My sister-in-law and I recently visited Mint Condition Tattoo and Piercing to get our noses pierced, and we couldnt be happier with our experience. Melissa, who is licensed in piercing, helped us, and she was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions, making us feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. It was a very professional and smooth experience. We highly recommend Melissa for anyone looking to get a piercing!

Amazing experience !!! I came with my sister a few months ago to get a septum and belly piercing. Greeted as soon as we came in, the piercer was so kind and helpful, it really made me feel comfortable especially since this was our first piercing in over a year and in a new location. The piercer was so nice throughout the experience and it was quick. The prices were good, in my opinion you get what you paid for. They gave us good jewelry, care instructions, and some salt to clean the piercing. Im barely reviewing because I wanted to see if it would heal properly and needless to say it did!! Will be coming back and thank you for such a greatservice :)

Had my eyebrow done... perfect!!! I then purchased a new nose ring and had it put in.

Have been here 2 times and will always come back to get my piercings done here. The atmosphere and employees are where its at.

Came here years ago for a lobe piercing, went completely fine. Then I decided to get two helix piercings done. Was fine at first until one of the diamonds fell out. Went it to get it screwed back in and an apprentice went to do it. I told him I just needed a diamond screwed and he tapered it without letting me know. Came in a couple weeks after that to get it down sized, same guy said it should be fine to resize. A girl took me into the back and started messing with my ear and THEN said she couldn’t do it due to swelling. Which I would have assumed she would have looked first and then messed with it. Which is very unfortunate because the staff are very nice and it’s very clean. I went to another shop and told them what happened and they said that the guy never needed to taper it. Also that it needs to completely heal first (4-6 months before resizing). They also mentioned they did not recommend this place. Will not be coming back unfortunately.

Was not very happy with my piercings I got... one was not straight and tongue piercing is way too far back and the bar was way too long I cant even talk. Not coming back. Used to refer this place to alot of people... not anymore.Update.... was told to call back and I did they told me they would get back to me and 2 months later... never did

Got my septum pierced by Melissa and very happy with my experience! The store is nice and clean, and my piercing was quick and easy. I was also provided with aftercare instructions and well-informed throughout the process.Also got a nose piercing from Sarah - the whole experience was quick and comfortable, and its been healing with no issues. Very happy with Mint Condition 😊

I totally recommend tattoos by Chandler. He’s does such amazing work! He’s respectful always makes sure I’m comfortable and makes my experience every time great. He also helps me out on what I wanted as for tattoos and I ended up loving the results! You want a good experience? A good outcome of a tattoo? Chandler is the guy! You’ll thank me later!!

Got my daughters and sisters ears pieced and , the place was clean, the staff was responsive, checked with us each step of the way to confirm placement. Advised us on the maintenance and was gentle with the baby. Overall a good experience, would recommend them again

I’ve gotten six tattoos done there by Paul...bitchin work and tells you how it is. I just cleared from piece and gonna bang out another jammer tonight at 1900. Its a little far for me coming out of N OC but it’s so worth it. Below is some of the work.

Sarah Oakes was experienced, professional and kind for my daughter’s first nose piercing. Highly recommend!

I arrived to get my first piercing done ever. Got both ears done. While the staff was more than polite, i thought they were not super informative, especially since i told them it was my first piercings. They kinda just told me to make sure i clean it twice a day with a saline solution (they provided enough salt for about four days of cleaning). One week exactly after I pierced them i noticed my right side was little sore, so i checked the back to find a huge ring bruise around the jewelry. I consulted some friends and they said that the piercing looked WAY TOO tight and told me to loosen it. I then read up and learned that a new piercing should not be in the highest notch or groove (which both sides were). I loosened both. While the place was super hygienic and efficient, I am just really disappointed in the lack of information that I got, considering they knew it was my first time. After reading other people’s reviews, it seems as though the lack of information given to me is an isolated event, and is really unfortunate.

Got my eyebrow re-pierced after about 15 years of it being closed, everything went well without any issues.Might go back to get my first professional tattoo soon too possibly. Ill definitely be back for anymore piercings though. I couldnt have asked for a better experience or service.Sarah was great, thank you again!

I was so impressed with the service at Mint Condition Tattoo & Piercing. I took my daughter in to have her ear lobes pierced for the first time at 13. Having your ears pierced by a person instead of the unhealthy piercing gun is so much safer and less painful. They had a nice collection of first earrings. The women working in the shop really had a system going and was able to serve everyone while maintaining a distance. They are taking COVID seriously, so prepare to mask up and stay 6 feet away from people outside your household. Please remember to TIP the piercing person! She seemed shocked that I gave her a good tip. I highly recommend this shop.

This is the best place to get any kind of piercings and tattoos done. My daughter and I got our septums pierced and it was the greatest experience ever. Jacky was really nice and professional. She explained everything what she was going to do and Jacky made us feel so comfortable and she was really friendly and talkative. My daughter and I are definitely going to go back for more pierced and tattoos later. We are very very happy with mint condition tattoo and piercing. Very clean I highly recommend mint condition ☺.

This is an amazing location friend brought me in to get a dermal on my face and the beautiful woman with the amazing tattoos that did my dermal was going on break when I came in and instead of going on break she did the dermal first.bshe is amazing with dermal and she was on point with the location to put it on a male. Her communication skills are on point and she is smooth and quick when putting in the dermal. And I did not feel a thing what so ever. Just slight pressure. Very good job sorry j dont remember your name. But I will be going back t I her if I end up getting another b piercing and most likely going to be were I get my tattoos. I took my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Sydney was wonderful! She anwsered all of my questions beforehand and was great during the process. She let my daughter ask questions, waited until she was ready for each step and used a calm voice to talk her through and keep her relaxed. Great experience and highly recommend for parents lookinfg to take their kids for ear piercing!

WHERE DO I EVEN START. First let me say Sarah was absolutely amazing, shes just been so kind before getting my nose pierced and even after. Not only that but she took me in last minute too work with my schedule and she did my nose so ridiculously fast it was crazy, I sat down for what felt like 10 seconds and she was already done. This was definitely the fastest Ive ever gotten pierced before and it was almost completely painless. In my experience the most painful part has always been getting the jewlery in and I absolutely dread it everytime but she did amazing. Now its been a month since I got my nose pierced and I woke up this morning without my stud and I texted her about it and some of my concerns about how it looked and she was so sweet and told me I could come in and she would take care of it. So if your doubting on going to get pierced at mint condition, DONT. hands down the best experience and care Ive had by a piercer and Ive tried out many different places. Jackie the piercer was so extremely helpful with my piercings. She helped me change out my jewelry and clean them up. She was very gentle and has a sweet, calm demeanor that makes you super comfortable. Definitely coming here for my next piercing!

Had my nostril and naval pierced here a year apart. Fantastic, speedy service both times. Prices were reasonable, jewelry was reliable and all of my questions were answered with care. I got my bellybutton pierced during coronavirus and cleanliness was taken heavily into account. I highly recommend this place to everyone who asks me!

Got my younger daughters nose pierced and my older daughters first tattoo here today. I apologize for not catching the names of the young lady who pierced or the artist. All in all great vibe! clean, professional, environment! Ill definitely go back and highly recommend this spot.

I put the piercing in my nose, when I put it in I didnt like the placement, I asked her to relocate it and she made an annoyed face, when they put the second one in she did it well but I still felt uncomfortableshould treat the customer with respect, and not attack every customer who makes a complaintWhen you pay for a service, the least you expect is to be treated with respect.

I brought my son to get his eyebrow pierced , great place , artists and piercer are welcoming , friendly , and big thank you to Basel Basil , (I’m not sure how to spell it ) but each time I’ve brought my son in he helps him out and explains what’s going on what to expect I highly recommend this place and thanks to (idk how to spell it) basil,Bazle for taking care of my son your awesome 😃

I got my nose pierced by a girl named Jacky she was great. She could have been more gentle when she was taking the needle out of nose but either than that I was good. In case anybody was wondering to get your nose pierced here it is $40.

Had Jacky pierce my septum. Was able to walk in and was helped within a few minutes. Shop is very clean and the artists are friendly. Everything was very clean and Jacky told me what she would be doing step by step and what to expect. Will be returning for more!

Chill environment, the piercer did a great job on my nose piercing. I have had no issues, she gave me a lot of useful info and it was all done at a great price. Would recommend.

The shop is very clean. The guys are always friendly and willing to help. The artist that I get my work done from is John. He not only does great work but is easy to talk to. I continually get compliments. On my tattoos and would highly recommend Mint Condition Tattoo.

Just took my 8 year old to have her ear piercing looked at.She was super nervous since its been hurting and it came out when she cleaned it today.Cleaned her up and put the earing back in.My daughter suggested i go back to get a new tattoo since he was cool to her!I have to agree !

I got a tattoo from Herman , during the tattoo it was terrible all around, when I got to parlor at my appt time at 1pm , he did not start until 2pm and had NOTHING ready when I got there and charged me for that hour. This was my first tattoo (took up my whole thigh, multi colored) and I had anxiety going into it. he refused to give me breaks and kept telling me each time I stopped due to pain itll hurt more and I need to calm down and got annoyed when I said I was about to puke (he didnt give me any breaks). Than I asked for numbing cream and he refused because he did not want to redo the stencil (he gave it to me after I begged for it MULTIPLE times). Through out the whole tattoo he was being very mean to me, and insulted me about how much I couldnt handle it and was not sitting good YET refused to give me breaks or multiple sessions. The tattoo was severely overpriced and he told me nothing about aftercare for the tattoo and any questions I had he would dismiss or not answer at all. Once I got it all done and it healed the colored faded and most of my skin did not take, I refused to go back to him due to poor treatment and got it done from another artist and multiple other tattoo artist at that studio said it looked like he overworked my skin WAY too much and does not know how to work with color and this new artist was able to do it with more vibrant colors and CHEAPER which Herman said was unachievable. BS.

Omgggg it was so awesome!!! Everyone there was super nice and most of the customers were all returners so that tells you a bunch! If you go and want to be pierced ask for sydney!! literally so sweet and makes things are done right!

Great atmosphere. This has to be the cleanest tattoo shop Ive ever been to. Very talented artists, doing custom tattoos. You definitely should check it out and see for yourself. John as done all my work and Im very happy

I went in for nipple piercings . I highly recommend this place for any piercings , It was super clean and professional. The piercer answered all of my questions and even supplied me with a bag of sea salt. Their pricing is great compared to others for the high quality that you do get.

Got my medusa pierced by Jackie and I absolutely love it, she placed it perfectly, answered all my questions, really recommend coming here for all your piercing needs they really helped out and they give you after care procedures and sea salt other places Ive been to usually dont do that

I got snake bites here and i explained to the piercer that my lips get very inflamed after a piercing and that because my lips are big id need a bigger ring. She went a head and have me a small stud and my lip got very infected, to top it off one of the studs got trapped under my skin and i had to pop it out just to take it off. Ive looked around ths area and there is a better parlor just a block away. They charge half the price and do a way better job at actually catering to a customers needs

Took my daughter for a lip piercing and the backing fell off 2 days later, called them and was told I have to pay to replace the jewelry and they will not fix it without extra fees. Go somewhere where they back their work!

Don’t get a tooth gem here - $40 each and it came off in under 3 weeks when the documents I signed at the studio said it’d last 3-12 months!

I love Mint Condition! I got my dermal from Jacky didnt even feel it. I got my collar bone tattoo and one behind my ear by Herman. He is a wonderful artist and very nice. Doesnt have a heavy hand and made sure I got the best tattoo I could of. Very pleased with this place. Coming back forsure.

I recently had a couple of piercings done here by Sarah and she did a great job overall I had a great experience with her, a few months after getting my piercings done I came back to downsize the jewelry and a different girl helped me this time and she seemed a lot less experienced and my new jewelry was put in improperly and i lost the expensive new piece i had just bought about a half hour after leaving it fell out wich sucked because I had paid for a service fee to have someone experienced help me and it seems I would have been better off doing it myself

Step daughter got a barbell cartilage piercing. She loves it and it looks great. The guys here are super friendly and have great attitudes. Fast service as well.

Called Ahead of time to see if I can get a piercing done even asked to schedule and stated I was gonna come around 8:30 but they said to just walk in. I drove 30 mins across town just for them to tell me they don’t do piercings past 8:30 because they are too busy and to come back tomorrow. Wasted my time and gas and can’t come back tomorrow so just overall upset that I wasted my time especially since I called twice to make sure.

Got my snake bites pierced there they were so patient and kind with me I recommended anybody here they are very welcoming 😊

I got my daith pierced here about 2 months ago. Turns out it was pierced wrong and now my body is rejecting it. I now have to pay to have it redone correctly. I feel like I threw away 50 bucks.
