Electric Gnome Tattoo

Went in for a walk-in. Was immediately greeted by all the staff. A very friendly, clean, and professional environment! Caleb was my artist, and he did amazing. Def recommend this shop! I WILL be back!

So today I decided to come in electric gnome just hoping they could help me and was pleasantly surprised! I had a dermal from a different place I had pierced come out and they were super accommodating! The piercer was super sweet and very careful replacing and retrieving my dermal that was pretty sunken in and completely fixed my problem! For warning the piercer doesn’t normally mess with back dermals but was able to help me which I am very grateful! Not only this but the shop was clean, everyone was super nice and the pricing wasn’t but at all. I definitely recommend coming here for all piercing and tattoos!!!

I can’t recommend Michael enough! I have struggled for literally 4 years to heal my lobe piercings. I’ve tried a bunch of different aftercare recommendations, and loads of different jewelry. All have failed. ((The piercings were not done initially at Electric Gnome btw))I went in, and he recommended I change the jewelry out. I purchased new jewelry from him, and changed my aftercare to what he recommended. He even asked me to come back and check in with him in a couple weeks to see how it was going. This shows that he genuinely cares about people. I’ve never had a piercer care enough to ask me to come back and check in.Needless to say my piercings are healed completely. I saw him in August, and it’s now December. That’s a crazy fast turn around after trying for years to heal them! Thank you so much Michael! You’re awesome!

Review updated June 2, 2024. Cute little shop tucked away in a shopping center. I called for a walk in nose piercing and was in and out in less than half an hour! Thank you Michael for making the experience quick and *practically* painless! Hurray for a 5 star tattoo shop!Update: I went back to get my other nostril pierced, and it was pierced very crooked. I told him it wasn’t right, and he said to “trust the process”. I come back 2 months later to complain about it being crooked, and I’m told that it’s because I didn’t wait 3 months, so they had me remove it and wait 2 weeks to repierce (for free, thankfully. I do want to say that they were polite about it). I come back after 2 weeks and after making the mark on my nose, I tell the piercer *3* times that it still seems too low, but he tells me to “trust the process”, so I wait 3 months. It is still too low, obviously crooked. I thought about going back again to fix it, but I’m not willing to re-traumatize my face for it to end up crooked again.I understand that piercing is an art and not everyone can do it, but when a client tells you over and over that it is not right and they want it adjusted, please listen to them as you may retain a longtime client. Even if it’s straight to the piercer, I look at my face every single day and everyone has told me it’s definitely crooked. I’m disappointed as I had planned to come here more in the future but now I’m not so sure.

If you’re nervous about getting a piercing done come here!! I got my dermal done by Micheal & I just want to say he is so kind & informative. He was very thorough on the placement of my dermal & voiced his reasoning on what he was looking for to place it in the perfect spot.The entire staff is very kind, very clean shop too. I highly recommend coming here!

I came here for a septum piercing a couple of years ago. The staff was wonderful and friendly, and the piercer did a great job. The piercing healed well and without complication. 10/10 would recommend, especially for folks with anxiety like me.

Went here on the recommendation of someone I met. Got my daith re-pierced after it had been closed up for well over a year. Michael was super chill and he did an absolutely fantastic job. If I get any other piercings in the future, I will definitely be returning to get them done here.

Christian was amazing!! He worked through our tattoo designs, and helped us come up with the perfect design. He was extremely kind and funny and made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Everyone working there was super friendly and kind. This experience was a great one. My boyfriend and I walked in without an appointment to get out ears pierced (lobes for him, helix for me). Michael, the piercer, was throrough, patient, and precise. We both appreciated him taking his time to make sure our piercings were perfect. They are healing nicely and we both love them. While we were waiting I couldnt resist one of the flash designs on the wall, so I left with a tattoo also. Caleb did my tattoo and was super friendly the whole time. Im glad he had the time to do a walk in tattoo for me, and it looks great! All around an excellent experience and I will be recommending this place to friends and family.

My daughter had her ears pierced a couple years ago at a popular place (in the mall). She had some issues with them so the earrings were removed and the holes healed. Fast forward to two years later and she decides she wants them pierced again. This time I was able to convince my wife to go with a professional and glad we picked the Electric Gnome. Caleb was great with her!! He explained everything he was doing and helped keep her at ease as she was pretty nervous. He explained the proper care afterward and let us know not to hesitate to come see him if we had any questions or concerns. Excellent service, professional work, and highly recommended!!! I went in disgruntled from a different shop earlier in the day. Not only was I greeted by everyone in the shop but, they were genuinely happy to have me there. I was looking for a new artist since mine moved out of state. Christian did my piece and was honest and upfront about my design ideas but, delivered the information in a polite helpful way. We tinkered and came up with something simple yet bold. After the shop I was at earlier in the day, Electric Gnome was above and beyond fabulous. Their work is amazing and they are kind. They want great pieces walking out the door so they will tell you (in a good way) if something will get muddy or fade too fast(pink) and help you find something that works and stays. Pretty rad shop design too. Definitely going back asap.

I had an excellent experience. I went in to get upper lobe piercings. The guy who pierced was phenomenal. I was prepared for a lot more pain. He talked me through it but it hardly even pulled me ear. Healing has been great too. I only had swelling for a day because I had agitated the ear. Fantastic. Thank you so much. I am very pleased.

Extremely fantastic staff! They are very professional, personable, and friendly. The shop is very clean and gives off a great vibe. Caleb was our tattoo artist and he was amazing. When you walk in youll notice this shop has a nice clean environment. You are greeted by fun friendly staff and artist who take great pride in their shop and in their work. I have had the pleasure of getting tattooed and pierced by Caleb multiple times. When you get pierced by Caleb, he makes sure your piercing is done with care. He takes the time to explain aftercare and happily answers any questions you may have. When you get tattooed by him he makes sure you feel right at home and takes the time to make sure you love your ink. My tattoos are clean and bold with vibrant color that still look like fresh ink years later! I have yet to get tattooed by Jay but I have had the chance to see some of his amazing black and grey work he has done for his clients! I promise, once you get work done at Electric Gnome Tattoo you will not want to go anywhere else!

I’ve had Caleb as an Artist before he opened this shop and followed him over, and let me say, it’s an amazing shop. He will really work with his client and will ensure you know what to expect. My self and two of my daughters got piercings on Sat 12/31/22 and I cant say enough about how comfortable they made us feel there! Place is very clean and the staff is fantastic! We will defiantly be back!

Brought my daughter in to get her belly button pierced . There was several people in front of us waiting for piercings, but we didn’t have to wait very long. The man that helped us was great and explained the aftercare really well. My daughter said her piercing didn’t hurt at all. Would definitely recommend!

I had to get my nose repierced as the last place I went to didnt do it correctly. I was greeted immediately with a friendly attitude as soon as I walked in. Everyone was kind and Caleb was informative and made sure to answer any questions I had. He guided me through the whole process while I was getting my nose pierced and made sure I relaxed beforehand. I genuinely cant believe this place doesnt have a lot of reviews, Ive never met a piercer more professional than Caleb.

Defiently recommend Electric Gnome! Ask for Caleb! He did my first tattoo for me. Its a David Bowie tribute combining art from two of his albums and Caleb was created the perfect tattoo for me. Given it was my first tattoo he made sure to ask if I was doing fine and asked if I needed any breaks. They also make sure to go over after care with you thoroughly. Awesome clean shop with a great atmosphere and great talented staff. I will be back for sure!

Amazing experience! Everyone was friendly and made you feel comfortable. It was very clean and everyone was very respectful. I went to get my nose pierced and I’m terrified of needles. He walked me through the entire process and I felt very comfortable and well I didn’t realize he already pierced it that fast. Didn’t hurt one bit. I highly recommend going here for piercings.

My daughters ear lobes had closed (so she thought) after a year with nothing in them. I couldnt dare take her to a mall shop. We picked the right place. Open on Sunday. Takes walk-ins. Had a clean, relaxed vibe. No BS shop. One of her ears was still open. So glad we didnt take her to a gun shop. Stand up peircer. Walked her through every step of the way. She was very pleased and said it was much better than she expected. Winning hearts and minds in this quality shop. All the flash is old school trad. Love it. Might be back for some tattoo work.

Came in stated that I wanted to get my ear lobes pierced. Made it clear that it would be a re-pierce and both lobes, asked up front how much it would cost. Lady at the front desk said $60-$70. She then said there was one person in the back and one other nose piercing in front of me then I would be up. Sat in the waiting area a little over 50 minutes. Then the piercing guy comes out and says it will be $100 for both and that the front desk lady was incorrect. Sure would have saved some time if I was told the correct price up front! $60-$70 and $100 are two complete different prices especially when you only take cash and expect a tip. Thanks, but no thanks! Other shops have their pricing up front. Never left a review before but thought I would save someone else’s time!

I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up and messaged the tattooer he said he wasn’t available and the appointment wasn’t scheduled for that day. But I had messages proving that we did have an appointment scheduled for that day.I was cool with rescheduling for a later date.Due to Covid we had to reschedule a few times, but the final rescheduled appointment I misread and thought my appointment was at a later date. I missed my appointment and messaged him as soon as I realized my mistake and now I’m required to apply a new deposit and lose my last one.Why is okay for the tattooer to make a mistake and not show up for his appointment but the customer is not? And I lose out on $40? It doesn’t make sense.

I got my septum pierced here and the piercer is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He not only explained his aftercare process but WHY, from a Healthcare standpoint, he instructs the aftercare to be that way.

Had my Daith pierced by Kaleb last Saturday! Ive suffered from extreme stress and migraine headaches since 2012. 45 mins. post piercing, I felt a huge relief from the constant pressure I had been living with since my accident in 2012. Im proud to report I have been headache free since Saturday. These types of piercings take 3 months to heal so I will continue to monitor my headaches. This is an acupuncture pressure point. The owner and his wife are wonderful people, laid back, knowledgable and very kind. Another tattoo artist, Justin is so unbelievable with his work that I followed him immediately when he moved to this location. Justin has been the most talented tattoo artist Ive seen, has such gentle techniques, very fun to joke around with, and his work on my leg and my half sleeve has been turning everyones heads everytime I walk outside. I could not recommend this shop enough, if I have a handful of cards with Justins name on it they disappear in a week. Amazing!! 😁

Got a dermal near my eye & he was more detailed on instructions & more experienced then place in Branson that did my 1st.. Only took literally 2 minutes to do after he was set up & ready 🥰 love it! Branson took 40minutes on 1st one...
