Got a custom Charlie Brown inspired piece done for myself and my best friend by Lee after discovering him at the Toledo tattoo convention. The studio is really welcoming and all the workers there are great to talk with. Love the piece I got and I recommend Lee for any anime tattoo you wanna get done

Honestly the vibes here are immaculate! my best friend and I went on Valentine’s Day to get ourselves flower tattoos and the entire experience was wonderful. I have to admit I was a bit nervous because I’m a particular person but my tattoo artist heard me and went above and beyond she was so patient with me and I’m truly thankful of boo she was light handed and detail oriented. Now to talk about the shop as a whole. When you walk in the shop is so different and open I loved it! Especially with so many plants and natural lighting the space is very relaxing and fun, the owner had us laughing the entire time with the other artists this was so different from any shop I’ve been do and I will definitely be back soon! This place is hands down the best place to get a tattoo the staff are all so nice and kind and funny! The shop is supppper clean. The first time I came the girl was so amazing and did awesome work I came back and got another one and again came out fantastic 10/10 will continue to come back and definitely recommend and continue too!!

Looking to wear the dopest tattoos on the block? Ive been going to Nate for several visits getting a sleeve worked on. All the artists are friendly and the shop is the cleanest I have ever been too.I wanted a realism tattoo, which is not what Nate is known for. I would highly suggest going to their Instagram page for examples of their work. I can most definitely say I have yet to find better artists than the ones that work at this shop.I went to several shops in the area. Some where cheap and the artists work was subpar. The shops themselves were not as clean as I would hope for. I was referred here by my girlfriends sister, and will never go to another artist again.Take a free tip from a tattoo enthusiast, you pay here for colorful, vibrant pieces. These are not the type you stop in for for the quick and rushed $50 tat. Plan on paying for quality artwork that will turn heads and prompt compliments.They have a set minimum shop hours and scheduling may be a few months out and rightfully so. These are good signs the shop is busy giving tats that will last for years along as you follow the proper after care treatments.I would highly recommend you check them out!(Ps: I just snapped a picture of this person that looks like Dove Cameron!)

If you want to have a great experience & get a really cool piece of art by some amazing people I recommend this spot. Although Ive only had work done by Lee & Bailey, Im so impressed with the attention that everyone at Killjoy displays. This really is a one of a kind shop & I hope other people who are unsure of where to go get to experience these artists too.

Clean and professional tattooing shop, I’d say one of the least claustrophobic spaces I’ve ever been tattooed in. I’ve gone to Lee a few times for work - he’s talented, fun, into comics, and also does a GREAT job with line work/art. the rest of the staff is also a good time to be around and they’re super talented as well. Lee is an amazing tattoo artist! He brought my brother & I’s vision for matching tattoos to life and created pieces of art that we loved more than the idea we originally came in with. He also got us both done in one full day, which I really appreciated. You can tell he is very passionate about tattooing and really cares about all the details that make a great tattoo. I went a few weeks ago to get an anime tattoo by Lee! He is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! He was extremely friendly and accommodating, he was charismatic, kind and kept my friend and I entertained the entire time. He was clear about his process, explaining each and every step thoroughly so I knew what was going on with no surprises. It’s easy to mess up an anime tattoo, but holy moly. Lee blew it out of the water!! the lines are so clean and gorgeous. It literally looks like someone took a panel and printed it on my arm!! I’ve never been more in love with a tattoo! My friend and I are going back in about a month to get another one done by him! Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful work, I 1000% without a doubt recommend.

Nate did such an excellent job of explaining to me everything that was going to be happening, gave me his professional opinion about the tattoo size and placement because I was a little unsure and made me feel very comfortable during my entire session! Well...this could be long... my daughter got her first tattoo at Killjoy at the end of April. The shop was immaculate and David took great care in preparing his station for her tattoo. As a person, Davis was professional, funny, and really easy to connect with....which made her first tattoo a calming and enjoyable experience. We were back last week for her second tattoo and brought along four first timers with us for memorial tattoos. The entire staff was amazing during our time there which was somewhat somber. David, again, did all of our tattoos and was empathetic and compassionate and threw in some humor which was greatly needed and appreciated. All in all, Killjoy Tattoo is a top notch shop with incredibly talented artists. They say Im going to be back in December for my second tattoo b/c they are addicting... we shall see. What I do know, I would not go anywhere else but Killjoy if that happens! Thank you, Killjoy!

I got my first tattoo here yesterday and it was so awesome. The staff and atmosphere are super kind and courteous and I felt really comfortable even though I was nervous. Very hygienic and I didnt feel pressured into getting the tattoo same day. Schyler did such a crazy good job on helping work out a design and making it come to life. It turned out so much better than I imagined. Highly recommend these guys!

I was coming to Killjoy for my tattoos. Unfortunately I will not anymore. The work WAS so amazing. I went to Nate for a tattoo of a cross for my Christian faith. The entire hour and a half he was making fun of me for being Christian. It was extremely uncomfortable and miserable for me. And after being harassed during the session the line work is noticeably thicker in some areas than others.

Professional and clean. I haven’t had a new tattoo in 19 years. Walked in and felt very comfortable. Dave is a great artist and very easy to get along with. He stayed late to finish my tattoo and it looks amazing! I highly recommend Killjoy and I will be going back.

This was my first experience at a tattoo business and I was blown away. I was able to walk in and fortunately squeeze in and get my first tattoo completed. I decided to go with a line art style tattoo and was amazed by the work and efficiency. The staff was very nice with a mix of fun personalities and understanding of what I wanted done. I’ve gotten tattooed by Alex twice now and my expectations are always exceeded beyond what I believed possible. The shop as a whole has a great vibe of casual professionalism and is welcoming to a newbie as much as someone getting their thousandth tattoo. Alex’s attention to detail, ability to translate my ideas into a tattoo in the most effective way, and her kindness are otherworldly. I will never allow another human being to work on me since receiving such personal care. I would recommend KillJoy as a shop altogether and Alex most especially!

Killjoy is hands down the BEST place you could EVER get tattooed! I’ve gotten two tattoos from Nathan and I couldn’t be happier with them. Nathan was super accommodating and did the biggest and raddest tat I could ever ask for on my thigh and got it all done in one session. He worked tirelessly through that thing and always made sure I was comfortable. Killjoy is my one and only stop for tats. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Just had the best experience getting my first tattoo with my daughter. Was referred by a co-worker and Killjoy lived up to the referral. Super clean, trendy building with tons of windows. The artist, David Frentzel, took his time to discuss our artwork. The guy not only has a great personality but also has the knowledge/skills/experience that equals quality work. My daughter and I LOVE our tatoos! We will be back!

Dave has done all 4 of my tattoos. People have told me to go elsewhere because others are cheaper, but I would rather pay double the price of the other shops, and know that I am getting a perfect tattoo, that will never have to be fixed. I see tattoos from the other places and the lines are wrong, they fade fast and I dont want that, these are on me forever. I will never go anywhere else... dave is my that guy!!!

Top knotch shop!!! They have real artists, laying out some really rad tattoos. I have been in many shops, and got some awful ink done. Brandon not only tattood me with some bad a$$ new designs, but he also covered up some really bad ones. I will never trust another shop
