A sparkling review,Luna is one of my favorite places on earth. I got my first piercing with them in 2021. I was nervous, not a huge fan of needles, and very shy but Laura, Jamie and Sam are so understanding and supportive. The environment is beautiful and calm. If youre nervous, they are very patient and understanding. I also had my heart set on a piercing that I was told no over the phone by a tattoo shop but Laura looked at my ear anatomy and said absolutely! But thats just the start they have the best selection of sparkles and jewels. Laura and Jamie can help you order if you want something different too! I cant say enough about the three, they are just as excited about your new piercings as you are. Ive gotten 13 piercings with Luna, a few with Laura and the rest with Jamie all of the piercings went super quickly and healed beautifully. Jamie and Laura also helped me curate seasonal sets so I have fun new sparkles for summer, autumn, winter and were planning a spring set. I highly recommend them to everyone.

We took my daughter to get her ears pierced after her asking for a year. She’s almost 6. Jamie and Laura talked her through it putting me at ease, and letting my daughter know she was in charge. They explained everything they were doing to her and just were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great experience for my daughter’s first ear piercing. Easy to set up an appointment and service was excellent. My daughter was nervous, but all steps were explained fully with the option to stop if she didn’t feel comfortable. Thanks for doing such a great job and putting her at ease. I have to start from the beginning, because I LOVE this place and the people that work here. I had my daith pierced somewhere else, and my piercing starting getting irritation bumps, and I also wanted to get more piercings (but not at the same place) so I went to the lovely Jamie at Luna. She looked at my piercing and told me I could really benefit from better quality Jewlery, that it could help my daith heal faster. We also had an appointment for a curation at the same time to get a good idea of where to put more piercing in my ears. I left with a plan, but I didn’t purchase anything. When my daith got more irritated, I messaged Jamie on instagram and she treated me as if I had been a client of hers for years. And remember, I haven’t even purchased anything from Luna OR been pierced by them yet! She has been so kind and patient! She wanted to look at my ear in person, and told me again, that better quality jewelry would really help the healing process. She worked with me on my price point and we found something beautiful for my ear! My irritation bump went away after a few weeks! She was right, the quality of your jewelry really helps the healing of your piercings! I was really ready to just take this piercing out, but I am so glad I found Jamie and Luna! I cannot wait to go back and actually get pierced by Jamie; I know she’ll take great care!

Luna piercing is just incredible! I went in for a piercing there yesterday, and Jamie took her time to make sure that we got the perfect placement, even if it meant have to mark me like 16 different times. All of the staff is so friendly, and so devoted to making sure you have a positive experience. I can’t wait for to go back in the future for other piercing appointments!!

My daughter and I took my almost 6 years old granddaughter to get her ears pierced, we knew we wanted a Piercing professional to do it.We walked in, Jamie explained the process, we picked out the earrings, sat on the sofa while she prepared, we were then ready, our girl was nervous, maybe thinking what did I wish for, lol, Jamie looked right at her and said “I’m going to tell you everything I’m going to do and do you know who the boss is” my girl said no, Jamie said you are! You tell me if you need me to do anything for you, totally put this kiddo at ease, Laura joined so they could do the piercing in tandem, they even made her giggle and it was done in 1 minute and 2 seconds, i know this because I was able to record it, the smile at the conclusion, you can’t buy that kind of happiness. These two women women were amazing from start to finish, the shop was clean, warm and we felt welcome the second we walked in and it didn’t hurt that there’s a bucket of lollipops for the littles and the Bigg’s too!!!I recommend 150% Luna Piercing, JAMIE AND LAURA!!!! I had a piece of jewelry fall out of a healed piercing that I couldnt manage to get back in myself. I messaged the shop owner, and she fit me in for the first appointment the next day!Jamie took great care of me. Not only did she easily refit my lost jewelry, she sized it better so it wouldnt happen again. I went in to get my nose piercings changed and to buy good quality jewelry. It was such a great experience. My piercer was Jamie and she really helped explain everything step by step. As I had experienced not the best times at other piercing places when getting pierced. The environment at luna’s was so chill and I felt safe for sure. 10/10 experience.

I have been coming to Luna Piercing for several months now, building a setup in my left ear, and from what Ive observed, this is everything you want in a piercing studio.As Ive come to hang around the shop, Ive seen kids coming in for their first piercing, Ive seen teens coming in for their first non-lobe piercing, I even was there when a newly wed couple had come in for matching piercings. And throughout all of this, the team at Luna Piercing has been nothing but professional, adjusting tone and manner to accommodate their clients needs and anxieties.My personal experience, began with removal a double nose piercing. Like the doctor you actually want, Jamie walked me through what she was about to do and what I would feel as she began the process. Now, 6 piercings, 6 gage size increases, and much more familiarity, Jamie will still walk me through whats about to happen. Her personality is too inviting and disarming. You cant help but to trust her.Occasionally, Ill have a want for a particular piece of jewelry that may or may not exist. Laura and Reece are currently working on a way to drill into stone to make custom jade CBR beads at 10g, 8g, & 6g for me. Most people would have said sorry those dont exist, but they said give us some time, well see what we can create. So far, the stone theyre using is beautiful and I cant wait what they make.The crew supporting Luna Piercing is a family, and you can feel it when you spend a little time with them. This is THE ONLY place you should be getting pierced. Found it by chance one day and have been back 3 times and have brought 4 friends. Jamie is amazing, she makes you feel completely at ease and explains every step of the process. The jewelry selection is amazing, gone are the days of having to heal a piercing with a boring stud or hoop. I will recommend this place to everyone.

I had a fantastic experience with Ashley who was working front of house, and Eryn who helped plan my ear jewlery. Eryn is clearly an expert at the technical side of the work and has a fantastic eye for jewelry. Eryn was extremely patient with me as we searched for new pieces and respectful of my budget. We switched out three of my pieces and all were a breeze thanks to Eryn. I cannot recommend this professional enough. When Eryn placed a new hoop in my cartilage I didnt love the look for me, but loved the piece. My hesitancy was picked up right away and Eryn quickly and kindly problem solved. It turned out that the hoop I selected was made by the owner of the studio (or their partner, Im sorry because I cant remember) and Eryn suggested we do a custom order that was a size up so the piece could fall the way I wanted it to. Talk about above and beyond service!! I greatly appreciate all Eryn, Ashley, and the studio provided. Needless to say the studio was clean, well kept, and offered a wide array of beautiful jewlery. Thanks, Luna! Will be back again very soon...and likely for every new jelwery placement for as long as I live in CT.

I have been going to Luna for over a year now for all my piercing needs and they are above and beyond wonderful. Both Jamie and Laura are so kind and reassuring and so meticulous about their piercings and always do a perfect job. I have never had a single issue with any of the piercings I’ve gotten there, and I’ve gotten quite a few. Sam at the front desk always greets everyone with a smile and is always super friendly and kind and approachable. Shes also great at answering any questions you may have and will get you all set up and is always excited to celebrate your new beautiful piercing. These women make the space warm and inviting and welcoming and I recommend this business to everyone I know because you will get the absolute best care here! Love Luna, can’t say enough good things about them!!

I have gone to Luna since my first lobe piercings. 9 holes later Im still impressed every time I step in their door.Laura and Jamie have both pierced me and sold me Jewelry, they are both very professional and knowledgeable. The place is so clean. And they have the most amazing selection of jewelry. I wont go anywhere else!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this business. Came in yesterday with my three year old to get her ears pierced. The attention to cleanliness and infection control was A++. We also had two piercers at the same time for my daughter. They walked through the process with her step by step, showed her all the tools they will use, wipes, markers etc and let her practice on their hands which eased her anxiety tremendously. Once it came time for the actual piercing they checked and double checked to make sure everything was clean and even and coordinated quickly to get her pierced and her pretty new flowers in her ears. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have had several piercings done here and I cannot recommend them enough. I always felt very welcomed and cared for, and have never had any issues with any of my piercings or jewelry. Laura is very talented and I will definitely return to her in the future!

I’ve been to many piercers and have multiple piercings. I always though I liked tattooed better because they healed faster.Nope. It was because I didn’t have a good piercer. Everyone at Luna - Cole, Laura, and Jamie - made my kiddo and I feel welcome. The customer service was amazing. The jewelry is incredible. (My wallet is angry at me for loving it so much!)The whole experience was perfect, and I can’t wait to get another piercing! I’m already planning it. Everything except the Bulbasaur is from Luna. I got my naval pierced here the other day, an amazing experience! I went to Jamie who was recommended to me by a friend and I absolutely loved her, and all the other employees at Luna! They made me feel very welcome and safe and Jamie did an amazing job explaining everything to me regarding if the piercing I wanted would work with my anatomy, the placement, and aftercare of the piercing. She also talked the whole time to let me know what she was doing and when she was going to do it/what I would be feeling which was very helpful!! I left feeling very happy and satisfied with my new piercing, and more educated on piercings in general! 10/10 would recommend, if I could give a million stars I would! Do yourself a favor and go to Luna for your next piercing!!

Went today with my daughter and her friend for birthday ear piercing. They were absolutely wonderful! My daughter ended up being too nervous and then saw her friend get her ears pierced without even flinching. She said it didn’t even hurt. They were so fast and they were so good with both girls! It’s an extremely clean and professional environment. We will be going back as soon as she’s ready! Her friends ears looked perfect! Highly recommend!

I wanted to make sure my daughter was ready before getting her ear’s pierced. She’s 9 now so we waited about 2 years. I had such horrible experiences when I was a kid that I was truly reluctant in putting her through what I did.I did my research through and found Luna Piercing!! Thank the gods I waited and did my research…Jamie was a true professional and took her time - so much as my daughter didn’t even flinch!! Ive wanted to get my septum pierced for the longest time and I wanted to find a friendly and welcoming place to get it done. I was recommended Luna piercing and Im definitely going back. Jamie had an awesome personality and made me feel really comfortable I barely felt the piercing 10/10 would recommend!

I brought my 6 year old daughter to Luna to get her ears pierced for the first time. The girls were amazing and so interactive with her. They explained all of the steps and really took their time going through everything with her. She had both ears done at the same time. They had her take a deep breath in and before she let it out it was done! They were so so fast!Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Luna!

The short version: Luna Piercing is full of skilled piercers, pretty jewelry, and lovely customer interaction.I’ve been by for two rounds of piercing now—the first of which was 2nd lobes and a conch courtesy of Jamie, and the second an industrial by guest piercer Oz—and both were really lovely experiences. I really want to complement both of their skills (all the piercings look great and have been healing really well, including the industrial), as well as Jamie’s eye for jewelry: she did a wonderful job of helping me pick out my studs, and the ends I went with when I got the industrial were a set Jamie and I had talked about as matching my other jewelry.I haven’t been by enough to call myself a regular yet, but I have more plans to shove shiny things through my ears, and Luna Piercing is rapidly becoming a significant part of my planning. Jamie, I hope to see you again soon!

Absolutely lovely staff always so up beat and the vibe is just over all wonderful! The piercer I had is very skilled and was more than happy to explain things to me as we did everything. The jewelry choices are amazing and beautiful and best of all they are all guaranteed, if one of the balls goes missing they’re happy to replace it for no cost or if the threads are bad they are happy to fix the issue right away. I had to do that today as one of the balls fell out with out my noticing and I got right in to replace it. I would recommend to anyone who asked and will be going back for more jewelry/ piercings when possible

I recently went here to get my second lobe and helix piercing because the reviews seemed super good and all of them had 5 stars. Overall my experience was a 10/10 everyone there was so sweet and understanding and they really took their time helping me pick out jewelry I would like and the placement of my helix piercing. My piercer was Jaime and she was so sweet and gentle. I had no pain on the second day and so far my piercings are healing perfectly. I definitely recommend this place their customer service is amazing.

I brought my 9-year-old daughter for ear piercing and it could not have been a better experience. Jamie was incredibly professional, relaxed, and informative, while letting my daughter take the lead on making her own choices and taking as much time as she needed. She said it barely hurt at all. This place is awesome. Everyone there was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I was coming in to have my septum re done since I had gone to a tattoo place prior that had pierced through my cartilage which is NOT how its supposed to be done. My piercer was Oz and she was fantastic. Very sweet and understanding, she walked me through everything and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I would 100% recommend going here over a tattoo shop for a piercing. Thank you Oz!!

Fantastic experience taking my 5 year old to Luna to get her ears pierced. The piercing rooms are medical grade clean and all their procedures were top notch for cleanliness and safety. They have a wide range of jewelry to choose from. I especially appreciated how kind, patient and calm they were with my little one - she really enjoyed herself. When it came time for the actual piercing, they did both ears at the same time with needles and were super fast. I also love that we will be returning in a few weeks to check on her ears healing progress. They really care about delivering safe piercings with quality jewelry.

I took my daughter there to get her ears done for her 10th birthday and i got my nose done and let me twll you how amazing the staff is. We had Jaime has a piercer and she was beyond amazing. First off, good for them to allow my daughter to fill out paperwork to consent to this. That made me feel a ton better but when it was actually time to get it done, Jaime was informative about the process and made my daughter feel 100000% better about everything. Jaime was funny and witty and just made the expierence so much better. I have 17 other piercings and I can honestly say, this was one of the best places ive ever been. I will definitely be going to get jewelry from there along with any other piercings. 100% amazing. My daughters ears didnt swell or angthing and shes doing amazing with the aftercare thanks to Jaime

Update: Still love this place. They never dissapoint!Luna is the place for piercings! Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and fun. They have jewelry for all different price points, and dont judge when you opt for the $35 piece after you drool over your dream piece. Jamie and/or Laura will make you feel very comfortable when your nerves get to you and you want to call it quits last second, (a friend told me.) Ive been there for 5 piercings in the last 4-5 months, took friends when they were in from out of town, and just took my teenage daughter in to get her nose pierced. I trust them with poking holes in my body 100%, but it takes even more trust to let them pierce my baby girl!I highly recommend Luna for anyone wanting a piercing!

Mine was a slightly unusual case. I had to take a piercing out for an MRI. It was about 10 years old, and I had never taken it out. It would not budge. I called Luna Piercing and they got me right in. It took Laura about three minutes to loosen up the screw and get it out. Everyone was really nice and professional.

The people and service was amazing, the place feels very welcoming. The process from getting the piercings done, to the purchasing, to the explanations were very quick and straightforward. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone interested in getting a piercing done.

Went to get my septum repierced and they wanted to check to see if it was still open just in case... surprise! It was! The attention to detail, professionalism and kindness were so very much appreciated! They went over a few of the options the shop had for jewelry and I will definitely be back to purchase some rings for my septum. I brought my 15yr daughter in to get her Helix pierced last Sunday. We had a wonderful experience. Everyone there made her/I comfortable. They were also very patient with her while she chose her jewelry (beautiful & high end, she chose the custom made white gold Luna moth) and asked her questions. I recently got my ears pierced at Luna Piercing and Fine Jewelry and after the experience I had here, I honestly cant imagine going anywhere else for my piercing and jewelry needs. Luna specializes in piercings and their knowledge is impeccable! They also offer a wonderful variety of unique, high quality jewelry. The studio is immaculate and absolutely stunning. Jamie, the kind lady who assisted me was very professional. She was patient and made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire procedure. I highly recommend Luna!!

My daughter got her ears pierced for the first time, she is 9 yrs old. The piercer was very kind and showed all steps as she was doing them. Asked my daughter if she could do each step to make sure she was comfortable. The place is very clean. You can see they have a very sterile area and she used gloves and then sterile gloves ontop of the others to ensure no contamination. I do appreciate her going through the total price before the piercing. I do wish that they were more transparent on prices. I was told $20 per ear for piercing and stud pricing beginning $35/earring for titanium and prices beginning at $80/earring for 14k/18k gold. There wasnt a talk of a post pricing which is $15/ear. There are no prices on the jewelry in the case so my daughter probably went to one of the most expensive options. The staff who was behind the counter did not know the prices so I had my daughter pick some back ups incase the price came in too high.You do need to come in 4 weeks after this appointment to get the post changed out to a shorter one and that costs an additional $15/ear.I dont think Id mind as much if it was told to me from the beginning. Pricing on the website could help alleviate some of these questions for those wanting to know.My daughter is loving her earrings, doesnt even notice that she has holes in my head. No redness, irritation, no scabbing and care is super easy compared to what I was told to do back in the 90s.I will recommend this company for anyone looking for ear piercings for their children.Oh and they do tandem piercings (one piercer per ear) they do it all days but Sunday. (My daughter did hers one ear at a time and did great!)

I’ve had SEVERAL piercings at Luna, both from Jamie and Laura and every time I feel safe, comfortable, listened to and it’s always so fun and vibrant! Bx is always down for a fun, engaging conversation while I wait! Today I went in to get a new septum piece, but other things I’ve gotten include forward helixes, flat helix piercings, and body piercings! All have healed magnificently due to their high quality product and expert execution of piercings! I live out of state but come here whenever I’m in town for their incredible service! Luna is hands down the best place I have been to for piercings. My first piercing ever was done 6 years ago in a random shop, and I didn’t make that mistake twice. Laura, Jamie, and Calah are super knowledgeable and friendly. Jamie is curating my ears for me and she always picks the most beautiful pieces! So far I have had nipples, 2 nostrils, and multiple ear piercings there and I will never go anywhere else.

Amazing customer service. From the ease of booking an appointment for my daughter to get her septum pierced all the way through the end of the appointment. Every single staff member that I saw the day of her appointment was super friendly, welcoming and full of knowledge to share about jewelry selection, piercing, and aftercare. Her piercer Laura (man I am terrible with names but I swear I am right this time haha) was super friendly and did an amazing job of calming my daughters nerves. Everything was clean from the front end to the piercing room and the sterile gloves, equipment and jewelry used.10/10 experience all around.

Hands down the best piercing establishment I’ve ever been to! Not only was I given vital information before a piercing I wanted to get again, Calah saved me beforehand by explaining how my body anatomy would reject the piercing if I were to do it again. I could have chosen to still do it of course, but better safe than sorry! These piercers definitely know best. No place has ever told me in such explicit details beforehand about the piercing I was going to get and how it would affect my body. I carried on getting my helix and second lobe pierced regardless. She even recommended some spots to make my ears look best for me! Beautiful work, and even more beautiful jewelry options. Calah made me feel very safe, comfortable, and informed. I don’t think I’ll ever go to any other place but here :)

I am so happy with the experience I had here! I walked in on a Sunday and Calah talked to me about the different jewelry and placement of my piercing. She booked my appointment for the next day! When I arrived i could tell she was just as excited as me to get my septum pierced! She talked me through it because I do get a little nervous about needles but when it was all said and done we were both super happy! I thanked her so much and gave her a hug! Calah is the best!!

I came in today just to do some shopping and discuss a new piercing/curate a design for double high nostrils with a chain and the entire staff was so friendly welcoming and accommodating. They were incredibly patient with me and they all helped me to select several amazing pieces for my ears, and custom order new pieces for my high nostrils as well as make a chain for me! The amount of time and attention they put into me was so incredible. I didn’t feel as though I was bothering anyone or wasting anyones time and they really had fun with it. I cannot praise them enough for their incredible customer service. They’re jewelry selection is amazing and they carried some of my favorite designers, so be prepared to fall in love with everything. 10/10 recommend!

I got a piercing removed here and they were absolutely wonderful! The employee, Jamie, was incredibly kind and open to answering all the questions I had about the healing process and such. I had a daith piercing done at another shop and had some issues with healing. I found Luna Piercing and Fine Jewelry on the APP website and what a difference it was using a business that is a member. Went to Luna piercing for my six year old’s lobe piercing. She really, really wanted to get her ears pierced, but I knew she’d likely get scared while it happened. The piercers at Luna were fabulous. They explained exactly what they were doing to my daughter and didn’t do anything without her express consent. They pierced both ears at the same time, which definitely was appreciated. It was a great experience for us, and we’ll definitely be back.

Luna is the best piercing place hands down. Laura and Cole were literally the sweetest human beings. I felt so comfortable to a point where I wasn’t even nervous! I got my nose pierced at Luna today and I had a great experience! The shop was very clean and they had a wide selection of jewelry. The jewelry and piercing was a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! Unfortunately, I snagged my nose piercing pretty good to the point it got ripped out of my nose almost 100%. I was worried I had put on a damper on the healing process so I went to see Laura. I took my daughter for her first ear piercing. The saff are all wonderful with her and talked her though the process.They had two staff members do the piercing to make it easier for her. I went in for a nose piercing today. Let me start off by saying, they were so welcoming and so nice! Calah was my piercer and she went over everything from start to finish. I have never had a piercer be this nice and comforting. So clean, no pain, and I got exactly what I wanted! I will deff go back for more piercings!

Cole pierced my nose and did such a great job! Got the perfect placement on the first try, and I barely felt the needle go through. This is my second piercing at Luna. As for jewelry, the selection is beautiful, intricate, and unique. Everyone at the shop is very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Requiring appointments for piercings is completely understandable, but requiring appointments to view and purchase jewelry is absurd. I didnt walk in for a piercing, which I told you first thing, I came in to view the jewelry you had for sale as its hard to find. Not sure why you are misleading people about that by lying that you offered me a later appointment... it never happened. Anyway, perhaps be a little clearer about your policies on your social media platforms before someone wastes their time driving out.

This shop was an absolute life saver. My newish nose ring fell out and I couldnt find it so I scrambled to find a shop that was open on a Sunday for a replacement. My teen kids were getting the piercings and i was told cost of piercing wld be 85$ ,which i was comfortable with.But the bill came to 600$ (For two ear piercings and one nose piercing.)I spent 180$ for earrings and 75$ for nose ring and i then was charged extra for titanium rods?and backing to the earrings.newbie to piercing but thought the back is included with the earring/nose ring.Please ask abt the total cost if you are new like me.People were super nice and friendly and Place was very clean,I did not expect to pay 600$Edit/Reply:When i asked how much the charge was ,i was told 20$ for earlobes and 45$ for nose ring…YES!!..at the breakdown which was presented to me as a bill,i was surprised by the 600$ amount ,That’s why i did not get the ear lobe piercing for my daughter.Like i said ,this was my first experience and i thought it was super expensive.No one explained the titanium rods to me ,I figured later that it was what was used to pierce and that was an extra 45$ charge for three piercings….it was just presented in the bill.The tip part is also presented as a part of the whole purchaseHonestly!!My head was spinning at the amount.Please understand taking two teenagers to get a piercing i was not planning to shell out 600$.I wish someone had told me what to expect,how much i am looking at to pay…My options etc.You guys were very nice and professional,but the only information i had was 20$ for earlobes and 45$ for the nose.The intention of writing this review is for other newbies like me…

Very friendly people. The piercing fees are really reasonable but this is a Fine Jewelry shop so the jewelry isnt cheap. When I went I didnt end up getting pierced because it was pricier than anticipated but I plan on going back when I can.

My girlfriend has gotten 4 total piercings here, their facilities are comfortable and clean, their staff knowledgable, passionate and certified. Honestly a great place if youre looking to get into piercings and are afraid of the edgier looking shops.Wouldnt reccomend anywhere else.
