Came here today, it was really packed and I came with my grandma and aunt. The service is good, they did amazing trying to get to everyone especially because it was packed today since everyone was christmas shopping. We did have to wait a bit but they tried to get with us asap. I love them! Everyone there is really nice.

This place is amazing. We were helped by the assistant manager Arlene, and she was simply FANTASTIC! I went with a friend, who was nervous to get her ears pierced, and Arlene was there to help the whole time! She was soothing and kind, and didnt do it till we felt comfortable. She was quick and efficient with it. Glad Claires was closed so we found this place!

I especially appreciate the help Assistant Manager Arlene provided. She was very understanding of a mishap that occurred on my end and was very accommodating. She took time to clean and re-pierce my ear without charging me extra. This was despite it being near closing time and despite her having other customers to attend to. Thank you again Arlene!

My 6 year old daughter got her ears pierced here. The ladies working the shop were phenomenal! My daughter was excited to get her piercings but was scared at the last second. The ladies were so patient and sweet with my daughter (and me, stressed mom!). They never rushed me and when my daughter was finally ready, they were quick it get it done. Finished with lollipops and smiles! Thank you for giving her a positive experience!!

My experience was excellent. Julian, Nejada, and Arlene took such good care of me and made it a point to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases and piercing. Before coming to the palisades, I went to the garden state plaza in NJ; here I was sold the wrong product and was misinformed about the return policy. I was able to return a product at the palisades location, buy 3 earrings meant for the piercings I have, and get a piercing that looks awesome. All three employees created an environment of comfortability, honesty, fun and good information. Can’t wait to see them all again!

I got my cartilage pierced (helix piercing) a little over two weeks ago. I was skeptical that the piercing was being done with a gun since I’ve read online that sometimes that can be problematic. Fortunately, my ear has been healing well and it doesn’t bother me. I love the piercing! I am so happy I went for it. I wish I knew the woman’s name who did the piercing because she was very informative and kind. She made sure I knew all the details before I agreed, and she didn’t push me to do anything. It was a very quick and easy process and the whole experience was pleasant.

The woman that pierced my lobes, Alina was absolutely amazing. She explained everything about piercings, made sure i was happy with placement and overall just the sweetest ever.

Went to the banter in palisades mall on a weekday and they were scheduled to be open at 10am that day but instead the employees told me they weren’t ready to open and made me wait 15 minutes until they eventually turned on their lights. This is Not good at all. A store has hours for a reason it’s not for when employees feel like opening to the public.

Outside of old navy’s. I went to get my cartilage pierced. The man working was very nice and informed me on all the cleaning processes of the piercing. You only pay for the earring itself
