Nate is a great tattoo artist he does great work I would recommend him to anyone he has done all the work on my son as well and I wouldn’t let just anyone work on my son

Nate is a fantastic artist, very accommodating and knowledgeable. He is also very reasonably priced. He takes his time and is very thoughtful with his work. Highly recommend!

For those who dont want to read about my experience and just want a quick answer, Nate is phenomenal. Hes an amazing artist with endless talent, and knowledge of his craft. His colorwork is nothing short of amazing, and his prices are super reasonable. He is for sure a hidden gem and you should 100 percent give him a shot. You will not be disappointed.Full review:So where do I begin? First of all, Nate is an amazing person. Im the type of guy who likes to chat a bit. Getting a tattoo is an experience. From the start, I felt welcome and safe in Nates studio. We discussed my idea and he immediately understood what I was after. A short while later, he had a design sketched out and it was perfect. It was like he could see into my mind, plucked the art I had in my head, and put it on paper. Truly amazing.As we began the actual tattoo process, he explained to me the hows and whys of everything I asked about. He was incredibly friendly and an absolute pleasure to talk to. I will 100 percent be going back for more in the future.

Nathan at Spot of Ink is one of the most talented and knowledgeable tattoo artists in this region! He has done 2 of the 3 tattoos I have.He takes his time during the design process and listens to the customers vision of what they are trying to achieve. He holds great conversation and makes you feel very welcome and safe in his establishment. He loves working with his hands. You can find him creating skillful tattoos, working with wood and designing his own furniture, to creating paintings on canvas to hang as wall art, or even using his hands to create a wonderful new recipe he tries his hand at when he cooks and shares his experience.His tattoo pricing is very reasonable and to be honest he should probably charge more for his work. In addition, he also creates fine art paintings on canvas for those interested in not committing to art work on their skin.Since I received my most recent freestyle designed tattoo from Nate, I have received multiple compliments on my tattoo while working. People have asked me on a daily basis who is my Ink hookup tattoo artist and where did I go. They have commented beautiful, pretty , elegent , perfection, excellant, and awesome. I always give his name and location of his shop and give him my recommendation every time. I love the tattoos I have received from Nate at Spot of Ink and I will definitely return to him again in the future. I wake up everyday admiring the artwork he designed on me and will always cherish it.

Short review: nate is an amazing artist. hes very easy to work with. i highly recommend scheduling or calling in for a walk in.what to expect:i walked into the shop. he has multiple paintings hanging on the wall, most of his own artwork. you talk about the idea that you have for the tattoo and he starts brainstorming. he will give you ideas of his own that you can approve or deny. his energy is comforting to be around. i get super anxious talking to new people but hes very friendly. although the process is quite lengthy, he puts time and effort into every piece, getting fine details into the piece. when the tattoo process starts, you watch him set up and make sure EVERYTHING is sanitary. he goes above and beyond. although that may seem like the minimum from a tattoo artist, youd be surprised how many artist arent as sanitary.my personal review:i came in with a memorial piece idea as my first forearm tattoo. i had wanted the piece to look like broken stone statues. he gave me ideas as to what i could add into it to make it more filling. he suggested flowers from the birth and death month. he really does take his time drawing it out, making sure all details are okay with you. when he started tattooing he went above and beyond. the texture in the tattoo is perfect. the shades of ink that he used was a whole variety, mixing to make the greens a shade lighter than the others so the leaves have dimension. when he did my other memorial piece, he did the outline of the tattoos, we took a break which made me lose the tattoo momentum. when we started back up, it was going to HURTTTT. he put a foaming lidocaine wash and numbing spray on my tattoo. nate goes above and beyond for his clients.most tattoo artist are focused on the tattoo. thats what makes nate DIFFERENT! he not only focuses of perfecting the tattoo but he thinks about the person getting stabbed with a needle. you can obviously stop anytime you want. but he makes sure it isnt an uncomfortable process.i highly recommend Spot of Ink. i recommend them for anybody who needs someone trustworthy, anybody whos getting their first tattoo, young and older people, people of all skin shades, textures, and skin elasticity issues.
