Me and my sister both went here to get are ears pierced. They both came out completely uneven and the doctors recommended us to take our earrings out and just let the holes close. One of my ear lobes they pierced SO low, it was about to fall out. Maybe they have improved since my experience because this was a few years ago. But insane, now I have to wait a few years to get my ears repierced and let the scars close. would not recommend to anyone.

I came back here because my chain broke and I had warranty on the chain. There was a mishap with my chain and warranty in the system which made me a little frustrated but Blandyna (Blanka) stayed professional and was able to resolve my issue. She provided me what promotions were going on and how long my new chain will be cover for under warranty. Thank you Blanka for your customer service!!

They have pretty good products but the bad thing is that if you buy something that is worth more than 150$ in cash and you return a couple days later, then they will mail a check to you even though you paid in cash. Also, the mailing will take almost a month so you could get the check.

Customer service in this location has been consistent and great every time I visit. I’ve been happy with my purchases each visit!

A young woman Adalina and her associate Danielle both help me pick which rose gold morganite ring was going to be best for me as a promise ring after some horrible experiences in my life. They gave me their honest opinion they listen to my story and applied heartfelt Thoughtfulness and was very truthful within explaining my heart shape morganite ring and how it could be sized, and the value of the stones. What a different experience I had at the piercing pagoda from Kay jewelers I will always go to piercing pagoda from now.What a wonderful experience I had with Adalina and Danielle they were so knowledgeable and helpful and was willing to go to any length for the customers. Anyone shopping at the piercing pagoda should know that they are getting 100% true value in sales from the employees there and in the product!I’m Ecstatic about my ring and can’t wait to go back to buy matching earrings sincerely thank you so much for the bottom of my heart tessa!

Great service and ear piercings! I got a cartilage and earlobe piercing and the clerk got the job done fast. She was helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. I would get any future piercings here!

The first time i went a couple years back the woman made my piercing uneven. the most recent time i went the woman was incredibly rude so we then got my friends done at claires and the service was ten times better they even told us they have many people compline about pagodas service.

Recently had my six month old daughter ears pierced here. Without asking whether or not we wanted a warrantee we were forced to pay for one as if It was policy. We didnt touch her earrings only to clean them within the first week yet they fell out a month later on each side call the company to see if we could have them replace only to find out that they don’t cover lost. It’s obvious there’s a manufacturing problem for both of them to have fallen out simultaneously yet there’s nothing that this company can do for us to replace the lost earrings. I’m so confused as to the point of the warrantee because the earrings were obviously defective, yet they won’t replace them. It’s overpriced for cheap service my advice go to somewhere reputable and if you are going to pay a lot of money in which we did go to a high-end jewelry store

Absolutely terrible customer service, no people skills from Spanish very short haired lady. You are better off going to Claires which is couple more steps away from this location.
