Cindy did a great job on my eyebrow removal! She was very kind and informative. My eyebrows look so much lighter than expected so I’m super happy how it came out. Will definitely come back for the next sessions!

GREATEST MOVE BY FAR. Wanted to remove a tattoo that I had done in an impulsive moment. Regretted it deeply. Thankfully Lizeth helped explain everything from payment, how many sessions, what to expect, aftercare, and even showed immense sympathy in the free consultation. She helped me navigate payment arrangements and even went as far as to discount 100 from the overall amount. I started the process the same day. The nurse (who was so sweet, kind and knowledgeable) was quick, thorough and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The pain was about the same as the tattoo process but didn’t sting for long after. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Today, I had my first visit and consultation, and it exceeded my expectations. Lizet and Willy provided excellent care. They thoroughly explained the laser process for each tattoo and accurately described the sensation – feeling like rubber bands snapping, but it only lasted about a minute for each tattoo. Their welcoming and supportive demeanor eased my nerves and made the experience much more comfortable for me. Im so excited about this process as I’ve wanted to remove my tattoos for years now, and Im glad its at a place with a staff that I look forward to seeing again!

My usual studio was previously the location in Hermosa Beach. It was so nice to know that Removery has multiple locations! The location in Woodland Hills is very nice, super clean. The technician, Cindy, was really professional and helpful. There’s a lot of parking which is a big plus. The other technician at the front was also super helpful!

Removery is great. They are super efficient and Im seeing a lot of progress. I get a different nurse/technician every time. On my last visit, Cindy was great. Bonus points for Lizet at the front, she was awesome.

This place is amazing, but this review is for the dynamic duo of Lizet and Cindy! Let me start by saying I did my research and this is definitely a one stop shop for tattoo removal, they have amazing pricing options and are willing to work with you. Let me start with Lizet. The moment I came in Lizet had such a wonderful energy. She was very kind and helpful and we discussed what I could do what I couldn’t do and she was very quick to work with me and get me set up with a plan that was affordable! Forget about the tattoo removal, Lizer was an absolute joy to sit down and talk to you for the 15 minute consultation, she may be very comfortable and got me excited about the tattoo removal. Cindy is the incredibly patient, kind and very experienced nurse that will be removing your tattoo! As soon as I met Cindy, I knew I was going to look forward to my next 10 session! I kept telling her how stupid I felt for my regretful tattoos and even though I said it about 10 times every single time I said it, she told me no, you are not! She was so genuine and sweet and not to mention you can tell this is her specialty! I had a total of four tattoos one on the sternum two on my shoulder blades and one on my right thigh all really sensitive areas, but with Cindy, I was very comfortable , although the treatment was painful, she was extremely quick and explained everything as she was doing it, and was very mindful, she even caught the white ink in one of my tattoos, which is apparently a little bit trickier to Laser! If Lizet and Cindy were not working in the Removery today, I can’t guarantee I would have pulled the trigger and I am so so grateful. Thank you so much to Lizer, Cindy and the Removery, I cannot wait for my next session!!!

Great customer service!! I been turned down by several places for my needs. But this location/company took me in with no problems and walked me through every thing I needed to know about the process and how to care of it before and after. Would definitely recommend!

I love the way all Removery employees treat me when I go in! The location in Woodland Hills clearly is still on a learning curve for treatments, and could use some pointers from the SLC location on procedure, but the nurses are lovely. Might bring my own ice pack next time because boy does it hurt more when you’re not iced properly😅

Professional, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Lizet and Cindy made the entire process from pricing, payment and treatment seamlessly easy. The pain of the treatment is totally bearable too. It’s nothing like getting a tattoo that’s for sure. Best of all, Removery’s prices are more than reasonable for my budget and payment plan options are also available.

I had my first session done yesterday to remove my microbladed eyebrows. The staff were so knowledgeable and professional. Even the laser itself wasn’t too painful. I’m stunned with the results of only one session! The entire experience exceeded my expectations.8/16/24 Update: Paid for a 2nd session to remove remaining pigment. I dont see any difference this time. Disappointed.

Removery is a professional tattoo removal service. They have offices in major cities around the country, I believe. I contacted them because I met someone that I really liked but still had my ex-girlfriend’s name (of 10 years ago) on my chest. DO NOT WAIT UNTIL you develop feelings for someone new before you take an ex’s name off… Because while Removerly will get the tattoo off as fast as possible, it will take multiple sessions and many many months depending on size.Regardless, Removerly has been 100% professional and transparent about the number of procedures and the time - in my case up to one year. But this process leaves very little scarring…so it’s worth it.The people are super nice and helpful and the office is immaculate. If you have a tattoo you need to remove, I would not hesitate to recommend this business.

It was a very welcoming place. The place was nice and clean. I was actually a bit late, Mia greeting me with a smile and luckily was able to check me in. She was very professional, took me into the room, asked how my day was, and started the procedure. I had to apologize for being late due to a bad start of my day. She was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. Process was fast and easy and ended with a good hug so I can start my day right. She is amazing !! Definitely come by and get a session :)

I got my last laser session done on my arm today so I can get a new tattoo over an old unwanted one and I have to say, everyone at Removery made the whole experience so easy & comfortable from start to finish. The staff is probably the nicest staff of any establishment I’ve ever visited. When you’re getting a procedure like this, it is very important to have people you can trust who are not only friendly but supportive and knowledgeable. This location is a bit of a drive for me (still the closest location however) but I will definitely be coming back here specifically for the duration of my treatment because of the women in this office. Highly recommend this location if you live in the Valley. Located right off the 101 freeway in Woodland Hills the parking lot is spacious and the location is right next to Sprouts. The staff is very kind and patient… Jenn and Aria gave me a great consultation, and Ashley was my extremely fast technician. I was a new patient and the whole process took less than 40 min with paperwork and consultation…I’m expecting my next visit to be a flash.

Tattoo removal has never been so easy! I went for a consultation and was informed on how many sessions I’ll need to remove my hideous tattoo. They answered any questions I had as well as give good after care.Staff is friendly! Check-in is easy and so is booking for your next one.My tattoo has faded a lot and I notice more of a difference here than the place I was going to before!

I originally went to their location in La Brea only because it was near by. I was treated by Ashley for my first treatment but learned she worked at the facility in Woodland Hills. Her customer service was superb to say the least. She made the process easy and comfortable as possible. Needless to say I opted for traveling further to the facility in Woodland Hills only to continue the tattoo last removal with her. Great customer service from Ashley and the staff at both locations.

Ashley is an absolute saint. I have been to MANY tattoo removal places before and have always dreaded it because it would take a long time and the pain would be excruciating. I am not exaggerating when I say it was virtually painless with Ashley. The cool air blowing while she lasers was probably the most uncomfortable part cause I felt like my skin turned into a popsicle but I will take that ANY day over the pain over the laser. I have no idea how I did it without that cooling agent before. On top of it all Ashley was FAST! Other techs would take 15-20 min and she took less than 5 minutes on everything. Highly recommend. I’m so happy and so relieved. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Had my first visit here today!I started removal treatments with the Q switch laser 13 years ago. I haven’t had a removal session in about four years because I was waiting for the pico way. I love this place! This new laser is so much better and the women at this location are so lovely and kind, considering I have all sorts of PTSD from the old lasers! Thank you guys so much!

Extremely unprofessional, they have a huge staffing issue. They cancel your appointments last min with zero warning or communication. Still automatically take out money from your account. Front desk girl Jenifer speaks over people loudly to dominate the conversation making excuses for the companies lack of professionalism.

Been going to Removery for 1 year — ultimately decided on Removery because their unlimited price was unmatched ($3k as many sessions needed, as long as it takes. Best pricing I found in LA by far — I was quoted $10-15k by other clinics)Ive visited both the Woodland Hills and Hermosa Beach location and staff at both are friendly and they know their stuffI had to reschedule once for recent sun exposure, and another time skip one area for potential hypopigmentation — Wasnt mad about it, on the contrary Im super grateful that they encouraged me to take my time rather than proceed and potentially face permanent discoloration8 sessions down and seeing significant fading (b&w and color). Going for complete removal, and hopeful that we can get there eventually!

My daughter had an appointment at the LA location for a consultation + a testing spot, but when we got there we found out there were no nurses to finish the consult. Maddison, who consulted my daughter, was an absolute sweetheart despite this bump in the road and gave us a fair quote before suggesting we go to their Woodland Hills location, where a nurse was on stuff & could do a removal tester spot. She even assured us she put the quote on the file so that we wouldn’t be charged more at the other location.When we got to Woodland Hills location, Aria was much colder than Maddison & let us know she didn’t agree with the quote Maddison gave us because this was her location, and ended up charging us more than twice as much. I find that experience very unprofessional and not fair. We wouldn’t drive to Woodland Hills knowing that they would charge us twice as much as Los Angeles location, but also had no other choice in that moment. See Maddison in LA if you can over Aria at the Woodland Hills location.
