I was recommended Nat at Mainline Ink by one of my mutual friends and wow. Just wow. They came up with a design better than any idea I could’ve ever had. Even in the ink sac I can’t stop staring at the tattoo because it’s so beautiful. Everything was clean, the other tattoo artists that I met, Ray and Gabe Jr were very nice and accommodating as well. Nat is just such a kind person, they even let me use their phone charger when my phone was dying. I was so indecisive about the size I wanted and asked for a bigger size at the last minute and they were so nice and accommodating. Facilities were nice, I will definitely come back here!

Gabriel Jr did such an amazing job on both of my tattoos I got a memorial piece for my son and then a year later got a custom tattoo done by him he did amazing !! Clean lines and incredible shading also great customer service love this place!

I was tattooed by Sherlyn and they were so nice and did amazing tattoo design/ tattoo work on me. I will definitely be getting tattoo by her again ❤️Also one of the other tattoo artist made sure I got to my car safely as it was late at night when she finish tattooing which was so nice of them.

Been getting zapped by Gabe Jr. semi-regularly for about a year now. Super happy with his work, for both custom pieces and for my own art that I bring him to tattoo. My daughter (16) went for nose piercing and I was absolutely terrified but Mike made us so comfortable and relaxed that the other sister want a piercing too!! LolIn short highly recommend for all ages.

We decided to go to Mainline Ink for my infant daughters ear piercings. Like any mom, I was nervous as hell but Elizabeth (the piercer) explained everything so thoroughly and helped calm me down while I cried. Yes, I cried knowing my baby would be inconvenienced for beauty. The process was quick, clean and like I mentioned thoroughly explained. I have recommended her to many of my friends with little girls as well. Thank you so much for such a great job!

I contacted Arlene for powder brows but due to me being on tretinoin and the risks. I decided not to go through with the procedure. She offered a solution but due to my advancement on my acne I decided not proceed. She was super professional and Im grateful for that. Thank you Arlene. When I was a teen a went to a nail shop to get my eyebrows waxed, unfortunately they took half my eyebrows off and they never grew back. I went online one day and found Arlene. I watched her style, clients, and viewed her works for awhile. I finally decided to let my guard down and have my eyebrows done by her. It’s been the best experience and I’m so happy that at 43 I finally have full eyebrows. Looking back over the years I realized pictures look so much better now with them. Her work is amazing! I no longer have to use eyebrow makeup and worry about uneven brows. Wishing I had done it sooner but her I am with the best eyebrows ever. Set an appointment with Arlene, I promise she won’t disappoint.

Oscar Cuellar is the one to see for awesome work! This a cover up for a black smudge of a tattoo. I find it amazing that you cannot see any of the previous tattoo. I am very pleased!😁

This is the place to go if you are wanting your eyebrows or eyeliner done!! She is the absolute best Super clean and does exactly what you want!! UPDATE:I just left Mainline, and I could NOT be happier!!!! Gabe took care of me and fixed my tattoo…going absolutely BEYOND what I was hoping for! It’s absolutely beautiful, and it’s now my favorite tattoo, something I can be extremely proud to show others!!! I can’t wait to add more on to it..this is definitely the beginning of a sleeve for me - something I’ve always wanted but never knew where to start. Gabe gave me something tonight that I can never thank him enough for. I’ve added pics of before and after.Original post:I showed an artist a picture of what I wanted, it was watercolor. He said he could do it, no problem, he’s done TONS. And yet. Here I am with a tattoo that looks like I got hit by 4 paint gun pellets in different colors. Do they run together? Nope. Is there a little green by a little red? Nope. 4. Separate. Freaking. Colors. I went back and asked him to fix it. He informs me it’ll be an ADDITIONAL $150 over what I already paid. To FIX HIS MISTAKE. So now I have what looks like a kindergartners finger paint on my arm for the rest of my life.

My tattoo artists Gabriel did such an amazing job on my upper arm. Definitely recommend him for any American traditional tattoos 1000000/10

Came here for a cute bunny tattoo back in august w nat she was sweet did a wonderful job besides the man in front counter w a tiny septum.. got a nasty tone w my husband because he wanted me to speak directly to him and i didn’t feel comfortable.. so my man talked for me .. he didn’t like that n proceeded to bring another guy from the back to “confront” my husband in a horribly rude way by yelling at him to “respect his studio” when i’m the one getting tatted here so my boundaries come first especially for myself learn to have respect for others and its not a big deal to have my man speak for me

Arlene is awesome and her work is amazing! I was so nervous to have my brows done, but knew that it was something I wanted for sure. Gabriel Ayala Jr, 10/10!We actually stayed in Webster for a night and spontaneously decided to get tattoos! We googled places to go, and read reviews. Then we got placed with Gabriel and now were planning for our next trip down from Missouri just to get some work done! Line work is awesome and the healing was so smooth!!

My wife had a piece done here just recently. The artist, Gabriel Ayala Jr. was really nice and respectful; very professional. He does great work! He was fast and efficient! The atmosphere was very relaxed. The shop is very clean, and the artists are very clean as well.

I’ve been coming to mainline for 5 years. Never had an issue with any work I’ve received. I went there 7 weeks ago for a small tattoo. Oscar took my pics and drew up a cute design. Thought it was strange he didn’t wipe off the stencil, but never had any issues with any artists here. Get home and I see there are some thicker lines and one side isn’t connected all the way, as it healed it just got worse. He said he would tough it up after two weeks but at this point there’s not much saving the heavy crowded line work. Wish that he would have just said he couldn’t do it or wasn’t comfortable and I would have found someone else.Definitely a removal in my near future.

This was my 1st time to get my eyebrows done and after seeing Arlenes work I was confident to have her do them. She knew what I was looking for and asked me questions on what I wanted and I trusted her to help me see what was best for my face. So I definitely recommend her and the shop. The shop itself is clean.

If you want a piercing, I definitely recommend Mike. He was very professional, gave great advice, was patient and answered every question we had in helping my daughter decide on which piercing to get. She was a little nervous, and he talked her through the entire process. Shes already planning on her next piercing, and well be back to see him. Thank you for a great experience!

Arlene Vega did my top and bottom eyeliner… I paid $350 and after it healed I was not satisfied. I did everything she said to do in the healing process and I used the oil she gave me.. The top You cant see nothing and the bottom is really light. I paid $50 extra for the wing and u can’t even see it.. I Sent her a picture and she said “Looks like u are going to need a touch up, and that not everybody heals the same” so I said “The touch up isn’t going to cost me anything right?” And she never responded back.. Very unprofessional and do not recommend her… I should not have to pay more money for it to look the way it was supposed to in the first place.

I got my first tattoo in Houston done here, Kristina Gray is an All-Star and Mainline has done a great job of keeping clean standards during the Covid-19 pandemic. They wipe everything down, make customers wash their hands as soon as they enter, enforce customers wearing a mask, and make sure the artists do as well. Things are spaced apart, so it all makes you feel safe.Kristina did an amazing job and I love my tattoo. She was not only fast but super efficient and I was in and out within two hours. I felt the tattoo was fairly priced and I would love to get another done by her at Mainline again!

If you’re looking to get the perfect eyebrows Arlene Vega is the girl to go to! She has a talent like no one else. She’s very professional and not to mention a perfectionist when it comes to your eyebrows. She won’t stop until the shape of your eyebrow is perfect and that’s what I liked mostly about her, her attention to detail. I’m very picky when it comes to my face and I don’t allow just anybody touch it, but I know I can trust her. I got mine done a couple months ago and went to get them retouched. I would NEVER EVER trust someone else to do my eyebrows.

Youre paying for the quality. I recently got my first tattoo here and everyone has said it was to much for what it was. While I dont disagree I dont think anywhere else could have offered the same quality I had gotten herem the color is vibrant, the lines are straight and the healing is going amazingly. Over all I will never say that the price isnt worth it when involving this store and permanent skin art. Thank you Hector very much for your great service.

I took my 6 year old niece here to have her ears pierced. She was frightened but Elizabeth Fitch was absolutely amazing with her!! She kept the little one calm, gave her praise and showed previous work to show it would be ok. She used some numbing spray and made the whole experience so wonderful. Elizabeth was 100% worth every penny!! I would absolutely take anyone to her or have her do any work for myself.

I finally had found someone in Texas to do my eye brows the way I like... also Arlene is so sweet she talked me through the procedure no pain gentle and the place is SUPER SANITIZED and professional. I really liked the way they have it laid out so clean and neat. Def a returning client.❤️

Been going there for a long time and everyone was great, they have a guy working there now thats old school Aaron Dale, was very rude and wouldnt stop complaining the whole time about the tattoo. Doesnt look like what we asked for. He was also very overpriced and charged us more than what he claimed his rate is for a very lazy job. I would never recommend him or go back to him. Oscar has always done a wonderful job though!

Got second piercings done on my earlobes tonight by becca and she is the kindest, sweetest, most patient lady to work with. I cannot stress how very kind she is and she makes the whole process of getting pierced totally relaxing! if youre looking to get a piercing done this is totally the place to do it. its clean, professional, and the staff is totally awesome. Ill be coming here again if I ever need any other piercings done !!

Love this shop!!Everyone there is laid back and helpful.During December, Becca does Disney tattoos for an amazing price and I was lucky enough to get a spot with her!! I got my Simba done and it took no time!! She did so good. The colors are very vibrant and the healing process took no time!! I will definitely be back to see what Becca has in store!

I had the wonderful opportunity to get a tattoo done by Becca. I love her work. She was having a Disney deal where you could get palm sized tattoos or a tad bigger for $150-$200. I have been wanting this tattoo for so long and I wanted to find someone that would do stitch justice and she did it. I have no complaints what so ever. My stitch is almost completely healed at this point and he is perfect. I M most definitely going to get a tattoo from her again. The shop is very nice and clean. It’s very inviting. I’m also thinking of getting a few piercings here as well. This is my new tattoo shop for sure.

I had my first microblading session with Arlene here at Mainline Ink and she did an amazing job on my brows! I was nervous about the pain level, but Arlene did a wonderful job distracting me from it with her engaging conversation. She shaped by brows incredibly well and I love how natural they look!

Personally havent had any work done here, but have come with two friends to see theirs. Staff was so nice, it reminded me of a high end hotel. There wasnt a moment we werent laughing like maniacs with the other artist and feel welcomed into their conversations. And the art, its so well made and carefully done that it compares to something out of a tv show. All the artist have such unique styles that you could fill every square inch of yourself with work from this shop and still want more. When I decide to go get a piece that I care to have on me, Im coming here, because they care too.

Took my 6 year to get her ears pierced by Becca there she was so super sweet and patient and my daughter just loved her. She gave her a sweet gift bag for doing a good job and my daughter put the stickers her piercer gave her on her school binder. Overall great experience and the artist are amazing too including Becca check out her portfolio!

Ive had 3 appointments here, first appointment I showed up 15m early, I sat there for an hour before someone came and told me my artist had an emergency, and he wouldnt be coming in, he apologized, and said next appointment theyd hook me up on price My second appt, I sat there for over an hour before my artist came in to show me the sketch. Looked good, I said lets go for it. He said he needed to set up and get ready, and draw out the stencil. Well, 2 hours later we finally got started. Keep in mind i gave him what I wanted over a month ago.. Appt was at 4, we didnt get started until 7. When I go to pay, not only did I pay his full hourly rate, but the $50 deposit I paid didnt even go towards it. Whatever, it is what it is, so I set another appt. Well, here we go again, I show up right on time, sat there for 45m before someone came out and said my artist had an emergency, and would be 45m to an hour and a half late. Ridiculous, I work 7 12s, and take time off to get this work done, and they dont have the common courtesy to show up on time. I was recommended to this place by my family, my ENTIRE family gets work here, over 25ppl, and I even sent my daughter here for her first tattoo, and guess what, they did the EXACT same thing to her. The work coming out of this place seems top notch, but I cant handle the absolute rudeness of punctuality they exhibit

I only walked inside the shop to ask for pricing and some additional questions and this nice gentleman helped me out very kind and respectful. But whomever the tall and bald man was, that came out from behind the back, was so very rude when I stated that I would come back. Mind you, i only went inside to ask some questions and halfway through walking out the door, this blad being stated, shell be back when she has enough balls for it. A very unnecessary comment bc in actuality I was going to get a tattoo from that business. But clearly I had a change of heart due to the circumstance that just occurred.

Our artist, Gabriel, was attentive and understood what we were going for. He was personable and so easy to work with. Both my husband and I are happy with our Memento design.

Ive called twice in the past 2 days. I was told to come after 5pm, and the artist isnt at the shop, hes apparently downtown. He assured me not to call, that hed be here after 5pm and do a simple touch up. He told me he would call ME if anything changed and we could schedule another day..that didnt happen. My tattoo is so small it would literally take 2 mins to touch up. Robert is not one to do business with. Dont do business here. The tattoos are way overpriced and there is no communication. The shop has gone downhill since they moved locations and changed management. I used to go to the old shop and got a few tattoos from Seth years ago.. if you want an awesome tattoo and great service, go to Tattoo Shop in Friendswood off 528. Ive gotten many tattoos their and youll get great service and communication.

Went in 2 months ago for Halloween with a couple of friends and had some fun getting tattoos from Oscar! He was very polite as well as clean and friendly. His work is awesome!

I set an appointment and waited over an hour and a half to get a cover up tattoo here that was way overpriced to begin with by Stina Gray. The tattoo turned out alright but when I reached out to Stina Gray to tell her I was unhappy she never even replied. They will try to charge you even more for just a few seconds to do a quick touch up. I would NEVER recommend this tattoo shop to anyone. Very unprofessional and rude people.

Stina Gray is a wonderful artist, profesional, flexible, and true to price/design. She listens to her clients well and the tattoos reflect the style of the customer. I have both color work and black and grey... she can do it all!

Got a cover up diamond on my hand. I believe Oscar was the one who did it. I was a walk in, lines are wack some bigger then others some thin some bold some to wide. Just looks terrible. All Oscar cares about is money. Highly do not recommend. Avoid this money grabber. unless you pay big money which I did, this is what you should expect. And like I said I paid a couple hundred.

Ive had a Marine Corps flag on my forearm for years. I wanted to add on to it, and Aaron Dale took my idea for the next step, drew it put and matched the size and style of the older tattoo. He was able to add a second flag perfectly. It was a large tattoo, but he finished it in one sitting without any issues. Excellent work, and I will return for more in the future!

I have been coming to Mainline Ink since their Pokemon Go special a few years ago. The artists are friendly and the work is impeccable. Becca even memorialized my best bud, Zeus the Dachshund, after he passed away a year ago. I cant imagine going to any other shop in Houston.

Went in to get a small tattoo. The ppl were rude. Seemed to be bothered, if it wasnt a big money maker. Wasnt impressed. Would not recommend. Went to Gypsy Rose instead. Loved them ❤️.

I was just there and one of the ladies was so nice and asked me how she could help me, but when the tattoo artist came, he asked the ladies that had just came in what THEY needed. He completely ignored us even though we were there first and didn’t even ask how he can help us.

Told him what I wanted he agreed and said give him 10 or 15 minutes to sketch what I wanted. 50 minutes go by and still no sign of him. I’m over it so I leave and to my surprise he’s outside smoking a cigarette and talking to someone. So unprofessional.

Shop is in a decent location. . . The shop itself is nice and spacious. . . Prices are a bit much especially for small tattoos (size of a quarter or a wrd or so) but it is what it is.

They got an old school their who was not only rude until my female friend came and sat down with me but the lining on my tattoo is terrible, lines bigger then others, used a shading needle almost the whole time and couldnt stay within the tattoo, Idk about the rest of them but 10/10 would not go back to the older guy

This shop was great they do great work and the artist Oscar was super friendly, sometimes thats hard to find in tattoo artists.
