Im very happy with my four tattoos I got from Josh so far. He did a magnificent job.His station it sterile and clean.Everyones absolutely friendly, I recommend Pair A Dice to all my friends ❤️❤️ I look forward to going again!!

Came here with a friend after making an appointment for 3:30 P.M. and we were told he wasn’t even there yet and that we should come later. Okay, well we weren’t in a rush, we got a few other things done and came back around 5:30 (when the front desk said he’d definitely be around.) and still had to wait over an HOUR for him to ‘find a good stopping point’ on a tattoo when we already had an appointment. During the hour we were waiting, the lady at the front desk straight up just left and never asked for our IDs OR gave us any waivers to sign. Very. Illegal. He finally took us back there, and we decided my friend should go first since I was less nervous (I already have a few piercings) and she wanted to get it over with. I was expecting him to feel for her sweet spot beforehand (septum piercing) but he didn’t. He didn’t check the anatomy in her nose at all. It took him THREE PUSHES to get through her nose and all I could see was silent tears running down her face. He finally got it through and it was EXTREMELY CROOKED, but he said it was because of her anatomy. Which as a piercer, you should check and make up for with your angles. He then gave us the option to either take it out now, let it heal, and repierce it, or go back through the original one immediately to fix it. After some thinking she decided to do it then and there, and it went fine. I was debating even getting a piercing here at this point but got one anyway, mine went perfectly fine overall but the fact that all of this happened is completely unacceptable. We got in the car after, immediately looked at eachother and realized nobody had even bothered to ID us, nor had we signed a single safety waiver. This is both illegal, and just wrong. (We’re both freshly 18, we were not clearly over the legal age) and overall the experience is just insane. He gave her $30 off. Will definitely never be coming back here.

I called and was told if you get here within 30 minutes you can get a piercing if not youll have to wait until 4:30-5:00 so I drove straight there within 20 minutes and was told I need to come back later so I did came for a second time and waited an hour and 10 minutes the piercer did not show up even after they contacted him or her

I called same-day for a piercing, and not only did they answer right away, they were helpful and friendly....so, I went in for a nasal piercing and had a great experience with the staff I worked with.Josh did my piercing and game me all the information I needed for after care.A very clean shop with professional staff.Will definitely be back for a tattoo!

This was my first tattoo ever, and let me just shout it out to my man Miguel. He had already pre prepped my stuff up so we could get right to it when I got there, but yet also taking his time to make sure I was comfortable and calm for my fire tatt. Chatted it up and honestly great vibes, great people, shoutout to y’all for poppin my cherry on tatts. I’ll be back again soon and will def recommend !

Got a tattoo from them a year ago , with a promise of a fill in. I have been messaging them for a year to set this appointment and have been totally ignored.

Best Tattoo shop ever!!! I only go here to get my tattoos. The tattoo artists are very experienced, professional & friendly. The shop is clean and appealing. They shop offers different artists that specialize in specific areas of artistry...... Wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

The staff were extremely friendly and kind. I had called earlier and you know, they answered their phone right away. (In response to the 1 star entitled reviewer of this place who stated they don’t answer phones, you are quite wrong and your review was not helpful at all).I’m very happy with my piercings.

I came in with 5 of my friends to all get pierced and Josh took it like a champ. Wonderful service and exemplary patience. So happy with the results after a week of trying to find reasonable piercers in the area.

Ive been here for a few of my tattoos with Mike and he was always very professional and a blast to work with and the tattoos are beautiful. My girls have been asking about piercings. Since Ive been wanting more, I messaged the shop to make an appointment and ask if it was okay if I brought them to watch the process on me. Their piercer (I forget her name, Im so sorry!!) was great! She talked them through exactly what she was doing to me. Explained what everything was and why they used it. It was just an all around wonderful experience and I cant wait to go back! Thank you again!!

I have gotten two tattoos here and wanted my third. I like my first two tattoos and the artists who did them were respectful and did a great job. I tried calling two times this past week, and left a message the second time. I detailed what I wanted, my name, and phone number. I never got any response, so today I decided to just come in. I got there at about 12:30 and there were no clients in the shop. It was just the owner and his kid. I told him I had tried to get in touch and after no response, came in for a walk in. The tattoo I want is just flowers. Instead of apologizing about the phone not being answered and no response, the owner acted like it was my fault. He was very belittling and said I should have messaged on Facebook, and that it was funny I tried to call. He was not professional and doesnt take any responsibility for his own mistakes. His kid was more professional than he was, and it seems like the business would be better off with them in charge.Edit- I never said old people use Facebook, and I certainly didnt scoff. The owner never told me he had an appointment in 30 minutes - if he had, I would have understood. Anyone reading his replies to people who had a bad experience can tell he shouldnt be running a business. Oh, and how you treated me was what got you a one-star review. Have a good day!

Got my septum pierced at a different shop and they put in jewelry that was way too big. i messaged pair a dice to see if they could change it for me. i was able to get in the next day and get the jewelry changed. super fast and very very nice. thank you again!!!

Artist Josh LaRoche was professional and does great work. Friendly staff got me in on short notice. Josh took the time to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted and delivered. Don’t mind the dirty rugged fingers that’s from a lot of fishing.

My brother and I got matching tattoos here. Justin did a phenomenal job on my tattoo, and Josh did a phenomenal job with my brothers tattoo. We were both very pleased with the end results. The shop is very clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Pair-A-Dice Tattoo, and look forward to my next trip there.

Giving 4 out of 5 stars, because I was early for my appointment and I was seen 45 minutes late,because a girl before me decided to freak out about a nose piercing. Staff very friendly. Love my tattoo Alia did a fantastic job.

Brought my almost 10 year old to get her first earlobes piercings and all of the staff was great! Josh did the piercings and was awesome explaining the process and after care to her. 10 out of 10 recommend

I went 2 weeks ago and got the best work done by Justin that I had to go back a week later! He even was so kind to touch up other work I had done to make it pop! Good vibes great work! If you desire to go in I’d recommend Justin hands down! You won’t be disappointed!!

The owner constantly dismissed my friends and I with what they wanted done. They cant answer a phone to schedule and appointment nor can they check a simple voice-mail. When we went in the owner claimed the best way to contact them was through Facebook and Instagram, which although popular, should not be a main contact of a business. He also said that he had to hire someone to manage the messages coming in, but apparently no one can do the job of checking the voice-mail at the end of the day. He completely dismissed my friend and everything that she wanted, and claimed he knew best. When we showed up the shop was completely empty, and he never said he had any appointment coming in soon.The owner is childish and immature, and he needs to mature and learn how to have a real conversation with walk in clients.

I got three tattoos yesterday and I love them all. The girl that did them was the niece of the owner and she’s so lovely and I can’t wait to go back

The piercer here(I forget his name and now I feel awful!) was fantastic. This was my second nose piercing and it went much more smoothly than my first. He was very polite and professional and quick at actually piercing. Definitely will recommend to anyone in the area!

Got my navel pierced by josh and it went perfectly! josh is like the nicest guy in the whole world and the process was super smooth and not intimidating 💜 wholeheartedly recommend!

Got my daughters ears pierced and they were very clean and professional would recommend.

Josh was great. Super chill, good vibes, pierced my nose no problem. I was waiting for a little and I do wish they took a second to talk about gauge of the needle/piercing, material of piercing, placement of piercing and just what piercing I was getting overall (they picked for me...). The shop as a whole also doesn’t wear masks or follow covid safety guidelines but, to each their own.

Horrible customer service. Place did a Halloween special. Couldnt make an appointment it was walk ins only right? Well thats fine whatever we were driving an hour and 10 minutes so we messaged their Facebook to ask what the probability would be of us being able to get a tattoo if we got there by 7:30 pm (mind you they close at 10 pm) they said that the turnaround was really good, and that if we got there by 7:30 it would be no problem. We get there, and she turns us away at the door because they decided they felt like going home early. So cool to let someone waste 2 hours and 20 minutes of time and gas money just for her to be rude. Lady started the conversation with an attitude. Long story short dont waste your time with their promotions if theyre walk in only as their hours are unreliable. Especially if youre not local.

I’ve gotten 6 piercings here in the span of a year or so. There is a shop about 5 minutes from my house but pair a dice has my loyalty. They are great.

I was told to arrive at 3:30 PM for an appointment with the piercing person. I spent over an hour waiting and he didnt even show up. The service was awful, they didnt know where he was. Ridiculous. Do not go here for piercings, its not reliable.

They are all very nice but when I got my nose pierced the piercer didn’t show me where he was going to place it and he pierced it with a 16g which is very large for this type. My sister also got her septum pierced and they put it way too close to her cartilage so she wasn’t able to flip it up for work so she had to take it out. I do not recommend for piercings.

I had a cover up done by aila and she did absolutely amazing I will not go anywhere else for my ink and I have sent many people there for ink there clean professional and extremely nice the prices are very fair!! Totally recommend by me!! Before and after and you can read it no one knew what it said before

I booked a tattoo and yes my artist was running late it happens I waited and I’m so glad I did I talked to Danielle behind the counter and realized we grew up on the same street and knew the same people and josh my artist was so nice, laid back and we had conversation and someone who has anxiety I felt so relaxed and the tattoo was exactly what I wanted and I will be back for sure to have Josh do more tattoos for me.

Justin did an amazing job. He took my wife and I in took my idea and put it on our skin. He was easy to talk to funny and did an amazing job. It may be an hour and a half from home but I will be back soon.

Got my 3rd Tattoo today during the annual Halloween themed tattoo event. Was a longer than expected wait. However Jeremy Alley was a great conversationalist. Im over the moon happy with his work. Will be back for more. Thanks a million.😊

Dont bother to show up on time for your appointment because this place compares themselves to a doctors office and expects you should be OK with your artist not even being in the building nearly 20 min after your scheduled time - the time that THEY set up, mind you. Then, when you question them if the artist is even on the way, they will harass you about you should just wait, other people do, and theyre not in the mood to deal with any complaints about it. Also, theres a sign on the door that says masks are required yet the person who yelled at us didnt have a mask on. Very unprofessional environment, very unwelcoming, very rude & nasty, highly suggest you look elsewhere for a better experience. Also, Im sure the manager will respond to this review with some snarky, nasty comment, as he does to anyone who disagrees with his bad attitude.

Shop owner is very artistic and knowledgeable of his craft. He is willing to work with you and make your tattoo YOUR tattoo. He runs a tight ship and books up very quickly. I highly recommend to both tattoo virgins and veterans.

I got 2 piercings at once about a year ago, A tongue and a septum piercing. The tongue piercing I wasnt able to keep in long enough to even heal, it was so far back on my tongue that I couldnt eat, drink or breathe. The 2nd piercing was a septum piercing, It seemed okay though it was a painful healing process more then I was told about. Later on I learned that not only was the cartridge skimmed but it was wayyyy to high up in the nose and pierced through the middle instead of the sweet spot? I dont know why but it looks dumb to say the least, it hurts even after a year of healing and no jewelry fits at all besides what it was pierced with. In my experience, I would certainly not recommend going here for at least these two piercings. In the end, it was a wasted $50 because neither piercings were kept.

I got my first Tatoo today at Pair A Dice Tatoo, done by Pat. I absolutely love it. His attention to detail was fantastic, and he showed me all of the equipment that he was using so I could see that it was all new. My husband watched Pat clean everything before use. Price was very reasonable. We are planning to return.

I just had my first consult appointment today with Jereme. He was so polite and really listened to what I wanted. He took the time to flip through the packet that I brought. I am really looking forward to seeing what he draws up for me!!

Owner is extremely rude and has a really bad attuitude. Dont bother showing up to your appointment on time unles you want to wait forever for the artist to show up. Never been to a shop that is so unprofessional before.

Made an appointment for the 20th of October, was there a half hour early, stayed an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment for nothing. Decided to schedule with someone else. Definitely wont go again.

They are wonderful I will be going back. I needed helping with stretching my ears and Mike was understanding and explaining things to me. Wonderful vibe.

Very rude and doesnt listen when you bring up an issue , he just wants to argue and blame it on anything and everything else. They NEVER show up on time for the appointment times that they give you. Very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Poor help and worse people I made an appointment for the 13th of October for a special I called 2 weeks ahead like it said online then I called a day before you make sure I was all set they told me I was so then when I got there they made me sign in I was the only one with a appointment rest where walk in and the shop told me i needed to wait hours and i told them i made a appointment for today and they still told me it would be hours even know everyone was a walk in I hade to wait so i left I hate to drive a hour there and a hour back.

I got a tattoo by the guy with dreadlocks. It was the worst tattoo I have ever gotten. It looks like a kindergartener had written it. I have not worn shorts ever since I got it.

Myartist was Taylor. Great attention to detail and very conscientious about clients getting stlye, color just right. I love,love my tatoos ! Thanks Taylor!!
