I had my navel piercing close up on me one morning and I was scrambling trying to find a piercer who could get it reopened/repierced right away before I lose the piercing. Many were overcharging or not even in shop that day. I came across this shop and they immediately were accommodating. The shop was hard to find as google maps led me elsewhere, but a quick call to the shop fixed that. I can’t recall her name, but she gave me such clear and concise directions to get to the shop and even said she’d meet me outside. She was so kind and patient (I am not the best at directions).Jay, the piercer, was not only kind and professional but very informative! He gave me information on piercing care that my previous piercer didn’t. Long story short, he saved my navel piercing all in a matter of 20 minutes! The price totaled out to $25 (I had bought a retainer) which was a lot more generous than a shop that was charging me $80 (and the piercer wasn’t even working that day). Jay agreed to do a follow up check in 2 weeks.Due to my great experience here, I would go back here for a new piercing. Big thanks to everyone at the shop!

OMG the best Service and most friendly owners ever. My daughter got the Angel bites for her 18th birthday and he was so Gentle with her and she said she barely felt it. I got the daith piercings for myself and didnt even know he already had it finished. Definitely will be going back and telling everyone to go there.

So let me start by saying…the owners of this shop are super cool. I went to metalink yrs ago with my daughter and girlfriend for my daughters birthday. We all got nose piercings. All healed up great. Septum’s etc. I went in today and got my other side of my nose along with two cartilage piercings. In and out in 15mins. I love this shop, I’ll be back!!! So glad they made it through the pandemic 🦠🥺🫣🥹😍😘 I’ll keep supporting this business💕excuse the redness, I’m super white so it’ll be like that for a couple days.

My wife and I just had 2 piercings each re-pierced. I couldnt recommend METALink any more highly. The entire experience was incredibly pleasant. The shop is pretty cool. Jay and his wife are extremely nice people. It felt more like meeting friends than a service/business transaction. We walked in with no appointment, were greeted immediately in a super welcoming manner. Jay got set up quickly, and the piercings were done quickly and properly. Super comfortable atmosphere, and if we get any more piercings, it will definitely be at METALink. Id give 10 stars if I could.

Took my 5 year old here to get both her ears pierced and I must say the experience was amazing! Professional, courteous, and treated my daughter just as good as I would. From start to finish was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend to both kids and adults alike. They even provide tons of information and are readily available for any after care questions or concerns.

UPDATE: I am rewriting my last review. In my last review, I complained that we had a hard time finding the place. But guys, let me tell you right now, any hassle there may be to find the place is 100% worth it! I went here for my birthday, I have been wanting a nose ring for years and my mum finally said yes! 👏🏻 So we all went, and our experience could not have been better, My sister also was planning on getting a nose ring if I ( as her guinea pig) paved the way, lol. So I got it first, and Jay, I think his name was, He was so nice!! I was slightly nervous 😓. And he totally relaxed me even made some jokes that made us all laugh. He explained everything super clearly. And he was super fast! It was over before I even realized it had started. My sister saw it wasnt too bad and decided she was going to it after all, and she is terrified, and I mean like its a major phobia of needles. So, I wasnt sure she would be able to go through with it. But Jay was awesome he got her to relax and laugh, and then it was done!! Afterward, she was like, That was so easy!! Didnt hurt barely at all! And then our mum surprised us and got a nose piercing too!!! Overall, if I could give Ten stars, I would!!(Also, just a tip to find the place, look for the red rooster, there is a glass entrance right beside there and then read the signs.Also Read the other reviews on how to get there, and call them!! They are super helpful and give super clear and easy instructions on how to get there, from wherever you are!!)

Been wanting to change my dermal and this is my new aSpot. Took 5 minutes and a decent price. I believe I paid $30 to change my dermal out. Forgot the guys name but he was super chill. Definitely will be back

I’m a loyal customer and I’ve only come to this place when I want to get a piercing. So far I’ve gotten a nose, belly button, tongue, and 2 eyebrow piercings from Jay and he’s the sweetest!! He’s super chill and cool so is the receptionist there. All of the piercings I’ve gotten has had a good healing process and never infected! There’s also cats which is cool cause I love cats. Their collection of Starbucks cups, pop figures, and hot wheels is SICK! I’m planning on getting 2 lip piercings my next visit!

Both my daughters were there a few weeks ago to get their belly piercing and nose piercing. My older daughter just got here eye brow piercing done today. Jay is very knowledgeable and gentle when he does the piercing he explains everything step by step. I will recommend all my family and friends to your business if they need some piercing done. Also can’t forget the about the assistance at the front I’m sorry but i didn’t get your name you are also helpful and explained about the different piercing to my daughter on which eye brow piercing would she like much mahalo’z for the wonderful job y’all do.

This was my first piercing and it was an awesome experience!Amazing customer service! I had questions before that I was able to message them though the chat future on Google. They got back to me pretty much immediately and help with things I was concerned about.It was super fast I think I was in and out of there in like less than 10 mins.And they really want to make sure that if I have any concerns or questions that I know I can contact them for help.

Found this place looking for piercers online. Messaged them for info and they responded within a half hour and answered all my questions. Went in and was a little concerned by the layout of the building. Once I found the shop upstairs I felt better as it was surrounded by other shops and looked more professional.Jay the piercer was great. I was nervous as I was wanting nipple piercings and heard it was the most painful. Jay made it easier than I thought it would be and he was very professional. My spouse even went through with it and got his done by Jay. Thanks Jay, for helping us celebrate the end of our Eighth year together by helping us with our piercings.

Great experience. I am sensitive to piercings even after I’ve had them for years. I had to change 3 piercings to acrylic jewelry in order to get an MRI. Paid $25 for 3 pieces and for the employee to change them out for me. The gentleman was so nice and courteous. I will definitely go back to this shop in the future.

Okay, so my fish died this morning and I was a little down so I decided to just get something pierced. After a few reviews on here I decided to give them a shot. I called and was greeted very professionally and friendly while answering my questions. The shop is within a building so I was kinda confused but with a little thinking I went inside and figured out where they were when I seen the sign upstairs. I arrived and they made sure to go by all precautions for covid. Plus, once I came in, I was made to feel comfortable and not to mention, my piercer was SUPER comforting and helped me get through the process of getting my piercings done. I’m thoroughly impressed and would recommend them.

Called Jay before he opened. He got me in a few hours later. Very professional and clean. Jay explained every facet of the needle, process, and after care. This was my first/second piercing (both lobes). It was quick and no worse than getting a Covid shot. Very happy I looked at the Google reviews before making a decision.

The owner was great. Knows his business and knows what he’s doing. Just went in to have my helix jewelry replaced. I would’ve liked a little more selection of jewelry, but they were honest and forthright when I first got there that they were running low due to popular demand, which is understandable. I had a good experience here and will go back to check out their selection when it comes in again.

I went in for a nose piercing. They took me as soon as I walked in. I was in and out in about 5 minutes; the piercing itself took about 2. They custom fit the stud so that it wouldn’t stick out of my nostril, and the placement was perfect. I’d wanted this for a very long time and they did not disappoint. This will be my go-to place for future piercings.

I love this place. I will never hesitate to go back. Ive been there twice. Once was for my verticle labret and the other for my jewelry change as well as some new jewelry in general. Both times I was greeted with a smile and even when I called beforehand, I was so pleasantly surprised to hear how joyful Jay sounded. You can just tell that he loves what he does and he knows what hes doing. He makes me feel comfortable and welcome and that is why I plan to come back!

I recommend this shop to everyone who is considering a piercing on the island of Oahu. I am not into piercings anything other than my ears, however, my daughter wanted to do a nose piercing with me, and because it meant a lot to my daughter, I decided to take the plunge and make this a memorable, and special daughter, and, mother thing that was something we both could experience and share together. Imagine the thoughts that was going through my head as a mother. Cleanliness, professionalism, etc, was of the utmost importance when looking for the right shop, so I researched and decided this shop seemed the most experienced, in which I felt confident enough to trust them to do our nose piercing. Well I was a 110% right! The owner not only made us feel comfortable, he also explained as he went along with the piercing. I was convinced in one conversation and I was not disappointed, when I arrived every question had a thorough and complete answer, and every fear thoroughly dispelled. My husband and I walked in around noon for a tongue and ear piercing on a busy saturday. Hes so friendly and kind even tho its only him jamming everything by himself. The shop is nice and clean, good vibes inside. Genuinely listens and is so helpful in understanding what you want and explaining everything to you. The best experience in a tattoo/peircing place I have ever had! His energy is amazing, work was wonderful! I wish I had found him years ago and only gone to him for every piercing I have. Thankyou so much! Im only sorry I didnt get his name! My bad.For the location, I did have trouble finding the place at first because maps stopped us across the street by festival marketplace. But if you look for that red rooster across the street on the building you found it. This spot is on the second floor, go inside and theres a stairs on the right and you cant miss it. Parking is a lil tight we just parked on the other side and walked across.

My daughter got a septum done by Jay, he was very gentle and explained everything to my daughter while he was doing the piercing, it was very fast. We will recommend family and friends and my daughter will be back again .

Great store. Great service. Awesome owner.But then the next day my daughters (both twins) screw fell out. We went back & the shop was closed. We went again and he wanted to charge us $10 each just to put back the screws. After we had already spent $340 in our piercing. Just disappointed.

They have made the experience for my daughter worth it even though they had to help us with metal allergies from the first piercing. They were excellent, caring, and patient with us. Love going there, buddy. 😁

This is my second piercing done and it went well. I was really nervous about doing it, I got a mid helix. The person who did this piercing made me feel comfortable even after I started feeling light head and hot after the piercing was done.

This shop was recommended by a tattoo shop in Kapolei. The staff was extremely friendly and the piercer was very detailed in explaining the piercing process and aftercare. Meticulously clean and professional!! HIGHLY recommend!

Im a spiritual Shaman so I get piercings for different reasons ..Jay was a semi sensitive he calls everyone buddy which I didnt like being called that but what ever...I got a septum and cheek piercings all at the same time and he was super attentive to my fearful needs he pierced the right side croaked and the left side straight ..I cried when I got my septum done.but.was able to release alot of hidden hurt in my nose with that cry and Jay acted like it didnt freak him but I know it it did🤔sadly my septum ring came out two months later while I slept so I have to get someone else to re-pierce it, he was asking too much to re do it..Im a believer if u feel like crying during a procedure then do it.. also dont go to someone your heart says not too go too.I found a piercer way better based in wahiawa with a kinder heart as a healer my piercers need a open heart and Jays heart is not that open..but he a cool business minded man..keep in mind Im not a Westerner so my process of piercings are different ☺️ Im a kapu Indigenous High Priestess so my reasoning varies from someone who is getting a piercing just to look cute..
