Biggest piece I’ve had yet! done by the best around Aaron Decatur at Far Beyond Ink. Words can’t even amount to how much I love this piece. The detail, the quality, it’s truly impeccable. Aaron really puts his heart and soul into his work—and it shows! From the second you book your appointment you’re treated like family. He takes his time to really get to know his client and what the piece means to them. Can’t wait to be back in his chair for more.

Top of the line tattoo shop. Clean shop. Employees are friendly. Aaron did amazing work on my sons tattoo. Took his time and made my sons vision of the tattoo he wanted possible. They will get more of my families business. Definitely will recommend this shop.

Aaron is a really nice dude and an excellent artist. I went to him to do a cover-up of a tattoo that Id had done in another shop recently. Aaron told me everything the previous artist had done wrong and why it had turned out so badly. He helped me understand what would be the best way to cover it up. I made the design and Aaron gave me good advice on how to adapt it to be sure it would work.On the day of the tattoo, he really took his time when putting the stencil on to get it as perfect as possible. This is the time when Im usually most nervous and Aaron was super chill and meticulous. He re-stuck the stencil five times to be sure that he had it in the best possible position to get the best result.My tattoo turned out great. I came in a month later because some ink had come out during the healing process. Aaron explained to me why that was totally normal (in all black tattoos especially) and he gave me an appointment to touch it up for free.He is an extremely knowledgeable artist who clearly cares a lot about his art and he just wants to make his customers happy. Its so nice to have found an artist that takes such a humble approach but does superb work. His wife Abby works the front desk and is very friendly and kind as well.Check these guys out if you want a tattoo from someone you can trust. Support and local family business that really cares about their work and their customers. :)

I went to another establishment for a coverup and it went way wrong. My tattoo was blown out and after a few months all of the colors were a muddy brown. I was recommended to this shop by a local acquaintance who was very happy with a recent tattoo.I know a lot of artists don’t like messing with others’ work, but Aaron agreed to help. During our session he educated me on several things about tattoos. So now, not only am I blown away with a FANTASTIC tattoo with THE MOST vibrant colors, I also know that it takes a very skilled tattoo artist is able to apply color, especially on tanner skin tones.Also, as mentioned in other posts, this place is very clean and the owners are extremely kind. They take pride in their work and in their location. I will absolutely be getting more tattoos here!

Just got my 2nd tattoo in a row here. Already scheming my third. Aaron will do his best to fit you into his (busy!) schedule as soon as he can. He works quickly and precisely. Its always a positive atmosphere in the shop. Worth every penny.

I stumbled across Far Beyond in 2022 after receiving a botched tattoo elsewhere. I probably hit 3 different tattoo shops, that all gave me hopeless answers, before walking into Far Beyond. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was I in good hands.Aaron looked at the piece I wanted to get covered up, we laughed. He said “let it heal, make an appt two weeks from today and I’ll fix it.” I knew in that moment I was in the right place. Not only was he willing to give me an answer I was happy with but he showed that he genuinely cared about the quality of the outcome and the wellbeing of my skin.Two weeks later I show up for my appointment, sit in his chair and suddenly my life was changed forever. He took that botched tattoo that I got somewhere else and turned it into something beautiful. I WAS MIND BLOWN.Long story short, that stupid little mistake turned into a life long relationship. Aaron is one of a kind. Since then I’ve had 3 other large pieces done by Aaron with more to come. Every time I sit in his chair I have full faith he’s going to make whatever crazy imagine I have in my head come to life. And he never fails. His latest work actually brought me to tears, in the best way possible.Not only is he absolutely incredible at what he does but I’ve spent countless hours in that chair laughing, talking and just all together having the best experience possible.Aaron and Abby are the dynamic duo. Talking to them, you’d think you’ve known them your entire life. I went and met Aaron for the first time yesterday. Good dude, and a great artist. I am very happy that he was able to turn something I drew into something beyond anything else I could imagine. The shop its self was very clean and very well organized. I highly recommend Far Beyond Ink for your next tattoo, schedule with Aaron.

Aaron is great!! He explained everything to me and made sure I was happy with my tattoos. I was able to bring my son who lounged on the couch. 😝. I couldn’t be happier with my new tattoo and an existing one he helped look so much better! I’ll definitely be back!!

Brittany did a great job. She helped to custom design a very special tattoo. Im in my 50s and this was my first tattoo. Brittany explained the process in detail and the result was perfect. More than I could have hoped for. I definitely recommend Far Beyond Ink and Brittany.

Had a beautiful floral tattoo done today by Aaron and its exactly what I wanted. He listened to me and looked at pictures of what I liked and disliked about other tattoos to make sure we were on the same page. He also did a small celtic symbol for my husband in place of a wedding band. He was fun to be with and took the time to guide us with some choices we hadnt made yet as far as placement and line recommendations. He is very knowledgeable and respectful and we will go back again! Rachel at the front desk was also very sweet and was helpful each time Ive called the shop.

The tattooest was Ryan. He did a super job on the tattoo he put on my sons forearm. The place was very clean, neat & orderly. The people working there were extremely friendly & professional. I would highly recommend any1 2 go there 2 get all their tattoo work done by Ryan (if available) or just make arrangements for him in the weeks 2 come. Hes worth the wait if u have 2.

If you want a tattoo, hit up Cody Z. from this place. His work for my wife and I was flawless. Awesome to work with and has is really detailed. The place itself is incredibly clean and has private rooms for the work being done. This is our go-to place now for future work, and Cody did NOT disappoint!

Ryan was awesome! I didn’t give him much artistic freedom on this trip (because I wanted a very basic tattoo) but he was very detailed oriented; i.e size and perfect placement of the tattoo. Started talking about coverups of old tattoos and am confident that Ryan’s work would make me love that piece of my skin again.The facility was very clean and other staff was personable and helpful.

Got my belly button pierced today here, the piercer was amazing and I felt totally comfortable asking questions and making sure it would be in the perfect spot. He had several different ball colors and was clearly a comfortable and experienced piercer, but still kept the atmosphere calm and regular. The piercing itself hurt a little more than expected but I have no regrets or dislikes! I would recommend him/this place for piercings ANYDAY. Just perfect!

Pip did an amazing job. A true artist in every sense and a super chill guy. Very clean environment, top of the line tools, great people. Incredible quality tats without making your wallet cry. I highly recommend this shop.

I got a tattoo done and he charged me way to much for it. There are some spots that aren’t even finished. Took smoke breaks every 45 mins taking 20 mins to come back and charged me for all that time.
