October was Awesome!! Very informed and educated in her craft.She was professional, yet relaxed and comfortable which made me more comfortable.She explained each step and did not rush me in any way. She took her time, yet executed my 2 piercings swiftly and effortlessly.I left feeling well cared for and appreciated. She scheduled my aftercare appts she suggested and was very understanding when I had to RS the first one on last minutes notice, due to an unseen circumstance.October definitely earned my trust and I look forward to many more piercings with her in the very near future.

The waiting area was so cute! I was greeted right away. She was very informative, bubbly. Made me feel so comfortable. She told me everything she was going to do and at every step of the way. I got a vertical labret. She marked me up and let me voice my decision as well. Before going I was worried that it wouldnt be straight but she definitely took her time and I must say that the piercing turned out fantastic and definitely not crooked/off centered.She also explained verbally and in written form of the options for aftercare. Highly recommend going here!

I took my daughter to get her second nose piercing then decided she also wanted a bellybutton piercing as well. Amazing and excellent service. Very reasonable prices overall a great experience. Rose did a wonderful job walking my daughter through the whole process from start to beginning. Will definitely be going back .

I got a second lobe piercing here and ordered custom jewelry for a future helix piercing. My piercing experience was great! It was clean and quick and they were very informative throughout the process, giving good information on healing/placements etc. I would definitely come here again for more piercings!

Went with my wife to get some piercings done for her birthday.My wife listed her concerns and Rose very patiently and compassionately listened. She helped dispel any of her fears and laid out what could happen later on down the line.Her aftercare instructions were very detailed and she said that her follow up appointment was free.Overall, a way better place than we last went to and I would recommend this place to anybody.

Very knowledgeable and patient piercers here. Their selection of jewelry was a little limited when I went, but they had been very busy that week so I understand of course. But the jewelry they did have was of good quality and decent price. They took me as a walk-in. I’ll definitely be making another appointment in the future. 👍🏼

Unfortunately I had to wait to decide if I wanted to leave a review at this establishment. I am just going to chalk it up to that if a customer is not going to be serviced, yet you decide to let them drive 20 minutes to go to the appointment. It would be appropriate and appreciated to let them know prior. Also, it is highly unprofessional to look over a clients social media profile to scope them out. I was not okay with being discriminated, especially given the reason I was discriminated was not on the forms in which I was signing AND the killer part is I have OB consent with a letter. I was NOT okay with the service given. Also, I was given jewelery that broke down after two days of having it and the gems fell out. Mind you I had spent over $600?!?!? Picture for reference. I am skeptical to think that the owner truly had an emergency because she didnt bother to get me in same day to make it right. Overall, I do believe it is best to spend your money elsewhere and becareful because you might be discriminated.UPDATE: Really sad that I was considered rude. I as a customer felt bad for bringing up what was poor product and only apologize for such. I was never rude and could have never been perceived rude to this establishment. Would love to provide screenshot of that conversation if need be. But clearly it is an accountability issue, I hope you guys will be able to provide better service in the future!

I get it, capitalism, but this place ripped me off. Paid $90 for titanium earrings for my daughter. She saw we were worried about my daughter’s ear closing up and took advantage. Taking advantage of a situation and laughing about the price is pathetic.

I came in here to get my second piercing done and all I can say was that the lady that attended us was amazing. Super good service and would 100% recommend to get your piercings done here.

I called for an appointment for my navel, my brothers snake bites and my moms nose. It was awesome! Rose was really personable while staying professional during our appointment. It was done in a really timely manner and she told us all about the piercings we were getting and how to take care of them. Very cute little place too. They even do nails! I know if I want my nails done or any other piercings I am going back to La Luna

This was my second time here, and the atmosphere, to begin is great! Rose is so down to earth, easy to talk to about what your needs are in a piercing. She messages back if you message her a question. Just overall wonderful experience, I don’t feel nervous she makes it a pleasant visit. Will be back!

Got a helix piercing recently and it was a very awesome experience. Professional and friendly, and had a good promo going on for black Friday!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Rose was very unprofessional during her Friday the 13th piercing special. I waited all day in the heat in line just for her to say she wasn’t going to accept anymore clients because she ran out of jewelry. That was her problem not ours. People were putting down their phone numbers on a paperboard and leaving their spot in line and coming back as they pleased and were able to get 5 piercings at a time while others still waited in line all day just to be sent home w/o nothing. The messed up part was she didn’t apologize or seem to care. She made her stuck up assistant Felecia do all the talking. Don’t waste your time here.

My sister and I went to La Luna body mod and we were definitely NOT disappointed. Not only was the shop clean, small and intimate, Rosalie took the time to set up properly, walk and talk thru the process, and the way she pierced was quick and virtually painless, except for the small amount of pain you’d expect with shoving a needle thru your skin. Thanks again La Luna body mod for your professionalism and good work. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Sorry about the silly photo, but I just got my snakebites done and my twin sister and mom got their own piercings and I felt so comfortable and welcome. I was anxious but it was painless but Rose, the piercer, was so patient with me and I’m beyond happy with my experience. I will certainly be returning.

I got my septum pierced from this place, the piercer was very professional and talked me through it, it only took 14 minutes basically in and out. And she even give me a paper with cleaning tips. Highly recommend this place
