Against All Odds Tattoo

My friend and I got tattoos yesterday. Each for the first time. Jordyn was awesome to work with. The shop was super clean (sterilized all areas and did it again between my friend and I) and very tidy. He made sure we got a design we liked and helped us understand the healing process. Love the art and hes funny too! Highly recommend.

My review is a little biased because Jordan (the owner) is my brother. But, I trust him with tattooing me and I would recommend anyone to him.I love gems and crystals and hes tattooed a few on me.Hes a funny guy and no matter who you are, he WILL give you that brotherly treatment while youre there.

I have known Jordan for years. I had a tattoo done from him when he was 9 months into tattooing. I drove 2.5 hours to stevens point to get disrespected when I was supposed to be getting my tattoo refinished. During the 3 hours I spent there while I should of been getting tattooed I was watching him tattoo other people while doing several other things like being on his phone. New people would walk in the door and he would continue booking walk ins in front of me.The place was not clean and I did not like the atmosphere.The final mans leg he was tattooing bled a concerning amount before I decided to finally leave.

Jordan does such amazing work and he’s so awesome to work with! He always has great suggestions on how to make your tattoo and your time there so much better. Anyone that ever asks where to get tattoos I always send them to him!

Had an excellent experience. Wouldn’t have anything to complain about clean place, good prices and awesome work. Got 2 tattoos here definitely will be going back for more in the future. Great atmosphere

Jordan has done 3 of my tattoos now and honestly I just love them! The color is so amazing and as well as the art. Im so happy yo finally get a tattoo at his very own shop and to have been able to watch him grow! Hes nothing but great energy the whole time, which just makes the experience even more amazing. Hes honestly my main tattoo guy now so if youre looking for someone to do your next tattoo, come here!!

Jordan was exceptional. I’ve been to a few places to get tattoos and this was by far the cleanest shop I’ve been too. Unfortunately I got sick during my tattoo and Jordan was nothing but helpful and kind! The atmosphere of the place was welcoming and relaxed. And of course the line work on my tattoo is just perfect!

Jordan did a phenomenal job with mine and my aunts matching tattoo! He took the design we showed him and made it look amazing and unique. I didn’t even think of his idea! The shop was very clean. Both artists were very respectful but also able to have fun with us! He even told me that if I needed a break or if I wasn’t feeling good that he would help out the best he could! He definitely made my first tattoo experience great and I plan on going to him for more! Thank you!

Very accomadating...and I never felt a thing !Edit: went back to Jordan for a 2nd tat....again never felt a thing. Both healed nicely!He was fun & played great tunes. Very good to this old lady...Thinking of adopting him lol

I just got my first and second tattoo from here! i’m absolutely obsessed! Against All Odds Tattoo did such an amazing job. 10/10 will be going there again. Such a chill atmosphere and with this being my first tattoos, Jordan helped calm me down by cracking up some jokes and playing good music. I’m so happy with my tattoos and am so thankful I picked a good artist and shop for my first time.

I really threw a wrench into my appointment plans. I had a completely different idea I was working on. Walked in and asked if I could change everything we discussed. Jordan was fantastic, ran with my ideas, and created a piece that really represented me and the idea I had. He is amazing to work with. I will be back for more.

I don’t even know where to begin. This has to be one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. I drove all the way from New York to Wisconsin to get a Tattoo from Jordan because I was very impressed by his work. He was extremely professional and gave me exactly what I wanted. Not only is he a great artist but he’s also super understanding and always checks how you’re doing while he tattoos. He did my first tattoo (half sleeve) and I can’t wait for everyone to see it! Highly recommend!! I always get nervous trying new artists but Jordan was great! Very nice and accommodating and is a good conversationalist. Hes a very detailed artist who takes his time to ensure you get exactly what youre looking for. Jordan also responds in a timely manner which shows great communication skills. The shop itself is very clean and sterile. My tattoo came out amazing and Im obsessed. Ill definitely be back.

Going to Against All Odds was a very positive experience for me. Jordan, the owner communicated in a timely manner, he was funny and professional as we went about switching times for my tattoos. Chong, the tattoo artist was thoughtful, careful, light hearted and delightful. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my two new tattoos and have already recommended Against All Odds to some friends. If I decide to get another tattoo, this is my place. It is a little tricky to find so ask for specific directions before heading over.

I recommend this place for everyone. I was super nervous about the process and I’ve wanted this tattoo for a very long time. I’m also 18 and this was my first tattoo. I was extremely nervous but Jordan made the experience so much easier for me. After the tattoo, he clearly explained steps to follow while it healed which I appreciated! This was my first time getting work done by Jordan. I was worrried about going to a new tattoo artist, but he was amazing during the whole experience. Jordan was an awesome artist to go to for a first tattoo! Despite being nervous, he made the situation feel calm and lighthearted, so my experience was WAY better than I imagined. He also took the time to make sure the area was clean and prepared carefully beforehand. Would definitely love to go to him again for another tattoo in the future!

I have 26 tattoos and I have yet to get a tattoo from anyone else and I dont think Ill ever want to. Jordan is funny, caring, receptive to feedback and most of all he loves would he does. Very good at it too. Perfect for people who havent gotten a tattoo yet. He keeps his space clean and its never a dull moment with him. Love all his work and the work that has yet to come.

This is the best Tattoo Shop in Stevens Point! First, I came in with my friend when he was getting his tattoo and the environment was amazing. I set up an appointment for the next week and got exactly what I came for, even got some free aftercare cream too.Jordan is an great guy and even better Tattoo Artist. It has been almost a week since I got my tattoo done.I got a prayer that I found in a book that I loved. I had never met Jordan before I went to him to get tattooed, but let me tell you I was NOT disappointed. This man is the epitome of “let me make you as comfortable as possible before the hurt starts”. He made sure that everything was clean and sterilized before I had even gotten down on the chair, and made sure everything stayed that way throughout the process. Now I had my doubts about how the piece would turn out, it being my first time getting tatted and not having met the man before. However, it came out EXACTLY how I wanted it to. This man is a legend in my mind, and he’ll be the only one putting ink on my skin from now on.

Got a smaller tattoo done by one of the guys there, he was a apprentice that was at the end of the line of his learning and ready to take the next step, he was very nice, very professional. I wish I was informed of him still being in training but once we talked and I got to see his previous work I knew I’d be fine. Overall good experience will probably go back in the future, and overall a solid tattoo, will probably have to get the black packed in more after healing is done but that’s expected. Very clean shop environment.EDIT: after a week of healing, tattoo seemed to be healing nicely but a little rough, I understand that the healing process is not under the artists control and is not their faults but with that said, this is the only tattoo I’ve ever gotten that has started to become infected. It’s minor could of been my fault too but due to him not shaving the area properly, the saniderm was really tough getting off and made it incredibly irritated due to this. I wouldn’t come to this shop unless your being tattooed by the head artist. Chong the apprentice was very nice and professional, I have nothing against either of them but he needs to practice basics, he has great potential though, before I even sat down he had to ask the owner if you shave the area or not(forearm), this was the only tattoo I have gotten where the artist did the outlines and shading back to back not outline first shading second (I’m not a professional I just have a decent amount of tattoos) I went to my regular artist and he commented that the tattoo looked to be a bit deep even. Nothing against them, clean environment, and overall great people I’m just not happy with my experience at this point.

Answered my inquiry on messenger within 5 minutes. Showed up 10 minutes early and Jordan was all set already and we started right away. Had a traditional style snake done and every scale was done to a T. Line work extremely crisp and am extremely satisfied.

While I did not get a tattoo from this shop yet, I was on the road when I realized the sani-derm bandage was coming off a brand new tattoo of mine. I’m talking hours old. This isn’t my first tattoo but I am very careful nonetheless. I called the shop and I was told, “drive safe,” got there and got help right away. This interaction was so perfect and it made me feel so much less anxious. I’m so thankful and I will hopefully get a tattoo from this shop in the very near future.
