I am so incredibly happy with my results!! I am the happiest Ive felt with the way I look in a long time :) I had a bit of an anxiety attack but Emily was super kind and accomandating. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

After having done some research on tattoo removal and reviewing a few horror stories on the topic, I was going into the procedure somewhat skeptical but my mind was put at ease as soon as it started. Very professional and friendly environment. Miss Lori talked me through the process before starting and made it known that taking breaks is fine if the pain is too much to handle. The pain was nothing like the horror stories made it out to be, if you can handle getting a tattoo then you can just as easily handle removal. In and out in 30 minutes and the price was far less then youd think. Very satisfied.

The first 4 pics are before I got dysport and the last 3 are 6 days afterward. I get a lot of wrinkles in my nose and I just didn’t want them to start leaving permanent creases. I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The ladies at the spa are very attentive and listen to what you’re wanting. I highly recommend them for any cosmetic procedure.

I typically refrain from giving negative feedback, but my experience at this establishment has left me compelled to share. Individuals with darker skin, eyes, and hair may want to steer clear of this place. My interactions here have been nothing short of disastrous. I simply requested a refund to allocate towards rectifying the damage done to my face, but instead, I was given the runaround multiple times. Despite expressing concerns during treatments, I was reassured that any negative effects were temporary. However, after the third session, a comparison between my tinitial photos and my current state revealed significant damage to my skin. Without makeup, my face is now distressingly marred. I WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED HOWEVER I HAVE NOW BEEN Ignored

If I could give this business 6 stars I would. Lori is AMAZING. She explained everything that she was doing and made me feel unbelievably comfortable. She did my lips custom to my lip shape and was so meticulous about where to put the filler. I am beyond pleased. This was my first time ever getting them done, but I will 100% be back!

My experience at Envy Med Spa in Wichita Falls, Texas, has been nothing short of terrifying and unprofessional. Not only did I have a harrowing encounter with their laser treatments, resulting in permanent damage to my skin, but I was also botched with Botox. One eyebrow continuously spiked up while the other drooped and went flat, leaving me in this state for over six months. Im thankful that the effects of the Botox wore off eventually, unlike the laser damage, which is permanent. Despite my ordeal, the spa refused to even consider reimbursing me. Attached is a photo of how I looked for six agonizing months, a testament to their incompetence not only with lasers but also with Botox administration they keep saying they want to fix it however WHY Would i want they to fix it i just want to be REFUNDED but they will NOT!!!

Candice Craft went above and beyond! Not knowing what to expect or anything about the product, she took her time and thoroughly explained step by step how it works, what to expect and answered every single question. She is extremely patient and kind. Her work is phenomenal. She even followed up with me a few days later to check in on me. I have and will continue to refer people to her. Bailey was amazing! She was super professional, very knowledgeable about procedures, and upfront w me about my desired results. I had Pico Genesis & She adjusted settings during treatment to ensure I had no real pain or too hot. Each treatment I had minimal pain that was completely tolerable. Each session over time was progressively effective for improving my overall skin tone & texture. A huge plus for me was ZERO downtime. Only had pink cheeks right after. Highly recommend Bailey!!

I never thought I’d find an esthetician like the one I had in NC…until Emily. I have been getting injectables for over 10 years and have learned that it is truly an art. Choosing someone for aesthetics that can alter your face is incredibly scary. When I moved here, I contacted many med spas and Emily was the only one that told me to come back when I was done breastfeeding because she would not provide service while I was. This let me know she wasn’t about making money, but taking care of her clients. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to go and Emily is a master in her skill. Whatever your goals are, she is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and can execute whatever your vision is.

I can’t even begin to tell you what a great experience I had with Bailey. She is always in a great mood and is very personable. She explains the procedure and what results I should expect to see and always reassures me that I can reach out anytime if I have any questions after the appointments.
