Went and got a vertical labret and colore was so amazing. He made me feel so comfortable and the piercing itself barely hurt at all. He cared so much about how it turned out that he took his time to make sure it was perfect.

I got a scoop tongue piercing done (looks like frog eyes but isnt) and it was done very well! The guy who did my piercing was nice and made sure to look before piercing to make sure it was safe. He was quick but not too quick and talked me through the process and aftercare. 10/10 would definitely go there again!

I just got my ear pierced for the daith and tragus 9/9 and it didn’t really hurt getting them done. I also got my nipple done (I’m doing one side for all 3 piercings at a time for sleeping comfort) and I think my nipple hurt the most but the piercer was amazing. He gave me great tips and dos/don’ts when it came to the piercings and how to properly clean them while they heal. The atmosphere was awesome and the cleanliness of the place was great. I am definitely go back for the other side!!!!

Really nice piercer, she was quick, clean and made the whole process inviting. Even though we didnt have an appointment, she got everything set up and going super fast. In an out in 20 minutes. That might not always be possible given that they might be more busy some days but I appreciate her fitting us in.

The employees are so friendly and it’s very comfortable. I’ve gotten 7 tattoos from their artists and a piercing and I’m planning for more! Can’t wait to go back for my next one!

WOW! I have been going here to get piercings for a while now and ever since their piercer Gabby started working there I’ve been recommending everyone. She’s professional and knowledgeable, and clean!! She just did my industrial and my tongue. Both piercings are healing beautifully and placed perfectly. Stopped in there a couple weeks ago and spoke with the piercer Gabby about a piercing I have and asked her professional opinion on the sizes, material used in the different types of jewelry they offered and would recommend she was very knowledgeable and very helpful , all smiles, polite. She showed me around the shop answered a few more questions I had about their clothing they have for sale. Love the atmosphere, the decor is fabulous as well. Also forgot to mention Ive also had work done on myself from one of the artists her name is Lauren and Ive followed her work pretty much from her beginning of the trade and she does some amazing tattoos in my opinion. Keep up the good work all you guys down there will definitely be going back for some much needed ink therapy

Ive had multiple piercings done here and have always had a pleasant experience no matter who pierced me. Ive never had any problems with my piercings and the price cant be beat anywhere. They charged half of what some other piercing shops charge. They have always been pleasant and make me feel comfortable. I never go anwhere else for piercings!

Gabby changed out my piercing and did an amazing job. I have a keloid on the inside of my nose which makes changing jewelry very difficult. Gabby was patient and made sure my jewelry was perfectly placed. The staff is amazing and friendly. The building is nice and clean. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been here twice, first piercing has been in for 6 months & still looks great! Second visit back was not so great after getting piercings though. The piercer did exactly what I asked for, made sure I was comfortable & was able to answer any questions I had, however, within 3 days my rook piercing fell out while I was sleeping and could not get it back in & then my helix piercing fell out 2 days later. I was luckily able to get an earring back in my helix but am worried that changing the piercing too soon will infect or irritate my ear and I’ll have to eventually take it out :( the jewelry selection was good but I am a bit disappointed that I paid $75 (not including tip) & both my piercings fell out within less than a week.

I got my nose pierced here 03/02/2023. Coler did a really good job. He’s super friendly, ocd (perfectionist) and just an all around cool guy. I love my piercings *I was a walk-in*

I got a few piercings here, and they’re the best shop I’ve used. Jeremy is a fantastic piercer. He’s intelligent and patient. I’m truly happy with how the piercings came out.The selection of clothes is amazing too. I’ve never before seen Rat Baby, Living Dead Souls, and Lip Service in a store!

My daughter received a belly button piercing & I received a forward helix. The lady that did the piercings got little to no tissue on my daughters piercing & it had to be removed. My forward helix or what was suppose to be a forward helix was rejecting. Went to a more professional place & was told my ear would split if it fully rejected due to the poor job that was done. I would definitely give this place 0 stars for professionalism, cleanliness & knowledge of piercings.

Gabby was my piercer and she was phenomenal! She was kind, she talked me through the entire piercing and she was very kind and easy to work with. Getting a sensitive piercing gives a ton of anxiety but Gabby is so nice! Highly recommend!

My husband and I got piercings here over the weekend. We are extremely happy!! Friendly staff. Informed us of the time we would wait which was accurate. The piercings are perfectly placed and straight! It was very sanitary. Every item used was taken out of the wrapper in front of us. Compared to some other places weve been, Kustom Culture is far better! I forgot to tell our artist at the time, but I love love love her heart shaped glasses. And shes so friendly! Well be returning!

They treated me with love and respect... I wanted to get my nose double pierce but I was short $30 and they still did the double piercing. They took off the whole $30 and charged me $50 in steady of the whole $70. They worked with me on what I had, instead of turning me away... This place is awesome and the people that work there are so cool and nice...

Very clean and professional. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The artist was very sweet and talked her through every step to keep her as calm and relaxed as possible. Will definitely be going back when she decides to get the second ear done, and will take my other daughter if and when she decides to get her ears pierced too.

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren today to receive two tattoos; my wife has also gotten her nose pierced at Kustom Kulture. What strikes me from the very beginning about the staff at this location is that they are incredibly friendly and down to earth. Lauren has an amazing way of taking care of her clients, making them feel important and at ease, and most of all—her line work is impeccable. I have no regrets in using Kustom Kulture and I cannot wait to boom my next appointment with Lauren.

Just got a triple cartilage done and had a great experience. Jeremy is super friendly, explained everything as he was doing it, was very professional and very thorough. I was shocked with how little I had to pay for such great work and Id definitely go back for more in the future!

AWFUL PLACE, gave ZERO aftercare! i got my belly button done about a month or so ago and their regular piercer wasn’t there then the lady that did my belly button piercing cut me with the clamp and then didn’t get any tissue. my new piercer told me it was going to reject & tear if i didn’t remove it and let it heal!! my mom got her ear pierced and the lady didn’t get any tissue at all of hers and it was rejecting and tearing. do NOT go here!!!!!

I was having problems with my belly button piercing that I got pierced by another tattoo shop. I went here and got it checked. The lady was super nice and told me exactly what was wrong. She even recommended things that would help and changed my jewelry for me. Better service and staff than the one I got pierced by! I will definitely go back for possibly more piercings or a tattoo!

You cant actually see the store from the road, but you can see the name of the shop on the sign near the road.Very cool aesthetic. Lots of groovy horror memorabilia. Plenty of Evil Dead.Jeremy helped my friend and I with our piercings. Everything was very proffesional and he was super friendly. He was very particular with placing and wanted to know (for ears) if there would be gages, or any more piercings in the future so he could accommodate. He answered plenty of questions about cleaning and care.Quick, clean, painless, at a decent price and we were out the door. For sure a place I would recommend to anyone. Ill definitely be back if I want any more work done.

I was looking for a good clean shop to get my belly button pierced I came across this shop an the reviews were awsome an gabby is the one who did it she is very nice warm personality an takes it at ur speed. Makes sure ur comfortable thank you gabby I had a very good experience ur very kind. An I recommend this place its a 10.

Very disappointed. I went in today to get my tongue pierced. Swolled the ball almost the bar too. Than I contacted them they said that they can’t pretty much help. Or to put the bar back in when the hole is closed already! It wasn’t even their piercing guy!

I love the shop , great vibe n good energy . Ive gone there for plenty of tattoos and piercings . I was trying to work with Lauren and she gave me the worst experience . Unprofessional , unorganized & straight unpleasant . She promised me a sketch weeks and weeks ago . Once I asked about it for like the third time and I was disappointed with the effort , she popped off on me . I still like the shop , thats why I didnt give a straight one star . I jus dont recommend working w Lauren . She will make you feel sorry for even trying to work with her .

Gabby is the only person I would trust to pierce me. She gives me so much knowledge and makes sure I dont have any questions. She makes me feel so comfortable. Shes so sweet.

They even sell cool clothing in-store.I had a bridge piercing done here after stopping in for the first time (all the other shops within a reasonable distance wouldnt do the piercing) and the service from start to finish was outstanding.Glad I found this place, Ill be coming here more often. 10/10 would recommend.

I went to get my navel piercing last week , and i must say my experience was great . They walked be through the steps and waited until i was ready to start . After they pierced it , they cleaned it and told me how i should handle it if it starts to look off . She had a great attitude towards me , i wouod definitely go back .

I went for my first tattoo, it was the best first tattoo I could imagine! Im so sorry I dont remember your name but shes in the back all tucked in a corner when she should be up front! Shes short with blonde hair go to her if your unsure or alone or just scared. She will be the best choice.! 10 stars Im going back in just a day later you will too!

Was in 2 years ago to have my belly button done. Had such a great experience. I was/am a total newbie and they didnt make me feel like an idiot haha. I went back this week to have 2 cartallidge piercings done. Again I left very happy. The lady that did them was super nice.

I just had my rook pierced at the beginning of the week and had some pretty bad swelling and pain, but Shannon was great and helped out and even helped change my ear ring and aliveated some pain and swelling. Everyone here is very professional and willing to help. I highly recommend this shop!!

I got my industrial there on Saturday and they did a really good job with it, especially because I passed out at the counter like two minutes after I was pierced. The guy who pierced me made sure I was okay and was really nice about it.

I had some dermal anchors done in my chest and Jeremy did such a great job. Professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Always nice to have such a great experience. Will definitely be back.

If you want a cheap tattoo, you will get one. I got a tattoo here, just a simple set of 3 letters, but they have a huge amount of meaning to me. Should have been a home run, as I brought in the exact stencil of how I wanted it. The lines were shaky and after only a year it is already blown out and needs redone. It is a shame because everyone here was super kind and very personable. I only had experience with one artist, so dont let it ruin the shops reputation. Just be sure to look carefully at portfolios and their stencils.

Jeremy is an amazing piercer, he explained every step he was going through to ease anxiety and was very kind. Very professional and clean and very good at following COVID guidelines. 12/10 recommend.

I would give 0 stars if i could. I went in for a simple eyebrow piercing, but it wasnt so simple for the the one giving the piercing! She really didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. Ive been getting piercings from the same place at a different location since i was 14 and NEVER had a problem. So she stuck the needle in and i started bleeding A LOT(never happened to me before). So i started to faint in my seat and all she did was left the needle in. After finally coming to, the needle was still in my eyebrow! Then she decides to use a a different size needle, back to square one...finally after all the pain and blood, it was done. My eyebrow was SO swollen it looked like i got punched by a boxer. To top it all off, my whole eye was bruised for 2 weeks, including my eyelids, eyebrow, and on the side of my eye. like I said, Ive been getting piercings since i was 14 and have a high pain tolerance. This place is TERRIBLE! I recommend that no one goes here.

I got my nipples pierced here about 7 months ago and my tongue done here years ago by the same lady and I have to say Im very unhappy with my nipple piercings. The left one is very crooked and pierced way too high up while the right one is straight but pierced waaay too far down. Im just upset that I wasted money I didnt really have just to take them out. I took them out a few days ago because I just honestly hated how they looked and how uneven they were. I plan on getting them repierced I just dont know where to go at this point =/ I did have a tattoo done here awhile back and I love it! I recommend for tattoos and tongue piercing but for the nipples I dont recommend.

I got my VCH piercing done here and Gabby was so nice. The lady at the desk was also very nice and had an overall great expirence and healing is going well.

Called same day an hour before walkin. I asked the receptionist/ piercing guy if he had any available slots he said that nobody had appointments today and that I could actually walk in at 12 o’clock I was there before 12 o’clock nobody showed up the piercing guy was there and he actually made me feel comfortable about getting a tattoo but when I came back because D owner was not there on time and was supposed to do my tattoo she eventually showed up And I came and asked her to do my tattoo I told her the meaning behind my tattoo told her told her how important it was to meet she judged me she told me that she has somebody coming at 1 o’clock and that her piercing guy didn’t know I highly recommend you guys do further in for investigation before you go to this place by the way I am talk texting. Also The owner was very rude to me she basically shunned at the fact that I was getting a tattoo that was meaningful to an ex of mine and I did not appreciate that and she also wanted me to write on some paper what I wanted my tattoo to say which I think is very un professional.

Customer satisfaction is clearly important! I was listened to, advised and was asked to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, before I left (I purchased body jewelry). This was my first visit, but it wont be my last

Had to come here for a jewelry change because la’rox had messed me up and the lady “fixing” them put giant horseshoes in my fresh piercings. i thought it was common sense you can’t put rings in a fresh piercing, and, not in a vertical labret at all. i’m concerned

We went for the Friday the 13th special and it was a long wait, but very comfortable. When I got under the needle it took maybe 20 mins! Beautiful work.

The workers were very rude, always outside smoking and gave additude when asking questions. Will never go back terrible experience they made me wait and they made me wait an hour and 30 mins to get a simple piercing and then after waiting told me I couldnt get the piercing because I was under 16 but with parents and had all the right materials to get the piercing done and I even called before and they said it was fine and then when I got there they told me no after waiting almost 2 hours.

First and foremost, Cinnamon was awesome. She made us feel very comfortable. She was down to earth and friendly, easy going and professional. I would absolutely recommend this shop and Cinnamon.

Cynnamon did an awesome job with my daughters cartilage piercing! Very friendly and put her at ease through the whole process.

Horrible piercing experience.I went to get my belly button redone and instead of piercing behind the cartilage or even telling me that the cartilage was too thick to pierce through she pierced directly through it anyway. Now I cannot get this to heal correctly.

Cynamon does a really good job. Even if you scream in pain, she talks to you try to keep your mind off it. Shes quick and talented.

Very disappointed. My lines arent straight and the ink didnt take in lots of spots. Very personable tattoo artist but the tattoo just didnt deliver. Im going to go get it fixed somewhere a little more qualified. Very disappointed

I havent been in awhile but when I did, the shop was very open and modern! I had steady eddie do a tattoo of three foot prints on my foot. Well, Steady Eddie isnt steady anymore! When it was said and done, my feet had four toes and all looked like a penis. No joke! I went back, dumb me. To have him correct the toe count. When he did, he missed place them making them look like disfigured penis. Thankfully I found another artist able to correct his work. On the otherhand, Wendy is awesome!
