Julio is an amazing artist! I got this raven design and when he showed it to me it was a little bigger than expected but he was able to shrink it down for me on the copier! I will be going back!

Julio is an artisan level tattooer. Professional. Reliable. Skilled. He has been tattooing me fore the better part of 15 years and since he was back at Hope Gallery. Hes as solid a guy as he is skilled as an artist. I recommend him without hesitation for any style tattoo especially large scale pieces and bespoke designs.
