I recently had the pleasure of being tattooed by the incredibly talented Dani Ryan. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Dani is a true artist in every sense of the word; her creativity and skill are unmatched, making my tattoo not just a piece of art, but a memorable experience.Danis unique approach and attention to detail ensured that my tattoo was everything I hoped for and more. She took the time to understand my vision and brought it to life with such precision and artistry. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.Additionally, the staff at the tattoo shop were equally impressive. They were welcoming, kind, and created an atmosphere that was both comfortable and inviting. 1001 Troubles Tattoo from top to bottom is much more than a tattoo shop; it is a business run the right way by great people. I am in the process of completing a stunning sleeve dedicated to my children, one of whom we unfortunately never were able to meet. A while back I checked out the artists work and found Charity. Although it isnt her first career, you would never know it. She is a professional through and through and one of the most talented and caring artists around.Most recently, there was an emergency that my artist needed to tend to and, unfortunately, I was already 95% of my way on a 3.5 hour drive. One of the owners, Michelle, was quickly in contact with me to rectify the situation, which we eventually were able to, but if not for the diligence and commitment to excellence by her, I would have been a pretty disappointed client who may have not returned. Michelle listened and exhausted every single option she could think of, the way an owner is supposed to run a business. Her coordination of the day and commitment to me as a client was unmatched and I am tremendously grateful.Fred, the other owner of 1001 Troubles Tattoo swooped in, dropping everything he had going on in his personal time to drive over thirty minutes to the shop to help make the situation right. He provided the conversation a cool head and a non-judgmental perspective that led to a great afternoon and an absolutely beautiful transition piece between my upper and lower sleeve.It is important in todays world to find good people to do business with that care about their craft and the people who choose them over other businesses. These folks have made client for life and I look forward to many more sessions with the amazing group of humans that operate 1001 Troubles Tattoo.

I waited a long time to get my first tattoo. My research lead me to 1001 Troubles. All the reviews I read were absolutely true. The studio was clean and inviting. The staff was warm and welcoming. Charity did my tattoo. She was able to see my vision and bring it to life. She did an incredible job. You could tell by how meticulous she was being that she truly cared about the final product. It was an absolute pleasure to spend the 3 hours with her.

I got my first tattoo done by Charity and it was such an incredible experience all around. Everyone was so nice and friendly, Charity executed the design perfectly, I would say miraculously!! It was a really comfortable, clean, very cool atmosphere. I will be back. I’m thrilled. This is a great place to get a tattoo and the artistry is next level.

First time here and I love it. Had to wait quite awhile for my appointment, but it was well worth the wait. When the time finally came I was worried about making my appointment because I was coming from Dallas that day. They were fantastic about giving me some flexibility with the appointment and I didnt have to wait months for a new appointment (or lose my deposit). My tattoo is perfect - Fred did a great job. The place is beyond clean and I was very impressed with their professionalism. Im very happy and would go back there again in a heartbeat.

I would 1000% recommend 1001 troubles for your next tattoo. It was my first time at 1001 troubles tattoo, everyone was very professional and very nice, the shop has a very comfortable atmosphere. Kacie did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with my Harpy. I will definitely be returning for more tattoos in the future.

I have a fairly extensive collection of ink.Ive seen good shops, and bad shops. And this is absolutely top notch.I dont need to talk about the quality of work, the artists portfolios speak for themselves .and if the wait list is long, then well obviously its great workmanship.But their customer service is really great too. Again, the biggest draw for a tattoo studio is the quality of work, but we already discussed that. But the service was fantastic.I had an all day appointment booked , so I got to see most of the staff come and go. They made sure to say hello and goodbye to me. Its a simple thing but being treated like a guest made me feel welcome and comfortable.Fred also made me coffee that was super considerate.And when i called the shop with questions about a particularly rough heal, they took their time with me and it was obvious they care not only about their work, but also their clients

Phenomenal tattoo experience. The shop is clean, the artists are remarkably talented (and friendly), and every piece is custom. How does it get any better? Michelle did a tremendous job on my half sleeve. She has a light touch with a tattoo needle and is very sensitive to responding to a canvas needs. Totally worth traveling 1.5 hours away for four sessions!

I suggest everyone to book an appointment at 1001. Clean, professional, quality work from great people. I have had work from Fredd and Charity and I love both pieces. I highly recommend 1001 to everyone!

I loved my experience here! The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Michelle did such a great job on my tattoo, she puts so much love and detail into her work. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and Michelle did such a good job putting my ideas into design! Will definitely be back for more work :)

Got my first tattoo here this weekend and really the experience could not have been more pleasant! The shop was clean and well-lit, and everyone was welcoming and very professional. Dani is an incredible artist, she put me right at ease and gave me a lot of great input on my design. I absolutely love my tattoo!

I had an amazing first tattoo experience with Charity! From start to finish, it was flawless! It being my first ink, I was INCREDIBLY nervous, but charity made the experience so relaxed and client centered. Charity walked me through the entire process and was happy to answer all of my questions. She handled my nerves with patience and kindness, something I didn’t feel at other tattoo shops. The shop atmosphere felt so welcoming and fun. Everyone I interacted with was so genuine. My tattoo came out PERFECTLY!! It was exactly what I dreamed of! I felt so comfortable to share my vision with Charity and her easy going and down to earth personality was a joy to collaborate with. I am IN LOVE with my tattoo and I feel so happy to have something so meaningful to me on my body. Charity exceeded my expectations and I will never go to anyone else. As many, many others have said, the artwork these artists put out is top notch.But beyond that, they all seem like great people. From May answering my emails to Fredd coming in to check on me and Dani.Dani was so professional and down to earth. We talked most of the 6 hours of my tattoo about tattooing, a certain TV show, and dogs - LOTS of dog talk. Dani would stop tattooing every now and then and just admire her work and laugh. I could tell that she really loves what she does and appreciated all of her customers for trusting her with something permanent on their bodies.The more I look at my tattoo, the more details I see that Dani put into it. Every time, I see something new that resembles my dogs that I didn’t notice before. I cannot recommend this shop and Dani enough!Bonus points: Dani recommended a great pizza place to get some food and a drink after my tattoo.

I contacted Michelle with a general idea of what I was looking to have done for a sleeve I had been wanting to get done for quite a few years. Go see her and give her the practice so she can be a full time artist. Her books arent as full as everyone else and she is a great artist. Nothing but live for every one of them.

Very clean shop, and great artists. While having gotten other tattoos previously, I had to go solo for this appointment and found Michelle was an excellent conversationalist, as well as very efficient with time. I left with a beautiful piece of artwork, and Id love to come back sometime.

Amazing artists with supreme ability, no better place in Southern New England for color work and fine line artistry. Dont go there if youre not inspired or open to their awesome creativity. I had Michelle do both my tattoos and a piece of art. She made my experience as a noob really great. Michelle has done tattoos for 3 of my friends and family and they are happy with her as well. The shop does great work with color and design, its a great shop to visit. If youre looking to get tattooed I cant suggest this shop enoigh.

Ive gotten four tattoos here. Two from Dani Ryan (IG: @dani.ryan.art) and two from Charity Enos (IG: @chelicerae_tattoos). My wife got a beautiful piece by co-owner Michele Carter (IG: @ misshelltattoos). All my experiences have been fantastic! Super-talented artists. Clean, professional atmosphere. Welcoming. No egos (even from the artists who could justify having a little ego...). Its a little tricky to get an appointment because theyre really good and really popular, but if its super-easy to get an appointment, youre probably going to the wrong place! May runs a tight ship. Im a huge fan of the way these folks conduct their business. It might take a while to get in there, but it is 110% worth the wait. This art is going to be with you for the rest of your life. Dont half-step it. Go with the best.

Amazing artists, great laid back clean studio. Fred has worked magic covering up an old tattoo with an amazing work of art. There might be a long wait due to the level of talent, but its worth it!

This is the best place to get tattoos. The owners name is Fredd and he is such an amazing guy. Ive spent over 50 hours getting tattoos from him, and we have become great friends over the years. He has also began tattooing my Dad, and he is almost finished with his first sleeve.If you need an A1 tattoo, you dont need to search anymore cause this tattoo parlor is for you.

Michelle, Fredd, and Tom are a great team and produce amazing work with impeccable customer service. They are all incredibly polite, professional, and passionate about their work and each design they create. No flash designs ever, all custom work here. You can really go anywhere to get a tattoo, but if you want art, you go to 1001 Troubles.

No BS, no shortcuts. These are trained, educated artists. They take their work seriously, and want you leaving with something youll be proud to show off, so plan accordingly!
