Chad did an amazing job, this half sleeve is all about my 3 grandbabies. Birth month flowers and a little bug for each one and the butterfly just because.. Im so in love with it..color will be done after this heals.

I got my septum piercing from hope and it was amazing! I have a deviated septum and yet she still pierced it and it healed amazingly!! Shes takes no bs and I adore that. Absolute would recommend her ^^ and her assistant was amazing too!

My daughter got her ears pierced and I got a tattoo and we both had wonderful experiences. Super clean and comfortable and the team is clearly serious about their work. We will absolutely go back.

I came in knowing I wanted my lower lip pierced, but wasn’t sure what type of piercing would complement the rest of my facial piercings. Based on their recommendations, I got a great piercing from Hope and a great jewelry choice from Mandee. They both have such an eye for detail and are very knowledgeable! Great experience for sure.

Initially I was excited to visit a local business to get my septum pierced. I saw online that it was LGBTQ+ friendly and was excited too!that changed when I entered the building. The person who took my call was kind over the phone! Nathan I think his name was, but when I entered the building it didnt feel friendly at all. The employees all felt just annoyed to even be there. I dont expect employees to be jumping for joy of course, but they all genuinely looked angry at the prospect of even having to sit in the shop.It was LGBTQ+ safe, but definitely not friendly.When I was taken back to get my piercing done, the woman who pierced my nose cut me off in conversation a lot, from the other reviews I read based off of what i remember from her, I think it was Hope.The piercing itself didnt go well at all. She didnt pierce the sweet spot and told me, like she seems to tell everyone else, that I dont have the right anatomy for it. she pierced the very bottom of my nose, it was extremely painful and it was definitely not supposed to go there. the resistance made her have to push my head against the direction of the needle, I heard a crunching noise. I told her I thought she hit cartilage, she cut me off and said if I hit cartilage you would KNOWshe also forgot to bend the ring.I walked out of the shop extremely disoriented and sick. Months went by and it never healed properly, despite cleaning it and refusing to mess with it. Eventually I went to have it taken out at the Yakima mall. The girl there was such a sweetheart, if you need a piercing done or removed, go there instead. She took one look at my piercing and muttered oh, oh my god NO.She was very friendly and LGBTQ+ safe, if i remember on her card her name was Rose!She removed it, and it was a HASSLE. She was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel not just safe, but comfortable too.Do not pass up the mall for this place, the person I met at the mall to take my botched septum out was infinitely kinder and did a much better job. And they do it for much cheaper. I want to believe it was just a bad day, but reading all the other reviews like mine, it wasnt, this is just average protocol for this place, which was really saddening.If you dont want to do piercings you dont have to, why treat your customers like garbage for asking for something you advertise?I feel so much better now that the septum is removed, but sometimes my nose still stings in that same place even though its been over a year.The third picture demonstrates where the septum should be, and that I do have the right anatomy for it. The employees at Crazy Ink are nothing short of incredible. They do beautiful work and are incredibly knowledgeable about both tattoos and piercings. Easily the best piercers and tattoo artists in Yakima, if not the state of Washington! Don’t let people’s personal vendettas fueled by lies and hatred skew your view of this establishment. They are some of the most talented and respectable people in the industry and they deserve all the flowers! I get tattooed and pierced from this shop specifically because of the talent and knowledge that each one of their employees have, you should too!

My favorite tattoo Ive ever had done, was done by Chad at this shop. The whole staff was extremely professional and beyond knowledgeable. Ive never had a single issue with my tattoo or any of my experiences at this location. I recommend this buisness over any of the other tattoo/piercing shops in yakima.

Went for Friday the 13th piercing special. Hope and Mandy were great and helped me figure out which piercings would work with my ears. I got a rook and flat piercings. Mandy did a wonderful job and it was quick and relatively painless lol. I will be going back for more ear piercings from them in the future :)

I’ve gotten most of my piercings here and it’s always been a great experience for me. I had to take them out recently due to having a very grabby baby but I’ll definitely be going back there to get them redone again

Alright so this is only for Hope the piercer the other piercer is great I love her. So I got my septum a while back by Hope and she told me that I didnt have the right anatomy for it. She still pierced me and it was a little crooked but after going to a different studio I got my septum looked at by 3 others and they all felt up in my nose and said I have great anatomy for it and they were able to get my jewelry changed and it was great. Then I come to find out my sister came to hope as well before I had told her my experience. Hope decided to start talking bad about me saying Its fine if I dont have the right anatomy because its just more money in her pockets. I would like to add that not everyone in Yakima has a deviation with their septum yet about 10-12 others I know who got a septum by Hope got told they have one. I understand she has been peircing for years but I think that she is unprofessional and overall rude to her clients and not knowledgeable with these things. I wouldnt recommend coming here.

Took my daughter to get a nose piercing. When I asked about getting her piercing more towards the crease I was told that it shouldn’t be in the crease. Did my research, turns out that’s a typical placement. Mine is on my crease healed with no issues.Her piercing was quick and smooth.l though. I also asked for a quote for a 2-3 inch tattoo (it was lettering) was quoted at $200-250. But there was another gal there getting letters wrapped around the wrist for $150 lol.

I went in today to get my second lobes done. This cost me $70 but included the piercings as well as the aftercare. I found a couple of other places that would have done it for less money but the quality also would have been significantly lower. The price was well worth it. Hope did an awesome job explaining proper piercing care and executing the piercing itself in a quick and painless way. She even showed me how many piercings my ear could realistically have and did this set in a way that provided room for the rest. I was glad that I chose this place and will certainly come here for any other piercings.

Been coming here for a long time, Hope did my nipple piercings a year apart as I wasnt sure if I wanted them both done. Despite the time she said made them both equally even. I highly recommend coming here!

Update: Went back to Hope to get an another piercing. Nothing has changed. She is still amazing and thorough with everything. Her new shop is awesome. Cant wait for my next visit.Arrived shortly before closing and Hope was more than willing to get me and my family taken care of. Was eager to answer any questions we had. Thoroughly went over after care needs. Will definitely be going back for my next piercing!

I had a very unpleasant experience while inquiring about the price of a nose piercing over the phone prior to visiting the establishment. I clearly communicated what I wanted, but upon arrival, I discovered a discrepancy in the quoted price with no explanation. Lady displayed dismissive behavior, including eye-rolling and reluctance to provide information about the service I wanted. Feeling dissatisfied, I attempted to leave, but the staff insisted that I proceed with the service. Reluctantly, I agreed under pressure, only to observe the lady reluctantly approach her work area, audibly expressing discontent and exhibiting annoyance by forcefully handling her equipment. At that point, I found the unprofessionalism unbearable and chose to leave without completing any paperwork or providing identification. The entire experience, from the moment I entered, made me feel profoundly uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

I got my nipple pierced a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience. The two ladies who helped me gave me great advice on what to wear to decrease irritation, and how to properly care for them afterwards. It was quick, easy and they used good material. They also gave me exactly what I needed for aftercare with instructions. I’ve had my nipples pierced before at a different location but ended up having to remove them after a year due to pain and irritation. My piercings now are feeling great and are healing so much better. Thank you ladies ❤️

We brought our child to get their ears pierced for the first time today with Hope. She was absolutely fantastic! Crazy Ink is hands down one of the best shops in town. Chad has done alot of my tattoos and he always does great work, very professional and friendly as hell. If youre more into piercings, Hope and Mandy are very passionate about their work and know everything there is to know about it. Mandee is especially patient with younger people who come in for thier first piercing. These guys are the best 😄

Went to Crazy Ink last week to get my belly button pierced, as soon as i walked in the door most employees were sitting there on their phones, it took them a while to even acknowledge that i just walked in the door. Once she finally noticed i was there Hope took a look at my belly button for no more than a few seconds & immediately told me she couldn’t pierce it because she doesn’t have the jewelry to fit my anatomy. The reasoning she gave hardly made any sense to me at all & every time i tried to clarify & understand what she meant she would immediately just say no again & began to get very pushy with me. I left & got it done somewhere else with absolutely no problem at all. Very unprofessional & unfriendly place, i do not reccomend.

Ive had 2 piercings and a tattoo done so far by Hope and Chad and they are awesome! Chad made me feel very comfortable and I definitely recommend both these lovely people!

I went and got my nose pierced. My first piercing besides my ears when I was 13. Definitely not the experience I was expecting. Very disappointed in the fact that after doing my piercing it took her several minutes to get the back on my jewelry as she forgot to bend the piece before inserting it into my nose. And she had to bend it after it was already in. It was far more painful than the actual piercing and I would expect with that level of experience to be on point. And Im not happy with the placement 😕 she told me why she couldnt do it were most people have them. And thats my fault I should have said never mind. Lesson learned.

I brought my 4 year old to get her ears pierced, as she had been asking for the past year. They had two piercers at the same time so she only had to sit for the time of one. They were quick, friendly and veryn good with a young child.I have also had multiple cartilage piercings done here and she was able to replace one that fell out for free

Went in for an earlobe piercing and loved the whole vibe of the place. Hope did my ears for 25$ per piercing. I have a severe needlephobia and she helped me through the whole process. Definitely recommend.

Went here about a year ago to get my septum pierced. right off the bat, the lady that was working was wiping her runny nose w/ her hands. she didn’t go wash her hands, she just put some hand sanitizer on and called it good. she seemed like she was in a rush and was a bit pushy and mean. made me feel dumb for asking questions about the piercing/healing process. the septum was pierced extremely crooked. (they should not have let me walk out of the shop like that) i left it in but it took a whole year for the pain to subside whenever i touched or moved the jewelry. definitely not my best piercing experience. maybe it was just a bad day for her but i would recommend going somewhere that’s more comforting and respectful towards their customers.

Piercer wasnt very friendly. I just needed my piercings taken out (werent done by her), I get its a free service but I still tipped her for her time. She acted like I didnt know anything about piercings when Ive had 12+ body piercings not including ears. She was very rough taking them out in such a tender spot, didnt talk me through it nothing. Also tried to convince me to keep them despite me being sure I wanted them out. Said they werent infected when they were red, tender and oozing, not a doctor so therefore she didnt know. I recommend going elsewhere for any piercing needs.

She was very professional, polite, & informative. She explained everything before she did it. It was nice to have someone who didnt treat you like you were stupid just because you didnt know how everything was done, or the names of each piercing.Also the prices were very reasonable.Overall it was a great experience.I will be going back.

My daughter wanted an industrial piercing. Hope did explain the piercing and what to expect, however she choose the wrong size bar and had to repierce the ear because she couldnt find the holes she just made. I had a tragus piercing done, and its way too close to my face and its crooked. Buyer beware, do your homework. I would not recommend this place.

Had an awful experience here getting my industrial done.. the lady kept piercing halfway though and then shoving it through the rest of the way on both sides. The bar was way too short and made me ear swell for almost 3 months, I have huge bumps that Im still trying to get rid of... I just went somewhere else and got a longer bar and they continued to tell me everything they did at Crazy Ink was totally wrong. Dont suggest at all...

Worst experience ever! I had the Daith pierced by Hope. The placement was wrong and very shallow. She used the wrong jewelry for this type of piercing. She was rude and very rushed. Shouts to Badder ink in Kennewick for helping me out with my piercing!

Great artists ( Ive used them in the past), but horrible customer service. Reached out to them 3 times, was told Id get a text from my preferred artist (no response from him). Sent them a message on facebook, they didnt open my message till weeks later. Not going back, find somewhere else to go

Luis is a terrible artist. His pricing ridiculous & has messed up on my tattoos twice. And since he is dating someone in my family I gave him another chance after the first mess up and he doesn’t seem to understand fair pricing, good customer service or know how to do a tattoo the way you want it. I once gave him a full week to draw out my two roses (in which he said he would charge me $250-300) on my forearm. The next week I go into the shop to get it done. He draws one rose up and does a half job and says I owe him 300 for the single rose. I would definitely not recommend him to anyone. He is absolutely terrible. Go somewhere else.

We were finishing up a fairly large road trip to southern utah and wanted to get a tattoo before we went home. Checked in 3 places in Utah and no one could do what we wanted without 6 hours or 700$. We checked in a few places in Yakima still with no avail until I stumbled on Crazy Ink IT IS SIMPLY AMAZING! I called them and they said of course! Juan was our tattoo artist and I cant not say enough about him he was fantastic some of the best line work Ive ever had and just kept the conversation going. If you need a tattoo and have sometime then you need to stop by and ask for juan! We are so thankful and appreciate every detail. Thanks again Juan!

She was rude, I got my first nose pierced, yea it was nice but she never warned me about nothing or told me about not being able to swim.
