I literally went in and was out in 10 minutes. The piercer was friendly and answered my questions. I love the fact that you can pick out the jewelry to get pierced with. My wife has gotten 4 piercings done here and they are amazing. The owner is super friendly and knowledgeable and is great to chat with. She is really good at making sure the piercing goes in the right spot and is straight before proceeding. There is lots of information on aftercare. The jewelry selection is pretty large as far as I can tell. Most importantly the place is clean and they use cleaning procedures between clients. I would definitely recommend Maximus!

I had gotten my second lobes and helix pierced by art, he was very quick and made me feel comfortable during the whole process and was great to talk with even offered me a lollipop once it was over. the shop is also very clean and the jewelry that they have is also super cute! i’ll definitely come here for any future piercings!! :)

This was my first time going here, and I had a great experience. I live in Ellensburg and the piercing place here is not the greatest. I went in to get my bellybutton pierced for the 4th time (I know…. 😂) and Hilda did a fantastic job. She’s very kind, has a refreshing energy about her and made me feel extremely comfortable. I called several places and just how she was on the phone made me want to come in. Even though I had a lot of scar tissue to go through, she made it quick and as painless as possible. Amazing hair cuts! Shes friendly, fast, and great at providing high quality cuts. Hilda is the piercing staff, and she is so friendly and sociable. She shows each time that she is wearing gloves, using a new sterile kit, and a new sterile needle - no piercing guns! I had my nose, tragus, and conch piercings all done here by Hilda and they were my easiest, fastest healing piercings I have! I was always comfortable and I felt as if I was treated like a friend which definitely helps with the nerves of getting a piercing! The jewelry is gorgeous and there are many options! Hilda has done all my piercings except my regular earlobes. Shes done tragus, second lobes, 3 helix, monroe, septum, frog eye, and noseIve also brought my niece for her nose, another niece for septum, nose and tongue and my sister for her septum and tongue. If anyone in yakima wants to get piercings Hilda has pretty jewelry to choose from, reasonably priced, clean, efficient, and knowledgeable.

AMAZING!!!! I had been wanting a nose piercing for YEARS and never got around to it cuz I was a little scared. Maximus is an amazing place to go for your first piercings! Hilda was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. Right off the bat she has you sign a consent form, has you take a picture of the after care instructions, and shows you all of her sterilized equipment in the packaging. The piercing was SO fast and hurt less than a shot at the doctor!! Amazing prices and a professional and friendly atmosphere!! Definitely worth the 40 minute drive from Ellensburg to Yakima!!

I sent an email inquiry about pricing on a piercing and received a prompt reply which I really appreciated. I went in to get a daith piercing and was immediately greeted with warmth and friendliness. Hilda was extremely accommodating and sociable. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I explained to her that I had gotten a daith piercing some years back and it was extremely painful. She took great care to make sure I did not experience any discomfort during the piercing process. She did a phenomenal job! The piercing was virtually painless. I honestly had to check in the mirror to see if it was even there! Hilda was thorough with explaining the after care of the piercing and gave me several tips to help with the healing process.I wholeheartedly recommend Hilda! This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a piercing and I will definitely be going back to her for any future piercings.

Unprofessional and sloppy.Went in to get a second ear piercing. She held up the mirror and I noticed the dots weren’t even on both sides. When I mentioned it, she said that once it was actually pierced it wouldn’t look uneven. So I trusted her because after all, she’s the “professional” after it was done it looked substantially worse. She said it was “just me” because they were indeed even. Went home and everyone that looked at them said they were super uneven. Tried to take them out but turns out she put PERMANENT ones in!? What was I supposed to do when I wanted to switch them out!?!? I had to go to a “real professional” to get them cut out of my ear!! This place is a joke. She is lazy for not just fixing the dot in the beginning. Unprofessional for making it seem like it was all in my head and just overall very sloppy. Go somewhere else. You will have a better experience.

This is my first facial piercing, and I love it! I got my septum done, which was scary, but I was reassured, supported, and had a great experience in the few minutes it took. I especially appreciated being shown that the tools were cleaned and sanitized before being used. I will be back for future piercings.

I cant see your response to my rating, so Ill just post on here. I came in a few months ago looking for some jewelry for an ear piercing and the facility didnt have any that would work. The lady was nice, and nothing was wrong, just a very short experience. Not much information to base a rating off of so I chose a neutral rating.

I went there to get my tounge perced and the first thing i noticed was how clean it was there. The workers were amazing and calm and positive and had a good variety of piercings to choose from they recommend some things for my healing and advise I recommend coming here for a piercing or your first. :)

I got my septum pierced here the other day and I had the best experience (: even though I got a little woozy after I got the piercing, she helped me stay calms and distracted while in the process of piercing my nose! also gave me some candy and water to help after I got dizzy! I love my septum and will definitely be going back for future piercings!
