Kia was great. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. She has gentle hands and was able to assist my 6 month old daughter with her first piercing and me with a second ear piercing. I would recommend her to anyone.

Gigi pierced my Grandaughters ears today and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so helpful in picking out the earrings and explaining the process as well as the aftercare. She was very precise and gentle with our baby girl. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get their baby’s ears pierced to go see Gigi!!!

Kayla did an ABSOLUTELY amazing job with making my son feel comfortable, and giving us as parents an AMAZING, and easy going time. She lets us take our time and her customer service was EXQUISITE! I’d definitely go deal with her again and again.

Girl working today completely ignored us. We stood in the store waiting for her to open a display so I could buy earrings. Another lady was in there getting a few piercings. That’s fine. Handle that. But after standing in there for 20 minutes, another family walks in. Employee finished the piercings and then took care of the family that had just come in. Meanwhile we’re now standing in there for 25 minutes with no acknowledgment. When I asked her if I could get something out of the case, she acted like it was an inconvenience. Got my earrings and left. Certainly will not be back to this location. Teach your employees to either multitask or wait on people in the order they came in. It was completely rude.

GIGI IS ONE OF THE BEST SALES REP THERE WAS TO HAVE ! Kat from the store was rude and not so nice to us. My son is 2yrs old and threw his little soft ball accidentally and she started to become very rude and didn’t even care it was an accident.

Kat was wonderful! She helped us find the perfect gift for our granddaughter! I would definitely buy from your LVM location again especially with her assistance!!

Ive always gotten. My kids ears piercings as well as myself, very clean/ sterile all 3 has healed very well as well as mine. Just Sat the 3rd of August they did my 4 month old first earings and the people were very nice took care of us right away.

I brought my girls in to get their ears pierced and had the best experience ever! She made them feel so comfortable and their piercings were perfect! She even stayed past her time to finish the job. She was so sweet. I highly recommend this place!

We just got my 8 year old ears pierced at the Whitehall PA location in the mall And our piercer was Gigi and all I gotta say is SOMEBODY BETTA GET MY GIRL A RAISE !!! She was so good, patient , understanding and sweet w him!!!!!! I couldn’t have asked for someone better my son was having a reallllly hard time and she just kept encouraging him & uplifting his spirit even when I was ready to pierce him my self lol her energy was so good too 🥰she’s amazing Ty Gigi !!!!

Literally bought a 14k chain for 300.. it broke a couple of days later and i actually had insurance but still they didnt have in stock so couldnt give me the replacement, did not refund for the insurance, AND THE CRAZIEST PART the chain was literally only two grams so i paid 150 for one gram. one gram of 14k gold bought here I COULD BUY 2 GRAMS OF 18K literally insane
