True Romance Tattoo

I brought my daughter to get her bellybutton pierced for her 16th birthday and saw Trinaty. My daughter was really excited but also nervous. Trinaty did a great job making sure she was comfortable and walked her through each step of the process. I could tell before she even went to do the piercing that my daughter already felt at ease. The process went smoothly and she loves her new piercing. We will for sure be visiting her again for future piercings!

Got and eye brow piercing here and I saw trinaty, love my piercing and she was really cool and made sure I liked it and made the piercing process really fast 😊

Lisa is theeee best!! I couldnt find anyone to do my piercing I guess they were scared of it! :-) but she did it and its perfect was quick and painless. Thank you girl!!

Got a little puppy tattoo in feb by rob and he was amazing. Went back last Sunday and got a mandala on my chest by johnny and he was also great! Super personable, we chatted some and I felt super comfortable there. Everyone was friendly and the place was super clean! I would def recommend! Im going back soon to get the other mandala on the other side of my chest 😊

I scheduled my appointment for about a month out & come the day of the tattoo she rescheduled. I live an hour out, so i had to head all the way back home. I then rescheduled and again, come that day she pushed that same appointment back by hours. She wasn’t very welcoming and carried bad vibes throughout the whole time i was there. She then charged me double the deposit and didn’t even put the deposit towards the end price. Not to mention the down payment was $50 and the size of my tattoo was a dime sized. There was no reason for it to be that expensive... i know there is a shop minimum but.... i paid way more. In conclusion, i will never be getting my tattoos done at this place OR by sweetheart.

I got my septum pierced today and the lady who did it was a the sweetest. She was very clean and professional and made me feel safe and comfortable. I would and will 100% be coming back for more piercings

My friend and I both got tattoos here together. We are so happy with them. We were seen by sweetheart, she’s an awesome artist and very professional and kind. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future tattoos & piercings!

Tattoos are good, but this is the 3rd time ive been rescheduled, out of the blue, hours before the session. Thats not how you get return buissness girl. Also my tat she did literally rubbed off the next day. Will not be retuning to her. Awful. Also, learn to seperate your personal and buissness life, i shouldnt have to say this to an adult.

We were seen by “sweetheart” but was canceled on two times! Then our time was pushed back on the day she rescheduled on us. Did not feel welcomed it was like a more of a “in and out” place. Prices are very high for small tattoos... don’t recommend

Johnnie was amazing and made us feel at home and was easy to talk to. He was patient when it came to changing things during the process. Our tattoos came out perfect and would recommend him to everybody!

I walked in today begging for a simple 2 word tattoo. Vincent fit me in within an hour, and it came out so incredibly beautiful! It was everything I wanted. This place is beyond awesome, the staff is stellar, and I definitely plan on coming back to Vincent for a more planned, thought-out piece :)

Very unprofessional! My daughter booked a tattoo over a month ago for her 18th birthday. When asking for a picture and the price a day before the appointment she was rudely told that she didnt trust her as an artist and she no longer felt comfortable doing the tattoo. Weird, since my daughter is the one getting the tattoo on her and has every right to want to see what the drawing looks like. Thankful she gave the deposit back but with a days notice she is unable to book another appointment for her birthday. Thanks for ruining my daughters 18th birthday.

This place is absolutely amazing. I went in to ask about some ideas I had. I talked to Mike told him my ideas. We threw ideas back and forth and he drew up the tattoo and that Thursday I had an amazing tattoo that I am absolutely in love with. I have since recommended this place to several others who have been interested in getting tattooed.

Hands down this place has the best vibe a customer could ever ask for! Your always helped, seated and your service runs perfectly! I definitely recommend these Artists for your tattoo work and piercings!

Horrible experience at this place. i felt uncomfortable. everything was okay but the artist didn’t follow my design at all, it was patchy and she didn’t take her time at all. very nice person, but not professional. had trash all over her table and had to clean it off when i got there. didn’t check ID either

The artists arent professional, I sent him a reference picture and they didnt look similar, it looked very childish and not something Id like on my body and after the fact we didnt get our deposit back even tho he was the reason we canceled

Had an Amazing experience at True Romance Tattoo Shop! Everyone was so friendly and on point...Johnnie was a very chill awesomely skilled tattoo artist... definitely coming back here for my future tattoos :)

The staff is super friendly and are really amazing artist and the atmosphere is very chill and relaxing with a ton of photos hanging to look at! Its my favorite part besides walking out with a new beautiful tattoo.

At first the needle scared me but when she poked it—it tickled I think you should definitely go.

My wife passed 9 months ago and I wanted something as a memorial to her. Johnny was the artist who helped with what I wanted. He was very kind and very patient in the whole process.

Place is a joke the so cold artist cant even draw the sketch we sent him when ask to do it the way we want it he he couldnt do it and kept are deposit what a joke and scammers
