I think they mean well, but my results were not what I expected. I was told that I could be treated 2 to 3 times to get rid of some spider veins. After 4 visits over the span of 10 months and spending over $2,100 my spider veins were a little better, maybe half better. The results were not what I had hoped for. I think the doctor is skilled. My recommendation would be to sign a contract or something up front so that there is some kind of guarantee of results. I could pay another $2,000 and still not have results so I wont be returning. Ill be looking for another place that provides this service.

Corrine is excellent. She took her time listening to my concerns and recommended the best treatments. I got a little botox and filler. I love my results! Everyone at the office was welcoming and helpful.

My experience here was very delightful. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such pleasant enthusiasm. After getting my treatment, I was a little on edge with the change in my appearance (they did a wonderful job, nothing was done that I didn’t ask for, nor was it done incorrectly). I was just not prepared for my brains reaction to seeing my lips look different. The assistant, Lauren was extremely comforting, sympathetic, helpful and kind. She explained a bit more to me about what to expect the following days/weeks, listened to my thoughts & feelings and gave me great advice. She didn’t try to “convince” me that what I was feeling was wrong, she just gave me honest and helpful feedback. And everything she said I would feel and what would happen post-treatment was in fact exactly what did happen. I’m glad I trusted her and that she was there to support me in my mini panick attack! I highly recommend coming here for any service you are looking for. My lip filler looks amazing, it’s natural, and I feel even more beautiful than I did when I first walked in. (Ladies, remember to tell yourself you’re beautiful, always!) 5 stars all the way around!!!

Had my consultation and first laser session today and I couldnt be more happy. Everything was explained before they did my procedure and I walked away with minimal redness.

The staff was informative and friendly. It was an intense treatment. After 72 hours I have areas of swelling and four marks that look like burst blood vessels. The brown spots I want to want to disappear, appear unchanged by the treatment.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from making the appointment to checking in. The aesthetician, Corrinne, was very helpful in her assessment of my needs. I will do some research but Im sure I will be back.

Birth mark laser removal. Just three treatments and the red blood capillary is almost gone. It is visible that surface isn’t bumpy anymore and the redness has gone down. My daughter is 10 years old and when she heard about it she was very anxious and declined, but Doctor Corine’s treatments was very gentle. After the treatments my daughter said she didn’t feel a thing!

Lauren and Corinne were very professional and pleasant when I had my consultation. I had my treatment a couple of weeks later and Corinne, during the treatment, explained each process to me which was really appreciated.

I recently visited this clinic for laser treatment and Botox after a friends recommendation. While I found Xu Wei to be warm, welcoming, and professional, scheduling the appointment was a challenge due to difficulties with the office manager. In the clinic itself, both Xu Wei and Ohelia offered excellent care and provided detailed information. However, following my treatment, I experienced an unsatisfactory result and reached out via email to the office manager again hoping for a solution or follow-up consultation. Unfortunately, the response I received was brief and dismissive, leaving me feeling unheard and disappointed.

This place meets all expectations, reasonable prices, good service, fast and easy process. The specialist, Corine, gave me a laser removal for my strawberry hemangioma. She kept making sure I was comfortable during the procedure, and it was very quick. After 4 procedures, my hemangioma went from a red and bumpy blob, to a smooth, faded rose.

Really good experience with getting my first tattoo laser removal done. Doesnt hurt much thanks to the numbing cream they use! Im on my second session and much of the tattoo has faded. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.Update: third session! Things are going really well. The comparison pictures showed me how much its faded since last time i was in. I must say with that numbing cream this hurts a lot less than getting a tattoo. Im only getting tattoo removal done in preparing a graft site. I dont want the tattoo where the graft site is going. So happy to have this option.Update: fourth session! Welp it happened. I go in for just tattoo removal and now im coming back for botox and rf microneedling. Lol so hard to resist!

Been coming to Valley Laser & Skin for over a year now.I have used a few different services with them and have been happy with them all.Coolsculpting hburst as been a great experience, definitely helps get rid of fat in those stubborn areas like love handles.I have been getting tattoo removal of a ring tattoo. This is a slow and steady wins the race process. Even with topical numbing medication it does feel like someone keeps snapping you with a rubber band. The results are worth it, expect it to take a minimum of 4 sessions. Depending on the size of your tattoo it could be more.Most recently I have tried Aerolase to address some burst capillarys on my chin and around my nose. I opted for the full face treatment since I also have sun damage from many years of living in Florida. This is a pretty easy treatment, there will be a few little stings if you have a dark spot but nothing that would make you stop the treatment. They use a cold air blower that blows on the area being treated which makes things comfortable. So far I am very happy with the results I am seeing. Changes in my skin for the better and getting rid of those pesky burst blood vessels.The staff are super friendly and they are always happy to see you.

I have had amazing service and treatment with Valley Laser Skin.The coolscultping has definitely given me the results I was looking for without having surgery.I also have been getting my tattoo on my ring finger removed. It is a slow and steady process.After every treatment to breakup the ink I see changes immediately and continue to see changes for weeks.Dont expect 1 and done, it usually take a few times to get total removal of a tattoo. Obviously the larger the tattoo the longer it takes.Very happy doing business with Valley Laser and Skin.

Dr. Jones and his staff have been amazing. They have helped me get a preapproval from my insurance for a reduction I have wanted since I was young. Professional and to the point in the way they interact with their patients. I will update after surgery, but so far I am very pleased.

I was shocked with the results of the arm and bikini hair laser removal. I really recommend this. After my daughters birth mark treatment, I wondered if I should try this. I am not a hairy person but I get folliculitis every summer if I do not shave my hair, which irritated me. I bet I wont have folliculitis next summer. Patches of hair were visibly gone after the first treatment. Before the bikini hair removal, Doctor Corine considers the patient, so she prescribed me a numbing cream; it is incredibly helpful. She is a great doctor.

I highly recommend Valley Laser and Skin. I have struggled with my skin since I was a teenager and decided it was time to take steps to address it. I completed three micro-needling sessions and finished with filler and Botox. The results are truly amazing. The micro-needling isnt the most pleasant experience, but Lauren and Corinne made me comfortable and at ease. The results came with time and I can see a definite improvement in the tone, texture and a reduction in my acne scarring. My favorite result has been the filler. I had lip filler, along with some in my laugh line area. I look younger, fresher and altogether rejuvenated. And the Botox helps me feel great on all my Zoom calls! They took the time to understand my goals, explained the process every step of the way, and I think did a better job than my previous esthetician. Valley Laser is a little more expensive than the other shop in town but I think they are worth it -- she really listened and I think my results are better because of it. I plan to continue to go back again and again. Five stars!
