Mr grouch is as a super talented artist! Absolutely love his work. He is super fun to be tattooed by and makes you feel comfortable (while in pain lol) he has amazing attention to details. definitely worth the $$$. The shop is super nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I pierced my nose in Austin and pulled it out taking my glasses off. Terrible swelling happened and Candice took amazing care of me. She was so gentle and gave me way more information than I had previously been given. Everything was sterile and clean and I cannot emphasize so gentle she was while changing the post in my piercing! She was amazing! I cannot suggest this place enough for any piercing and specifically Candice! She will take amazing care of you! Thank you Candice for all the help you gave me!

Kyndall always does an amazing job. Shes been my artist for a while but the whole shop is also super friendly and they even have snacks/water for clients. The Piercer is also amazing. She gave me some tips for taking care of stretched ears, very helpful. The tattoo release form is in depth and asks great questions. All around very considerate staff. They care about their customers for sure!

Jacque was incredible. She was patient and knowledgeable and very informative. We came as a walk in and she ensured that every step of the way we knew what was going on and she made extra sure we were happy and comfortable.The shop was one of the nicest and cleanest Ive ever been in. I’ve been a lot of places and have gotten a lot of tattoos. I have found my forever tattoo home at Satori with Mo. And Candace has given me two piercings so far and they’ve healed great! The shop is super clean and has an amazing vibe. All of the artists are professional and easy to get along with. You really do get what you paid for and tattoos and piercings from here are worth every dollar! Wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else.

Grouch does amazing work. he not only will give you a good tattoo, but he will also give you a great and memorable experience. even though tattoos can be painful, he’ll still find ways to make you laugh. he is down to earth and keeps things light hearted and fun and just super talented.

Was in town for a short time as I am stationed overseas with the Military and reached out to Chris. He provided EXCEPTIONAL service, explaining everything he was doing. He played Netflix to help keep me distracted and overall was an amazing artist. Ive been tatted several times by others in other states... and he is my favorite!

Kyndall is a talented Artist. The line work is flawless, and the colors are gorgeous! I had reached out to her asking for a design with my birth month flowers. Went for an event they had today and immediately felt unwelcome. The girl working at the counter was not helpful at all. We werent told anything about the event, pricing, wait time, anything. It was super disappointing sitting there for an hour before even being checked on. This review is not about the quality of tattoo but more the service. Super disappointing 1st impression.

The artists at Satori never disappoint! Jacque went above and beyond to take care of me. Super professional and her work is impeccable. For walk-ins or appointments, I’ve never had a bad experience. One of my favorite shops around hands down. My family, friends, and I will continue to come here without hesitation

I got a naval piercing from Candace, and it was wonderful! She was so nice and explained everything that was going to happen. I walked in this evening and to my surprise I wasn’t greeted by the owner or 2 of the tattoo artists at the front door!! All three of them just glared at me feeling uncomfortable I took a seat. No Welcome in, how can we help you nothing…Candace actually greeted me after not even seeing me walk in!! She went above and beyond answering all of my questions via Instagram and in person. She is the ultimate professional. I cannot recommend her enough. My 5 star rating is for Candace. They are lucky to have her. Management and the other staff could use some people skills.

My mom and I came in for somewhat matching tattoos, wanting the same base but a few change ups for personalization. The shop was very clean and cute in a chic edgy way. Jayden took care of us and did a great job! He was fast, efficient, and his artwork was amazing, all the while he kept conversation going and connected with us, viewing us as people and not just a canvas. We will be going back without a doubt. I highly recommend this place!

Candace was great in helping me w/ a piercing issue I had from another artist from another studio. She is very professional & and easygoing. She went over & explained various concerns regarding procedures & aftercare. I wish I would have come here instead.

I have had several piercings done here by Candace she is the best. She makes you comfortable and is very professional. This place is very clean and a very nice atmosphere. Candace goes over what to expect,how she is going to do the piercing, she marks it so you can look at it and even discusses placement. Candace goes over aftercare with you as well. She is the BEST❤️

This is the best tattoo shop I’ve ever walked into! They’re friendly, ethical, and take time to explain anything you inquire about from lines and designs to their ethical practices with ink and needles. The lady that did the piercing was very nice, and it didnt take that much time. It looks very nice inside, and has a very calming environment before you get a needle in your ear.

Mo was phenomenal in covering an existing eye sore. First gave her a brief idea of what I wanted and she came up with the piece on her own. She didn’t disappoint. Was scheduled promptly with enough time to heal and get back to finish. We will definitely be doing business in the future. Already on the books!

I got this flash tattoo for the Friday the 13th event in August of 2021 for $100. I am very disappointed in the quality of this tattoo. I have several tattoos and this one is by far the worst one. I am already planning to have it covered up. My wife and a friend of ours also got a tattoo that day and they are also getting cover ups already.All in all, Im sure there may be good tattoos coming from some of the artists there but Friday the 13th was definitely not one of those days. I think refunds should be offered for putting something permanent on somebody that is so low quality. Id seriously consider getting a tattoo elsewhere.All that said and to be fair to the business, the owner was professional and offered touch ups for free.Response to owner:I was never offered a cover up and just reviewed the text messages to confirm that. Was told a touch up would fix the line work which I really have a hard time believing. Im sorry if I did not know you were willing to cover up this tattoo. No offer was ever extended to my wife for a touch up or cover up. If you would like to pay for our cover ups we are having them done this Friday and Id be happy to split the bill with you. If not, thats ok and I stand by our decision to have tattoo work done elsewhere.
