This location is nice and clean. All the employees are friendly and helpful. My daughter got her ears pierced, and the employee who did the piercing was sweet and kind. I highly recommend a visit to this location.

Every now and then i stop here to checkvout the clearance or get body jewelry and there are usuall pretty decent deals however, tonight i decided to make a stop at claires in hopes of finding something for my daughter who will be getting a visit from the toothfairy.. i walked up to the doors at 7:45 PM tried both doors which to me were locked. There were 2 employees inside behind the register and one did see me walk up to the store. In dissapointment and that sort of embarrassment one might feel when finding the store already closed after pulling the door i walked away . I got back to my vehicle and noticed 3 people one being a child get let in to the store and one employee close the door behind them. Im unsure if these were customers as well or knew the employees but it would have been nice to be acknowledged about the store already being closed when i tried as i would have tried to not to take up more time than necessary . Online states this claires closes at 8PM not 745PM.

We’ve had many wonderful visits to this store location, the first being when my daughter got her ears pierced. I just can’t say enough good things about the girls that work here. They made it quick and easy for the piercing appointment and now every time we come back to pick new earrings they inform us about sales and deals right away and we leave with absolute bargains. The store is very tidy and makes picking out earrings with a three year old a fun experience….We look forward to our girls trips to Claire’s every month! 😊

Ive had my ears pierced here twice. Im very scared of needles. I didnt think it would be that easy and not painful to get your ears pierced? I had no pain whatsoever. The piercers were very nice, answered all my questions, washed their hands, followed all procedures. Always treated me with respect. I appreciate all the rewards I get as a online member (when you spend money in store and online you get a lot of points to go towards rewards to use on future purchases). With these rewards I have been able to get a lot of free stuff and have benefited from getting stuff for almost free by using rewards. I have been shopping at Claires for over 4 months now and have spent well over $300 on piercings and items. When I go in store and ask for unisex items, I was given a select spot which has helped me in picking out items in store to purchase. Not only do they offer rewards, they have a promotion where if you get pierced you get free earrings up to $17 for a whole year every month!!!!! Who else offers such a huge promotion like this???? No one!!!! I absolutely love the ladies that work in here. Paige is very helpful and lovely. One time while in store a customer had noticed that her ear piercing was not even and the employee with no hesitation whatsoever offered to repierce her ear and did so. This place is amazing. I enjoy every time I visit.

Johanna is amazing! Very personable, patient, and has great prioritization for customers, and the store! She deserves a raise and applaudable acknowledgment for sure! I went today (4/15/2019) with my 5yr old daughter and my 75yr old grandmother. Both my grandmother and myself had our ears pierced by Johanna. She aligned the products in the store to give good presentation, she presented great cleanliness with handling the materials for the piercings, had patience for me and my family, and was consistently personable the entire hour and a half that we were there.

FANTASTIC! There was a beautiful personable girl there who pierced my ears August 3rd, 2016. She was super friendly and professional. I gave her a well deserved 10.00 tip. Thank you lovely!

Went there for Black Friday shopping and they had a sign that says “buy 3 get 3 free absolutely everything”, and so I saw they had squishmallows and the sign didn’t have anything against it; as I’m about to checkout they tell me I can only have 2 per transaction. What an actual ripoff, could’ve put a sign on the door to let people know that. Actually ridiculous.

Went in for a new stud for my monroe piercing and was greeted at the door by this lady that told me I need a mask to be in the store and I was like oh okay I dont have my mask on me and walked all the way over here.. could I get one? She was like no you can only buy one, but you need to get out right now without having a mask on. Im like well I really need one of those studs.. can you sell me it from outside.. no.. I dont know what you want. Making me feel awful in front of the whole store and one mask for $10????? No way. I come here all the time for my jewelry and never ever again. Wal-Mart got my business instead. Once this COVID stuff is over.. we will see what businesses will not ever have my buisness again because of stuff like this. Want buisness?? But also want to make people wear a mask?? Then SUPPLY them like every other store does. I was coming to terms with the mask thing finally, but now Im just outraged again by businesses like this. I also wore them in other stores no problem.. they also SUPPLIED THEM FOR FREE!

Got my sons ears pierced here, he was a little scared, but the ladies did an excellent job of making him feel comfortable. I will definitely be coming back when my daughter wants hers done.

I drive way out of my way with four kids knowing the stores hours. And the doors are locked we have to wait outside its a little chilly out and the women is just sitting on her phone such a bad business clearly dont care about your customers time its after dinner time im not happy. Standing outside for a half in hour its 1 minute before 730 honesty its not hard to keep a store opened knowing custumers are waiting

Ear piercing was angles and uneven with the first holes from 12 yrs ago. So difficult to get an earring into the second hole in the left ear that it closed up. Wont use Claires in Tilton NH again for piercing.

Pierced me with the wrong earings. Ended up making it right by giving me the right pair.
