My 4 year old daughter suddenly declared she wanted her ears pierced! I was skeptical about a stand in the mall, but after speaking with them, they were very nice, knowledgeable, and confident in their capabilities. I did have to run home to get a birth certificate as theyre now regulated by the health department. All I can say is they did a really incredible job! Two women did it at the same time, my daughter smiled throughout, barely flinched while getting it done, and is really happy with her decision to get her ears pierced! Highly recommend! Sharing in the event other parents/children are considering and this may help in your decision ❤️🙌

I came in for some new jewelry, that kind of matched with what I wear everyday. A staff member, Alex helped me pick out some things and decided what would look best! Their staff are very friendly, and I’m so glad I got some new jewelry!

I got the helix part of my ear pierced . The girl was friendly & helped me pick out the earrings that would be best for cartilage and sensitive ears. The whole process only took a few minutes quick & easy.

Dawn was very pleasant and nice, she was very informative and I will be continuing to purchase from her!!!

Got my daughter’s ears pierced here and the girls were so sweet and caring. I did not feel rushed and I felt like they really cared.

My 17 month old daughter had her ears pierced today (adorable little pink flowers) and the two girls that did the piercing were so amazing and professional! They both stood on a side and did the piercing at the same time so my little one wouldn’t have to go through it twice. They were also VERY PATIENT! lol which must be difficult with a screaming toddler 😅 I am very grateful 💕

You do need a appointment...but thankful for that because the two girls there were able to devote their time and full attention to my 13 month old baby today. They were amazing. They did both ears at the same time and made sure we were able to run her out of there as soon as we were done. Thank you for making our experience personable and smooth.

Terrible, I have 2 other piercings from a different place that healed perfectly fine. The girl I had messed up they weren’t pierced on the dots, they are uneven and will not heal right I did all the steps and still nothing. Not to mention the girl was very mean and should not be doing her job if she’s unhappy there.

Awful customer service and no care for the customers. They pierced my daughters ears and they were completely uneven. They were rude to my daughter as well, giving her an attitude and telling her there’s nothing to be nervous about and to just calm down because she was over reacting. The blonde lady also was not wearing a mask when she pierced my daughter.

I am very happy with this location. the one girl who works there Rebecca always ensure we find exactly what we are looking for. and understand everything involved. she always gets us on the Bogosian and the sales though. lol we go in special to shop rather than online bc of her knowledge and courtesy.

Had a lot of patience when piercing 2nd n 3rd hole..placing dots. But disappointed that you must buy 4 earrings for 3 piercing.
