I took my 6 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced and it was the best experience. The entire experience from the beginning to the end was excellent. The rooms were sterile and everything was spotlessly clean. The girl who pierced my daughters ears (I cant remember her name) was friendly, made my daughter feel safe, and explained every tool and each step of the process - and no tears were shed! 10/10 I would recommend someone to go here for a piercing.

So professional and knowledgeable! Would absolutely recommend, especially to anyone slightly nervous for any reason. Chrissy is warm and friendly and puts you at ease. She took time to explain everything and make sure she understood what was wanted. There was a good selection to choose from. The store was comfortable and the procedure room was so clean and nice. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the level of service. Highly recommend!

This place was immaculately clean! It is really impressive how they sanitize everything in front of you!Service was absolutely amazing! Whitney took the time to go over the jewelry options with me and the placement on my ear and I really felt like she cared about my long-term satisfaction of the piercing. She even took the time to show me what it would look like if I ever wanted to change it out into a ring instead of a stud. She went over all the aftercare procedures to make sure that I understood how to take care of it.They had a good selection of jewelry to choose from and I was told their jewelry is guaranteed. So if you lose a stone or something like that, you can contact them and they will either fix it or replace it .Prices were high but it is well worth paying it, I am really happy with my piercing!Piercings are done by appointment only. Thats actually kind of nice because then you dont have to wait in line. They are ready for you when you get there. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing. Their website says they want to make a great experience throughout the entire process and they do! They respond quickly to emails and messages, the appointment was timely and easy to set up, the process was seamless. She was very knowledgeable, kind, quick and gentle. I will definitely continue to travel the 2.5 hours to get to this shop. The jewelry selection is also amazing, nice and organized into boxes instead of what I have seen at other places.

My experience at Integrity Piercing was fantastic. Cleanliness, professionalism, and friendliness were above and beyond expectations. Although I had been warned by others my particular piercing location could be painful, Chrissy did such a quick and effective job that I hardly felt it. Advice for after care was very thorough and I’ve experienced no post-piercing pain or concerns. I will go nowhere else for future piercings and have recommended it to all my friends.

I had my 2nd and 3rd lobe on my ear pierced here. The studio is very clean, and I was walked through each step of the process, including being able to see my jewelry get sterilized.I had Sabrina as my piercer, who was very helpful to make sure I got the placement I wanted, while also avoiding piercing too close to my cartilage.It was important to me to go to a studio that was affiliated with the Association of Professional Piercers, and they definitely held up well. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone considering getting pierced.

I went into Integrity two months ago for a nostril piercing.This is by far the best piercing experience I’ve ever had, of 13 professional piercings this one surpassed them all. I was given over an hour for my appointment so there was no rush for me to move through the decisions I needed to make. As I picked out jewelry, Sabrina, asked me questions I hadn’t even thought to consider or ask. It made me feel like I was in good hands with someone that genuinely cared about the esthetic I was seeking.Integrity goes above and beyond regulated cleaning standards and it makes a difference!! This was my fourth attempted nostril piercing and I believe the extra care made the difference! In the first week, I had zero swelling, zero soreness or discharge/crusts. Two months later, I have still had zero problems.I can’t say enough good things about this place, I am just so impressed. Do plan to be there at least an hour, and sink into the experience.

Amazing experience! Was in from out of town. I had an issue with a severe embed in my helix peircing that I spend well over an hour and horrible pain trying to fix. Went to them and they popped it out in under 5 minutes with minimal discomfort. Wish I lived closer so I could keep coming back. The establishment looked very professional and clean.

I just got my ear lobes pierced here with Sabrina and it went perfect! Never had piercings before but it was quick and easy, Sabrina was very friendly and made the process feel like a breeze. So glad I got it done here!

I had a great experience getting my nose pierced today! Chrissy was very nice and professional. She helped me figure out which jewelry I wanted and explained what the different kinds were very well. This was my first piercing besides my first lobes and I was very nervous but she helped me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. The placement of the jewelry was perfect and she took into account if I wanted to get different styles or shapes once it healed. Im glad a saline solution spray was offered if I wanted to buy it there so I did not have to go anywhere else. Also, she gave me a great recommendation for a restaurant in town because I had never been to Wenatchee before. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Whitney did a lovely job on my daughter and I’s ear piercings. Whitney was kind and took her time to explain everything well and ahead of time to us both. She made my little girl (6 yrs) feel safe both going in to and during the process of her earlobe piercings. That alone meant EVERYTHING to me. I am so thrilled that my daughter had a positive first piercing experience so that she has the bar set high for any piercings she may choose to have done in her future. As always, the process was clean and safe at Integrity. I was very happy with the final results of our piercings (ear lobes and tragus). I will return for piercings here in the future, as I have had wonderful experiences now with both Chrissy and Whitney.Thank you :)

Went on my lunch break just to buy a hoop for my nose since I had originally gotten my piercing here, and was told to make an appointment just to buy a piece of jewelry.? Just really disappointed and wont be returning unfortunately...

Chrissy did my nose piercing recently, and it was great! I felt so comfortable during the process from her explanations of everything, to the cleaning and sanitizing of the area and tools. All went well and I’m super happy with it!Today, I brought our 7 year old in to get her ears pierced and WOW!! The patience, kindness, and respect that Chrissy showed her was INCREDIBLE!! It took about an hour and a half from start to finish because our daughter was so nervous, but Chrissy never made us feel rushed or let our daughter feel pressured. Every step of the way, Chrissy asked permission for what she was about to do, and didn’t do anything until our daughter said she was ready. Of course, the actual piercings look great and our daughter is SO happy she did it!

I will go here for every piercing I do in the future. I’ve had three separate appointments with Chrissy and she’s the best. She explains what she is doing as she goes, and the sanitation process for the piercing procedure is above and beyond my expectations. Not only does she do all this but she is incredible at what she does. The process is fast and each piercing is placed exactly how I wanted it.

They are very friendly helpful. They will help u get the jewelry u want. They are extremely sanitary (which is good) a little pricey but who isnt these days. The reason for 5 stars though......I got a dermal under my left eye and even though they told me that its only a semi-perminant piercing, mine grew out in less then 3 weeks. So I order some kits to mess around with and to my surprise almost 3 years later I still have mine. I would think a professional would be able to make it last much longer then ....... me??

Love this place. I’m not one to write reviews but I just had to write about how amazing this place is. The last time I went in was about a month or 2 ago and just had to say something. Everyone is always so friendly, easy to work with and kind. I have gotten many piercings done from them and it’s always a great experience every time. They do such a great job of walking you through the process and are so very patient when choosing out jewelry, I have never felt rushed. Will always come back for any piercing need.

I just went and got some piercings done for my birthday present. Frankie was fantastic, and really knowledgeable. He walked me through every step of their process and they do all of the tool sanitation right there in front of you. Im a bit fidgety so it was a little more difficult with the marking, but they turned out wonderfully. All of the staff are friendly, educated, and take the time to listen to what you want and ensure your satisfaction. Remember, you get what you pay for, so definitely save up and get your mods done here, because theyre amazing.

This place is extremely professional. Dont let looks fool you, the staff are extremely modified as far as physical body modifications which intimidated my kids a little bit. But once they started talking all worries went out the window. My kids warmed right up to them! They are very knowledgeable, professional and amazing and what they do. Its a bit expensive but worth every penny. I feel 100% happy with our experience as do my two girls. I highly recommend! Chrissy the owner was incredible and very patient. The establishment is pristine and professional. I would recommend them to everyone I know!

Ive wanted to get my helix pierced for ages and my experience at Integrity Piercing didnt disappoint! Whitney was beyond patient as I waffled about which jewelry to pick (they have so many amazing options for initial piercings, I was blown away) and then exactly which spot I wanted pierced. She also explained the sterilization, piercing, and aftercare processes thoroughly and was super friendly and professional the entire time. I would recommend Integrity Piercing to anyone.

I got my septum pierced by Chrissy a few weeks ago, she did such an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and done properly, I was in and out quickly but I was there long enough to get to know her a bit, quite friendly and an amazing experience, would recommend!

The owner is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. This is the first piercing location I dont feel holds the old stigma of a piercing parlor. It is extremely sterile and inviting at the same time the owner and her assistant have a very welcoming personality and are able to put people at ease. I took my nephew there for his first piercing and the owner was amazing, mind you he suffers from extreme anxiety, and she made his experience awesome.

I am apologizing in advance for not remembering names... super sorry loves. Today was my first time at Integrity Piercing. The reason behind my visit was to get my facial dermal piercing removed. I was pretty nervous going into this, but I left super stoked and very pleased. My interaction with these ladies felt more like a friend talking to a friend rather than a piercer/ client relationship. They were very professional and knowledgeable, but they create a very positive and chill vibe. Very happy, observant, sanitary and full of beautiful smiles. I truly felt welcome and at ease. When it came time to removing my dermal, the piercer that did it was very gentle, clean, knowledgeable and smooth. I was legit blown away with how awesome she was. She also did great with changing my septum ring. They both helped me pick out my jewelry at separate times. I took a minute, but they were kind and patient. All in all, if I could give Integrity Piercing a 10, I would. It was an all around great experience for me. These ladies know what the hell they are doing and it shows. **You guys did great, thank you so much for being so sweet to me, I truly appreciate it. 2 thumbs up from this happy ginger!! Absolutely #1! Very clean and professional atmosphere. My 5 going on 6 year old decided she wanted her ears pierced instead of a toy after she quit sucking her thumb. We went in for a consult and Whitney spent a lot of time explaining piercing and going through all the beautiful Jewelry. ..with each earring more beautiful then the last according to my daughter. Chrissy thoroughly explained the procedure and demonstrated the process with my daughter on that visit. The next day we returned for the piercing. Chrissys process allows to really assess if a child is ready and a more memorable experience. She was patient, professional, and overall joy to work with and share this memory. Chrissy has a love and devotion to her profession that will leave you with the best experience and piercings.

This was my first piercing by a professional. Frankie was AMAZING! He dealt with my anxiety and concerns he was kind, funny and even played music to help me feel better. The place was VERY clean and we watched the sterilization process of what would be used. TOTALLY would recommend this place and Frankie!

I like the owner and her work. The assistant there have been condescending in multiple occasions. I have been early for two of my appointments and they say we will try to get you in (mind you Im the only one customer in the building) and then the associates stand around and talk. I would think if you are running a business you would want to get the customer in and be helpful.. I hope they work on their customer service skill.. hands down Chrissy is the one I would see.

I had such a disappointing, negative experience here. I scheduled a septum piercing appointment in April. The piercing artist was very personable and we had a great rapport but the piercing turned out crooked, to both of our disappointment. We took the piercing out ASAP, agreeing that I would call to reschedule once it had healed. A few days later, the front desk staff called me and said that piercing artist had decided to stop offering septum piercings because the last 5 or so had just turned out a little off, a little crooked, and would I like to be scheduled with the owner for my re-piercing? I said sure! It was difficult to schedule with the owner. I came in to be re-pierced 2+ months later.The owner examined my septum and said it might come out a little crooked again just because of the shape of my nose, but if she managed it just right, she might be able to minimize it. I said, Lets go for it! While she was piercing me, she said that I had been the last septum that my previous piercing artist had attempted to pierce. It seemed pointed and odd but I tried to brush it off.Sure enough, the piercing came out crooked and with a sigh of acceptance we took it out. The owner pointedly said that shed prepped me for this outcome beforehand because she didnt want me to be surprised. I said, Yes, last time I didnt hear anything like that about my septum and I actually was surprised!The owner went on to say, Well, the last piercing artist cried in the office after you left, according to my office staff. I have no idea what you said to her. She later refused to tell me why she was crying once you left. That felt weird and horrible, absolutely gut-wrenching (like most folks, I dont want anyone to cry after an interaction with me). I said, Wow, I have no idea why she would cry-- I barely said anything at all! I know I was bummed, but thought she and I had a great dynamic. Im confused as to why youre saying this to me.She then went on to say that she had felt hesitant about rescheduling me because I might have to see the previous piercer for check-ups (Im thinking maybe this was part of why it was so difficult to reschedule? They hoped I would just go away? Wish they would have said and I would have not tried so hard to finish what I started with them!). But I would have had no problem seeing the previous piercer and was never asked as much. I liked her!The experience was bewildering, perturbing, rude, and unprofessional. I love when an employer wants to support and defend their employees, but in this case, there was nothing to defend against, and I left feeling confused, accused, and maligned! Made me feel bad and weird for having the audacity to try and get pierced and then even reschedule with them when the first piercing didnt work! Really terrible experience!

I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and owner. Everyone is super friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and the cleanliness factor is exactly what I want from somewhere I’m getting needles stuck in my ears. Their jewelry is top notch, great for people with metal sensitivities or allergies. Their COVID-19 business practices are perfect and left me feeling super safe. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone looking to get a piercing or piercings. I’ll be going back for more after these heal.

I have many piercings from different places. This place is by far the best Ive ever been to. Plan on getting the rest of them done here. Both women are friendly, helpful, and professional. The piercer is so knowledgeable she is even helping me with the healing process of a bad peircing I didnt even vet from her. All in all amazing experience, so happy I found them.

Just got my dermals removed, super easy and quick and less painful than actually getting them done. And the price was amazingly cheap. The staff was awesome, knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be going back here to get new piercings done and highly recommend others to go here.

Never was able to get through the door. For some reason the owner has even today the restrictive Covid policies in place. Only 2 people allowed in the store and if getting pierced then only 1 person allowed. I find it very frustrating because my gf and I were going to have her tragus pierced for migraine abatement and it was something we were doing together.Nope.Probably go to Seattle or somewhere else because nobody else does this that I know of.

My nose piercing had a back on it as if it was a earring so when I tryed to remove it, it had become stuck and pinching my nose painfully. When I called integrity piercings asking for help and what to do they said “sorry we can’t help you with anything related to nose or mouth right now” I understand the worry about Covid but to tell me that they can’t help me in anyway when I was in pain from their product I found astonishing and in my opinion unprofessional since they placed the piercing. I ended up needing to have the piercing cut out of my nose and now changing my nose ring in extremely painful.

I have gotten multiple piercings through Integrity and they were so incredibly helpful as well as informative to make sure I knew all I needed to know. Clean, nice place. I will never go anywhere else!

I got my septum pierced here several months ago and I was told a size 14g was the popular size, so thats what I got. Turns out everyone else sells size 16g jewelry and this store is the only place that sells 14g, for 5 times as much as hot topic, Spencers, ect. If youre wanting a septum piercing DO NOT take their advice and get the 14g, go with the 16, theres more variety, its smaller in your nose, and you can buy nose rings for much cheaper at other places.

I went in for a bridge piercing. The artist was honest with the fact that I didnt have a great nose for the piercing and had a 50/50 shot at it working out. I really wanted the piercing, but decided not to risk just having a scar to show for it.I really appreciate their honesty, they live up to the name of their shop

LOVE! I got my belly button pierced by Whitney chase & she was so nice. It’s a little spendy but very worth it as the jewelry is good top notch quality. I think my belly ring was 60$ or so and there’s a lot of options.

I would highly recommend this shop. They were not only friendly and clean but also had an incredible amount of information and knowledge about piercings. I got my lip pierced and it didnt hurt and is healing great. It was the best overall piercing and tattoo shop I have been too!

Its a very nice shop. They help me with my jewelry problem and help me order some new balls. They called to check in and let me know that my order was placed and if there was anything else I needed. I was very impressed by the follow up call.

Ok so I got my nose percing done here and it was absolutely amazing! They explained the whole process to me while doing the percing. They also take the extra steps to make you comfortable when you are nervous. The only thing I would personally change is the price. it is on the expensive side but 100% worth it. Please get your percings done here! Forgot to mention they are so incredibly clean! I very much appreciate a clean environment..so that just adds on to how great this place is!

This is an owner operated piercing only studio run by the very capable and experienced Christina Shull who has honed her craft over many years, at a number of studios slowly working her way up to the top of her field, and she will do well wherever she goes; so to have her come back to her home town to open up her first studio is a lucky break for Wenatchee. Chrissy is charming, articulate and seemed to anticipate concerns I might have which made me much more relaxed and confident during the piercing and healing process.Instead of listing the nearly countless things that this studio is doing right (or more often to exceptional standards) I wish to point out one misunderstanding: the cassette sterilization device they use is not best described as following “the most advanced sterilization standards”; it is the quickest way to sterilize “in shop” and was designed for emergency situations in a hospital, but as far as industrial sterilization goes it’s simply not “the most advanced sterilization standards” not for body piercing or any other industry.This studio is not doing anything wrong but if a studio has all the supplies on hand to sterilize/resterilize then the studio also has everything on hand needed to fake sterilization- the sterilization indicators on the pouches simply can’t tell you if the bag was filled before, or after sterilization. In store sterilization is also commonly used to reuse forceps over, and over, and over (and over) which is fine as long as sterilization is what it should be. There are a number very inexpensive disposable forceps (and other piercing tool) options that eliminate reuse altogether, and if sterilization isn’t what it should be then to be perfectly blunt wouldn’t you prefer if it was on a brand new tool that never had human blood on it? It’s also a lot quicker and cheaper to go with all disposables instead of any kind of in studio sterilization. For this they lose one star out of a five star rating.I would definitely go back again and recommend this studio to anyone.

They all were so kinds a helpful and reassuring when I got my peircing. Even the owner even came in to hold my hand while I go it done since I couldnt have anyone with me. My family and I will differently be back for more

I havent had the privilege of being pierced here yet but I have piercings and the place I got them at is always out of jewelry so Ive been looking for over a year for a new place for body piercing jewelry. I found everything I was looking for here and more. Love my new bling. 💞
