I received a beautiful ocean life anchor tattoo from Andy. Andy is hands down he is one of the most talented artists Ive seen to date! Its simply breathtaking, better then I hoped for. Photo realism at its finest! Thank you Andy for my ocean treasure! I will wear it with pride! On a side note I have seen many pieces from various artists from this shop and can say without question regardless of style there is someone at this shop that can give you what you are looking for and they will exceed your expectations!

My husband and I wanted to get 10 year anny tattoos and we looked at reviews for here plus it was close to us (husband is military). We went in a few days before and showed Grace what we wanted and he said he could do it. Couldnt give us a price and we put $100 down to hold our spot. We checked out other places as well and assumed that our little forearm tattoos wouldnt be more than $300 tops if not less. The day of the tattoo, I emailed on FB about pricing and still couldnt get an answer. We went in and mine took 45 min and my husbands took 1 hour. I was then told the price was $580 for 2 forearm tattoos that didnt take 2 hours to do!! $580! I was shocked!! I get they can charge what they want but that is absolute price gouging on some level. I checked with other tattoo places after that to see if that was right and they were shocked! And were on Oahu so I get that prices are high, but not that damn much. So, even though we like the tattoos, we wont be going back. IDK if its because we were military, or its after the covid situation, but for that kind of money, you can update your bathroom or make the place look decent. I have told others as well that are looking for tattoos and told them not to go here and if they do, make sure to get a price upfront!

Clean sanitary & professional place, great tattoo shop. Very detailed artist and took time on the prep work. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I’d say is they charge more than my lawyer by the hour but they work with you.

Donovan did awesome work. Clean lines and super detailed, he executed exactly what my husband and I asked for. Worth the 4,000-mile trip.

I had an appointment with Elijah for a wrist tattoo and an ankle tattoo. They turned out so good. He was very friendly and took his time making sure it was exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend going to see him and he wasn’t heavy handed so that just made it even better.

Rising Tide has raised the standard of what you should expect from a tattoo business. The studio is full of that Aloha spirit. I had the pleasure of meeting Linda, and a group of artists. Theres great energy in this space, with an inviting and warm group of people ready to make your tattoo dreams come true.I highly suggest Rising Tide Tattoo if youre visiting, live on the island, or just wanting to experience a studio of people who care!

Got tatted today by Cliff and his artwork is so beautiful. 100% so happy with my piece.The shop is clean and the staff are super friendly and cool. Laughter everywhere! Already planning to book my next appointment. This place is a gem!

I scheduled a date to get a tattoo with a dude named Kyle. Explained what I was thinking we should do and we was on the same page for a while. I had another idea to add into the piece n he claimed it was too much work n sounded good to me but like a headache to him. Last I checked I was a paying customer. Deposited $100 n lost it because he fails to reply to my messages on Instagram. Super unprofessional n wouldn’t recommend anyone to see him.

I will be back for sure. Downey was super professional yet informative on a personal level. The environment was family oriented. Rising Tide is UP.
