Icing

Went to icing a few days ago and daisy and Andrea were so nice and helpful. It is rare going into a place nowadays where the employees are actually pleasant. These two women were great, thank you for making my day so much better.

Daisy and Andrea were so helpful and sweet! They were so nice it’s sad now a days you see more mean people then nice and they were so friendly ! It’s workers like them that keep customers coming back!

I love this store and their products look amazing and last long. Every time Im shopping Daisy is so very helpful with me customer service awesome she is a big reason my shopping exprience is always great. Kera did great as well..

Do not go to this icing! The manager Jessica had her staff working knowing that one of them was exposed to Covid-19. Then after that said staff members shift was allowed to go get tested. The test was positive, so all people who entered the mall from Christmas Eve to New Years Day should be tested. My daughter works there, and I told her to walk out. Any manager who would allow her staff to work with a potential Covid staff member, and expose not only other staff, but the public is wrong. I understand that people can get it going into a grocery store, but to knowing put people at risk as you yourself are not working speaks volumes. You don’t care! When I called the manager Jessica she explained that the other staff did not have any symptoms. Hello the staff and the positive staff member was A-Symptomatic. She only got tested because those near her had tested positive. Please pass this along. I already made contact with icing headquarters, and the dept of health. Of course it’s Saturday, so nobody around till Monday.

Those girls wouldnt know customer service if it punched them in the face. Always on their phones. No help just plain rude. I wont waste my time anymore

It was okay & not to exciting for me...I dont see myself yearning to return back to this store upon my return to the LVM.
