Waited for well over an hour for someone to return to the booth. Sign just said be back shortly. You know its extremely frustrating when you try to take time out to ensure that when you can buy locally, you do. So we get in the car, drive 20 minutes to buy our sons 2 new chains for their 1st day of school. But no, we dont get that opportunity and will just end up buying on Amazon like everyone else because no one wants to work anymore. Its so frustrating dealing with a workforce that doesnt want to work, yet everyone complains about wages, hours, and opportunity. This is the problem. And it wouldnt hurt to clean up your kiosk.

Ebony is the BEST! Shes holding EVERYTHING Down by herself! She was able to find a set of earrings for me that I LOVED and Lost! She looked it up, took care of me and other customers at the same time! She should get a promotion and a raise! Thanks again Ebony!

Ashley was super amazing! She was super great with my son. Hes small and was a little nervous and she just did so great and she took time to make sure that the piercings were even and that they were in a good spot. She is super sweet and I highly recommend

The piercer was very kind but was told that the aftercare was included in the pricing but was actually charged $15 for a very small bottle of spray in comparison to other places (like Claires). Next time will go elsewhere. Customer service was no help. Very disappointed to be secretly charged for something I couldve purchased elsewhere for cheaper.

Kharisma did an amazing job on my daughter’s ears. The first time she got them done about 10 years ago at another store and the holes have since closed up bc they were uneven. They look wonderful and she took her time! Great experience.

Went to get my kids ears pierced at about 515 asked if there’s two people working because I called ahead and told them we are on our way and they said yes we show up there’s just a lady working and we asked her if she was able to have both of them do my kids at the same time she was at the same time clearly not nice person very rude and said oh the other persons on break he’ll be back at 6 o’clock and then I’m leaving. She was very rude not nice had a complete attitude for no reason, so we actually left and shopped around the mall until about 615 to make sure that she was gone and went back and had a gentleman do My kids ears because we were not pleased with her attitude and weren’t going allow a mean nasty person to touch out children. I would not recommend anyone allow a lady like that to pierce their children’s years. And the crazy part is the lady at Claire’s said she’s heard the same thing from other customers lately. But the gentleman he was all right. My kids ears piercing came out great but he wasn’t happy when I questioned him to move them up or down a little bit and said oh I’m trained to do it away from the face like I just wanted to make sure they were straight but over all he was great with my kids

My son bought a ring from this store. He decided to return it and was within their policy. Its been over 7 weeks and we still dont have our money. The company kept telling us it was in the mail, but offered no tracking. We have no other option but to take them to court. When I called them for more information, they refused to help and said that we are threatening them. Save your money and do not shop from these stores!!! BTW, he paid cash at the mall and they would not give it back, stating that they dont keep cash there to give back. What a crock!

I found the employees very helpful when I had to return a gold chain for my Son when the clasp broke. They exchanged it for the same chain and were very accommodating and friendly. Much appreciated!!

Had a bad experience at the Victor location. I called to file a complaint and ask for a refund and they sent me back to the same lady who pretty much confronted me and told me I was lying. Then Pagoda or a manager never at least called me back. They lost a loyal customer.

Woman working there was absolutely amazing! Very reassuring and did an awesome job making sure I was getting what I wanted and I was comfortable. Absolutely would go again
