Ive been a patient at Allure for a while now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I’ve been impressed with the level of care and professionalism from the entire team. I recently visited Allure Image Enhancement and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Zulma, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and made sure all my questions were answered promptly. Her friendly demeanor set the tone for my entire visit.Sheila was fantastic during my Botox treatment. She took the time to explain the entire process to me, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her professional and caring approach was greatly appreciated.The massage chairs were a wonderful touch, adding an extra layer of relaxation to my visit. The elegant decor of the place also created a serene and upscale atmosphere.Overall, my experience at Allure Image Enhancement was outstanding, and I highly recommend their services.

I go to Allure for massages by Carlos Perez. I go regularly to Carlos and his expertise is outstanding. He has been great in helping through injuries, deep muscle needs and sometimes just a nice relaxing massage. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, personal and friendly therapist.

Do not recommend for tattoo removal, did not do a consultation with me were not clear with me from the initial call I made up book it , left me in a room to die for 40 min before telling me what the price was . Spas are not generally like that with the wait time . I’ll just stay at Gemini spa they would never treat me like this. Disappointing

I always walk out of Allure feeling great. The staff is always very tentative and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend Allure beauty and enhancement needs.

I arrived late to my appointment due to a misunderstanding of the time, but everyone was so nice about it. Carol was so sweet and very good at what she does. She didnt rush me through at all. My facial was excellent and I felt revitalized. I highly recommend this establishment and I will definitely return for more visits. Thank you all!

This was the best , most professional skin care clinic I have EVER been to. Because it was my first time, I was so nervous/ hesitant. But they made me feel so at home. The customer service was amazing. And their service was top notch. I will be coming back here and bringing my friends.

I love coming here! every nurse or medical practitioner i get is so great. i’m an RN myself and have admittedly bounced around from places so I know what’s good practice and what’s not. They are highly trained and professional. Also the snacks are amazing, try the matcha!EDIT:I love coming here but I don’t think I will anymore.I was in the treatment room and we were discussing what I wanted. At first I wanted a little filler in my lips, baby botox like I usually get, and then a new treatment for back botox to fix chronic pain. We went over all the costs for everything and the lady, who I later found out is the owner, told me a price that I was okay with. I thought this was the total price. I decided to go with out the filler because it was out of my budget. She had to use Dysport instead of botox for my back because they did not have enough. I agreed and she said it would be the same price.After the treatment I went to pay and was shocked at the price difference which I NEVER heard those numbers in the consult room or during treatment. The owner even looked at me like I was crazy when I literally did not hear those numbers. No problem. I paid. I left. I will not return. I am a nurse and I know how NOT to conduct my business or my bed side care manners due to this horrible interaction.Best of luck to your business. I suggest Le Jolie Spa in West LA, cheaper, better, professional and up to practice nurses.

Last month I had my lips tinted by Allure. Mina and her staff were amazing; walking me through each step of the process and it was painless and very easy. My lips now have a very natural watermelon color, and I no longer wake up looking washed out. Each member of the staff was highly professional and I felt so comfortable with each member. I have been to Allure Image many times for Botox, Hormones and facials. Every time I leave very happy and grateful because the service they provide is exceptional. They are following all Covid safety precautions and staff wears masks they take your temperature every time. The new building in Upland on Euclid is so nice and every room has a theme which I love. Mina Grasso has treated both my wife and I, in her friendly office a number of times. We’re always looking forward to our visits. We’ve been treated like family. Mina and all of the staff at allure are courteous, professional, and absolutely wonderful. I’m obsessed with their sunscreen which smells delightful and doesn’t have the sticky, smothering feeling of so many others. Love this place! it’s absolutely beautiful inside and has a fabulous atmosphere. i’ve been to quite a few med spas and this is by far my favorite place. they make you feel important and take time to discuss your treatment goals when a lot of places just try to rush you in and out. jessica was so kind and went above and beyond helping me with getting scheduled and took the time to make sure I got the best deals. pamela was super knowledgeable about skin care and wrote up a whole plan for my skin (i’m loving the product i got so far). mina was so sweet, patient, and my botox results are the best they’ve been yet!

I had a problem with the Covid & Allure moving to a new address on Euclid Ave in Upland! Some say you look as good as you feel ! Well I feel good when I look good... or better!!!The new retreat like beautiful atmosphere is nothing short than amazing!But let’s just say that when they were closed.My family didn’t realize that my natural fresh look . Wasn’t natural on its own! Excited that Mina is able to make her magic on my tired looking face. A lil at a time! She listens to what my concerns are! IM GLAD THEIR BACK❣️
