Kiana was amazing! From scheduling to the final product the whole process was as seemless as could be. Her fine line work is incredible and even though she offers free touch ups within 90 days, I don’t think I’ll need one! Very impressed and I’ll definitely be back soon!

I came here for my first tattoo and I’m ecstatic. Tyre did an amazing job! He’s a really chill guy to talk with too so it made it a lot easier. It didn’t take long either. Very clean and professional place! I recommend coming here for Tattoos. All you need to do is message them on Facebook or Instagram and send them a few picks of what you want and they get back to you pretty quick!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the tattoo I received at your studio in early January.A few weeks after the initial session, I noticed several areas where ink was missing from the tattoo. Consequently, I returned for a correction procedure, for which I was charged. Although the tattoo eventually healed, it remained just as incomplete as before.I have a total of 13 tattoos, but the first one that I got from your studio is noticeably inferior in quality. I highly recommend that anyone seeking a tattoo artist choose one with excellent references and reviews, as otherwise, they may end up paying extra for corrections.

My sister and I got tattoos done here. The experience was fine until it came to needing touch ups. I was told I would get free touch ups as needed for 30 days. When I called to set up a time for the touch ups I was ignored. When I finally set up a time with them and went to the shop for my appointment, the door was locked and no one would answer the phone. Now I have to go pay for the touch up at another shop.

Me and 4 friends got tattoos there a few weeks ago. Kiana did our tattoo, she was very nice but didn’t inform us that they might need to be touched up. This is my fourth tattoo and I’ve never been told that and I’ve never had any issues. Day 2 this tattoo began peeling off. It is now so light and very faded. They have offered to touch up but I have moved 16 hours away and that doesn’t help me. They refuse to give any kind of refund. All four of our tattoos are faded and look terrible. And all four of us have had previous tattoos elsewhere without any issues. They tried to tell me that touchups are normal. Our experiences tell us different.So disappointed in their customer service. Now I will have to pay a lot more to have it fixed.I am attaching a photo, the tattoo should read… no matter where.

Just had my first tattoo here with my mom and sister, and we had Jess. She was fantastic! So nice and fun to talk to, and made our first experience so much less nerve-wracking. Absolutely love all of our tattoos as they are very meaningful, she did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend!

Admittedly we came for a walk in last minute, but the artists were very accommodating, kind, and worked with my father and I to get the results we wanted. (We were getting matching tattoos) the tattoos were very well done! 10/10 experience!

Great shop! Its so clean and bright inside and the service was phenomenal. Olive did matching tattoos on two of us. She did a great job of making my friend (who was getting her first tattoo), feel really comfortable. On top of it all Olive was great to talk too! I will without a doubt be going back here in the future for more tattoos!

I cant believe I forgot to review this place before, Amy did this tattoo back in December and touched it up today. Its looking great, and Im definitely going to book more work with her soon! Its a wya better vibe than certain other shops around Burly.

Great place! Not busy at all, very friendly staff. Very clean as well, and they had a good good talk through of after care instructions. It was my sisters first tattoo and they made her feel very comfortable and welcome. Even our mother (who had to come because my sister is underage) liked the place and didnt feel sketched out or that it was vomiting tattoo culture at her. The tattoo itself didnt take very long at all and the lines were very crisp and smooth. It was a little more expensive than my previous experiences, but overall a great place!

I highly recommend Artistic Ink! Shop is always clean. VERY professional and well mannered. They’re always willing to work with me on times/schedule changes. I have been going to see Amy for a little over a year now and I will absolutely not go to anyone else. If she were to ever stop tattooing I simply would stop getting them. I have 5 wonderful pieces done by her and I will not let anyone else do it. Won’t even consider it. Not only is her work phenomenal she’s a truly fun person so be around. She has me laughing constantly and always leaving excited to return!

I cannot say enough good things about Mike. I got my tragus pierced with him today and it was such an amazing experience. He was very funny and nice and made the whole process very easy. Would recommend for piercings!

I just got my nose pierced, and I couldnt have of had a better experience! The staff was super friendly and informative especially the piercer, Gina. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed the entire time! She did a wonderful job with the piercing; I would definitely go back again!

I went in for a few piercings with Gina and was immediately made comfortable by her demeanor and the atmosphere. She was very easy to talk to about my piercings plus the music (and the accompaniment) was incredible. The actual piercings were quick and clean. Overall a fantastic experience. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

This place appears to follow the rule book for pretentious piercing shops very well. Nobody in the lobby - check. Masks required even though Covid was 3 years ago - check. Talking down to you so you feel less cool than them - check. Male cigarette smoking piercer with such poor social skills it seems like he’s purposefully keeping people from spending their money there - check. I didn’t receive any of their services, so maybe they do great work. People have to want to interact with you to book with you. It’s not all about ‘skill.’

My mom and I went and both got a nose piercing from the piercer Nobody and it was 10/10. Very professional and kind and I absolutely love my piercing. If youre looking to get pierced I would highly recommend going here!

I came last week to get my nose pierced as they accept walk-ins. Everything was okay, but the guy (I dont know his name as he didnt introduce himself) wasnt really nice. I was a little stressed and he wasnt empathetic at all, didnt really considered my feelings, shoved the Q-tip in my nose to disinfect it without telling me.Anyway, after it was done, he barely gave recommendations to how to take care of it.The piercing fell 1 week after it was done (when I was washing my face and I was careful!!) as it is a hook shape inside (difficult to describe) but not the usual nose piercing youll find in other places.Im not judging on the tattoo side of the shop as I havent got one there but for piercings I do not recommend the place. Sorry guys.

Absuletly love everytime I come in here. I have had 2 tattoos done by Amy and she is awesome to work with and talk too. Gina did two piercings today for my sister and I. She has infectious energy, easy to talk to, and was very clean. The shop is always clean and they are very welcoming. This has become my go to for tattoos and piercings. You wont regret going in!

I am very excited about the work I just got done! I worked with Mary who was very accommodating and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The store was clean and there was plenty of privacy. I plan on going back for my next tattoo, for sure!(Also, for tattoo newbies or people who love tattoos but struggle with pain, Mary did not have a heavy hand at all. The tattoo was just shy of painless.)

Was looking for a spur-of-the-moment appt to get my ears pierced and a small tattoo done so I reached out to the folks at Aartistic via FB messenger. They were very responsive and helpful and were able to fit both things into one appointment the very next day. When I got to the shop, it was clean and quiet and they were clearly following COVID-19 guidelines which made me feel safe and at ease. Gina did my piercings and Will did my tattoo, and both were fantastic. Gina was a riot and thanks to her I was laughing the whole time I was in the shop. Will was thoughtful and professional and made sure to give me every opportunity to make changes to my design and placement so the tattoo was exactly how I wanted it. This was my first time working with Aartistic but it felt like Id been coming there for ages. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

Its been almost 4 weeks since Ive gotten my piercing done from here and its been healing very nicely!.. nice and straight, no problems! I do want to note there is def a lack of jewelry options for the piercings which was a major bummer. I most def plan on going back though regardless. :) (pierced by Tony)2nd time going in 12/2020 and got a cheek dermal pierced by Gina, great experience! Soo smooth and quick! 100% recommend! Also my Ashley piercing done by Tony healed great and doing amazing! I highly recommend coming here to get pierced!

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great tattoo and experience! Ive been seeing Amy for about 2-3 years now, her work is always clean cut and flawless. She has a great positive attitude and loves what she does! The shop is super clean and the staff friendly. I got half my family to come here to see Amy and Ty!

So lovely and friendly. Theyre very responsive to their Facebook messages. My piercing was quick, safely done, and had very little pain. And I felt no judgement for my nervousness!

My favorite ink shop in Vermont. I have gone to 6 different shops and I will no longer go anywhere else anymore. Amy is the BEST tattoo artist who has inked me. Its been years and I still havent needed a touch up. She nailed the design and every aspect of applying the ink. From line depth to shading, plus she brings good vibes. The whole shop is clean, Friendly, and overall just great. The only negative thing I can say about the shop, is that parking can be a pain. Overall as a shop though, 5 stars.

Went in to get my first tattoo with Jess, I was obviously nervous about it and told her that up front. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. She explained everything as she went along and made the entire thing a great experience. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I have two tattoos from Amy. She worked with my ideas, drew the art and did 2 fabulous pieces of art on my body. I get compliments all the time. She was also conscientious of my comfort and healing and touched both up for no additional cost. I would recommend her highly!

I started years ago with a wonderful artist named Amy. I was getting a larger more visible tattoo than my others at that time. She not only did and amazing job but took time with the details, its a Celtic art piece with a lot in it. I dont think shed even been tattooing 6 months at that point but you wouldnt have been able to tell. The work is absolutely amazing and I love it. Plus there was the bonus that shes super fun to hang out with which when youre spending hours getting a piece done it is great to enjoy the person youre spending it with.I was hooked after that first tattoo both on having Amy be my artist from that point on to Aartistic Inc. There are plants, pictures and decorations around the place making it comfortable to hang out if you arrive a little early for your appt. The rest of the staff has always been nice and friendly when Ive gone in. They make sure and show you that youre getting new needles before starting the tattoo and that you know how to take care of your tattoo after.Since that first arm tattoo Ive gone back many more times. Ive had my forearms, one upper arm, an addition to the ones I already had on my back, one foot, whats becoming a sleeve on my leg, maybe its called a legging, I dont know. I just know I love it, plus Amy was getting into what I was having done (a darker Alice in Wonderland) so shed be telling me of ideas she thought of. Thats how I got my watercolor type Cheshire Cat because when she brought up the idea I told her to run with it because shes so amazing I wasnt worried she wanted to try something new. I think considering this is permanent art work that says a lot about her talent and vision.I just had her do some hand tattoos that I love and am so glad when I asked what she thought she was all for it and gave me some additional ideas to tie into what I brought in. I have a ton of others I want her to do. Im planning on moving next year and I think Ill end up being one of those clients who will block off time with her on any visit back to the area. I think that shows something as well both for Amy and the shop because people not only come back from the area but plan stops if theyve left and will be visiting.I highly recommend the shop and Amy. The other artists are good as well and you can see their stuff on Facebook. Im just a bit partial to my incredible artist.

Got a tattoo done with amy earlier today, she did amazing. Shes very comforting and friendly! Definitely helped distract me from the pain😭 love it here and will probably be coming back!!!

Will did this piece on me about a week ago now. I do have to say, I struggle with high anxiety and going into new places but everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I defiantly will be back

I went in as a walk in for a piercing and got seen right away. Gina did my piercing and she was super friendly and my piercing came out super cute.I also went in for some finger tattoos. They were done by Olive and she was very unprofessional. I needed a touch up which I already paid for during the first session and I called multiple times to schedule and either she wasnt there when she was supposed to be or she never returned my phone calls so I gave up.

Kiana was super nice and helped our large group get an appointment together. All our tattoos came out great.

Just got a tattoo in all dot work done by Will today at the Winooski location and it is absolutely beautiful. Will was super patient, kind, thorough and just a truly calming presence. I would definitely get another!

The place is really clean, the staff is friendly and super funny. Tyri was my artist, did it in a timely manner and it came out with clean lines. Completely professional when it came to the actually tattoo/location. Would definitely be going back and recommending it to anyone

Amy did some pretty intricate line work on my left arm (vintage botanical illustration). I liked her attention to detail and returned for a different style (more painterly with shading) on my right arm. Another excellent piece! I’m working on putting together my left sleeve and Amy will be doing it all. I wish I could post pics here to show off her work.

Nobody(a worker at Artistic inc) at Artistic Inc was really good with my daughter when she was nervous getting her nose pierced. Highly recommended! A+

Gina is a fantastic piercer! Shes funny and know how to make placement work for you! Shell tell you her personal opinion and make sure youre comfortable, as someone with horrible anxiety being pierced always gave me nerves till I went to Gina she doesnt make you feel uncomfortable, she talks you through it and makes jokes along the way (like all the staff) definitely always going to her for my future piercings!

I’ve been here three times; once to get my ears pierced, once to get my belly button pierced, and once to get my nose pierced. The nose piercing was recent (about two months ago), and I’ve recently messaged them on facebook to ask about the gauge size they pierce nostrils with because I wanted to buy a new piece of jewelry for my nose. I messaged two different times and I was left on seen both times. I still don’t have an answer and now I don’t know what gauge to buy for my nose. I’m upset tbh.

Shannon was wonderful. My sister and I called for a same day appointment, to honor our beloved 22 year old cat who we had just laid to rest that morning. Shannon offered her expertise and helped us without rushing us. She did such a beautiful job and I am so grateful. Thank you again, Shannon.

I dont usually leave negative reviews, but I was so frustrated with almost everything about my experience. The staff were all very friendly, but that was the only good part. I came in to buy a CBR, and waited on a couch for over half an hour next to what I assume was an employees smelly lunch trash.When I finally did get someone to help me, she pulled out the design I wanted from the extremely limited selection and put it in for me, which I appreciated, UNTIL the next day, when the piercing, which never bothered me, was in TERRIBLE pain. I took it out and noticed two things: one, I could easily bend it with my fingers, definitely not the stainless steel they claimed it was, I already felt cheated paying $30 for a simple CBR when I thought I was getting quality. Two, it was the wrong diameter and gauge from what I asked! I was shocked, Ive never had someone certified as a piercer make such a simple and huge mistake. Im so glad I didnt actually get pierced here, I cant imagine al the things that could have gone wrong.On top of that, the staff didnt seem to know a thing about aftercare. I mentioned a new piercing I was thinking of getting, and the piercer actually recommended putting pure tea tree oil on the fresh wound! I would have walked out right then had I not been halfway through having the jewelry changed!Just go to Yankee Tattoo. They arent the best but theyre MILES beyond this place.

Had my belly button pierced here a few years ago and it was a great experience, the staff was great, the facility was clean and cool. However I tried to buy a gift card for a friend this Christmas had a frustrating experience. I drove 40 minutes to get there only to find that they were closed, even though the hours posted on the front door and online said they should have been open. Frustrating, but ok, things happen, maybe it was an emergency or something. I called a few days later to confirm their hours and try again, I was told that they just hadnt updated their hours from a while back (the woman on the phone said Yeah we should probably change that... Uh.. yeah?) but was given the current hours of operation and confirmed that they would be open that night when I planned on trying to pick up the GC again. So I drive 40 minutes, again, to get there and while they were in fact open this time, no one was in the waiting room. I stood around waiting for someone to come assist me/greet me for 15/20 minutes, and called down the hallway a few times but no one appeared to be there/hear me. So I left and purchased a gift card for another shop. I didnt want to send my friend to a place that isnt going to take care of them. Its disappointing that their atmosphere has changed so much since I was there last. Hopefully this was just an oversight during the busy holiday time.

Solid coustumer service. The artist shannon was mad chill. Got a small tattoo on my shoulder. Just a symbol, pretty straight forward and colored in with black ink. It was 130$. Very pricy for the tattoo. Moose tattoos has the best prices for quality tattoos.

My sister, two of my daughters, three nieces and I were tattooed by Amy on July 27th. My daughters and sister have experienced severe loss of ink. Since my daughters live in Albany and Tennessee, reinking is not feasible.....nor should it be necessary. Fortunately mine is fine. I have not been in touch with my nieces to determine the status of theirs . .

I saw Rich for a tattoo and he did above and beyond what I could ask for! He was super patient with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He also kept asking and making sure If I was ok and If I needed a break. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend Rich!

First step into the place was decent. The second the employees opened their mouth, it turned into a load of BS. Over charging for a small, black, non-shaded tattoo. I asked why so much and the response I got was I dont need to explain it to you... These people are a joke. They play with Photoshop and trace lines to Jack up the prices just to make more money. If an artist ever told me that He doesnt have the time to discuss the tattoo with me, then I immediately walk the F out. I looked for 10 minutes and didnt see a single pen or pencil in their drawing area. I dont know how this place is still in business.

Best experience! Took over an hour photoshopping and perfecting my stencil. The tattoo turned out exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend Amy!!

They dont return phone calls to make appointments, they are not open when they say they will be. They dont seem to be interested in getting new clients. I finally gave up, will go to Burlington. Suppose to be open till 8p.m., place was closed at 4p.m. Wednesday! No one there after finally finding a place to park on Main St., and walking on crutches!

Probably one of the most expensive tattoo shops Ive ever went into, they wanted over $300 for 7 words that are only 1 inch in height and 9 inches in length. After looking at some of their work and then remembering they were the ones that messed up my neck tat back when they first opened about 12 years ago but were in their other location I ended up leaving and not getting it done!

Jess was awesome! Couldn’t ask for a better artist! Won’t be seeing anyone else but her for my ink needs!

My friend went there a few days ago got a tattoo and a belly button pierced and her belly button became infected cause her body rejected it, she called to let them know what happened and they laughed at her and told her the only way it would have got infected is if she threw dirt in it. Very disrespectful!

Very clean very friendly and it makes a big difference the fact that they know how to tattoo black peoples skin that means a huge difference when youre living in Vermont and theyre used to tattooing lighter skin

Just so everyone knows Tim Campell works at the AI in Montpelier, not Winooski, and Keenan and Nora have moved on to other shops. Nora is at Jade Lotus in Burlington and Keenan is at a shop in Waterbury.
