gentleman this time but he was also clean courteous friendly and gentle. I will be going back for more of both and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. It is a very clean comfortable atmosphere. Also, the jewlery they used was standard I believe surgical stainless steel just the same as any other piercing place, and I havent had one problem or infection. They tell you how to take care of it, and they make sure to answer any questions you have. I will definitely be going back when Im on vacation again in June.

Definetly was a waste of 200 dollars oveasly the artist doesnt know how to tattoo on anything but flat surfaces tattoo on the forearm is what was expected on the side tattoo on the stomach is what was givin and looks nothing alike the artist name was Skylar supposably biggest joke of a tattoo shop Ive ever seen..... so bad tattoo was done on 03/08/2024

Absolutely amazing!!! Stephen did an amazing job. I showed him what I wanted and the meaning behind the tattoo and he did phenomenal he absolutely made this tattoo mean so much to me. Everyone was very sweet and answered all my questions about after care and best products to use and showed me exactly where to find them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first tattoo that’s means the world to me. Thank y’all and God Bless y’all. Will definitely be back!!! Also they were very clean and everything was very sanitized and disinfectanted. That’s was a plus for me.

This place has become a joke now. All the good artist like Michael and Derek and Jasmine had left to open their own shop. The front end chick Natalie constantly goes outside and on extended breake to go to high. Shes literally blazing up right in the parking lot. I was there one day to get a tattoo and she left like 3 hours early and people where still coming in for piercing. She lost about 400 dollars, not to mention she tried to steal 40 bucks from my artist by not writing down the correct price I had agree on paying my artist. Definitely not worth the risk. Find another tattoo place. Check out red coffin. Much better.

They lost their entire crew that was actually worth it. Now the have Danny back in there- PSA Do NOT get work done by Danny. He was gotten rid of and why he was re hired is beyond me. He lies about pricing and he is a terrible artist. He was 3 HOURS late to my appointment, kept nodding off and finally still charged me OVER 300 dollars for the work he had done. FIRE DANNY!! Bring back Natalie and the team she had in there!!!

Love the staff! Natalie is excellent at piercing and checkout. She lights up the room when smiling! Very professional but her personality makes you feel comfortable.Danny is super friendly as soon as you come in the door! Jason does an excellent job for portraits. Steven is very light handed for the delicate area! Slim is phenomenal. Artu is an amazing artist! He is my regular artist.YES, I drive over an hour each way to see Artu and the staff! I was recommended by my sister to here. Now I am a regular customer. I would give this place a 10 STAR Reveiw, if I could.

My husband & I were regular customers, but the business has slowly gone downhill over the years. They can’t keep their artists, can’t open the shop on time & the piercing woman,who seems to handle most of the business side of things, is extremely rude, unprofessional, will jack up prices way over what the work is worth & sits in her car getting high for most of time she’s there’s. Ownership needs to seriously reevaluate their staff.

I have got Saint Michael to do my work and he is absolutely amazing. Not only have I seen him once with my husband while he done my dragonfly but he done a ghost for me and my mother/work for my brother that was out of this world. He is a phenomenal tattoo artist with all original art. It’s a personal experience that will lift your soul up if it’s down or if not it’s just an outright great time. Don’t miss out.

Daniel is a an extremely talented artist, I actually think I found my new artist for all my ink sessions to come!

The matching tattoos weve gotten here, all designed by the same talented artist, are incredibly special to us. We dropped by over the weekend, and I cant help but sing praises for this shop to all our friends. A huge thank you to the entire team for consistently taking such great care of us! Were already counting down the days until our next visit for more amazing ink.

Just went here tonight with my daughter to get matching tattoos. Jason was so nice and helpful and very patient with us. He made it a great experience. We done the $30 Thursday tattoo and I was very happy with it. The size turned out much bigger than I was expecting which was a plus.Definitely will go back!

Ive gotten piercings and tattoos here that are amazing. I love the chill vibe from the artists and piercers. Theyre always welcoming, kind, and professional. I have a lot of piercings but still get that sense of anxiety before I get new additions and Gabbie was very sweet and explained the whole process and talked me through my new piercings to ease my anxiety. I greatly appreciate this shop and will always recommend it.The negative reviews feel heavily based in ignorance when it comes to scheduling, pricing, common decency, common sense, and healing. Patience and proper care are inherently important when it comes to both tattoos and piercings. I wouldnt recommend anyone waltz about to get a tat or piercing without having done research beforehand or ensure they have or can obtain the proper materials for care. Dont blame this establishment for your own detriments.Every time Ive gone in here Ive been treated kindly and with respect. Those who work here are very knowledgeable and they want your experience to be positive.The artists and piercers who work here are good people and I feel that they respect you as long as you respect them. If you go in with an attitude and unrealistic demands, why expect people to treat you kindly?✌💚

They are great, Natalie is the piercer there and shes really informative and friendly, Darin is the only tattoo artist me and my husband use, he is amazing, friendly, very patient and an allover awesome person. They are kid friendly and I recommend this place with 12 out of 10 stars.

Tried to do a walk in appt since it says walk ins welcome and they declined. Set an appt, then 2 hrs before, they needed to reschedule. They were nice & friendly but very unprofessional. The phone number does not even go to the people at the store location, so you cant reach out and ask the artists questions. Just a lot of issues. I was never even able to get my tattoo... so theres that.

My 1st time there tattoo already faded.Was there last night at 10 pm. Site say open till 12. It was a dead zone and closed left my house for nothing.

Came in to get my ear pierced. Danny helped me and my girlfriend. He was super kind and very professional and clean too. He made sure everything he used was new and out of the package. He knows what he’s doing. We both had a great experience.

Bad review. My mom and I wanted matching tiny tattoos. Was told we could come there and it would be fine. Drove 30 min to get there and was told to come back the next day because the tattoo artist left. Went back the next day and the staff was SO RUDE. Nobody talked to us when we walked in, they sat on their phones. Nobody smiled the whole time. The staff seemed like they hated their lives and us. We got the little tattoos and the lady doing them got nicer at the end of us being there but I noticed how unsanitary it was. She put gloves on and played on her phone, touching all over it while she mixed our ink. Then she rubbed all over my leg with the same germy gloves she had all over her germy phone. Tattooed me with the gloves too, now mine and my moms tiny tattoo are red, swollen, and hurt. It looks like the part of the tattoo with the most ink isnt going to hold because its so irritated. We used the soap and cream the way she told us too. Ive had many tattoos and have never experienced this with any of them.

Myself and 3 friends were walk-ins here and all of the artist were quick and did a great job!

Waited 5 hours this evening 10/14/23 for the tattoo special they had going on just to not even get it… the young lady running the front claimed to have called our name an hour prior to us coming in there but never decided to even pop her head outside to see if anyone was still outside. (We were outside because every seat in the building was taken as well as people standing so we went outside and waited in the car which was RIGHT in front of the door). She then claims that she doesn’t “walk” through the parking lot looking for people that are waiting, however, not even 2 hours prior to this conversation she walked completely outside of the door looking for a lady because she was next in line for a piercing.. Keep in mind again we were parked right in front of the entrance door yet supposedly when my name was called she didn’t even bother to look outside to see if anyone was still outside. Everyone else was nice but I guess she was too worried about what was on her phone instead. This was my first time here and it will also be my last.

We went to get 3 tattoos. Never had to give our name or anything, we were readily waited on. A few minutes after a gentleman of minority came in and sat down and waited to be waited on. Every employee in that shop walked past him and ignored him. One employee walked past him several times, never spoke to him and then preceded to start work on another employee. Still no one ever spoke to the gentleman. I tipped the guy that was working on a drawing for me and told him I was leaving and said I wont be giving my money to anyone who blatantly ignores another customer. The guy that sat down to do the other employee (hes also the peircer) screamed at me that the gentleman had never given his name. I responded by saying that neither had we but we three white girls were certainly not ignored.This is literally the McDonalds of tattoo parlors. My friend was leaving today so we went where we could get a walk in. Lesson learned. All towns need one fast food tattoo parlor and this is Statesvilles. Do yourself a favor and go to a quality parlor that is clean. The walls in that place havent been washed since Lincoln was in office.And yea yea I know the loud mouthed owner will have some crude remark but I dont care. Im just glad he didnt get my money and never will.

Love coming here for my piercings. havent had a tattoo but had all my ears, nostril, and septum pierced here. they were clean, nice, and the walk in process is super easy!

Very nice shop and friendly customer service. Was able to walk right in for my nose and second hole ear piercing. My piercer was Natalie and she was very nice & did a great job! Very reasonable pricing as well. I would highly recommend and may be back there very soon for a tattoo.

Bad experience. My daughter paid for a piercing at 1:19pm. We were there for 2 hrs.and left with no service. I called to websites number and have a text message to go back for a refund. Yes I have the text. I left without the refund and was told by Danny the owner said leave the property unless I wanted some. My point is where is my daughters money for no service. Smh

Natalie is by far the best piercer I have ever had. Shes very kind and knowledgeable about her job and has such a light hand that the piercings didnt hurt at all. She’s the only person I’ll ever get a piercing done from again! If you ever want a piercing then go see Natalie, shes awesome!

I called and ask if they did dermals and ask how much. The guy told me so I drive to Statesville 35 minutes away to get the dermal walk in the gurl working there says they don’t have the tools to do those lmao!!! So I called the number back the guy answers the phone I tell him my experience and he hangs up on me and never answers after I call back three times!!! Lame a tattoo shop does piercings and it’s stated in your pricing as a service!!!

This place is ridiculous man you wait in here for hours and prices are horrific I came to get my first tattoo here and it was a small one and I got charged 150$ for it I think it’s a scam

The piercers at tattoo factory are not professional whatsoever. i got my nose pierced and the woman who did it explained nothing, didn’t walk me through the process, and didn’t speak two words throughout the entire visit. i was not emailed after care instructions and even after washing twice a day with antibacterial soap, i still got an AWFUL infection. i can literally push infected tissue through the piercing and see it on the other side. this is ridiculous and a waste of time and money.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for a simple ear piercing. 2 out of 5 people actually seeing clients. I guess they’re too busy to take my money. What a joke of a business.

Huge shout out to Natalie not only was she clam and cool with dealing with a situation with another artist but we brought in a group of 5 to get some new piercings and she handled us super quick and didn’t even let our craziness faze her at all !!! Why would I go to a place that lets there employees sell drugs there and the tattoo guy is so high on drugs he couldnt draw a straight line if his life depended on it .youre stupid for letting any of them touch you ...all of them look like walking infections

Got a tattoo last Wednesday and the arrow is crooked and my ink is fading. Called to express my concerns and didnt get much of anything besides they can touch it up if i walk in. Disappointed

Walked in for a flash tattoo and was hella pleased. My artist was quick and her work was great. They do $25 walk in flash tattoos and its an actual steal. The wait was a bit long, but it was a weekend night and they did let us know ahead of time.They have a book of today tattoos or you can choose your own simple design with in the size requirements.Nice staff. Very clean environment. Super chill. Will return for more work! 👍😍🦄

I had a great experience here! This was my first tattoo in over 5 years so I was very nervous. I ended up getting sick after the tattoo started due to nerves but the artist was very accommodating and made sure I had water and was fine to continue. It only took about 5 minutes and I was out of the shop with a completed tattoo in less than 20 minutes. The girls up front are super sweet. Very happy with my tattoo and I am sure ill be back to get another.

I have never got a tattoo or piercing here so I can not speak on their work. I will say I am looking to get work done so I am going through local shops and reviews and I have to say the fact that owners and workers here want to fight with anybody that leaves a negative review speaks volumes! Just a heads up you might want to show some professionalism because attacking everyone who did not have a good experience with your shop and not allowing their valid opinions speaks volumes on character of your shop. Go ahead and let me have it if you wish but the fact no other shop does this just cost you 2 customers. Ok feel free to let me have it.

Saturday August 19thThree of us girls came in to get tattoos-We ask to see some of the tattoo artists work and then showed the design we wanted, the one guy gave us a rate and we agreed.A lady walked in and asked the guy how much did he quote us? He told her and she said we had to pay now because she was taking off for the night. OK. Strange but guess thats how they do it in North Carolina.I was first, my friend was second- when she was done, it was like we were being rushed out and we said let us look as we were walking towards the car and noticed that the spelling was wrong.We called and called and text and left messages was told to come in Sunday at noon to get it fixed. Then Sunday received a text message that they would be closed that Sunday and Monday so we called the manager back and her concern was how did we get her phone number? And the man that answered the phone thats on the website said he wasnt the owner for us to go back to the tattoo shop and talk to that lady manager- but when we told him the shop was closed Sunday and Monday he said he would reach out to her and call me back. That lady manager told me she would speak to the owner and get back to me. So today is September 5th and after 15 phone calls and 32 text messages I still have received NO CALL BACKS or TEXT or EMAIL -Ive been nice and gave them more than enough time to respond.I have filed a claim with the better business bureau and my attorneyThe Tattoo Factory needs to respond and take complaints seriously - we were not asking for money back, our friend just wanted her tattoo fixed.People Please Take Reviews Seriously

Danny was so amazing yesterday when I went in and didn’t have to wait or anything he was very helpful and answered all my questions and very friendly he is so kind and very friendly he had us joking up the whole time it was a great experience and Danny was the only one doing tattoos and piercings y’all should go see him he gets u in and out and he did a great job on them.I’ve gotten several from him ask for Danny you won’t regret it I promise he is the man with the plain

I got a small tattoo but it was a great price and took less than 30 minutes! Saint was amazing and very knowledgeable on what he was doing.

Took my daughter to get her belly button pierced for her 17th Birthday & the chic that pierced her was awesome!! She did a great job at making my daughter feel comfortable throughout the entire process & she really took her time making sure the placement was correct & that we were happy with it. Talking to her felt very natural, like we had known her for years almost. Lol She explained all of the necessary aftercare procedures, in depth, to my daughter. She made sure my daughter understood exactly what to do in order for her to take care of her piercing at home, on her own. The shop was very clean & organized & their prices cannot be beat!! It only cost $15 to get your belly button pierced including the plain jewelry ((belly ring bar with the two silver balls))!! It is an extra $5/each to get the balls with gemstones, but that’s still way cheaper then anywhere else I had called… My daughter is in love with her new belly piercing and it is healing up well. She hasn’t had any problems with cleaning it or infection or anything at all. I would definitely recommend Tattoo Factory of Statesville to anyone looking into getting a body piercing!!**B.T.W. For anyone who is under 18yrs. old & wanting to get a belly button piercing: the minor will have to bring a parent with photo i.d. with them to the shop to sign for them & if the minor has a different last name then their parent, then they will also need to bring the child’s birth certificate or a medical insurance card with both names on it, or school records with both names/matching addresses, etc..**

Great experience with my nose piercing, or should I say re-piercing. Shop appeared to be very clean, I loved the setting and all of the bright white accent chairs. Very nice. I believe it was Gary who pierced me. Very patient, gentle, and great customer service. I upgraded my piercing to one of the small rings because I wanted REAL jewelry. He gave me great aftercare instructions that the last shop didn’t which was the saline solution. LET ME TELL YOU!!!!!! That is much better than whatever I used before. Definitely recommend for friends and family.

The Tattoo Factory done this lexi was her name and it wasnt finished properly and the Tattoo Factory themselves charged me $178.99 and the tattoo was done this year right around February and this is how it looked when they were finished.The picture to the right was what Cleveland done and he also charged me way less he only charged me $50 bucks and this is how it looked when it was finished.

I was greeted by Autumn ( I believe that is her name ) she was very nice. I got my smiley and lip piercing done by Natalie she was very professional and informative. Her work area was every clean. The pricing is amazing! I would refer anyone that wants a piercing to go to Natalie. Thanks again!

Cleveland and Lauren are awesome! From the moment we walked in they had us feeling welcome, and when I told him the idea for the tattoo I wanted, he ran with it and made it even better than I imagined! Cleve made sure I was comfortable the whole time and made the experience fun. I also got a piercing and Lauren was so sweet and gentle! The overall vibe here is great and I can’t wait to come back :)

Was skeptical of low prices at first but I was taken great care of by Natalie. Place looked very clean and everything was sanitized. This was my first piercing so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I left with a great first experience and will for sure be back for more.

I went twice first time I went was fantastic the guy did an amazing job was super quick and accurate beautiful tattoo. Second time I went I brought my cousin and the girl took way too long she looked away multiple times while tattooing me she had gone way too deep, and she took 3 hours to do 5 mini tattoos. The work is just kinda spotty there are spots that were missed, overall just looking at it its nice but when you look at it closely you can definitely see all of the little mistakes. Not the best experience but for the price you cant complain.

I got a tattoo done by jason, and he was so sweet and kind!!! he was also very insightful and helped me pick the perfect tattoo! i would give my first born child to that man i trust him that much! an amazing tattoo artist with so much talent!

I love this place! Cleveland and Lauren were so nice and welcoming. The past 2 weeks I’ve gotten two small tattoos done by Cleveland and both times I was nothing but happy and satisfied! They’re both super cool and make it fun and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be going back to Cleve for more tattoos and will be getting a piercing by Lauren soon no doubt! Very clean and well taken care of place as well.

So when I first saw the place I was a little worried cause the outside was blank. BUT, when you walk in, a whole different vibe. The decor is soooo nice. Better than any shop I have been in so far. I was greeted by Chris and he introduced us to the piercer Gary. Gary is so amazingly friendly and makes you feel comfortable. He makes sure your piercing process goes smoothly before and after. I would recommend to everyone to go visit. It may be new but they are pros. I am now a loyal customer. 5 STARS HANDS DOWN!

Looks kind of sus but its actually a really nice place! My sister and I got piercings here and the service was quick and our piercer did really well, he was fast but still have us all the care info we needed! Is what I said before COVID and my second visit- went today (10/13/2020) and no employee was wearing a mask and there was no requirement to wear a mask. The place is pretty dirty and the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. They had attitudes the whole time. Though piercings are extremely cheap, the price is really good service and a clean safe place.

I went and had my belly button and my nose done at the same time(2 months ago) my nose turned out perfect but my belly button is bad (I’m a thicker girl) she’s never posted pictures of a belly piercing on a bigger woman and the pain never stopped, stayed blood red, got infected 3 times, the ball sunk in and when asking for advice on what to do I got minimum answers with no help. Now because of this I have to take it out, it is so excruciating painful and infected I have no choice, not coming back here. (If you can’t tell how immature this shop is by the reply nothing will, there is not a single message I sent saying I didn’t think I needed antibacterial soap, I have other piercings and know to use it, what kind of shop calls their clients liars like that🤦🏼‍♀️)

I have had a few tattoos done there and my eye brow pierced. The staff is always friendly and nice. And the place is super clean. From being in the medical field I watched them closely sterilize everything and made sure everything is new and clean and they did a great job. Cant wait to go back for more.

I was tattooed last night by Cleveland. He done a awesome job. He really talked to me about the price I was wanting and told me what he thought would look best. The amount of detail in my tattoo is incredible. He took his time and was very patient with me when I would jerk. He had no problem staying till 2:00 am to make sure he finished my peice in one sitting. Best experience I have had getting a tattoo. I will be going back for more work by him. Pricing was affordable and definitely well worth it.

First time visit, I got my daughters belly button pierced. The prices are great, the place was very clean. The guy that pierced my daughter did an excellent job, he kept her calm and took the time time to show her how to clean it and take care of it.

Experience was horrible. My daughter and I went in for a tiny tattoo. We sat there for over 30 minutes while the entire staff goofed off and socialized. A customer who came in after us was taken care of before us. I eventually had enough and asked for our money back and we left. Extremely unprofessional environment. Would give zero stars if I could. Stay away from this place! There is a difference between having fun and ignoring clients. Im thankful we left, the more you think about it...you get what you pay for. Trash

I can’t say enough good things about the folks at Charlotte Tattoo Factory! From the minute you walk in the door, you feel welcomed and at ease. Gary is awesome and extremely friendly and personable. Nick is an amazing tattoo artist and absolutely nailed what I was looking for with my tattoo. They’ve gotten a customer for life. I can’t wait to figure out my next tattoo and go back! Overall a fantastic experience that couldn’t have gone any better!

Gary is awesome! Hes very knowledgeable and precise about his piercings, he really wants to make it the best experience for you. I got my 2nd belly button piercing and it was a much better experience than my first one (done elsewhere), hardly even felt it. I cant wait to see the shop keep growing!

I got my tragus pierced for $10. I felt a little pressure during piercing, a little sting and nothing much else. The piercing technician will sterile in front of you and use single-use tools (fresh out of the package) This place is very clean and well organized. Please expect a crowd because these guys are so awesome! Its worth the wait.

New to the area, saw their $10 piercing signs around and decided to swing by to have my nose repierced. I was helped by Danny right away, he took his time, answered all my questions and stayed with me and wiped my nose until it finished bleeding just a little bit. sweet guy, perfect piercing. no discomfort at all so far, great experience. I’ll be back, thanks guys :)

Had a great experience at this parlor. The young lady who did my piercing was very sweet and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable. The service wasvery quick as well. I did not have an appointment, but that didnt seem to matter. And the price!!! Best prices around on piercings. I have no experience with the tattoo part, but I assume its just as good :) Thank yall and Ill be back for my next piercing!

I am not impressed with this place. I debated getting anything done here in the first place since it was so cheap and yea my hesitation was correct. I got the start of my helix on my ear and I got my conch repierced because i took it out a while ago and wanted it again. He started with my conch because the mark was still there and nothing needed to be lined up then the first part of my helix. I made him stop after he did that one. I’m not one to wimp out of stuff and it wasn’t because it hurt because I have multiple tattoos and piercings. So now 2 or 3 months later it falls out while I’m sleeping the bar he put in it was way too short for any kind of swelling that is normal so it was extremely painful. I now have a sore ear with a lump in it. I’m not sure who it was that pierced me that day but I DO NOT recommend getting anything here. The people were nice but that’s about all that was good. My friend got a small simple tattoo and it was jagged and not crisp line work. He got a very similar one somewhere else and it was much much better

He asked us what we wanted i told him some piercing, and possibly a tattoo for myself, and my husband. We waited until the piercer got back from getting jewelry, but while we waited we was showing the guy pictures of what we wanted done. A small black, and white sunflower 🌻, and the dude said he wouldnt be able to do mine but the other girl that tattoos their can. He went, and got her from her car to tell her that I wanted a tattoo, or show her what i wanted, but she came in saying she couldnt do a tattoo because she already had a booking, so my husband continued explaining to him how/where he would like the tattoo. Right before the lady got back to do my piercing, a girl walks in saying she wanted a flash tattoo so the girl that denied my tattoo that wouldnt have took very long i only weigh 110, and i have small arms so I couldnt/didnt understand why she could do that tattoo on the other girl which was a little bit bigger than me, but not mine to cover up a scar. I ended up getting my nose repierced, and my tongue done.The piercing are healing up AMAZINGLY.. THANK YOU.!I only gave them 4 stars just because of the little hiccup we had.I understand that scars are difficult to tattoo over, but where I was annoyed at was when she just said no she had a appointment, and didntlet me explain, or show her what I was wanting, but then accepted the one girls tattoo. Thats the only reason. Ill definitely be back to get more piercing, but I dont know about a tattoo.

This will be my second tattoo. I was a walk in and they we’re very kind and assisted me. I got the tattoo I wanted and the guy who did it was really good. When it got to hurting pretty bad he suggested a style and it turned out really nice! It was overall a great experience and great atmosphere. I’ll have to go back for my next one.

I am very impressed with my experience here. Gary was an awesome piercer. He thoroughly explained how to take proper care of my tongue piercing. He was so sweet. He joked with my lil bro who came to watch the torture. He talked to me as if I was an adult even though I am only 16, which I appreciated very much. The piercing itself didnt hurt at all. He made sure me and my friend we taken care of. He gave us soda to make sure our blood sugar wasnt going to drop. I am hands down amazed. Not to mention they play some dope ass music. And Dannys eyes are just drop dead gorgeous. Had to add that in since he was kind enough to look at my friends stick n poke tattoos that needed to be covered. This is my new go to place. Couldnt be any happier. Loved it.

Friends and I won one of the tiny tattoo giveaways. 3 of us had never gotten a tattoo before so we were of course nervous and Cleve took very good care of all of us and assured we would be fine. It was a blast because we were all joking including him. He was very clean through all of our tattoos as well. Cleves the man and hooked us all up with some adorable tiny tats.!

I went and got my nose pierced, this shop is clean and they are very professional. I love my new jewelry and will go back for business. $15 for a piercing(i got the diamond) versus $37 with the same results I had a few days and have not had a problem. Will go back thanks tattoo factory.

The atmosphere is great. Staff was friendly. I didnt really care for the way they have their tattoo stations set up, private rooms wouldve been better but it was okay. Youre allowed to bring your kids, which is good for those that have children that can behave. Mine sat for a while and colored and played on her tablet until a family member got off work to pick her up. But there were a few people that brought screaming children that were all over the place. Tattoos are therapeutic to me and that makes it difficult to try to relax. The manager wasnt afraid to tell them they had to quiet down. He was friendly and didnt mind talking to my daughter for a minute when she wanted to show off pictures she had colored, although he was really busy. My first is a great tattoo that I love. The same guy did a second one during the same session and its horrible. It looks nothing like the photo I showed him or even the sketch he showed me before he did it. It looks like he messed up and just tried to fix it. I assume thats what happened considering my large shaded flower was great, but my simple mermaid outline was horrible. I contacted the owner and he said I could go back and get it fixed. I didnt want the same artist & the owner asked for a photo & told me he would check schedules & who was available & the best one to do it, & he would get back to me. I texted him a few days later and no response. Paid over $250 just for the tattoo that was messed up, and I am beyond embaressed. Luckily its in an area easily hidden. Ill be going to another shop to get it fixed.

We just left there. I got my nose pierced for $20. They didn’t have matching back dermals for my girlfriend He charged her $25 for one mismatch dermal.. Outrageous!

Got Two Piercings and I love them

The entire experience was outstanding, from the moment I inquired about a quote right up to the ending advice about caring for the tattoo. Todd contacted me via text within a few hours of my completing their online form, and an appointment was established later that day. When I arrived, I was greeted and quickly had a chance to discuss my tattoo. The first placement was not quite right, NO PROBLEM, Todd graciously repositioned it and made sure to confirm its placement the second time. When it was all said and done, tattoo turned out perfect! Ill definitely be back!

A couple of friends and I went in tonight to get some last minute work done. We now have our go to spot from now on! The customer service and environment was awesome! Cleveland was our artist and he was very helpful in giving us location advise. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

Wow. I went in with a migraine and literally left with. A small headache . I got 2 daith piercings by Gary and just wanna say nicest man ever. Very professional clean loved the fact that he was so friendly great attitude.

I went here 2 weeks ago to get my daith, cartilage, and rook pierced and they are healing so well! The lady that pierced me was very nice and the process was quick and easy I was actually smiling the entire time.

Went in for a tiny tattoo yesterday, staff was very unprofessional. Would not recommend going there if you are looking for a reputable shop. First of all I used the restroom and there were no paper towels or a way to dry my hands, second, there were flies in there. In NOVEMBER. My mom and I went in for a tiny tattoo, waited forever while the artist was supposed to be drawing up a simple, already designed, tiny tattoo but instead was socializing and talking trash about his ex girlfriend with coworkers and other customers. I am a very patient and understanding person and maybe if one person would have apologized to us for the wait and the unprofessionalism I might not have gotten my money back and left. I also know that tattoo shops are typically laid back and have a fun and easygoing atmosphere with the artists and the clients but there is a difference between that and just being plain rude and obnoxious. Do not go to this shop. (Also, calling a disappointed customer an “old hag” is not going to help your reputation.)

Entire staff was very courteous and attentive to their clients clients needs. Special thanks to Lexi for for maintaining a professional decorum and for recreating 20 year old art. I had an amazing experience, I would recommended it to anyone. I went to get both my second piercing and a low cartilage. They where all extremely nice and the piercer was extremely socially and amazing and explained everything so that I was comfortable.

After going to 4 different tattoo parlors that were either closed when their websites said theyd be open, or didnt have an artist willing to do my piece, I called Tattoo Factory to ask if they were open. They were closing in about a half hour, and I explained my situation to Gary, I believe, over the phone. This tattoo is a memorial to my grandfather, and I was frustrated that I couldnt find somewhere to have it done. He had me text the image I wanted, spoke to the artist, and called me back. The artist asked me a few questions and said he would be willing to give me the tattoo that evening, even though it was after closing time, and for far less money than I was expecting to pay. The staff was incredibly friendly and talkative, the place was clean and welcoming, and they were playing some kickass music the whole time. I love how my tattoo came out, Nick is a phenomenal artist and an incredibly chill guy. Will definitely be coming back next time Im in the area.

I recently went to this shop with my boyfriend to each get tattoos by Aaron, mine came out decent and I say that lightly while his is just completely messed up. Aaron dug into his skin so much the “tattooed” part is basically gone, he pretty much just scrapped his skin off. We reached out to the shop with no response. Highly disappointed since I had recommended it to him after getting a cover up done here last February and multiple piercings!

The ball of my medusa piercing fell off somewhere, and I was in a pinch. I called Tattoo Factory of SVL and the man who answered the phone was really nice and said to come on over. When I got there Autumn was very sweet and immediately found what I wanted and popped it on. Thanks so much for taking care of something that doesn’t bring in any profit without treating me like an inconvenience. Will have to come back to actually get something done. :)

Very clean. Piercer, Gary, was very careful. Cleaned and sanatized everything. Carefully discussed options for my conch piercing. Patiently answered my questions. Incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything as it was done. Super happy! Would recommend to anyone!

Just took my daughter to get her nose and industrial bar done. The experience was fun and Gary was great. Down to earth people with down to earth prices!! We will be back for our first mother daughter tattoos.

I’ve gotten 2 tattoos from them one from the Charlotte location when they were open and one from the location In Gastonia. I was disappointed in my first one . It’s like the guy was rushing and it didn’t turn out good. Now the thing about it is the prices are for the most reasonable, however I still want my tattoo to look nice and not sloppy. So I decided to try them again recently. Well they only had two artists there so of course the wait was long ! Ok cool no problem. I wanted something simple with color so that was extra. Okay no problem! Here is the thing if I’m paying for color I want my tattoo to come out with color and looking like it’s suppose to have color ! Don’t get me wrong the artist was cool and friendly and nothing against him I just feel like with that much people there you gotta have more artist so that it doesn’t seem as if they are rushing !. I still like my tattoo but I feel as if it was rushed . I’m not giving up on coming back but I have to really think about it I want a so so tattoo or a nice looking tattoo that I’m completely satisfied with .

Went with my sister to get her belly pierced. The staff was great! Place is very clean and preparation was great and sterile. Prices are great as well. Will be going back for my piercings and tattoos.

I have gotten three piercings and one tattoo from this company. ALL of my piercings have gotten infected due to poor piercing and cheap jewelry(understandable because the piercings are only $20). The service is always poor and the piercer Natalie has a nasty attitude always. In the middle of a pandemic, we are seeking small tokens of joy to get us by. The “Tattoo Factory” has disappointed me to say the least. Save yourself the money and the trouble.

The owner had a wonderful greeting. All I wanted was a tiny semi colon tattooed on my wrist. The tattoo artist was taking a break and the owner asked if he could do my semicolon tattoo so I could get to work. The tattoo artist was very bothered! He had a ridiculous attitude and grabbed my wrist, drew the semicolon on with sharpie and then tattooed over it and then sent me on my way. He was very rude, and I will not be going back there ever again for a tattoo.

Went on 5/6 with a friend to get her daith pierced and my nose pierced. Dont be alarmed that there is no signage lol when you walk in it has a totally diffferent feel! We were pierced by Gary. He was super nice and helpful. Also he was very knowledgeable!10/10 would recommend!

At a festival over the weekend I had one of my fav musicians Oli Sykes draw a heart on my arm, I wanted said heart tatted, I Saw the $25 tiny tats online, and thought what a cool deal. I honestly didn’t expect much. I thought $25 was probably too good to be true but decided to get it anyway. But I was surprised! Everyone was super professional! The artist was very nice, and made me feel super excited about what I was getting! It’s only been a few days since I got it but it is healing wonderfully!! I most definitely will be coming back!!

HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, the staff, (Danny, Natalie) very unprofessional, I HAD A TATTOO DONE NOT EVEN A MONTH AGO, the letters are two different sizes and the top half is gone already! I contacted (Danny) his response was very childish, and told me to pay him the same amount I paid for the initial tattoo, waste of time and money. Not to mention the place is nasty. Looks like a rundown bar or something. No privacy in what they call (Booths). Do your research do not go here! Look at the response on some of these reviews, will show you how unprofessional and trashy this place is!

They hung the phone up on me. two of the piercings i got here got infected. i did all the right aftercare. so i thought i would call them back to see what advice they could give me, to get rid of the infection. but they hung up on me while i was explaining my situation. very unprofessional and rude

The guy was very sweet but he pierced both my nose and eyebrow incorrectly. he went through my septum twice and went too low with the eyebrow; my eyebrow was bruised for weeks after.

Ive got 3 tiny tats here and so far Ive been happy with them all! The first and last 1 didnt even hurt!( the 2nd one hurt because it was on my wrist and he was a little heavy handed) but they really do a great job and have good deals on body jewelry too!

Would not recommend this place, very nasty, unprofessional, way over priced! The peircers breath stinks, and the tattoo artist seems always high. This tattoo is not even a month old and hes trying to charge me the same amount to fix his mistake.

Gives bad tattoos, I’m having to get two covered up because of the HORRIBLE job they did. They didn’t even give me any aftercare instructions for my tattoo. I will never return to this tattoo shop. The lines aren’t straight, thick in some places, thin in other places. Overall bad experience.

Dirty, they have chairs lined up against a wall facing the tattoo booths, no privacy partitions or anything, so people waiting for an artist are only a VERY SHORT distance from you and are gawking at everything. Music so loud that you cant hear staff talking to you, and they dont cover/protect your tat when they finish.

This was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had in a tattoo shop, and it only lasted 30 minutes. Please make an informed decision about this shop - especially as they try to get business for their “$10 Teeny Tiny Tattoo Tuesday.”My wife and I walked into the shop which has the look and smell of an old hair salon. Bright fluorescent lights, molding that was painted black that stood out in contrast to the white ceiling (which also made it really easy to see the paint that had gotten onto the drop ceiling tiles), many of those ceiling tiles being stained or chunked. The only place to sit - old creaky metal seats which one could only assume had been left behind by the old hair salon. Their sign-in system was a frumpy one-subject notebook. The page, divided with drawn-on lines, had columns for Name, Date, Check-in time, and cost of tattoo. Less than professional, to say the least.There were a lot of people waiting, which was to be expected. With an artist and piercer there, we figured we would be spoken to. We weren’t the entire time we were there.After a few minutes of this woman sitting on her phone behind the counter, she called the name of the next person on the list to get tattooed. “Cleveland” then asked her what she wanted, and she told him what she wanted. As he got his station ready, he brought her over. Then he asked the other worker/piercer if the woman he was about to tattoo had paid yet. She said no, but that she would be paying for her tattoo and for her friends.So the woman/piercer MADE HER GET OUT OF THE CHAIR TO PRE-PAY FOR HER AND HER FRIEND’S TATTOOS. This included not only the cost of the tattoo (which for her was $15, and $10 for her friend) but also the tip for the artist. BEFORE HE DID ANYTHING. I couldn’t believe it, but we still sat there. Really just to see what would happen next.Here’s where it actually gets bad. As he is taking a break between tattoos, he is talking to his co-worker. Now, it’s a tattoo shop. I’m pretty covered in tattoos, have spent countless hours in a tattoo artist’s chair, and have been through a fair number of other shops, so I understand that adult language is the norm. But with no one talking, these two people were dropping F-bombs, MF, and GDs like no one’s business. Not only were they doing it in general conversation, they kept it going as they continued to bad-mouth the owner of the shop/their bosses. In very poor taste, but... it gets better.As the tattoo artist gets out of his chair to go behind the counter, he hits something on the ground with his shoe. He looks at it and makes a joke about it being a pill or a mint. He taps it around with the toe of his shoe, and then moves it around by stepping on it. He then picks it up, says “it’s a mint” and then PUTS IT BACK ON THE GROUND. He and his co-worker are cackling at this point. But after he does that, he goes back to his station and continues setting up to tattoo his next client.Did you read that correctly? He pushed around a mint on the floor with his shoe, picked it up, put it back down on the FLOOR, and then sets up his station. Notice he is getting ready for his next tattoo and has YET TO WASH HIS HANDS after touching things that had been on the floor.It was after this that we decided to leave. And folks - this all happened in THIRTY. MINUTES.The website for Tattoo Factory of Statesville says this: “TATTOOS STATESVILLE NC: We offer a sterile tattoo environment in an upbeat, upscale atmosphere. We are home to the areas top tattoo artists. Our tattoo artists offer portrait tattoos, photo-realistic tattoos, cover-up tattoos and any custom tattoo you desire in any style, design, size, placement or colors.”This is an absolute fallacy. The tattoos coming out of the shop that night were scratchy and blown out from what I saw. And the overall experience was absolutely terrible. Out of all the tattoo shops I have been too, this was BY FAR the worst experience I have ever had. It wasn’t even worth $10 for us to stay and get a tiny tattoo because we felt uncomfortable, unwelcome, and unsafe.

Went and got my daith on both side and Tragus Gary was the best got there right at 12 when they open great job will definitely recommend great price will definitely return next week for more piercing, spotless and very clean everything was sanitized right in front before he even started taken the item out of the pack

Went to get a tattoo today. Had an appointment for 12 o’clock, and no one ever showed up. We texted them and got no response. Also heard from a different tattoo shop that these people are terrible to go to.

Facebook says kid friendly, husband and I wanted tattoos so we choose to go here...walked in to loud music with cussing...lots of employees standing around talking about what they wanted for dinner...placed smelled like pot. Appeared they only had one tattoo artist and the others were there hanging out. Sadly disappointed all the way around.

No one wearing masks, young people smoking vapes inside, dust on the jewelry. According to my husband, It looked like the inside of a gas station bathroom. Needless to say, we left without getting my piercing.

I had got my nipples pierced by Natalie I was nervous at first but before she pierced each one she said deep breathe in, as she put the needle through she said release and I did just that for both and it didn’t hurt it just felt like a super pinch and little burn sensation but they look good and healed perfectly already changed my nipple rings

I did not have a good experience with this tattoo shop. The artists were rude, sloppy, and work was subpar. The place was not the cleanest either. Will not be returning

Very unprofessional no one wearing a mask durning a pandemic going on and God help me on the work me and a friend went for match tiny tattoos and the lines are so horrible not to mention my friends semicolon is upside down I would not recommend this place to no one ever!!! I have been to many tattoo shops and never been so disappointed thankfully it is exactly what they called it TINY

Good prices but not good at piercing, had to take my cartridge piercing out because it was put in sideways, it looked horrible!!

The owner is SO disrespectful to his staff its ridiculous. Didnt want to let an employee go to his sons birthday party because, Artists dont get birthdays off! Any establishment that cares nothing of their employees makes me care nothing for them...

Don’t go here just because they’re cheap, you get what you pay for and I recommend going to someone who charges more for a better tattoo or piercing so you don’t have to worry about cover ups. Owner seems entitled af and someone you’d find a Reddit post about

Probably the most unprofessional shop Ive ever had an experience with. All the owners concern themselves with is making money, not at all concerned about their customers or making things right when they are clearly wrong... Its literally a factory. If you have an issue you are cussed at and threatened. I would give no stars if that was an option.
