I arrived here for a septum piercing and had a great experience here! The wait wasnt long and the person who checked me in was very nice. The actual piercing went very smoothly and relatively painless. The person administering the piercing was very kind and professional during the process. I will most likely return in the future!

I went to Toni to get my eyebrow pierced and it is the most perfect eyebrow piercing i’ve seen. She was quick, painless, and very willing to change the placement to fit my preferences. She is amazing, couldn’t recommend her more. She made my friend and I feel very supported and comfortable. Thank you Toni!!

Bree (Bri) I hope I remember her name right, did 10 piercings for me in one session. Yep, sure did. She was so professional and sweet and a total rock star making sure everything was proper and even. I have already told all who will listen and plan to come back for more metal because I immediately regretted not getting more lol. Highly recommend and you literally cannot find better prices anywhere, especially with the attention to detail she provided.

Went today (July 2nd, 2024) with my fiancé to get his first piercing and some extras for me. We got Bri today, and both of us were incredibly pleased with her service!! I got my bridge ($40) repierced and my lobes ($10 each for hoops, $20 total) pierced, she walked us through every step and took her time to make sure everything was lined up evenly for the best results!! Would definitely recommend Bri to anyone getting piercings, especially first-timers, for a calming/relaxing yet involved experience.

Went and got my septum done, she pierced it crooked and gaslit me into thinking it was crooked because one side of my nose was thicker…. i ended up taking it out the same day within a few hours. she was very nice though! toni….

Highly recommend Christian. He was professional with my daughters first tattoo experience. He explained what he was doing and made her feel at ease. He took time to explain aftercare and touch up policy. Well worth the money. My daughter is extremely happy with her tattoo.

Ive been to them many times for different piercings and Ive never been disappointed. They are professional but relaxed and fun. All five of the piercings they have done for me have been done with the least amount of pain possible and theyve talked me through the after care with precision. Tony is absolutely amazing, I go to her for my piercings and absolutely love her.I however did have a small issue today 11/11, I made an appointment earlier in the week for a tattoo with Rob. I am to understand that he was out with covid, and that is fine, life happens, however they didnt try to reschedule until 3 minutes before the appointment and I was already there. Bri was trying her hardest to get me to reschedule, but I ultimately decided to get my deposit back and go elsewhere. Rob was wanting to charge me $600 for a tattoo that multiple people have told me isnt worth more than $475. I am going elsewhere to get it done for $300 less than rob ranged me at.This is my first tattoo experience and it isnt a good one.Ill continue to support this business because I really like Lance and Tony, but the tattoo aspect was not handled correctly.

Ive been wanting my belly button repierced after having it originally done in 09. Emily was able to repierce it through the same spot to reduce scarring and she did such an amazing job.The prices are awesome ($15 for a bar; I spent $25 to get one with jewels) and I absolutely love it.Emily was so nice and listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, made me feel super comfortable, and overall was just really awesome. Ive been in a bad head space the last few months (part of why I got this piercing) and she genuinely cared about our conversation and making sure that I was completely satisfied with my piercing.Shop was very clean and had a good vibe overall. I will 100% go back to Emily for any piercings I want done in the future. :)

Highly recommend!! We drove from Illinois(About and hour and a half away) to get a couple piercings ended up getting small tattoos while we were there and couldnt be more happy!

Spontaneous piercings this past Friday and I am thrilled with the results and the customer service received! Entire place was inviting and clean! Bri was an incredible piercer! She made sure I knew all the steps she was going thru for each of my piercings and was constantly checking to make sure I was okay thru the whole process. She was quick but thorough with every step. We drove an hour to get here and she did two piercing before me then did 3 piercings for me and 1 for my husband and we were in and out in less than 45 minutes! All around it was totally worth the drive and this will now be my go to for all future piercings! Can’t wait to come back for more!

My daughter has gotten five tattoos at Altered Image. I am so impressed with Christian’s work. We drive over an hour and half just to have her tattoos done there. He does an awesome job on every tattoo and I so patient with people who move a lot. They are all very professional and have great attitudes and it is in all around great atmosphere. A couple of the times we went there some of my daughter’s friends got piercings and they had wonderful experiences with those as well. It is a great shop and I would recommend them for any of your tattoos or piercings.

I got my septum pierced here yesterday for my birthday today. Lance did a great job. He talked to me the whole time so I was more relaxed through the process. Great experience! Will do business here again.

I went in knowing that I wanted my nose pierced and went in and filled out my form and gave them my I.d. did not take long to go back with my artist Ariel and let me tell you so professional she cleaned up her station and got all the tools out she needed for me. She clean up the area on my face and marked it and asked if that looks good I said it looks great she then said to look forward as she gently applied the clamp iny nose and in one swell swoop inserted the needle only a little bit of pain then it was gone definitely going back for more in the future. :):):):)

Overall, it was a great experience! Clean shop, the piercer was knowledgeable and quick, and the prices werent bad either. I had to get a couple of re-piercings and I expected the whole process to be horrible, but it really wasnt; I took my little cousin to get her nose pierced too and she had a great first piercing experience. 10/10 would get a hole here again.

I went when I was in school, and I was getting my industrial pierced by a female. She pierced the lower piercing wrong. I was bleeding no stop for 3 days. I woke up with blood all over my neck. I tried asking her to take it out and she refused. She said “it’s better to leave it be” I went to Evansville and they took it out.

Deb is the greatest! She is the only one I will let pierce me. She is so professional and is also awesome. I just got 2 more piercings and going back next weekend to get more. Thanks Deb. Also, if u wanna great tattoo these ppl know what they are doing. Great work and reasonably priced!

Had my ears pierced and re-pieced without a bit of pain. Turns out my husband had his piercings done here when younger too. We plan on driving up to get our daughters ears pierced now if possible. So worth the drive for the price and pain free piercings!

We drove 45 minutes to get the “famous $5 piercings” which are now $10. No big deal. But the piercer was also 45 minutes late. Pierced us with a captive ball ring which we later found out from another piercer is not the best to pierce with. My friend asked for the right side and she pierced the left. Let my friend walk out with blood all over her face. Overall NOT a good experience.

Ive never been pierced any where else. Generally quick unless theyre busy. Just got my first tattoo done there, took about 45 minutes, nice and quick and it looks good

I have gotten 2 pieces done here. The first one is absolutely beautiful. The second one I am not happy with at all. Never had to go back to get a touch let alone be told with the area they dont guarentee so it will be another 20 bucks for the touch up. I made an appointment for a late evening and got told that 9 should work but also got told since it was right before closing he couldnt promise anything. I proceeded to tell him I am driving 40 mins to come back. So I thought since I am spending gas made an appointment and am not happy with my tattoo that he would want to fix it. It wouldnt have taken more than 20 mins since it is a small tattoo. But since I have to pay for a touch up anyway Ill have someone else fix it.

Bri has done my dermal, lip, and nipples and I HIGHLY Recommend her. She’s AWESOME!!

Walked in and the man acted as if he didn’t even care to get job done. People were hanging out in the lobby talking to each other, which I wouldn’t necessarily mind, but we had to wait for them to stop speaking to each other, they weren’t even getting waited on they were just having a conversation about something irrelevant) in order to get serviced. He acted as if he was annoyed to see us.

Pierced my nipples incorrectly which caused one to get infected numerous times. It was only one that was messed up and that is the only one that got infected.

Horrible customer service!!! Went into the shop for 3 piercings came out with NONE!!! The owner of the shop told us different two different prices (bar bell & hoop). Once he asked what we want the prices went up! Then when we reminded him what he told us 5 mins ago, he got angry & started cursing at us! Very unprofessional!!! Would NOT recommend anyone to go to this shop!

I wouldn’t recommend going to Altered Image to get a piercing! I got my second holes pierced and they were both uneven. Just because they are cheap doesn’t mean they are good!
