Karma Piercing

Please avoid this place if possible! They put a bar wayyy to short for my ear. It kept sinking into my ear! I went back so they could put in a bigger one but they advised it was fine. 4 months later I wake up to the earring in my skin and the hole has closed, I had a friend push it back through then took it out. As you can see, this bar isnt appropriate for a targus piercing that I paid $100 for !!

Roy is the best piercer. I was worried getting my second lobes re-pierced would hurt because it’s scar tissue but I don’t think it could have any hurt less than it did. Definitely going here for my next piercing!!

I got my belly button pierced here three days ago and the diamond on my ring fell off. i have to wear a diamondless ring for 6 months to a year because that’s when i’ll be able to change it. the guy also didn’t clamp the spot either but i don’t think thats a big deal. overall my piercing itself is fine just wish the diamond didn’t fall off.

I got my faux rook pierced here less than a week ago and it got engulfed in my ear due to the post being too short and a sudden onset of swelling. the doctor said that the piercing was crooked and basically was pierced where my ear meets my skull. very disappointing. they did my daith the same day which is fine and my conch a year ago which healed wonderful but i am extremely disappointed. the woman didn’t even clarify that the piercing would interfere with my glasses.

Went a little over two weeks ago for 2 new piercings.. they are healing really really well & I absolutely love them. The woman that did them so positive & informative. She helped me relax before each one & had such a great energy about her. She was super knowledgeable about the new piercings & I’ll now only go to her. I wanted to wait a week or two before leaving a review but with her guidance through the aftercare I now have 2 beautiful new piercings. (I’ll be looking out for the green hearts 😉)

Great place! Loved the staff, they were friendly, honest, very clean, and professional. They explained everything before getting it done and did a great job. I am thinking of getting other piercings done and Id definitely come back here! I got my rook piercing here about a week ago give or take and it looks great. I forgot her name but it started with a B. She was awesome. Good service.

I got my second nostril piercing here which was also done perfectly!!! and the girls working there are always so sweet!!!I will always come here and recommend this place, About to go in and get another piercing soon!!(Bruising not related to the piercing)

Belen was a life saver when I had a clicker thing stuck in my face. Only 15$ and even after maybe 20 minutes of effort she never gave up...my hero

I truly enjoy going into Karma. Every time I enter I’m always greeted and made to feel welcomed. Roy and Angel have both done piercings on me and they both have done amazing work. Roy and Angel are very friendly and have great personalities. I had several piercings that I got before going to Karma, and got them done at various different locations, since going to Karma the first time, I returned to get several more piercings and plan to go there for my future piercings and body jewelry. I would highly recommend going to Karma if you want a piercing or quality body jewelry. 💜

Definitely think twice before coming here.I came here to get my nose pierced for the 1st time. The staff was courteous & nice. They were clean & professional however about a month in, I started noticing a bump developing around the piercing (outside on my nose & inside my nostril). I was getting concerned so I made another trip to this location to speak to the staff about these bumps. The piercer that day looked annoyed that I was there with my issue. Didn’t take his time to actually look at the piercing & brushed me off when I asked if we should change the jewelry.He told me if bumps continued to be there then I should visit a dermatologist.I went to another professional piercer at Tribu in Stamford to ask for their expertise & immediately told me I should change the jewelry. She recommended an implant grade titanium flat back labret. It has been about 3 weeks with the new piece of jewelry and the bumps have disappeared.

I love this new store in the Trumbull Mall! Roy is great, funny, and very professional. I took my 2 year old daughter there to get her ears pierced for the first time and Roy made her comfortable, and as painless of an experience as possible. She was smiling and laughing by the time we left thanks to him. We will be back and I highly recommend stopping in!! Thanks Roy!!

Ill be honest and say I did not catch the names of the two who were working inside the shop but they made big impact. They do not use a piercing gun. Its done by needle which offers way more variety and is much more sanitary. They do also take anatomy into consideration. Me and my friend wanted the same industrial piercing, which she unfortunately could not get because her ear shape would not allow it to be safely done. They value the integrity of your body over just making money for something that could cause future damage.As mentioned, I had gotten an industrial bar which is a very high maintenance piercing that can have a lot go wrong with the healing process. I already knew but pretended I didnt. They explained the things that could go wrong with the healing process even before taking my information and payment. The way they explained was not in a way to discourage but it was done so that I could be aware of all the possibilities before commiting to a process that tends to be more work than many are willing to do. Very professional. It means they take pride in their work instead of trying to grab a quick buck.I am still in the process of healing and will probably update this later with the progress but so far I have not experienced anything unusual. I am very happy with the placement, it was done in a way that wouldnt interfere with the natural curve of my ear. I just hope I am able to care for it well enough to keep it for a long time. It is very difficult not to accidentally hit it since I do wear glasses but thats more on me.

2 stars considering they were nice and professional. I usually stick to one piercing place, but this time I wanted to try Karma since some friends of mine have gone and had good experiences. A guy did my 2nd nose piercing and I continuously mentioned how it neeeeds to be even with my left side nose piercing… 3 months later and pretty healed, I finally noticed how uneven they really were. They also don’t accept returns even after I realized I purchased the wrong size jewelry.

10/10 Recommended coming to Karma ! The piercer Roy , is great. It was my first piercing and he made me feel so comfortable and was very welcoming . Works with your budget and gives great deals . Over all dope vibes anybody who wants to get pierced I would definitely go to here for sure ! I’ll be back very soon for my next one ; can’t wait !!!

I went to this establishment and got my nose pierced. It closed after a few months. I went back to get my piercing again and the manager was rude and disconcerting. He refused to pierce my nose again. I asked if I presented my receipt or paid again and he turned me away. Didn’t even offer me a new ring or any accommodation. I will never shop here again.

Omg i love this place!! I walked in impulsively to get a tongue piercing, i was super nervous but the piercer Roy did an amazing job, it was basically painless! He was quick & made conversation to relax me. Kim at the front is so sweet & pretty, really hyped me up and helped calm my nerves. They tell you the price & you pay before you get the piercing. They have great prices, most other places charge the same. They may seem expensive but that’s just because they include the aftercare product in the cost.They’re both amazing, would 10/10 recommend to anyone (even impulsive ppl who don’t plan appointments)

I actually went yesterday to get my snake bites. i loved the environment and the girls working there were extremely nice and friendly. i was very nervous and they did a good job at calming my nerves. belen was my piercer and she did an amazing job. i did have to go back a second time because my ball fell off but that wasnt the piercers fault, she did an amazing job. overall, had a very pleasant expieriance. i was very hesitant about going to the mall to get a piercing but everything was sanitized. i know this might bother some people but thy dont wear masks, i dont really care about that but i know some people are very weird about that. also the music was a1

Any prospective customers please read reviews. And LOOK AT the size of the bar these people are putting in your body before they do it, be sure to clarify if this will allow room for any swelling that is ALWAYS going to occur following a piercing.A bit unprofessional and there should be some form of management to make better judgment calls.Note to your shop, consider swelling occurs after forcing a hole into someone’s body. There are many other people up here that seem as they have been affected in the same way my friend has. Too small of a bar in a nose piercing. And we can’t forget to mention the extremely unprofessional response once it was brought to their attention. “Your nose was small”…..Who is the professional here? Lol.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not spend your money with these people. I went to get my nose and my smiley pierced. The piercer pierced my smiley knowing that my smiley was too far back for it to even show. My smiley piercing ended up pressing on my gums and causing me a lot of pain. I had to take it out less than a week later. They took my money knowing I would not be able to have the piercing. Then they put a nose ring that was too small for my nose. It ended up sinking into my nose and I had to take that one out also. I told them they used too small of a jewelry and the guy began to mansplain to me. I have gotten pierced before and the jewelry on the other side of my nose was clearly bigger than the one they pierced me with. This was my first and last time with them. They did not know what they were doing. They were a total waste of money and space. (PS their response to me is a lie. No one told me my smiley was too small. They pierced me and took the money anyway. Also they could have use a bigger size nose stud for my piercing. Ive been pierced in other places where they were more professional and used the correct size jewelry. TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE)

Love the environment that Karma Piercing has super clean and so professional. Roy was very timely in the piercing process. I will def go back there. They also have lots of cute mask.

Went to trumble mall with my daughter to get her ears peirced. Roy did an amazing job as my daughter is 1 and a 1/2 and shy. He kept her smiling and was super professional. The peircings were placed perfectly and still look good months later thanks to the aftercare he suggested and had available for purchase in the store. Thanks Karma. We will deff be back and highly recommend this store for piercings.

They took care of my son and I really liked that they cared about verifying our identities. Furthermore, the procedure to place the piercing was very clean and safe. In general, everything excellent.
