Da Wei is not only the best tattoo artist, hes a very nice guy. I have given Da Wei a photo or drawing that I want to use for the tattoo, and I always tell him to add whatever he thinks would improve it. Lily is great, super nice and very helpful. You will love Da Weis work!

I always knew that I wanted a tattoo of flowers. I’ve searched for a tattoo artist, but I couldn’t find anyone who could tattoo the flower that I wanted. It was only until I saw my cousin’s portrait tattoo that I knew I found my tattoo artist at Da Wei Tattoo.There are a lot of skilled tattoo artists and then there is Da Wei. There aren’t enough words to describe how talented Da Wei  is. He is a unique tattoo artist; he is a creator. I appreciate how passionate Da Wei is with his work. Da Wei is not intimidating or pretentious at all, despite having so many tattoo awards! He is friendly and personable. I feel like I’m at home at his tattoo shop. As his guest, I’m a co-creator instead of another customer. Da Wei helps me translate my vision into real-life through beautiful and intricate artwork. He always goes above and beyond to research and curate and present  the perfect tattoo. I love peeking inside his office to see what concepts he is working with and what he’s creating next.As a creator, Da Wei is light on his fingers. He is gentle, careful, and considerate. He always makes sure that I feel comfortable and that I’m confident with his work before, during, and after my tattoo sessions. Da Wei is also communicative and transparent. Each session is like another consultation. He will let me know if something will or won’t work. He also makes suggestions, but is neither pushy about it. I never regretted any of his suggestions; that’s how much I trust him!Da Wei chose the perfect placement for my tattoo where I can appreciate and admire it. I love the details of each individual lily. Each lily has its own characteristics and beauty. The colors are also vibrant and compliments not only my complexion, but my personality.I had a hard time searching for a tattoo artist because flower tattoos were considered too basic. It’s true; flowers are simple. Anyone can tattoo a flower, but it takes a special kind of artist like Da Wei to turn something common into something classic. The most skilled chefs are the ones whove mastered the foundational sauces.I  know that my tattoo is one-of-a-kind because Da Wei created it with his vision, my vision, and personality in mind. Da Wei Tattoo is not a one stop tattoo shop, it is a gallery of lifetime artwork. You’ll know what I’m talking about once you visit the shop.

I contacted Lily to book the appointment. I sent over this tattoo I want but in colors. I asked Da Wei to change the tattoo to black and gray so that it would last longer. It turns out beautiful and Im super happy about it.

From start to finish, my experience at Mr. Da Weis was excellent. I first called and set up an appointment with Lily to go over my thoughts on the design. We planned out the schedule- and after 3 months I got my tattoo. Mr. Da Wei and Lily took extra measures to make me feel very comfortable. He is definitely a gifted artist. I am SO thrilled with my tattoo and I get compliments on it often. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend them.

Da Wei is an epic tattoo artist and he (and Lily) are wonderful people to work with. He tattooed my wifes hands on my stomach, which is not only a challenging tattoo, but challenging placement. He nailed it. He took the time to get it right - I never felt like he was rushing. His work is pricey, but if you want to be certain things will turn out well then hes worth it. Highly recommend!

My main experience has been with Lily, who is amazing to work with. Ive had several pieces done with her, and she has always been helpful with helping with placement and ideas. Dawei is always nice and they both make the experience great.

Came here to get a tattoo with Lilly. Its a three old English letter. The other two were ok but the alphabet L is really bad, crooked. I sent her the picture after few hours telling her the problem. She agreed to do some touch up but never got any reply back from her. It has been 2 weeks now. Wouldnt go for her anymore. On the other hand though, seeing Da Wei working on the pieces for his customers, its just amazing. If you want to come here, go for Da Wei. Thats it. P.S: Expect the long appointment wait.

Dawes, is 1 of the best Tattoo artists Ive had the pleasure of working with in my 25+ years of receiving Body Modifications(From Tattoos, to Piercings) if I lived closer(I now live in the Phoenix region)he would likely do most of my work after my family. (Because, Family.) This is over 20 years old, still looks good.

Dawei is a legendary tattoo artist. He designed a half sleeve for me with the references I sent to Lily. He made it a masterpiece. Tattoos are pricey but ink is permanent too.

DaWei did two of my tattoos, they are single lines, I love them. One needs to be touched up. Communication thru Lily. Only. Can be slightly challenging.

Da Wei is a real artist, I love his work and he is a real good guy!! Highly recommend 👌

Portrait work is nothing to mess around with, and when I went looking for an artist to memorialize my dogs, I knew I had to be picky. I own a dog training company in the South Bay, and a client of mine came in with the most stunning portrait of his dog on his forearm. He referred me to Da Wei, and Ive been nothing but pleased in my experience so far. The portraits he did of two of my dogs are on point, realistic, and capture their individual personalities. We are only partially done with the piece, and Im already thrilled. Thanks Da Wei!
