Jade was amazing! I got my fourth hole and I was afraid of the needle and she made me feel comfortable and guided me through the experience. Instead of looking at the mirror she turned the chair and made me count things on the wall. I will go here when I get another piecing. Best experience!!!!

This piercing shop is awesome! Love that they have nurses that know how to teach people to keep them clean and heal properly. They are very careful and precise and super friendly. Highly recommend for anyone considering a piercing!

Got a helix piercing for my birthday today and the staff were very welcoming and nurturing. My nurse explained to me as to why we had to position my helix a certain way based on my anatomy. She was very sweet and bubbly and made great conversations and walked me through the entire process while also verbally telling me what she was doing. It was very quick and they have cute jewelry to choose from.

Jade was great! I love that Rowan is a dedicated piercing studio and gives great aftercare directions. Fun experience!

This is one of the best shops in town for ear piercings. I’ve been here on two separate times, the nurses do a great job at explaining the process, the type of jewelry being used, and the aftercare process. Theatmosphere is great, always friendly and professional. All of the piercings here have also well and no complications. I would recommend Rowan to everyone, very family friendly and a great spot to take friends for group piercings.

Nurse Jade was fantastic with my 2 month old baby. She had a positive attitude and was extremely kind. She went through all the information and was happy to provide me answers for my questions if needed. I highly recommend taking children here. :)

My Piercings by Nurse Jade was actually a great experience.I am 53 yrs old and finally had the opportunity to get a Flat done along with a constellation piercing. Im excited for when I can add my flare with my own style of earrings❤️‍🔥

If I could give zero stars I would. I was treated horribly today by Selena and I believe her name was cass? Around 3pm. I wanted to get my ears pierced and everything was going well up until I realized that I forgot my debit card in the car. I was just looking at earrings before they tried to start to pierce me. I started walking to the door and my sister saw the two girls turn to each other and both gave me a judgy look. I told them I would be right back. I didn’t go back after I found out about this.I will not do business with judgmental people and I will be getting my ears pierced somewhere else.

Walked in on a whim and the girls took such good care of me! I wanted my second holes pierced, and I have thicker ear lobes, Jade suggested a different earring to be put in to allow for swelling room, and I’m so glad she was there to walk me through my different options. The girls were so attentive and sweet. I will absolutely be going back for more ear piercings!

The workers were so nice and were super careful with placement and accuracy. The price rates are very reasonable and they even have their own collection of earrings that won’t cause bacteria in your ears. Best place I have been to for piercings!

Visited Rowan recently and had such a pleasant experience! Kassandra was very thorough throughout the whole process from start to finish. Im not the most comfortable with needles but she was so personable and comforting that I didnt even realize she was done. Excellent explanation of after care and follow up appointments. Ill definitely be coming back, all thanks to Kassandra!

We had a great experience getting my daughters (age 7) ears pierced. Everything in the storefront was clean and organized. The nurse who did the piercing was patient and explained each step of the process. Would recommend for sure.

I love the store! And I love the earrings! But the past few times Ive walked in there the people behind the desk barely acknowledge you, carry on their convo, dont even get up to ask how they can help (they yell across the counter) and they do not make me feel welcome at all. Its not everyone though because the ladies who have pierced and are the ones who pierce (if theyre not with a customer) will come help and talk and see what we are looking for.

First time having my ears professionally pierced and it was amazing! Monica made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was happy with the placement. Will definitely be coming back.

After making an online appt., all went smoothly. Cute pink interior set the mood for my daughters 1st ear piecing.Professional staff walked us through cost, stud options, durations to wear studs, care, and options for sports (softball helmet) during initial stud time.Expect the cost for 2 ears (with device instead of needle) of $50, expect $50-$80 for studs, $25 for care spray, and $35 for sports backings.Remember to get a pic in front of their neon Fierce Pierce sign to commemorate the occasion.

Absolutely amazing! They have a wide variety of earings to choose from. The workers there are very nice and easy to talk to. I got my helix periced and it turned out wonderful, 10/10 will go again .

Been pierced by these nurses several times. Great experiences, knowledgeable and kind nurses. Nurse Jade always takes great care of me. I appreciate that they care beyond the initial appointment, they’re always available to help.

My nurse was thorough and made sure i liked my piercing placement. everyone was super nice. the pricing of earrings is about what you would expect for gold & silver earrings. the only reason i am not giving it 5 stars is because the studio is small and it was a little chaotic in there. i wish they could implement a rule where only a certain amount of people are allowed in there. it was hard to see all the earrings when a lot of families are in there.overall, i would come back and i would recommend people to go there.

Wow. If I could give 0 stars I would! Where do I begin?First off, they do not train their staff appropriately here. The nurse did not know on God’s green earth what she was doing. She did not know how to properly remove my earring to replace it with another earring I had provided. That resulted in my 100% pure gold, $200 earring getting scratched and damaged. And to top it off, she bent the post as well and now the earring is no longer useable as if I bend it back, it would break off!Secondly, their jewelry is sooo cheaply made. If you are truly sensitive to nickel and other cheap metals, I am begging you not to purchase jewelry from them!!! It is without a doubt not 100% hypoallergenic jewelry. I purchased a hoop from them for my cartilage piercing and I wasted my money. My old piercing (7 years old so it’s completely healed and not sensitive) swelled up and became so sensitive I couldn’t even touch it without feeling pain. So I had to go to a REAL piercing shop to get the hoop out and a new earring (that’s actually hypoallergenic) put in.This place is not worth your time, money, or the headache you get from dealing with these incompetent employees. If you want to go to a real piercing shop who sells hypoallergenic jewelry, who has competent employees who are knowledgeable, I’d highly recommend the shop Straight To The Point.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I was a walk-in and got lucky. I did two piercings and it was so easy. They were pretty busy so easiest to make an appointment and do waivers online. Staff were friendly and efficient. Nice clean studio and lots of options for earrings. I splurged!

Great experience not once but twice with Jade. The first time I came in as part of a piercing party, and the entire team took such great care of us. Jade suggested a different spot to get a stud and I said yes and I’m so glad I did I absolutely love it and the whole seamless experience. I just came in to get a matching stud and Jade switched out my old jewelry, where has this place been all life! Highly recommend for first time piercings too!

I brought my 7 year old daughter here for her first earrings. The nurse that pierced her was Megan and she was both kind and extremely patient when my child panicked after the first ear was done. The cost was higher here than some other local shops, but there was a nice selection of jewelry and making an appt online was so easy. It was worth the cost for such a good first time experience. The earrings are pricy, but for me the most important factor is safe and comfortable process for her. She cried at piercing, but afterward she was calm and happy. I totally recommend the service.

I contacted customer support separately to try to resolve my issue before posting a negative review and was met with a canned response of essentially “our bad” and “we will share this as a training opportunity”. Not satisfied in the least with this experience. Should have visited a real piercing/tattoo studio.

This place does nothing but nickle and dime you ridiculous! 150.00 for the piercing and jewelry 20.00 for solution and then you have to go back in 30 days if you have a flat back post to adjust for 25.00! And a tip on top of it.
