Payton was so kind! Just got something small done, but it was her first day too, we were glad to see her work.

Got my first tattoo here with Cassy. She was amazing and talked with me throughout the whole process. 5 out of 5. I was already nervous and anxious about getting a tattoo and she made me feel better I will definitely be back for another tattoo. Thank you Cassy!!!

Went in on my baby girls 13th birthday to get our nose piercings. They were professional and quick, with very little pain. Healing has been perfect with no problems at all. Will always go to Underground for any piercing or tattoos!

I went here to get my first tattoo a few months ago and Chelsea was fantastic! I was so nervous, but she eased my anxiety from start to finish. The process of scheduling and communicating with her was easy, and she was very friendly and did an amazing job. I had no issues with it healing, and the after care instructions were easy to follow. The only thing I didnt like was that random people would come in and watch me get my tattoo done in the booth, and they talked a bunch to her as she was doing my tattoo. For me it was a very private and big experience, and I felt like they were distracting her and it made me nervous. Outside of that, I would definitely come back if I ever got another tattoo done! I look at it daily and love it.

Im 100% coming back here for all my work. The artists were incredible and did above and beyond what I expected for a really reasonable price. Their piercing team is all female too so the nipple piercings went smoothly and I was comfortable and felt respected/safe the whole time. They require masks too so its all as safe as possible and the shop was incredibly clean. If I could give 6 stars I would.

My friends and I went to get tattoos and we were immediately greeted and helped. Bradon was awesome, he was patient and kind with us and even recommended a website to pick out what font we wanted. All of our tattoos were done with precision and within a couples hours all of our tattoos were completed. To say the least we were all pleased with the results!!! By far the best service in town!!! Will be coming back for sure🙂

Chelsea was quick to take my money and run but messed up some simple tattoos. Gave the wrong healing process. Which made my tattoos even worse. Highly disappointed. I paid for tattoos I didnt even get. If thats how she does business I wouldnt recommend anyone going to her.

Came in without an apt on a busy Saturday. Staff was friendly. I got my first tattoo at underground 10 years ago, so definitely would recommend.

Ive wanted this baby elephant for two years! Chelsea said a great job, and it didnt take very long. She did exactly what I wanted, and it doesnt get any better than that!

The people are absolutely wonderful! Very devoted and great work. 👍 I would go back every time.

I had nipple piercings done at a different shop and was having issue with one of the bars. I went in after work and she changed the bars so quickly for me. The other shop had put too small of bars in, I’m already feeling better and more confident with the healing process! I’m so pleased and relieved.

I love Underground for my piercings! Ive never gotten a tattoo here but Ive gotten my industrial and belly button down here and they are nice, clean, make sure youre as comfortable as can be during the process, and are very sweet about me asking questions and checking up on my piercings healing process with them. Theyre very quick and the lady working the desk is always sweet. All in all I love this place and would highly recommend.

Lovely experience! I had my septum pierced and it was quick, clean, and straight forward. I then had a tattoo done by Kelsey ans she was so friendly and professional! Her work was beautiful and I couldnt be happier with how my tattoo turned out.

Everyone there is friendly. Four different artists have done a tattoo for me & all have been great.

I went in about 6 weeks ago to get basic piercings done and my experience was great. The ladies that helped me that afternoon had thorough advice for the healing process and everything is almost healed completely. The jewelry is straight and they were even able to work around scar tissue. I will definitely be returning in the future and recommending this shop.

Ive been having a sleeve worked on for over a year and its been a pleasure everytime I am in the shop. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. My sleeve is absolutely beautiful and better than what I could have imagined. I feel confident that I can tell my artist (Elia) my vision and she will bring it to life in the best way.

8/14 of my piercings have been from here and they are the best piercings I have! The other 6 were done at walmart, a hair salon or a different shop and they always have something going on with them (except the one from the shop. I just didnt like being charged almost $100 for my tongue to get pierced.) 5/6 of my tattoos come from here and theyve all been great. 3 of them are done by an apprentice so they arent perfect but they are still great! Theyve trained the apprentice very well and the other 2 artists Ive used did a great job. My newest tattoo was done by Kelsey (pictured) and its just awesome!

If I could rate this amazing place 6 stars, I would. My friend and I waited for almost 10 hours to get Friday the 13th tattoos. We got there as soon as they opened, which was our mistake (it was her first tattoo and my first Friday the 13th tattoo), so we didn’t really know any better. Regardless of that, when we managed to get inside we ended up being numbers 75 and 76. They only guaranteed up to number 70. Either way, my friend and I didn’t have anything else to do yesterday, so we hung around being hopeful we’ll get in. At this point, we had already waited for so long and had nice sunburns from waiting outside. I was even able to run some errands I’ve been putting off until yesterday since I had time. The receptionists were super chill and the tattoo artists were working as fast as they could while getting super good tattoos out. My friend and I’s waiting paid off, because we ended up being the last ones to get tattooed. We waited from noon to about 10PM, and they apologized for not knowing we still wanted tattoos (since a majority of the people left in the lobby wanted piercings). We filled out our paperwork, our artist Myranda was super awesome, and overall a very interesting but successful Friday the 13th tattoo experience. The staff stayed super late for both the piercings and tattoos, past their closing time, just to help customers feel satisfied. While I’m now better prepared for the next Friday the 13th, I’m thankful they managed to get us tattooed!

I had a great experience with this shop! I received my first tattoo from this shop on my chest and the work done turned out excellent. The prices were reasonable, the environment is exactly what youd expect from a real tattoo shop, and the workers were helpful and direct. I got my tattoo from Cupcake, whom did a fantastic job and was very sanitary in the tattoo process. Definitely would recommend this place to a friend.

I stopped in to get a re-Vamp on a previous tattoo, love it so much I wanted to get it retouched and freshened. The artist said she could do that, but it would be 2 months before she could get me in. I sent several photos of ideas. She told me 3 hours of work.When the date came, I get to my appointment and she hadnt drawn up any artwork ahead of time, so I sat and waited, in the mean time another person shows up, she had double booked the time slot, they were told to come back in 2 hours.... that cut my appointment short.Then they showed up after an hour, so the artist where she was at with me, she hadnt done half of what we discussed.Huge Disappointment, I would strong suggest people go to Artistic Ink or Cowabunga InkUnderground is underrated!!!

While visiting from Dallas, I walked in without an appointment and Tara pierced my belly button. I could not be happier with my new piercing. The shop was clean, the staff were very friendly, the price was percect, and the wait time was very minimal. perfect. I will be returning in the future.

I got my first body piercing here 15 years ago along with my first tattoo. Ive been back several times throughout the years and never disappointed! Staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions.

Very clean and staff was extremely professional! Got my daith pierced and my mom got her belly button pierced. The lady who did them was quick and made it a pleasant experience!! Highly recommended and will go back to them again!!!

Got a belly piercing and she put it in crooked. didn’t give me a second to adjust in my chair and just went for it i wasn’t ready at all. i asked her to fix it which she did but was rude not to mention the shop was not clean. i will not be going back and will tell everyone not to go. one star is still too many

Had an excellent experience when I was at Underground Tattoo! I took my daughter to get her nose pierced cause even though she was extremely nervous about getting it, she was dead set on having it done! The wait time was minimal, we may have sat there 5-6mins after we finished filling the form out before we were called back. The piecer was super friendly and done her best to set my daughters mind at ease. She made sure to explain the aftercare procedures to make sure my daughter knew how to clean & care for her new piercing & she also answered all her questions. Not to mention she was ok with me being in there pestering my kid during the procedure!! Amazing job Underground!! Keep up the good work!

I just recently got my third tattoo from here by Kristen. She does amazing job on all my tattoos and always make sure Im happy with my tattoo before I leave. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. As long as I live in this area, this is the only place I will get tattoo at.

I had a hard time finding an ear piercer yeah a tattoo shop in Wichita Falls, They were welcoming enough when I came in however I had to come back because one of the balls fell off my ear ring by just cleaning around it and eventually all three balls fell out of the three piercings I had. Besides that it was a clean and good place to go.

Cupcake did a forearm piece for me, and I am incredibly pleased with it. She took aspects from all the inspiration shots I sent her and created a one of a kind work of art, that I will be proud to show off for the rest of my life.Go get your tattoo done by her! There are SO many examples of work that arent posted online that she can do. Trust me, she can do your tattoo.Its worth every single penny.

I went to Underground after reading all the great reviews. Jessie did a great job on my diath piercing. I went by a couple of days later because it was hurting and they were really helpful with suggestions on how to get it feeling better. They even suggested changing the piercing to a titanium bar bell. A day later I decided to try the titanium. I totally figured I would have to shell out more money for another piece of jewelry, but they were great and said nope just come in and they would change it. Now it is feeling so much better. I will for sure go there for anymore piercings.

Brandon killed it. Needed part of a tattoo covered up. Not only did he make it disappear, he made the current tattoo amazing! Thank you, Sir.

Pretty good my friend got a belly piercing they did a good job handling someone that doesnt like needles did it quick and fast so she didnt get to think about how it would feel it just happened and just like that it was over she was amazed at how it didnt hurt.

The girl that did my industrial & septum got into an argument or something with some girl before I went in. She was in a bad mood and when I was asking questions about the pain she just said “you’ll be fine”. My industrial is in a weird angle and it keeps hitting my glasses which is making it very hard for it to heal properly. Thankfully my septum is healing alright but it was a very unpleasant experience going to underground.

I stopped in to get a piercing done and the employees were extremely helpful and very courteous! I absolutely love tattoos and piercings and have looked around at several shops; UNDERGROUND TATTOOS has the MOST AMAZING and TALENTED staff by far!!!

Customer service here is so disappointing.Takes forever for them to get back to you and schedule you in. Youll also be left on read. I decided to not move forward with scheduling my tattoo session for this very reason, and will go with a different tattoo shop.

Worse tattoo Ive ever received. Had to get it redone a couple months later. Not to mention I payed way too much for the tattoo. The artist charged me before he even completed the tattoo. Do not recommend this place when there is much better options near by.

Went to get a nose piercing today at 630 and the business hours stated on the door they were open 12pm till 8pm but they locked up and not open… no explanation or nothing posted… I’ve heard nothing but good things about this place but to not be open on their posted business hours isn’t right. Will be back soon to try and get what I wanted originally… hopefully they won’t be closed again.

I’ve been trying to get a tattoo I called them they said the only way to schedule a tattoo is on face book so I said okay went on Facebook to schedule an appointment it’s been 2 weeks and they never got back to me and they read my message. I messaged them again and they left me on read AGAIN. I got my nose pierced here and the lady who did it was so rough she jabbed me def not recommend

Traveled 56 miles to get a tattoo for my wife, with a round trip of 112 miles. We were sadly disappointed because the only artist available to tattoo her could not get her head around or didnt understand the design. It was a pretty simple design. It is pretty sad that she is tattooing and can not or didnt want to do her job.

Myranda is our favorite. She has a light hand and pays close attention to detail. Highly recommend! All artist are professional and friendly!

Walking right into the door the atmosphere was weird, the lady at the front with green hair was polite but her co worker who was supposed to assist me had terrible customer service. Maybe she was having a bad day but I won’t be going back there at all

The place was very clean and staff was extremely friendly, the woman who pierced me was very friendly and I told her I was afraid of needles and she didn’t let me see the needle and I was in and out in less then 15 minutes.

Had my tragus pierced during their monthly special. A little bit of a wait but the experience was easy, professional, quick, and less painful then I expected.

Need better customer service skills and the piercing lady need to know where to place needle and also how to put a nose ring in without scratching up the inside of nostrils without like sores inside.

I went to get my nose pierced and i had to wait about 10 minutes which wasnt too bad. The actual piercing part was great, it was quick and effortless

I would take anyone of my loved ones to get there piercing any time . The owner is a very nice and makes you feel welcome .

Asked about covering a scar after surgery and they told the truth. Wait a year or two for the scar to heal to make sure the ink takes and the scar doesnt change
