Everyone here is extremely talented and the shop is spotless. Ive known them all for a long time since they were apprentices and theyve all come so far in their talent that they are constantly in demand. A lot of people dont seem to understand that artists of this caliber cant possibly handle everything people ask them for and they have to start choosing what they can and cannot accommodate and people just need to learn to accept that. It is the way things are when people are incredibly talented and in demand, really in any field, not just tattooing.

Got my first tattoo here by Cory Allen and he did a great job. Clean place, great service and trustworthy artists. I’ll definitely be back.

Working with these guys is always awesome. Ive gotten many pieces from Audrey Smart and a few from Mitch Bonifay as well.This studio is clean in every way. The professionalism at this studio is a notch above and for me that allows me to relax into a trust with the artist where I know they have come up with something that we can both be stoked on through the process and the product.I like also that if you live in a 50 mile radius of this place you will run into lots of other people with obvious Broken Arrow pieces and make quick friends.If you love tattooing as an art and have the patience to wait a few months for your appointments this is 100% the place.

Best tattoo shop I have ever been to. These artists are amazing. everyone is so kind and welcoming. Mitch Bonifay has done my last 5 tattoos and I doubt I will go to anyone else! He is an amazing artist and an even better person. Every artist here does absolutely amazing work. The shop is always super clean and they have coffee/water and other refreshments for clients. Highly recommend!

Made me submit my request twice because one of the two artist I submitted the request who wasn’t going to be available until the beginning of December so I submitted it a second time and then waited 14 days and got no response. Finally after 14 days I asked for, a response or denial and they responded that they could not tattoo me at this time. I understand they’re busy and high in demand but this place comes off as pretentious and their communication is awful. I would go to somebody more respectful these two tattoo artist, I reached out to an assistant that is missing is lacking in the communication department. I shouldn’t have had to submit my request twice. She should’ve just set a reminder on December 1 to remind herself to review this. I’ve never seen tattoo artist deny people. I’ve seen them have to book them out almost a year in advance, but never deny. And no, I’m not submitting a third request in 6 to 8 months when the tattoo artist may free up and may want to tattoo me at that time or again deny me. My suggestion is to. go to somebody that wants to work with you, And that’s not broken arrow. It does look like they do great work. It’s sad that this Customer was turned away. What’s also sad is I was recommended by a woman that I believe is the owner’s wife.Reply to repsponse:Wow, it’s amazing how quickly you replied to a review. If you only took that kind of time in your normal communication. When there’s an audience. Since. I could not reply to your response, I will do it at the end of my original comment here. Having customers resubmit the exact same request a couple weeks later and then not receiving communication for two weeks after that is ridiculous, and in a world where the customer is always right I would say I’m right, but then again, I’m not a customer because I was denied. Also, I was not locked on a final tattoo idea. Just that I wanted a left arm sleeve and of an Alex Grey concept. I even said I was open to ideas and giving the artist plenty of freedom to help me decide. Also, I never said anything about color. My examples had color but again nothing was set in stone. My entire right arm is grayscale and I love it. So again I was very open and flexible to artistic freedom. Guess this is just a perfect example of the breakdown in communication or lack there of. Never did even speak to either of the 2 artists I reached out to. Just their assistant. Finally, I’ll say is that these pretentious “artists” will have plenty of time and artistic freedom within the next 10 years when AI replaces them all.What they don’t account for is the due diligence. I did on months of research to find these two tattoo artist that I thought could get the job done. Like I said, they do great work if you can get into them.

They are consistently professional and keep the entire shop clean and organize. Nikki is the shop manager and does an amazing job with responding quickly to email requests. She maintinans professionalism and care for the shop and all who come here. All the artists are amazing and have such a care for you while youre there. You wont regret the conversations youll have! 😂

I came in today to continue the work on my sleeve and I was not disappointed. Mitch B. has been absolutely amazing with my work thus far. Sarah, the studio manager here, is always friendly, shes so funny, and shes a great conversationalist. Mitch P., the owner, was around to help out the artists and keep up the conversations/offer positive comments to the artists. Audrey and Travis were here and they both made their clients super happy while being friendly towards the walk-ins and consultations. I would strongly recommend coming here, theyre all amazing!

I was thrilled to find an artist of Audrey’s caliber just a little over 5 hours drive from me. Honestly I would have gladly flown out of country to sit in her chair. Her work is flawless and somehow even better than I had expected! I am in LOVE!! ( I’m already planning a trip back to see her.) The entire experience from my first email inquiry with Sarah to my aftercare instructions with Audrey was so easy and professional. Hanging out in the studio for my half sleeve could not have been more chill. It was like hanging out with old friends you haven’t seen in a while.I highly recommend Broken Arrow and Audrey to anyone looking for expertly done tattoos from very talented artists passionate about their work.

Emailed them about getting a tattoo, took over nine days to even get a response and they won’t tattoo me because “it’s too small of a piece.” “I’m unable to accommodate requests for smaller pieces at this time,” and then suggested I go to a different shop. I’ve never had a tattoo shop deny me no matter what size tattoo I want. I mean, your shop, your rules, I respect that, but just warning others unless you want a huge expensive piece, they wont tattoo anything else. Go to a shop that welcomes all ideas and all creative pieces, and aren’t money hungry for a huge piece. I won’t recommend them, sucks because some of their pieces are beautiful.

I had such a great experience here. I was tattooed by Audrey and she is just such an amazing artist and person. Everyone in the shop is super inviting and chill, and the shop is very clean and set up nice. 10/10 in every way possible, if youre looking for a great artist and a positive experience check them out!! 🙂🙂🙂

This is a great shop. The artists are extremely talented. They are also great people. The scheduler is very communicative. You cant find a better shop. If you want body art, you should go there.

I want to start off by thanking Sarah at Broken Arrow. She was beyond helpful throughout the entire information, booking and tattoo process. She was super responsive, patient and just overall a big help. The shop is just awesome. Everyone in there is friendly and fun to be around. When you go in for an appointment, its very professional and chill. I booked a paw print portrait of my Yellow Lab Sandy who my fiancé and I lost 4 months ago. I booked with Travis and I couldnt be happier. Travis ABSOLUTLEY killed it. We went over some design and Im very happy he was honest about the paw print portrait not fitting the shapes like I thought it would. We both agreed a standard portrait would be the way to go and boy am I glad we did. Losing a pet is a totally different type of grief especially when they are the center point of your life. Travis took our favorite picture of Sandy and created a beautiful piece of art that will always make me smile. The tattoo never felt rushed and any questions I had; he was always willing to answer. If you want professional tattooing and a shop with a great vibe, look no further than Broken Arrow. I first went to see Mitch P post shut down; Sarah responds quickly. I went to see Mitch P again for another tattoo. I have another session coming up in a few months...I love this studio. Everyone treats you like family. This is my favorite studio and will not go anywhere else!

My father and I set up an appointment right before they were shut down due to covid. Once they were allowed to open we were contacted and rescheduled to work with my schedule. The facility was clean and Mitchell did an amazing job. It was my fathers first tattoo and my fourth. As long as they are around I will be going to him for my tattoos. I couldnt imagine my tattoo being better by anyone else. I send him a picture of jiji from kikis delivery service and he put some personal touches on it that made it better than I could have imagined. Thank you Broken Arrow

This is no doubt the most immaculate looking shop Ive been to. The staff was great. Friendly, considerate, welcoming, and very professional. I loved everything about my experience here. From the overall vibe and cleanliness, to the music selection of oldies but goodies deserves a notable mention as well.

Good luck getting a response on an Email with pics and an explanation of what you want which is the only way u can even hope to get an appointment if you are not computer savvy you can’t talk to anybody you have to jump through hoops to even begin go else where.
