Cannot recommend this place enough. I was a walk-in & tattooed by Mike. I got a remembrance piece for my good friend who passed from brain cancer last year.I gave mike the general idea of what I was looking for & he sketched it out & I couldn’t be happier. The entire vibe and everyone there was welcoming & amazing.Will definitely be back, (sooner rather than later!) & have already told friends to check this place out!

I WAS a very happy original customer from 2018 & returned quite a few times over the years. I sent several people, even one from FL, to this shop. I went in for a consult in the fall & Ive been waiting since NOVEMBER for a revised plan of 1-2 fonts to add two names to a tat Aaron did. I have all of the excuses via text from Steve as to why it hasnt been done. Ive been ignored for too long & my patience is gone. Im taking my money elsewhere & the other customers with me; theyre much more loyal to me than some ink.Respectfully,CEMP🖤

Would not recommend them for a piercing. $80 for a tongue piercing that was sideways and pierced to far back ? 24 hours I took it out. I wondered why they didn’t show me in a mirror when I was done. My tongue is still numb

Had my nose pierced at some sketchy place in Buffalo and it got infected, they helped take my piercing out at no cost and were happy to welcome me back to have it redone with them. Amazing and friendly people!! Took all the necessary sanitary precautions too! Cant wait to go back.

I did a walk in last night and had Mike for my tattoo artist. I showed him exactly what I wanted and he did a great job. Only thing is I was told by someone that I paid a little too much for what I had done. I told him how much $$$ I brought with me so that included his tip.

Got a new Spider Web Tattoo. Been wanting one for a while! Got it from Michael @hardluckmike at The Modified Collective in Webster. A great guy and an even better artist! Definitely plan on goin back for more in the future. The Tattoo has been healing great. I got exactly what I wanted 🤘Thanks!

My first time there but definitely not my last. Was greeted with a smile and handed over to Mike who did a fantastic job on my tattoo, helping me decide on where to have it and the size to have it.

I was a walk in needing a cover up. Mike took care of me. Good atmosphere. Communal conversation. It was a good time, good experience. Mike had me done in and hour tops. I’ll be returning for sure! While in Webster, NY for my niece’s wedding, I went to get my ears re-pierced (the holes closed up during Covid) and was peer pressured into getting small matching heart tattoos by my two daughters.I never dreamed I’d be getting a tattoo at 65, but my girls talked me into it. It will be a cherished memory.If you’re ever in Webster, NY, and need a piercing or tattoo, I can’t say enough about how great the guys at The Modified Collective are. So sweet, so professional; they were just great. The shop is clean and inviting We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a piercing or tattoo.

I would recommend this place for anyone not familiar with tattoos or piercings. Everyone here is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is immaculate. The staff reminded me of a family and really helped my cousin and I out with our piercing and tattoo ideas. Extremely impressed!

Aaron is amazingly talented and funny. Him and all his shop guys make you feel welcomed and at home. Super down to earth and easy going. I highly recommend him and his shop crew, Ive gotten many pieces by him and I never leave less than amazed.

Very nice atmosphere for a first tattoo and the tattoo came out even better than I wanted! Brianna did my tattoo and did a good job explaining the process and what to do afterwards.Edit: Got my second tattoo done here by Mike. Really chill dude, offered some suggestions on the tattoo that improved the final look for me. Very happy with both my tattoos done here!

Good atmosphere. Easy to find with lots of parking. Have gotten a few tattoos here. Most recent was the first time my daughter wrote her name. It came out perfect. Would highly recommend.

I have been getting tattooed for over 30 years and have been to a lot of shops and artists all over the country. Aaron and the other artists here are top of the line. Ive been going here for almost 3 years, just about every month. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Like hanging out with friends.

I had Bentley as an artist and hands down one of the best tattoo experiences I have had. He listened to the ideas and made it his own. He did what he was great at. His work was superb and he was extremely gentle. Best tattooist I have hand. Hands down. The shop was extremely clean and attentive. Every worker wanted to make sure that every customer that walked through the door had the best experience possible, no matter what. This shop makes you feel like family even if you only know them for 5 minutes. Cannot wait to go back and have him do more work.

Aaron by far exceeded my expectations during my first session. He takes his time and is very detailed on his shading and line work. I will never go anywhere else for a tattoo, the atmosphere of the shop is amazing and made my 8 hour session a cake walk. I’m looking forward to my second session and completing the tattoo. If you are looking for a artist who cares about precision and detail Aaron is your guy.

I received my first tattoo from Brian on my 50th birthday. The owner, Aaron was very accommodating getting me an appointment and Brian was an awesome artist!! The experience exceeded my expectations and I will definitely return now that I know what to expect…an extremely hip place with great people! The owner, Aaron along with all of the artists make the process of getting a tattoo easy and fun and enjoyable. The shop itself is beautiful and clean and the art work they produce is a one of a kind and I’m so happy to have been coming here since 2018. I’ve made the best friendships and the best art pieces on my body that no other shop can compare too. If your looking to get your first piece or even continuing work this shop has an artist for everyone. This is the only shop I will only go too after years of being disappointed else where… Words can’t describe how much I love coming here and also the people that work here and I’m excited for the future of this shop as well as the projects to come!

Bentley was my artist....he is super talented! I had a spinal tattoo done, its going to take two sessions....this was just the first, 8 hour day. He was very attentive to making sure I was comfortable, and that I didnt need anything!The whole shop of artists, apprentice, and front desk manager, were all friendly, courteous, and professional! A very warm and inviting environment!!Super happy with my experience!!!

I have been getting tattooed here for over 5 years. Aaron and the other artists at his shop have helped me with two sleeves and various other tattoos. If you are in the market for a tattoo or piercing, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Great overall experience every time I go to Modified Collective! I personally see Bentley and he does amazing work. I have heard and seen first hand the other work the other tattoo artist do at the shop and the work they also do is fantastic. All the artists in the shop truly care for there clients. Aaron and his apprentice (sorry I forgot his name) were very professional and personable. I had my first tattoo done and Aaron was gentle yet thorough. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. The business is clean and sanitary. They were both chill and vibing artists. We will defiantly be returning for future pieces!

Aaron Slocum is one of the most talented and professional artists i have ever met. His creativity is beyond measure. Aaron is the only artist I will ever let tattoo me. Hes incredibly light handed and patient if you need a break. His designs are one of a kind. His team of artists are fantastic and own their own creativity as well. I love Modified Collective!!!

Spenny is an AMAZING artist! I’ve gotten 2 tattoos done by him so far & another one coming up. He is so precise & his line work is absolutely insane. He really takes the time to understand exactly what you want & is very careful. Definitely recommend to everyone looking for an awesome tattoo.

Ryan and Erica are the best. Would not go anywhere else to get a tattoo. My wife and I have had two each now and are ready for more. The atmosphere at the shop is friendly. All of the artists and employees are wonderful. Great addition to the the village of Webster.

Ive gotten 5 out of my 7 tattoos done here by Spenny. Hes a talented artist. Ive never walked away even the slightest bit disappointed. He really makes my tattoo ideas come to life and is patient while the decision making process is taking place. Hes very welcoming, kind, polite, and respectful. Im glad to have found him on my tattoo journey; I cant imagine going to anyone else.

SPENNY is awesome! There had been a scheduling error BUT he was happy to accommodate my friend & I with our matching tats. It was a really great experience and he made it all about us. It was worth the wait, we both are extremely happy with what he did for us. He’s a talented artist AND knows how to treat people. I stopped in the shop on whim for a walk-in tattoo and the entire staff just welcomed me right in! I have never been here before but after my great experience I won’t be getting tattooed anywhere else. Spencer (Spenny) did my tattoo and his work is flawless! I was really afraid that no one was going to be able to give me exactly what I was looking for but he proved me wrong. My tattoo is gorgeous! The line work is perfect as well as the attention to detail. This shop will make you feel like you’re at home and I highly recommend them.

Spenny is the BEST. Hes done 2 tattoos for me now and he always does exactly what i want plus more. He is truely talented and always goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough about Bentley , the only thing that surpasses his professionalism is his talent! I wanted a realistic portrait of bane and was always hesitant because of the amount of detail in the piece. Not only did he make me feel completely comfortable , but went above and beyond to create a masterpiece! I’m usually a very nervous person and he walked me through every step of the process to make sure I was comfortable at all times and explained any question I many have had. His professionalism is amazing because he always has my best interest in mind! I couldn’t couldn’t be happier with the work and the all around expeierence! Have already recommended him!

My artist was Cass and she was a total sweetheart and helped me through the process as this was my first real tattoo. Bentley did my tattoo. He was responsive and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He gave me a portrait I am proud to show off and I couldn’t be happier! Very light handed and basically zero pain/discomfort during tattoo and after care.

A few months a go I had a tattoo done by Spenny. Not only did he listen to the ideas that I wanted and designed an amazing tattoo, he paid close attention to detail when doing the tattoo. One thing I liked most was that Spenny explained what he was doing during the whole process. After that tattoo I decided to go back to Spenny for a second one, a cover up. I gave Spenny free range of what to design. Because he took the time to get to know me and build a rapport, he ended up designing a tattoo that fits me perfectly. Spenny is extremely attentive to the needs and comfort of his clients and made sure I was comfortable the whole time he was working on my cover up. I cant wait to come back and get my cover up finished! I highly recommend Spenny!Spenny also paid attention to how my skin was reacting to the tattoos. When the swelling started to to become significant, he stopped instead of trying to push to finish.The Modified Collective is a fantastic shop overall. All artists are friendly, energetic, and welcoming and I enjoy seeing them all when I come in! Its definitely a shop I will continue going to!❤

My phone died and I’m not from the area, and the guy let me charge my phone and was very friendly, he didn’t mind a bit that I was in the shop without doing business! The inside was VERY clean and organized! Even though I didn’t get a tattoo it was definitely a great experience.

Just got a small piece done by Ryan and couldnt be happier with the experience. Very professional yet welcoming and fun atmosphere. The shop is clean and modern, not snobby at all like you get at some places and prices are very reasonable.
