As an ex-employee of this store, I cannot recommend this location enough. The staff is attentive and kind, and I would like to shout out the last review of this location. Alex loves her job, and talking about the way she looks is absolutely disgraceful and you should be ashamed of yourself. I hope you can look inwards and realize you’re projecting onto someone you do not know. Hope your front tooth falls out Yadiana

I went in 6.14.2024 to get some earrings. I did not want the receipt after purchase considering it was only $8! That same day one of the jewls fell off one of the earrings. I went back to get them replaced and the lady who claims to be the store manager made it damn near impossible saying if she didn’t have the receipt she couldn’t do anything. We showed her our bank statement and that still wasn’t enough. She went as far as to call the employee that had helped me and was already off to verify “I paid” for the item. Most unprofessional employee I have ever come in contact with even worse being the store manager!

The girl that works here I think her name is Alexandra she has the worst attitude and apparently she doesnt want to work this is the second time I go here hoping shes not there but what a surprise she looks at you with the uglys face ever dont recommend going to this stored

I went in yesterday to get my cartlidge pierced and was SUPER TERRIFIED! But Elijah was wonderful and made sure I was comfortable and assured me it wasnt going to hurt, and you know what? It didnt! I had amazing customer service and I definitely recommend this location 👍🏻

Very unprofessional. We saw the equipment malfunction on the child before my daughter. The worker with purple hair boasted about how she let a 5-year-old customer pierce the ladys own ear, to see that it wasnt all that bad. Very bad idea to let children use their equipment on anyone. We left without purchasing anything or getting ears pierced.

I love Claires. But the girl working there on Tuesday didnt say anything from the time we walked in to the time we left. To busy on her phone.

Jessica pierced our 2 month olds ears and did a awesome job!! She also helped entertain our almost two year old in the process! Very helpful ♥️

Just now drove 30 minutes to take my daughter to the Weatherford, TX store. Walked in and the lady asked us to leave because they were going to close and we just need to come back when she’s back in 45 minutes. Won’t be back.

I got my second piercing done here. They were so nice and quick! I would definitely recommend this location!
