I had my first appointment for lip filler with Rhiannon today and I am so excited to see her again ! There is not one bad thing I could say , She was so kind and patient, extremely helpful in answering all questions I felt extremely comfortable. It was my first time getting lip filler, about two weeks ago and just came in for my second session today. I absolutely loved my results and the staff was amazing in making me feel comfortable and making sure I got what I wanted from my lips. Do not go to LaserAway in La Encantada, Foothills Tucson, Arizona. After three years of attending appointments every three months—totaling 12 treatments and thousands of dollars—I was left profoundly disappointed and frustrated. Initially, I was reassured that significant progress would be noticeable in the later stages of the treatment. However, even with one year left and four treatments to go, my concerns about the lack of visible progress were met with vague assurances that they would do what was necessary.After three long years of time, money, and pain, my tattoo was only slightly faded at best. This is not the package I was sold. I also questioned the absence of a physician or nurse practitioner during my treatments. The technicians were rarely the same, and my last treatment was administered by a recently graduated aesthetician with no prior experience in laser ablations. This type of treatment should be performed or at least supervised by a licensed physician or nurse practitioner.I received no satisfactory explanations and was told I needed to purchase more treatments with no clear end in sight. Frustrated, I consulted my dermatologist at Banner Dermatology on Skyline and Pima Canyon. Dr. Rebecca Thiede, along with Dr. Gerald N. Goldberg, an expert in dermatologic laser surgery certified in over 30 laser modalities, reviewed my situation. Within days, Cynthia, a nurse who schedules their laser treatments, reached out to me.The difference was astounding. I received numbing lidocaine injections, unlike the numbing cream at LaserAway, for which I had to pay extra. Remarkably, the cost of the numbing cream at LaserAway was almost equivalent to an entire treatment with Dr. Thiede and Dr. Goldberg, who personally performed the laser treatment with two assistant nurses in the procedure room. After just one treatment with them, I saw more results than I had in three years and 12 treatments at LaserAway. Subsequent appointments were based on thorough medical evaluations, not a “package deal.”At each treatment, both physicians reevaluated the type of laser and its intensity to achieve optimal results. After three months and just three treatments, my tattoo is no longer visible. The follow-up appointments were thorough, with no extra fees, to monitor the healing process.For anyone considering tattoo removal, I strongly urge you to seek professional medical care from a licensed dermatologist specializing in laser removals. The level of care and expertise provided by true medical professionals is invaluable and cannot be replicated by the substandard service I experienced at LaserAway.

Let’s just say I’m very impressed everyone in the office is so friendly and they definitely go above and beyond. Treatments are easy they talk you through everything and verify pain level during treatments. I have had lips, fillers, Botox and laser lip and chin hair removal. But disappointed in the laser hair removal I did 10 sessions have no female hormone issues nor thick hair and even told my technicians that I was not seeing a lot of result I feel like I should of stuck with waxing and saved a bunch of money. So laser hair removal is not always hair free.

Ive been going to tattoo removal sessions for about a year now and always feel welcome at the appointments. Everyone from the front desk to the RNs during the appointments is so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely continue to see them for any cosmetic needs in the future.

Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed with the front staff. Paloma was amazing at making sure I was ready for my appointment which reassured any unsettling feelings I had the morning before. I felt so comfortable in the waiting room and was excited to receive my first ever facial procedure. I decided to try the clear and brilliant treatment for my light colored skin which has minor pigmentation issues and redness. I had two phenomenal nurses, Rhiannon and Christine, taking care of my face. They were very professional and guided me through the entire procedure. They explained the techniques and machine they used which helped me understand what was happening and how it would eventually lead to my desired, even skin tone. They answered all of my questions about how my face would respond. As a health care worker in training, the science of this subject peaked my interest! I’m very concerned with the products I put on my face because of my previous acne condition, and they did an excellent job explaining everything they were using and how it would benefit my complexion. I was aware that the clear and brilliant treatment could cause minor pain during the procedure and they made it their priority to reduce that as much as possible. During the entire procedure, they were constantly checking in with my pain level and comfortability. They definitely tailored to my needs as their patient and I felt well cared for. I was very impressed by their knowledge of skin in general and they taught me so much about my own skin type. I left Laser Away feeling so refreshed and excited to see how my future treatments will lead to my clear, flawless skin. Andrea is so professional and kind! She was extremely thorough, asked good questions and even reminded me of some important aftercare stuff I had totally forgotten about! She’s awesome they’re lucky to have her!

Now that I have the official results of my treatment, I can honestly say I wish my experience was more consistent and that I paid more attention while they did my laser hair removal. I feel that I overpaid for my results. My first problem was a session where the nurse forgot one of my underarms. When I asked if she was going to do it, she said she had done it and I felt crazy for missing such a thing. Two weeks later, it became evident that one underarm was losing hair and not the other, so they scheduled me to come back in. While that was resolved, I had a later appointment where the nurse missed a small corner of my Brazilian. She asked me if she got that side (which I hadn’t been paying full attention but felt pain on that side) and since she had, I said yes but later realized there was a chunk she did not get and it didn’t lose as much hair like the rest did. That’s when I started noticing that this specific nurse tended to talk a lot during the sessions and never drew any guidelines to follow. She did most of my sessions, and while I was in and out I don’t feel that I got my moneys worth. The first and final sessions that I had were the most thorough with one specific nurse, but still did not make up for the stragglers. I understand that some hairs are too light, but the left over ones that I have are no different than what was around it, they just didn’t get touched by the laser especially on the outer edges. I firmly feel that if I had the same nurse for my first and last sessions, that my results would have been better. I wish I voiced up more, but anytime I tried to honestly mention my opinion on my results I would end up getting talked over and just hoped that the job would get done right. After spending around $2,000 for the two services, I would highly recommend people look around before committing. The sales people will tell you “there’s a special sale ending today”, but there will be more.

I have been going to LaserAway in Tucson since the beginning of the year and am extremely satisfied with the results and with the staff. Today I had a particularly amazing experience with Rhiannon Paloma. She walked me through everything she was doing, checked in with me frequently, and overall was just very caring and concerned with my well-being. I would definitely recommend scheduling your laser hair removal treatments with Rhiannon. She is very genuine and wants to make sure you are comfortable. I have also had extremely positive experiences with Lisa. My very first appointment was with Lisa, and she made me feel so comfortable and calmed my nerves. I’ve only had one painful session, and Lisa did everything she could to help reduce that. She really went above and beyond for me. I have had appointments with Lisa, Jordan, and Rhiannon at LaserAway, and all have been so wonderful and caring. The staff at the desk have always been very kind and friendly also. Definitely recommend!

First of all the staff are amazing, especially Lisa and Rhiannon. Thank you ladies!The business itself and how they handle the payment process is terrible.The lending company they were using back in January was Ally Lending, they gave me a 26.7% APR, which they give back once you pay it off within 12 months. Still, the information wasn’t clear from the start and was shady when it came to the payments.My expectations were high for a place that charged me $2300 for laser treatment (underarms and face). I was hoping that my facial hair would be completely gone after 10 treatments. but it’s still coarse. I’m on hormone therapy that reduces hair coarseness and the amount of hair so the treatments should’ve worked better.When I voiced what was going on they tried to sell me a “maintenance package” that included 3 more treatments for $550. There was no way I was going to pay that much for 3 treatments. Oh that included a “discount”.LaserAway is overpriced and not worth it since I still have coarse hair on my face. Yay…Look at your options and do your research before you book anything at Laser Away. I wish I had done it before I went with them

I just finished my last laser hair removal treatment and I can’t recommend this place enough. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and accommodating. I’ve been paired with a few nurses here, but Vanessa and Rhiannon definitely stand out. Vanessa has always made me feel comfortable and each visit asked me how my treatments we’re going and if there were any stubborn areas. She listened attentively and payed extra attention during laser to the areas I’d mention. She’s amazing! Rhiannon was also very accommodating as the face laser treatments were always a little uncomfortable for me. She was very vocal through the entire thing and helped me feel calm and relaxed. I will be coming back for maintenance, I love this place!

I purchased treatments for my legs, underarms, Brazilian and happy trail. I was a little bummed out about the price, but the facility was immaculate. Rhiannon is an absolute picasso. I went in for my first ever fillers and botox and when i say i was nervous it is an understatement. I was greeted by an amazing woman named Paloma and she took me back to Rhiannon. The room was bright and welcoming and she began to get into my appointment. I had so many questions but she was thorough and made me feel at ease. Any question I asked she had a knowledgable answer and a fabulous bedside manner. I was laughing within minutes and instantly felt comfortable. When she got into the procedure she was so supportive and complementary. After this experience their will be no doubt in my mind I have found my home and nurse for all my cosmetology needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Nurse Rhiannon for my treatment. She was kind and walked me through the entire process. She was really attentive and she offered to ice the areas which made the whole experience a lot more comfortable. I appreciate her recommendation to get numbing treatment 30 mins prior to the appointment because I have stubborn hair and would love to be able tolerate higher laser energy to get a better result. I had my first facial ever at LaserAway today with nurse Christine. The HydraFacial was amazing and I would recommend it to everyone. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

After 8 treatments on my upper body, I dont see much results, which im not happy about. :( My skin is light brown with fine dark hair for reference.The staff and nurses are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.Rhiannaon is so nice. She always asks if you are feeling OK during the laser hair removal treatment, and she is happy to answer any questions you have. Vanessa is so nice and bubbly, and very thorough with the laser treatment, which i really appreciate.They both ask about my hair growth and adjust accordingly.

I have been to two other places for fillers and Botox. Laser away is by far the best, the Care with Rhiannon has been exceptional. She listens to exactly what you were wanting, and his help me to achieve great results. They have given me exactly what I have asked for helping to look a little younger, but natural. I was referred to by a friend that looked amazing, and I have had the same outcome. I couldn’t be happier with the Botox and fillers!

The staff is so friendly and welcoming and I love going in. On a scale for pain it’s a 2/10 because of their cooling device and the price is a bang for your buck. So excited to continue my treatments!!

I got Botox at LaserAway from Rhiannon and she was great. She had a fun personality and we clicked instantly, making me feel very comfortable with the procedure. She was professional and knowledgeable about what she was doing. I had some Botox banked at LaserAway, but not enough for forehead and Glabella, so I had the Glabella done elsewhere. Rhiannon checked in with the doctor on site to ensure it was ok to administer Botox, since it could drop my brow if done incorrectly (and since I went somewhere else, not on the same day). Once everyone was comfortable with the timing and procedure, it all went smoothly. 3 weeks later, everything worked out great and I’m happy with the results with no side effects at all.She also did my tattoo removal and the procedure went well too. It was not my first time so I knew what to expect as far as pain level.Thanks Rhiannon!

Ive been going for about 7 months now and it is the best decision I could have made! There has been so much hair reduction on each area that I really dont have to shave anymore. I have been serviced by Rhiannon, Lisa, and Vanessa and all of them are super knowledgeable and fun to talk to. It really makes the process easier and bearable.For this location, specifically, everyone is so nice and hospitable. I have never come one day in the 7 months that I have been getting services where customer service was lacking. Getting services can sometimes be a bit grueling or awkward - you just want to get in and get out...not here! I never thought I would hear myself say that getting lasered is fun.I always get the opportunity to chat and laugh with my girls upfront - youd think we all knew each other for years or were Sorority Sisters! It just feels like you are really hanging out with your girls (minus the drinks). It always feels like Happy Hour when I see them (well they do actually make me happy, lol). Paloma, Reagan...I could name everyone but then this review would turn into a directory. All of the ladies are amazing!I can rave all day about that but I definitely want to make sure to emphasize the quality of service. I have searched for years for the right laser to work for me and I have been a bit disappointed. Being a darker skin tone, it can be hard to come across the proper equipment. I literally dont own razors or shaving cream anymore as it isnt a necessity as it once was. This place is a God-send for me.Thank you all and as long as your are there, Ill be coming for services!

I have gotten lip filler at Laseraway twice. My first experience at Laseraway was amazing! The first nurse injector who did my lips made me feel extremely comfortable and it felt very personable. She had ASKED me what my goals are for my lips, I showed her some photos, and we had a really in depth discussion about what I want to achieve overall with the look of my lips. It didnt feel rushed, she gave me some goodies to take home with me to care for my lips, and I ended up loving the result and got several compliments! However, the second time I got my lips done, I had a different nurse injector and absolutely hated my experience. I really dislike writing awful reviews, but I truly loathe the way my lips look. The second time felt very rushed. The injector and I barely exchanged words, and she never asked me not one single question about what my goals are for my lips, and just went ahead and started injecting. Sadly, my second overall experience was just poor. My smile looks off in photos now and my confidence has actually gone down.

Rhiannon -After my motorcycle accident in May I needed to reinvest in myself. Rhiannon ensured I was comfortable, grabbed a blanket for me, and guided me through the entire process.I love her and EVERYONE I interacted with at Laseraway during my appointment! I loveeee my lips!!!

The store director tried to scam me into purchasing a package that I didn’t want. I told her I only needed one laser hair treatment since I was already in treatment and needed one last laser. I had over $500 in credits that I earned from spending money there over the year and she told me that she can’t apply the discount and use my credits. I spent over $3000 in laser removal at this location and was basically told that I couldn’t use the reward credits that I earned with the discount that the store was offering. I felt like she was out to get more money out of me and I didn’t feel valued at all as a customer. I’m never going to spend another penny at this place or recommend this place to anyone. There are so many good dermatology clinics that have experts to do your laser hair removal. Avoid going here at all costs if you value your time & money because they certainly don’t.

I had a great experience at Lazeraway nurse Lisa was very thorough before my clear and brilliant procedure. After the healing process my skin was amazing. The front desk Anaya and Paloma were very pleasantly friendly and helpful, With scheduling my next appointment and processing my purchases.Also, I love the products, Come clean face wash the BFF sunblock and the lighten up dark spot corrector have all made a significant impact on my skin’s texture and tone. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I cancelled my appointment after being bombarded with phone calls and emails, it seemed very predatory and it put me off. I got a bill from the credit company so called to get a refund. Was informed it could only be approved by a director and I would be called back...no call. Called again and same message was given...no call. Called again and was told the time they could call me back had been reset as I called twice in one day (not true and I have the call log to prove this but Patti went on that she had the recording and then confirmed that the recording was from a different day) but guess what? Still no call back. From my initial call its been the best part of two weeks, still no call. The customer service is atrocious, Patti is very good reading from a script but any actual resolution is lacking. The customer service is non existent and they cannot even call back within their scripted response times. Avoid like the plague or pay each appointment as the hurdles you have to go through to get your money back are frankly laughable.

I’ve been a patient since 2015. Most of my treatments have been clear and brilliant which are great for my skin. This time around I decided to start services again. I called the main line and they transferred me to a lady name Hayley who was extremely abrupt, rude, condescending, and pushy to sell instead of being more customer friendly. Instead, I just decided to call the clinic directly in Tucson where a very nice Professional, helpful, and outstanding lady name Ana was able to comprehend my needs and help me out through the process. My first sesión was great! I will definitely go back. Rhiannon was great with the treatment. And Reagan was very helpful when I called for directions to find the location. Though, I am am please with the way I was treated at the Tucson location, I am afraid to send any referrals that are Hispanic because I don’t want them to feel discriminated like I felt with First Lady Hayley that I fist spoke to.

This was an amazing office. I was lucky to have Kelly fill my lips. Not only did she make me feel comfortable and relaxed, but she told me everything she was doing while she was doing it. That really took the anxiety away.She’s very educated and has a great passion for what she does. I love my lips!!!The office and rooms were so clean, everyone was very cheerful and polite.I highly recommend this company, and if you can get an appointment with Kelly, do it!

Unfortunately I have come to a point where I need to update my review and give this facility 1 star after horrible experiences. I was coming here for laser tattoo removal, my first visit was great but every visit after was awful and torture on my body. This was due to brand new nurses and machine malfunctions, the machine over heated during all my appointments. Also what I was told over the phone changed upon going into the facility for my treatments. I spoke with an office manager after weeks of calling the office and was spoken to very horribly. This is so disappointing and I will not be returning.

Rhiannon just did my Xeomin and Revanesse in Tucson super informative and punctual! My treatment went so well and my lips and frown lines look so much better and I feel awesome after leaving. Ill definitely be back in 90 days sharp!!

This was my first visit to Laser Away and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I got the instant glow laser facial and the underarm hair removal. The facial felt so good and relaxing and the underarm hair removal was smooth and flawless. Jordan and Rhiannon were very professional and made me feel at ease during the procedures. I highly recommend Laser Away to anyone seeking these treatments.

I really do love this place! They are different from other salons in the way you are not binded to a contract - as in I could have cancelled my service anytime, whether I was having a reaction, wasnt able to afford it any longer, or simply just had a change of heart. Other salons bind you to a yearly contract that enforces you to get all of your treatments in the year. The problem with that is that you pay for the whole year even if you only went in once for your service.The ladies are great and always make sure I feel comfortable, especially since I am a younger client.

The staff is wonderful and Im happy with the results after 4 sessions. They have also done a good job dealing with the corona virus. I can only speak to this location, but I would certainly recommend them.Updated 1/24/22. I finished the 8 treatment series last year and Im very happy with the result. Im now starting a short maintenance series around a year later. I was surprised and pleased that the staff still knew my name! Getting an appointment was easy. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The technician Kelly had all the information from previous treatment and knew what I wanted. She was very professional and Id recommend her highly.My only regret is that I didnt start with them sooner.....

I cannot tell you how happy I am with the results I received after one treatment of clear+brilliant and laser hair removal! After the first treatment I was able to notice a huge difference in my skin and even the people around me noticed the difference! I highly recommend them! I have had a problem with acne since I could remember and my scars are basically gone even after one treatment! I’m beyond happy with the results I have already seen! The staff is amazing as well! I have gotten laser hair removal and the clear and brilliant. There is an actual nurse that works in the lasers. My experience is with Kelly, and she is amazing and very personable and knowledgeable. The laser hair removal was quick and a lot more painless then other laser places I’ve gone to. I’ve had hair removal at other places but this laser is so up to date that I hardly felt anything even in sensitive areas. I’ve only had two bright and clear treatments so It’s still too new to comment on. Regardless overall this place is professional, clean and makes you feel comfortable.

Vanessa was great. She took care of my laser tattoo removal and was a pleasure to converse with. She was efficient and a nice distraction from the pain. Barely felt a thing!

Catherine was the young lady who helped me set up my appointment. She was extremely attentive and assertive with scheduling me in. I was originally just coming in for laser hair removal but she did a good job informing me on the monthly special and sold me on another service. Lisa was the RN who did my laser and lip filler. I have gotten fillers before but this might have been the least pain I’ve received. She did a good job managing the syringe to proportionate my lips and make them look natural with the least amount of bruising. I will definitely be back for other services.

I would definitely consider myself a skeptic of these types of services, but the Tucson Laseraway team changed all that for me! Seriously look forward to my appointments with them. Reagan my girl up front , and nurses Kelly and Rhiannan have all been a dream to work with. They made me feel so comfortable-- Reagan hooked it up from the beginning, always trying to get the most bang for my buck and relieved all my fears I had about the procedures. In the past I’ve Seen Lisa, Jessica and Ashton and I am serious when I say the entire staff is amazing. Just had a tattoo removal treatment with Kelly F, RN. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were definitely on the same page about my treatment and shes very good at trying to help clients manage their expectations about laser tattoo removal.I think my only complaint about the whole process has to do with the sales aspect and how rushed I felt. The people *selling* treatments are NOT as knowledgeable and they are NOT good at helping clients manage expectations.

Please be careful when looking into hair removal at LaserAway. I was conned into committing to a contract that I didn’t fully understand and am still paying it off years later. They are charging me double what I was originally estimated and even after completing all of my services, I still have a significant amount of hair. I spoke to someone about hoping to receive more treatments and they told me I could buy more, even though I was promised when I first started that I was a perfect candidate and might only need a touch up. I still have dark hair everywhere despite completing all treatments on time, not “only touchup” level by any means. My whole experience with this place devastates me and I feel conned, scammed, and like I went through so much pain for nothing. PLEASE do not sign up for the lending service and learn from my mistake.

I went there for the first time last week and it was absolutely amazing! I have been waxing for a few years but honestly I kind of hate it. I was curious about laser hair removal, but a little nervous. These ladies were absolutely amazing though. Lilly helped me with my consultation she answered all of my questions and got me set up with an appointment for later that very same day. She was very apologetic about me having to wait a few minutes past my scheduled consultation time, and I wasnt too bothered by it, but it just showed me how much they cared which was very reassuring. When I arrived for my appointment the nurse Kelly was wonderful and made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen. I was super nervous but she made it easy and painless. Seriously if youre considering laser hair removal come see these wonderful ladies at Laser Away.

I bought a Groupon for a tattoo removal and the nurse I worked with did an excellent job explaining the process to me and making sure I was comfortable during the treatment process. Getting a tattoo removed is extremely painful but the staff at LaserAway has made it an overall great experience with how friendly and welcoming they have been. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service at Laser Away. From the front desk to the nurses they are always kind, professional and extremely accommodating. Destiny at the front desk is so incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the services offered as well as cosmetic treatments in general. She was able to explain any question I had in great detail and help in finding additional treatments I’m interested in doing in the future specific to my concerns and skin type. I will absolutely be returning and feel very comfortable and confident knowing I’m in very good hands.

This place is... wonderful! I recently had a treatment for laser hair removal, and by far it was the best and least painful laser treatment Ive had done (I have previously done 3 sessions for the same areas at a different place). On top of the decreased pain, the results have lasted significantly longer.From the front desk to the nurses, everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. The pricing was not too bad either (granted I did purchase during their grand opening) but from my experience, they can accommodate you to fit your budget.

I purchased the bikini & underarms package at a very good deal and have had 4 sessions so far. All the nurses & staff here are super fun & knowledgeable. I have not had a bad experience here and doubt I will. If youre gonna get laser treatments, do it here! You wont regret it.

I was working with laser away to get a tattoo removal but ended up not needing it removed. I called about getting a refund and was told that wouldn’t be a problem and was redirected to the girl who helped me register for the bundle (Alyssa); where she informed me they do not offer refunds. I asked if there was any exception and she said she would have to discuss with her higher ups. That was almost three weeks ago and I never heard anything so I reached back out and never received a response. I ended up calling the Tucson location today and the girl who helped me was incredibly sweet, understanding, and helpful (Cassidy). She reached back out to Alyssa and Alyssa texted me, with not context and apology for the lack of response and said “your refund has been processed.” Though I do appreciate that they were able to do the refund for me, Alyssa’s attitude and lack of contact was very frustrating. However, while I was in the process of getting the tattoo removed prior, everyone who helped me at the Tucson location was great. Overall, the location was good but the outreach customer service was frustrating. Thanks so much to Cassidy though!

I was new to this and very nervous. I spoke with Reagan and she completely put me at ease. Her communication was amazing, she listened to me, it seemed like she actually cared and she wasnt being fake. She put my concerns, fears and most importantly my nerves to rest. The facility was incredibly clean. Everybody else was very nice as well and they let me know everything they were going to do, before they did it. There were no surprises. I am very appreciative to Reagan and the entire staff at LaserAway. Thank you!

With excellent assistance from Lisa, 70 to 80% of hair removal has indeed made a significant result after all sessions. I see a lot less facialness, and because of this, I feel more comfortable roaming about with lot less make up on. Its a heavy recommendation to make appointments here, girls. So go nuts! ⭐️

Very friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed. I went here for cool body sculpting and the entire staff made me feel like family. Youre treated great and they work with you to get you the goals you want. I do recommend them for any of your sculpting needs.

Ive had 3 laser treatments so far at Laser Away and am very happy with the results. The front staff, Kat and Destiny, are very friendly and helpful. The nurse that performed my treatments, Crystal, is very knowledgeable, answered my questions, and explains the process well. I purchased my treatment package during a holiday sale and the price was very reasonable.

My tattoo treatments have been amazing! My nurse Rhiannon and the front staff are always friendly! It’s always welcoming and fun! They are like family!

I worked with them recently and never felt uncomfortable both socially or physically, so welcoming and comfortable. Their face wash worked fantastic for my skin and have had clear skin ever since. They took care of you and guided you through the process all through till the end to make it painless and feeling more confident the moment you walk out. Even with after care, they gave clear instruction and if confused it was easy to reachout to ask any questions. Highly recommend.

Lily explained every detail to me and answered all my questions efficiently. She worked with me and helped me feel comfortable in the decision I made to finally do something for myself. Ashton and Kelly both made sure I was comfortable during both my appointments, kept a conversation with me so I didn’t feel awkward, gave me all the tips and tricks I needed to know for after care and to get the beat results. I had a very positive experience with injectables at LaserAway. Nurse Crystal B. was fabulous in explaining the process and relieving my anxieties as it was my first experience with fillers. More importantly, she listened to the description of the look I was going for, and nailed it! I am incredibly happy with the results. I will be going back to LaserAway for all of my injection needs.

I cannot warn people against Laser Away enough. I started laser hair removal here about a year ago and have just completed my underarm treatment and have one treatment left for Brazilian. I’m still shaving regularly - it’s like I haven’t had a single treatment. I brought my concerns up about halfway through all the required sessions because I hadn’t noticed a difference, but was essentially told there was nothing they could do and that everyone is different, and to keep at it. I have fair skin but dark hair. I understand everyone’s hair and bodies react differently, but if you’re charging me $3000 for a service and you can’t meet the expectations that come with that hefty price tag, that’s just not fair and you need to be transparent about that. That was a LOT of money for me, and I feel like I may as well have lit it on fire for what it’s gotten me.I originally signed up and paid for my upper lip as well. Unlike the other two areas, this hair was very light and fine. It should have never been a candidate for laser hair removal, and any ethical place would have cautioned against it. Laser Away encouraged me to try it and took my money for it. When I insisted on canceling the remaining sessions because I finally realized it wouldn’t work, there was of course no option for a refund. They gave me a prorated credit and accepted zero responsibility.So, in a nutshell, I have paid about $3000 for laser hair removal at Laser Away and walked away with about as much hair as I’ve started with, and I’m SOL on the list money because they do not stand by their work and accept any responsibility for not delivering results.Staff are nice, but it’s a corporate company and all they care about are sales. This is evident form the moment you first inquire and get calls and texts immediately pushing you to sign up for a consultation (which is just a sales pitch). Totally unprofessional and unethical for a company that provides such personal services.Do not go here.

The folks at Laser Away in Tucson were incredible. Nydia at the front desk was so welcoming and genuinely excited for me to start my laster hair removal process. The facility was clean and conscious of COVID. Jessica did my treatment and she was so attentive and friendly. All of the technicians are RNs which provided a lot of peace of mind. They helped me with pricing options so its affordable. I highly recommend and cant wait for my next session!

Poor customer service. I purchased a membership when I had a service done in june 2023, and i wanted to schedule an appointment. A rep at at Laser Away initated a text and stated she could not see that i pur hased a memnership, and proceded to quote me an inaccurate price for the service I requested. I had to repeat myself and ask her the correct proce, and even then she couldnt quote me with discount based on my membership. I had to call corporate in order to get a verification thay i had in fact purchased the membership. I called the local Laser Away only to get transferred to a rep that again was misquoted and insisting i do more. Its ridiculous that the reps are probavly trained and coachdd to push for a sale. Im over it and I wont be back. I recommend anyone looking for a medspa to beware of uninformed people who misquote and misinform clients at Laseraway.

This is my first visit to the LaserAway and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I had got injectables done by Vanessa and felt very comfortable. I will definitely be returning soon!

Seriously cannot tell you how much I love my experience at Laser Away. All the girls are simply amazing. Friendly, professional, and not pushy. Made me feel at ease with the services I selected and Kelly, she is amazing with the clear and brilliant treatments. I am so excited to see the end results. The best place to get a tattoo removed! From the consultation to the final treatment Nydia, Reagan,Kelly, Kat and Lisa always go out of their way to make sure you receive the best service possible. I forgot about an appointment called the next day and they we able to get me in that day! They are all awesome!

The best laser hair experience! I have been to another laser hair place where the laser hair treatments were painful. I enjoy coming to LaserAway because the staff is friendly and the treatments are painless. Many people want to get laser but they are afraid because of the pain but not at LaserAway it’s a painless treatment. I had Kelly the RN who was professional and did a good job with my treatments.
