Can you spot the item that is NOT pink? Pretty easily done yet they have these purple plugs expressed as pink on their website. This purchase was a waste of money and I will now be taking my business elsewhere. Buyers beware.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered over 100 dollars worth of items from them MONTHS ago (back in February). I never received the package. After much back and forth with them and FedEx, FedEx said they were marking the package as not received and encouraged me to keep requesting a refund from the seller.But by that point, TBJ employees had already decided to stop replying to me. Months later and no jewelry, no refund, no closure.Save your money, time, and sanity and go somewhere else. This place is absolutely the worst.Recommend Urban Body Jewelry. Fast, friendly, and always gotten my packages from them!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size jewelery and emailed immediately.I was contacted back ON A WEEKEND and followed up with by that Monday.They updated my order; verified a 3rd time just in case that my info and order were correct, and updated my order.Customer service was impeccable and their selection exceeded anywhere else as far as quality and selection.Definitely will be a return customer.

Ive only ordered from Tulsa Body Jewelrys website, but Ive had nothing but amazing experiences.Firstly, they have the best prices Ive seen anywhere. Any time I go shopping on another site, I always come back to Tulsa because theyll be insanely cheaper for the exact same products. Their loyalty program is awesome, too. Points rack up quickly, leading to great coupons.Ive bought their titanium products and lots of Neometal from them. Used to be five stars, til i received a defective item. ordered an 8 gauge hinged segment clicker before i was ready to size up to be prepared, because of that i didnt realize is was defective (wont snap shut or stay shut) til a few days ago, just BARELY over 30 days after ordering and they didnt care to resolve the issue after being a returning customer. read some other reviews and saw they also dont let you exchange if already opened. basically sounds like they do not care about their products and customer satisfaction if something is wrong. Midsparkgems on etsy is an awesome seller who also has large gauge small diameter jewelry, id recommend her over this lousy company! also when you write a review on their website on the specific product it has to be approved by their sales people.. LOL way to filter out the truth and only approve reviews that make you guys look good. shady.

Just received my 2nd order from these guys and Im just in love. Ive got a decent amount of piercings I love playing with and have ordered a wide variety of random replacement ends for barbells etc. Everything is Quality, right in line with what it costs, and theyre totally on point with their packaging. Having bought a whole bunch of random numbers of random colors of teeny tiny little balls, I totally expect to receive wrong orders, but Tulsa gets it right with each item individually packaged, and shipped and delivered quickly. This is how business should be done! I definitely found my new go to shop for everything piercing related! Thank you and Ill be back!

So last week I ordered some jewelry. After 2 days of placing the order, they emailed me stating my size plugs werent in and they couldnt find any. They refunded me 2$ difference. I told them to ship them to me quick. They sent them out Monday. They didnt upgrade the shipping. They will be here Saturday. I really probably wont order here again.

I ordered from them online and they did not disappoint. I initially ordered the wrong size for 2 of 3 the items I ordered so I emailed them and they fixed my sizing issue, no problem. Thanks guys!

I will never buy from here again… placed an online order, FedEx said it was delivered but the package never showed up. Their delivery photo didn’t even include my package… reached out to the shop and they said they wouldn’t do anything without FedEx saying so. FedEx told me they thought it was delivered and to contact the shipper… vicious cycle. Now I can’t even get anyone from FedEx or Tulsa to respond to me. What kind of store won’t ship a replacement for a lost package, or even provide a discount or credit? Ridiculously bad customer service, especially given I’ve purchased from here a few times before. Never will again and will warn others never to buy from here. They won’t help you!EDIT: FedEx ended up reaching out to me and saying they’d mark it as unreceived so I could get my refund. Never happened, and employees stopped responding to my emails. Absolutely horrid customer service.

I ordered plugs from TBJ, to be shipped to the OKC area. The shipping software autocorrected the address and it was sent to undeliverable address, which meant it got shipped back to sender. 2nd time the address was, once again, was put in wrong. Whether it was my fault, or TBJ, I dont know and it didnt really matter to me. 3rd times the charm, they sent it out AGAIN and I received my package this time. Im very happy with products I selected, their patience and cooperation, bcuz Im sure they could have charged me for all of the postage. But I look forward to buying more of their products and hopefully soon, Ill be able to visit the store in person. Once again thank you and I will be shopping here often.

Absolutely the most amazing prices in not just Tulsa I swear in all of Oklahoma. 10 times cheaper than any other store I have been to in Tulsa in the surrounding cities, and I have been to every single one. BUT The one thing that I noticed is a way over half the people that purchase here also ask if they have piercing needles. And I am one of those people but for some reason they don’t sell any…🧐🤔 knowing how much money they can make from selling them baffles me because they still don’t…🤔 they still have excellent prices and more variety than I’ve ever seen before but for the people that pierce themselves at home and or have a side hustle by piercing people for money like I do we still have to buy our needles off Amazon which takes weeks to arrive I just don’t understand why not just one store in Tulsa doesn’t sell piercing needles🧐 that’s all I Gotta say just think out of every store that could sell them this store would make so much profit off of it it’s not even funny smh 🤦🏻‍♀️

What they tell you is you get free shipping if you spend $25 or more, what they Dont tell you is how long its going to take so ship your stuff out. I ordered and paid on the 30th and its now the end of the day on the 3rd, tomorrow is 4th of July so they wont ship tomorrow, and IF they ship on Friday the 5th its basically been an entire week before my stuff has even started to make it my way. All Im saying is if youre going to advertise a prize (free shipping) then maybe you should tell the person losing money that day that they wont even see their stuff for 2 weeks.

Quality is good, just not the biggest fan of their return policy. I got a 4g hoop earing and it turned out too big in diameter for my taste. Since I took it out of the heat sealed bag it came in and tried it on I couldnt return it. A little disappointing.

I had bought 3 internally threaded titanium septum rings. I got a silver one, blue/purple one, and a dark purple one. I just LOVE them. They look amazing! They got here in a pretty quick manner and came with a card to check that the gage was correct and a sticker. Will definitely be ordering again!

Prices are outrageous. I talked with 2 different women asking about prices and sizes and it took over an hour and bugging them to get answers. Several sizes were incorrect. This place also has very negative energy.Don’t waste your time or money in here.

Ive ordered from their website twice so far, the first time was in October.The first order was missing one of the items I had ordered, but I was able to contact support same day without any trouble and they immediately sent the missing item with no hassle whatsoever and at no additional charge, and they were very nice and professional on the phone.The second order just got here, no issues whatsoever.All three shipments shipped quickly, had tracking, and arrived within a week. Aside from the single missing item which was fixed (mistakes happen), theres been no discrepancies with what I order and what I get.On a more personal note, Im pretty picky about my piercings and their site had everything I was looking for, some of which is harder to find, especially on reputable sites, and all at great prices. The site I had been ordering from for over a decade suddenly shut down, so I fully intend to use this stores website from now and will be recommending them to friends. Im actually glad that first order had an item missing because after the way they handled it I feel confident ordering from them.

Bad customer service. I shipped a post in a bubble wrapped envelope back for exchange, they refused a refund/exchange after I shipped it twice (the first time was returned to sender). They refused to provide a picture evidence of how the post is damaged. I haven’t encountered any businesses made their customers shipped something twice that worths $8 back for an exchange or refund, and then rejected the exchange/refund without proof.

I ordered an 8g and 6g circular barbell piercings for my PA. Was suspect of the quality for the low price, but seemed fine.Less than a month after purchase the 8g ball fell off and rolled down the drain in the shower. Now Ive only ever had the balls fall of jewelry that was cheap, poorly made, and in general that has bad threading. Believe me I WRENCH the beads on for fear of exactly that happening, especially with a genital piercing. Fortunately it was in the shower and not inside another human being. Wouldve been an embarrassment at least, if not an ER trip at the worst.Benefit of the doubt I demanded this be fixed, whether refund or replacement. I was met with a full stonewall of no and they stated that the ball falling off isnt considered defective. Im not sure how jewelry falling apart is not defective, but ok. The support person was terse, gave choppy unsatisfactory replies, and offered no resolution.Moral of the story - bad customer service, shoddy products, and Ill probably just issue a chargeback with my bank. Dont buy from here, find a local piercer, see who they work with for jewelry, and support that local small business (which I think TBJ is too, but I mean support a better, nicer, actually good at their jobs, less crusty small business).

I bought a pair of heart shaped nipple rings and they put them together on a short bar. Which was nice, upon arriving home they dont fit the bar correctly, one of the pair the heart sits opposite ways. They will not replace just the one heart thats messed up. They claimed it was makers error but they put it together and seen it didnt sit right and still sold it to me. Knowing they have a no return or exchange policy. I just wanted the ring I paid good money for to work... always check your jewelry they arent paying attention to what theyre selling.

I struggle with the materials I can wear in my many piercings and that is the reason I started shopping here but the only reason I continue to.This place has so much that you can’t get anywhere else in the area (offline).Jewelry for every piercing type & size can be found as well as materials they are made from.The staff is friendly & knowledgeable every time I’m there.The man in charge is there regularly & does a great job (from what I see) at making it a place employees like to be at. There is always laughter & conversations happening between employees as well as customers.They have a selection online to choose from as well as what is at the physical location.They also have a rewards/points program for discounts on purchases.The parking isn’t always the best to get in & out of but I generally don’t have a problem.They have late hours to so I’m able to get there later when I need to.

I have used Tulsa Body Jewelry several times for furniture (threaded and threadless posts), earrings and most of my routine lost piece needs. They have been extremely helpful in allowing my wife and I to manage most of our piercing maintenance needs with an incredibly fair cost and even better customer service. I will continue to use Tulsa for the majority of my routine jewelry needs. Pretty good selection of implant-grade Titanium and Gold jewelry, I wish they had a larger selection of APP approved jewelry.

I can’t say better things about Tulsa Body Jewelry and the AMAZING customer service they give. They honestly go above and beyond for their customers. I ordered so much online (ya know, COVID) and I had a piece that was on backorder. They emailed me immediately, asked if I’d like it refunded or would rather wait, and then personally sent me other recommendations that I may like based on my needs and wants. They do everything in a timely manner, even during this holiday season. The employees have always been kind and never make me feel like a burden when I email. I placed an online order with Tulsa Body Jewelry located in OK. This business has yet to deliver an over $100 order that I placed on Nov. 7, 2023 and shipped out FedEx 2-Day on Nov. 8, 2023. I called FedEx on Nov 15, 2023 and they confirmed to me the package is lost and they could see where Tulsa Body Jewelry had filed a claim. I contacted Tulsa Body Jewelry by phone about my order, their employee said she would look into it and get back to me. She emailed me later that day telling me what FedEx had already told me on the 15th. Beware, this employee twisted what I said to make it seem like once the package has reached its destination, youre on your own so definitely dont order during Christmas time when theft is at it highest.Today is November 28, 2023 and Tulsa Body Jewelry has yet to get back to me to refund my money because at this point, thats all I want.I will continue to inquire about my order every day from this day forward. I will be the biggest pain they will ever deal with and dont worry, I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!I am going to copy and paste this review everywhere until someone calls me from Tulsa Body Jewelry with a resolution.People, be smart, order elsewhere. This business has poor customer service. My next post will be on the BBB site.I sure hope this helps the next person when having to deal with this company.

This is the only shop Ive been able to find titanium black jewelry and whenever I ordered the wrong size they replied immediately to sure that I could get the right size. Best customer service I have received while buying jewelry online.Update: since receiving my jewelry my piercing bumps have completely healed ! Theyve transformed their store in the last few years. The staff has always been highly knowledgeable and helpful but they must have hired or promoted a superstar general manager because the place organized AF. They leveraged technology and created a welcoming work environment so that the staff is pretty much entirely E girls these days. I love shopping there. Everyone is kind and helpful and their makeup and hairstyles and outfits are always cool as hell. The merchandise selection is excellent. If you dont believe me look at their website. Its still totally worth visiting in person because of the patches and stickers and fashion earrings that arent online.

Spent over 500 dollars with them over the past 4 months and had Purchase of 14 karat gold nose ring with a real diamond the diamond fell out of less than two weeks. So I go to the store too see if I could get another one or A refund and I was refused both by the owner horrible customer service and customer satisfaction

Earrings are $5 a pair and you get a 4th pair free! I got a pair of plugs and a septum ring and it was under $20. I will definitely return.

They have a large selection, but I had several issues. For one, they werent able to anodize a ring to the right color. They refunded me for that.But the hinged ring that I did end up purchasing proved faulty. They offered to fix it but wouldnt refund me after 7 days (22 days had passed). Bad practice. Will not return.Urban Body Jewelry is a much better site.

Went here with my girlfriend. She was recommended a piece of jewelry for her nose that was way too big. Upon attempting to return or exchange it, staff claimed they had “strict policy” and couldn’t do so. Honestly ridiculous especially after it was the STAFF that suggested the piece and apparently didn’t know the correct size that would suit her. Apparently this is a common issue with this place that you would think would be addressed and worked on, but apparently not. Better off going to just another hole. Much friendlier and more educated. They let you exchange or get a refund if you aren’t happy with the jewelry. Very disappointing.

I needed a new nose ring & had no idea what gage the old one was. The employee took one look at it, told me the size & made sure it fit properly. She then sent me to a licensed site to have it changed out correctly & safely. She had a great smile, fantastic boots & beautiful piercings. I live several states away, so I’ve always ordered my jewelry online. I’ve never had issues, except when I ordered this last package. It just seemed to have taken quite a bit more time to ship. However, I don’t blame Tulsa Body Jewelry. It was right before Christmas so I knew I’d most likely have to wait a little bit, given the time of year. When I emailed customer service to check on my package, they were extremely nice and helpful! They explained everything and communicated in a timely manor and overall they were very professional. Not only am I always pleased with the jewelry, but I’m even more pleased with how they got back with me so quickly and how awesome their customer service is. I’ll continue to always order from here! I ordered my jewelry to be shipped from the online store. The septum rings I received are superb quality, and the store has one of the best affordable and diverse selections available online. I wouldnt hesitate buying more of their products in the future.

I cant speak highly enough about this shop! Not only do they carry high quality jewelry but are also very friendly and attentive! I absolutely adore the owner and all the staff. Recently they put in a vending machine with a ton of awesome stickers, trinkets, tarot cards and trading cards such as Tales from the Crypt and Garbage Pale Kids. I really have no idea how I came across Tulsa Body Jewelrys website (Im in Iowa), but I did, and its been 10/10 every time. Always great products, super friendly service, and willing to go out go their way to help. I always tell people to check out their website if theyre looking for new jewelry!

Quality of the jewelry seems great. Customer Service also seemed great when I placed an order and received a phone call to make sure sizing of the diameter (for flat backs) were correct. I was disappointed when I found out that the return policy applies to all jewelry and not just broken or damaged items. The way the policy is worded makes it seem like it’s only referring to only damaged/broken jewelry. I also understood that anodized jewelry can’t be returned as well, but high polish can be. I miss understood and opened the heat sealed packaging not realizing. Once I realized the jewelry was going to be too small for what I needed, I mailed it back to them the same day that I received it. It’s a new piercing so I didn’t have any other size barbell to compare it to and make sure it was the right size before opening the heat sealed packaging. After they received the returned items I received an email stating that they were sending it back to me because of their return policy. I immediately had questions because I didn’t realize that I had misread the policy nor did I understand how I was supposed to know that the jewelry was too small and could possible cause me issues that could lead to rejection without taking it out of said packaging. The representative that I spoke to initially was Liz and I asked them these questions. I was given alternatives on what I could have done instead of opening the packaging, but it was how I was being spoken to that I had an issue with. Liz was rude to me when I had genuine questions and was genuinely confused. She kept informing me about the policy and implying that I must have read it because when you return an item to them they ask that you include the original invoice. I cut off the bottom of the original invoice because I had wrote a note with personal information on it and couldn’t include that in the shipment back to them. I had read the policy, but like I said It seemed as if it was only pertaining to broken or damaged jewelry and not all of their jewelry as a whole and I didn’t need Liz throwing the fact that I had cut off the bottom of the invoice in my face and being rude to me and stating “It is in our policy that you agreed to upon checkout and again on your receipt that you saw because you cut off. “ After that remark I gave the suggestion of adding examples in their policy of what customers could do so that they don’t run into the same mistake that I had or the same feeling of not knowing what to do in that situation. I even stated for them to use the examples that they themselves gave to me. I’m pretty sure Liz passed me off to someone else and that person was much much more sincere and actually seemed like they cared about what I had to say. I even purchased two of the same barbells from them again, so I didn’t understand how they (Liz) could be so rude to me? I never had a problem with why their policy is the way it is because I understand that we are in a pandemic and that it is unhygienic in a way to resell jewelry that has been returned. Whether it has been worn or not. I have been to piercers and body jewelry shops that have medical grade equipment/instruments/machines that will thoroughly sanitize and sterilize jewelry, but I guess it is my fault for thinking that every body jewelry shop is equipped with said instruments and what caused me to believe that they were only referring to broken or damaged jewelry in the first place.

I am always happy with their products! ive never visited the shop but on their website they have a great selection of jewelry. this is the only place online where i can find specific body jewelry (lengths/anodizing/threading styles/etc) at a more than reasonable price. they also care about safe delivery for the package, as well as making sure people have references for their jewelry measurements. also always comes with stickers which is an added bonus. i always look forward to recieving my jewelry and tools from them, 100% recommend!

Tl;dr: Wont take responsibility for manufacturing/product inconsistency and does not care about customer resolution.Ordered replacement pearl ends for my industrials online after a google search determined no one else had them.Ordered two 2 packs (4 pieces total) and 1 of them did not fit the bars, you could clearly see it had not been threaded/punched right as it wouldnt even catch the bar.I messaged customer service to communicate this, understanding their strict return policy but hoping maybe they could ship just 1 piece or 1 order (they came in 2 pack) seeing as how they were so little in price (my cart was FULL of hangers and tunnels i was going to purchase in 2 weeks). I even communicated i would pay shipping, if necessary.Their customer service reinstated their return policy (which i already read AND acknowledged in the email) then said they couldnt guarantee consistency in the product. Really? Then why are you selling it? 🤣Bit the bullet and lucked out as my second 2 pack order showed both fit the bars (meaning that 1 piece was clearly manufacturing issue) but definitely not coming back.Its a shame cause i understanding things happen with manufacturing but its the idgaf about customers mentality that is so clearly evident in their replies to reviews and concerns. I have had great experiences with this store for the past four years until today. I have made several orders in the last few years and never had a problem. In my most recent order I received 2 tiny posts, however, after opening it became clear that one was very different than the other. After emailing customer service I was told that since I opened the jewelry, they couldnt do anything. While I understand and appreciate the policy, as a repeat customer with no prior history of issues or returns, its disheartening that a quality assurance error on TBJs part would result in penalization on the patrons part.TBJ replied that the jewelry did not look like any of theirs which concerns me further that they would send something they do not recognize.I was not suggesting a return but would like the jewelry I paid for. Again, everything previously was great and I left several five star reviews.I don’t think I will be buying here again, sadly. Their fast shipping and efficiency was great but I don’t believe I would get help if I had an issue.

I was looking for some tunnels on Amazon and came across a review that mentioned this place, Im so glad I did!! They had a huge variety for me to choose from and had exactly what I was looking for. So I placed my order, a week and a half had went by and I hadnt heard anything about my order besides the confirmation (on the website it says orders usually ship within 2 business days). So I used their chat they have on the website to check the status of my order, they got back to me within maybe an hour at most. Somehow my order got overlooked (which hey, things happen and I totally get it), but within a hour of their response they had it shipped and a tracking number to me. Today I received my order, Im so happy with it! Great quality, exactly as described and the pricing was awesome too! I live in Michigan and this is my go to place for my body jewelry! Absolutely blown away by this company.I previously ordered similar pieces from a competitor site, and DHL has evidently stalled in the delivery of my package because it shipped on 8/18/22 and I still haven’t received anything as of 9/1. I contacted the seller as per DHL’s instructions when I reached out to them, but the seller customer service said to try again if I hadn’t received my order by 9/15. This is unfortunate because I ordered the pieces for an event on 9/17. I know these things happen, and I’m certainly not bashing the seller, this is not their fault.Anyway, I said all that to say, I decided to give Tulsa Body Jewelry a shot and placed an order on Monday, 8/29. My package WAS DELIVERED on Thursday, 9/1. The pieces are BEAUTIFUL and I am so pleased. High quality, stunning jewelry at extremely reasonable prices, especially for implant grade titanium. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.i cannot even remember the last time i left a bad review for a company, i have waited until now to leave this review. my jewelry took a few extra days to finally ship out to me, & when it finally did get to the post office i never received it. i talked to my mail carrier & the post office in my town, they said it was confirmed delivered to my locked mail box (theres no way my package was stolen if it was delivered to my locked box) regardless, when i called Tusla Body Jewelry & talked to their customer service the representative told me that USPS shipments are not insured so there was nothing they could do to resend my package unless i reordered & paid again. i felt pretty frustrated because had i known that they dont insure USPS packages i would have chosen a different shipping method. basically i am out $40 for a package that never came & they didnt even offer for me to reorder at a discounted price. i ended up reordering similar jewelry from another company which i did receive. i am not saying that my package never came because of Tulsa Body Jewelry but they made no effort to make it right or refund me or heck, even give me a discount to re-order. it felt like they just didnt care, so i am not ordering from this site again. its too risky, i didnt expect to not get my order, & then be told sorry we cant help at all

I have been shopping here for a year & havent had any issues until this last order I purchased a face dermal that broke when brookside bodpiercing artist put in my face its sticking way out and wobbles.I also purchaced 3 belly butterflies & got 2 belly piercings. 2 of the butterflies broke while in my stomach. So Im stuck with a hole and no piercing. I went back to ask if I could trade them out and was told that they would not help me in any way. So they sell.cheep jewelry to make a quick buck and offer NO assiatance when their products are defective. Ill go somewhere else and pay more just to be treated like as a customer I matter.

The jewelry is great and prices too the only problem I’ve had was employees selling me the wrong length of jewelry twice and since they don’t take any returns or exchanges no matter if you didn’t even touch the jewelry, you basically waste your money on that and then you have to rebuy the right size so just be mindful of that. Do some research on what’s going to work for you 100%. I find it kind of messed up they can’t do anything about it when it was the employees fault. This economy isn’t the greatest to just be giving out money like that.Edit: I did not ask for specific sizing since I don’t know, obviously. The employees should have all that knowledge. In what world did she think a 1/4 post would fit for a nose ring? Also how do you expect customers to just know? This is my first time getting nostril piercings and I was downsizing.

When I first ordered from here, I thought the jewelry quality was decent. After a day, however, the ball fell off my barbell. When I called to ask for a replacement, they told me I had to pay for it again and order a new one. After ordering a number of replacement balls, I called back again-- the barbell they sent me is obviously stripped. They dont even carry the brand anymore (maybe too many complaints?) They will not send a replacement for the defective barbell they sent me, and I wont be ordering from here again.

I ordered online after closing hours for pick up and I received a call the very next morning that my order was ready. Once there I ended up buying even more because of how great of a selection they have. Rip off! Definitely get your hangars from anywhere else. This company is no good. When you move your head slightly it shows the backside of the hangar AND it doesn’t show on the website’s pictures the BACK of the hangars. It was ugly and tarnished while the side that is shown is what they show on their website. Also the clasp is on the same side! Which means that you have a piece of wire poking your face if you move wrong. Just yikes 😬

My bad for thinking there was an issue with the quality of jewelry when I ordered the wrong thing. (I ordered a segment ring instead of a clicker a few months ago). They were also quick to replace the wrong sized jewelry when they sent a 8mm instead of 9mm.Just placed a second order for some glass plugs. I must say, I did not have an experience like the others. I ordered a pair of beautiful metal rose plugs. Some of the antiquing turned greenish (oxidized) after washing with soap and water. I called the store, and they answered right away. Jessy, at the advisement of the owner, offered to credit my card, or to give me store credit so I could pick out something else. I told her Id love to see if a replacement pair would work. They mailed them to me promptly. They were mailed on a Wednesday, and I got them a week and a half later. The new pair are just as cute as the last. I had a great experience, and Id buy from them again. (I also noticed they have an ebay store with clearance prices!!)

Order arrived sooner than I expected, The wood plugs was very well packed, the sizing is perfect, they keep me informed of the shipping time line and my Jack Fruit wood Mayan flair Tunnel look great. No contest five star.

They have the worst online customer service. I placed two separate orders at the beginning of October. Both orders had an item backordered on them. Their estimated fulfillment was about two weeks. No big deal, it happens in my book. Three weeks go by and still nothing. I sent a few emails asking for updates and I never got a response. So, I went through their return process on their website for both orders. About two days later I received my refund for one order, but nothing for the second order. I sent another email asking about the status on my second order and I have yet to receive a response. I have never received any sort of a response from any of my emails.

Ordered nipple rings online, my order never shipped. I called and the a man answered right away, he apologized for the confusion and I received an email that day stating it had shipped. I received them today with a note thanking me for being nice about the mixup as well as an additional ring that I forgot to order two of and he took the liberty to add it to my order! Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone!

Recently ordered curved talons and received angled talons. When I chatted with customer service they were unable to tell the difference between their 2 products. Do not recommend ordering from this business. If I could give negative stars they would have them. Item ordered LB141 and item received LB169. Was told looks good to them. The picture is item LB169 and is obviously an angled labret talon. Not item LB141 that I ordered which is curved. That means no right angle. Go to bod mod. Although Canada based they seem to know their business.

Normally my visits are great but today it was not so awesome, every one there was too preoccupied with talking about their weekend to help me see a pair of plugs that I wanted to look at. The owner seems to surround himself with teen girls who just want to talk to each other than actually work. I used to shop there a lot but has died down when they started charging way too much for stone plugs that you can get on amazon for 20$ they charge 500 bucks for the exact plugs i bought from same distributor on amazon for 30$

Honestly this place has really good service and the prices are affordable, I went there and got my first double flared plugs and I loved them they fit great and they were cute. I had only bought from hot topic before then and they are so expensive there and they dont have that good of a selection anyways. I will only buy my gauges from here for now on.

Horrible experience. Ordered after the holidays and still took 4 weeks for delivery. Called company two times wanting a refund and they would not because they said I would receive my jewelry. I did.... however, IT TOOK 4 WEEKS! They blame the postal service, but I have NEVER had these issues at all, not even at the holidays. This company takes your order, charges you and then orders it from overseas...they in turn blame the postal service and the pandemic. Save yourself the time and energy and order from anywhere else, this place is a joke.

I was really happy that someone called to make sure that the online order was correct... which it was.I was sent a faulty NeoMetal threadless post - no tube! It was a solid bar of metal with no place to insert the cabochon end! And...I found this out without opening the sealed bag- which they require. If you opened it, then its too bad!I called a few times. It doesnt let you actually speak to someone, you have to leave a message. No one returned my call. I spent nearly $100 there and I think I at least deserve that.I called during building hours- and no response. The owner apparently didnt read what the issue was. I ordered 2 neometal threadless posts, one of them was made faulty. The others are all fine. Look at the orders (there were 2) you are mistaken!

Best place for plugs in town, hands down. The owner has single handedly sold me upwards of 500 dollars in plugs since I was sixteen. Store always has new gear and constant low prices. Also they have a great wall of jewelry, necklaces, bracelets rings and sunglasses that are killer. Always kind, always great finds.

I bought two pairs of plugs for my ears, the total being 26.00 and they charged my card twice and ive received no response.-----------coming to update that i still never received a response. seems like they have really nice jewelry in-store, and there are some customers who are really pleased with the shipping service as well, but if you dont have money to possibly lose i would not order from this store because whether it is a quirk in their online system or what there is chance that you will be over-charged and not consulted.

TERRIBLE! never received my order. uSPS tracking says its in pre shipment for a month now. Called the number for customer service, and the lady who answered didnt even want to take my order info so she could look into it for me! Told me they had shipped out all the recent orders and to give it till the next week due to covid. 2 weeks later still no package. I escalated it through PayPal since they would not help me, and they have yet to respond even to paypal. Would not recommend.

I discovered them about a year ago at an 8G ear size, and now im almost up to an inch, and ive trusted them for every piece along the way. Even when i had a blowout, they had great advice and products to fix the bump in the road and keep going! Even when i order online, they are quick and accurate in shipping orders out. (P.S. i feel bad that i dont know names by now, but the girl with the glasses and blue hair is the best! So friendly, helpful, and very experienced and knowledgeable)

Not really friendly, Was not greeted, nor was I asked did I need help with anything. I was ignored.. So i Did not purchase anything there. I had planned too. But I wasnt going to spend my hard earned money at an establishment of that caliber. Needless to say... Never been back never will go back. Lost a wouldve been good customer.

Gave a friend a ride here to get her gauges, absolutely loved it from the moment I walked in. I didnt have any money to buy anything personally myself but looking around there is such a large collection and at very very affordable prices! I especially liked the gum ball machines With spare ball sets in them! I thought that was very convienant. I love going to Tulsa Body Jewelry! Every time I go, the people there are always very helpful and let you look around without having them constantly hovering over you. Their products are great, and I have never had a problem with any of my jewelry. Some of my friends complain about their products becoming oxidized but I mean, isnt that all in how you take care of them? None of my business, but I think Tulsa Body Jewelry is great. I went there today and I must say the two girls there (one had pink hair and the other a pastel blue) were super helpful and very polite! I will for sure come back for more stuff.

I ordered a glass nose retainer and as soon as I opened the package it immediately broke. I called the store and they said since it wasn’t technically broken in transit they could only offer me half price. I literally opened the package and it broke. Yes, glass retainers are fragile but not to the point where you can’t even touch it without it breaking. Ridiculous. Total waste of $11.97. I would find another place to order from.

Greated walking in the door! Great customer service! I had so many questions about my nose ring and about their jewelry and was so patiently waited on by courteous staff. Great prices and just an amazing array of piercings both practical and extravagant! I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PLACE!

The people there were really nice and accommodating. I had a lot of questions about certain opal pieces and I got a few new pieces. One of them I got a fuex septum and on my way home some stones fell out, I went back and they gave me a new one no questions asked which I totally appriciated that and was super nice.

The last time I went in to the store the owner and employee that were there at the time both treated me like my business meant nothing to them. The owner was helping me at first. He was supposed to go and get a piece of jewelry for me to purchase but instead started helping another customer and he completely ignored me the rest of the time I was there. The female employee talked to and treated me like I was ignorant. I left without making a purchase and I will not even consider going back. Sucks because most of the jewelry I have in now came from there but I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Love the store but the last three times I’ve tried buying nose rings there, the stud comes out without a few days of wearing it. I stopped coming in for over a year because of that issue and came in last week to give it another try and the stud is already out of my nose ring leaving me with just the metal!! So disappointing when you spend money for something that doesn’t last you long.

Too often a plug is a plug is a plug, but the staff at TBJ will help you identify which works best for you. One employee, whose name I don’t know, spent several minutes with my roommate as she considered a cost-effective and aesthetic tapered plug to stretch her ears.Definitely a great place.

I asked about a month ago to be let known when I item was back in stock.Well after waiting and then ordering a horseshoe barbell that was a 8g and 7/8ths.I got it about 4 days.Awesome quality and fits perfectly where it was intended to go.Cant wait to possibly order more from them.Just wish they could color the titanium

I am so thankful to have such a great shop in Tulsa! Not only do they have a massive selection of items you cant find anywhere else around; their prices are awesome! Even more so than this, all of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have a lot of piercings and have gotten assistance with multiple issues over the years such as: complications from stretching my lobes, to a piercing that wouldnt heal because I literally just needed to put a lighter piece of jewelry in, to needing to find a piece of jewelry to put in my lip that would both promote healing and be inconspicuous to my new employer. Plus, I really love their new rewards program too! I cant praise them enough! :D

Jewelry is cheap and for some reason all the balls fall off from the things i buy. Ive been going here for some years but have recently felt like the customer service isnt what is used to be. Wanted to look at multiple options of something and was brushed to the side, didnt feel like they really cared about what i was coming in to buy.

Prices here are fantastic but the staff of extremely rude girls working here, leaves something to be desired for this place. Been in here quite a few times in the past few months and it seems like they just keep getting more and more rude. I asked one girl what size tunnels were on this display and she said she didnt know and just stood there staring at me... honey, its your job to know. Then once while leaving the store was empty besides myself, my fiance and the female staff. None of them greeted us, they were very cold and unfriendly and then once we paid and went to leave they all started whispering and laughing. How mature. Guess Ill be buying else where from now on.

Though I am not personally pierced, my wife is and this is the only place she will go to for body jewelry. We live out of town and will make a special trip just for this place. The store is always VERY clean and organized. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and beyond helpful.

They may have a great selection of jewelry.However; it appears if you are older than 13 -19 years of age; they look like you are not even in the store. As I stand in the store and wait and wait - to no avail - oh wait when I get mad and open the cabinets, then they want to jump right over and help you youre standing there for over 20 minutes waiting for help and they just look at you like you you have no business being in there. I I wonder if they are thinking she wont spend any money in here. Big mistake if you think that I finally get a couple nose rings and leave and pay her with $100 bill had they waited on me like I was someone I probably would have spent the whole hundred in the store but youd rather were work with the kids that are 13 to 19 that have no money instead of the grown-ups who have jobs and own businesses and want to spend their money I wont be back.This is just because they have the worsecustomer service absolutely sucks. I came here because I heard good things about.So I write this note the whole time Im standing in there and still no one wants to wait on me so there you go.I told the girl at once one of every color what do I get 3. Ive never been here in person however, I use their website all the time to order piercings. All of their jewelry is high quality and their customer service is amazing, I messed up an order and they fixed it within 20 mins.

I love this place. TBJ has the widest selection of body jewlelry anywhere in town. I have been going there for about a year now and I dont go anywhere else. It takes me about 30 minutes to get there, but it is always well worth the drive. The staff always greet you when you come in, will help you find anything and everything you need, they have so much jewelry its insane, and they know the answers to ALL of your questions.

I love that this place has many different options for jewelry but the last three times I’ve been there to get nose rings I’ve got horrible service. It’s getting to a point where I don’t even want to come back to the store. When I ask the employees for help they are very snarky and rude as if the customer is an inconvenience to them. They have no sense of respect towards a customer. I was very kind to her even when she was rude to me. I almost said never mind and was going to leave but I drove in from Owasso so I decided to go ahead and make a purchase. Maybe the staff needs a training session on how to treat customers. This is getting out of hand.

Love it sooooo much. You cant take things back and its guaranteed that everything is sterile but if something isnt right you can talk to the owner on Facebook messenger or contact them and they will give you a discount on your next purchase no matter what you buy. Theyre stickers are really cool too
