Got an industrial in my ear. Very professional and welcoming atmosphere. The shop is even set up well. Lisa did great getting multiple ppl done fast and looking good. My granddaughter and I went in for a random tattoo one day and we got paired with Gina. Not only did we love our first tattoo but we returned and got another matching one. Went here today to get my first tattoo and an industrial piercing, being in there is like being surrounded by family. Debbie was my artist, and I absolutely love her! I watched her ink my mom about a year or so ago, so I already knew her and was super comfortable. Shes worked her magic on 3/4 of my family members, so be reassured that her work is beyond phenomenal!I went to Lisa for my industrial, and she was also a gem. The process was quick and pretty painless, and she made sure everything was safe and sterile. She didnt rush the procedure either, and made sure everything fit and was appropriate for my little ear.Everyone on staff is amazing, from Rox at the front desk to every artist there. Artistic is well worth your time and money, I know Ill be back again.

We brought our 6-year-old daughter here to get her ears pierced, it was explained to us that getting them done by a professional piercer is better than going to the mall, Lisa was the one who did it and she was absolutely fantastic with our daughter, she was up front about the whole process with us and our daughter, warm, welcoming, and made the experience fantastic, obviously a place like this could be a little intimidating for a little girl, but every person we interacted with from the time we walked in the door was awesome..... Drake was a super cool guy and very friendly! Very clean and sterile. He discussed what he planned on doing before hand and asked for my input. Made sure the tweak he did to it was ok with me as it was a hand drawn picture my daughter did.

I just wanted to say that I am so pleased with Lisa who is the piercer at this shop. She is by far the ONLY person I will go to if I decide to get more piercings. I had my conch pierced by Lisa a month ago and I got my rook pierced today by her also. My healing process has been phenomenal for my conch so far, and Im sure the same will go for my rook. I know that my healing process for my conch has been good so far because Lisa properly cleaned my ear before the piercing, was being extremely sanitary in the process constantly changing her gloves (especially during the covid-19) and everything was done in a professional way as it should be to avoid infection if you get a piercing which Lisa did the right way. Not only was I impressed by that, but she is a very comfortable person to talk to and made me feel at ease for both of my piercing sessions. Her personality and her amazing work is what made me come back a month later to get another piercing and Im inlove with it! I would 10/10 recommend going to her for a piercing and plan on telling all my friends and family about her.

Great place to get your body mods! Lisa is an amazing piercer so kind and understanding. She makes youbfeel very comfortable when getting pierced. All the tattoo artists are great too! 🖤 *Edit* my last tattoo was getting my ankle touched up and my grandmas writing saying Love Grandma, Jack was my artist. He did good on the touch up, the writing looking like she wrote it in sharpie. I should have stopped him when he went over the same line 3x. Its now raised on that spot. He was recommended for his great linework.

Got a helix and belly button done by Lisa. Both were painless and very professional. Prices were decent and I definitely recommend them for piercings. The only downside is, I lost my helix piercing because she gave me and earring that didn’t allow enough room for swelling, which in turn, got embedded in my ear and had to be removed. I still believe they are a wonderful facility and hopefully my experience is not reflective of the business.

I had my ears pierced here just a few weeks ago by Lisa. She very professional, sanitary, and informative. They used a clean needle for each of my 8 piercings, even though they were all for me and in one session. She also changed her gloves multiple times during the session to make certain that things were as sanitary and safe as possible. Everything was explained clearly both before and as it happened. Aftercare instructions were clear, and my ears are healing well. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants to get piercings.

Lisa did an amazing job with my double helix. Its been 30 yrs since I had any piercing & that was my ear lobes back then, she did an amazing job & its a little over a week & my ear is completely healed. I would highly recommend going here for a piercing!!

Lisa fixed my helix piercing a previous piercer messed up. We also added a forward helix. she was super kind and made you feel welcomed. Definitely where I will be going for all my future piercings!

I got my conch done and was pleased with it, but I had concerns because it was getting extremely swollen. I understand new piercings will swell and take time heal, but this was extreme. When I went in to get it checked by her, she was very rude and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. A week later I had to get it removed because the swelling was so bad that the earring back was literally going through my ear. I asked multiple different piercers and every one said that the earring bar she put in was way too small and pierced at a horrid angle. And when I asked her about the angle and bar, she got all defensive and made me feel stupid for questioning her. Not happy with my experience.

Lisa is clean, quick and professional ! She did my nose about 1 year ago and did the other side of my nose and my eyebrow yesterday. Painless(for me) and quick. Maybe 2-3 drips of blood from the eyebrow. Nothing else *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR PIERCINGS* 5 stars from me *****

I took my son here for his first tattoo. They gave us a price up front, we had to schedule out a month, but the work was exactly what he wanted. It was clean, everyone was super friendly and Jeremy does amazing work. Highly recommend for a first tattoo!

I got my belly button pierced here and Lisa was amazing! She filled me in on everything I wanted to know and was very patient! Highly recommend this place if you want somewhere very clean and knowledgeable.

I had one tattoo done by Jeremy, and the process took a little while to get going. He took a couple weeks longer for the drawing than he said, then took a couple more weeks just to get me scheduled. I had it done and he did good work, so I decided to get another. It took almost a month just to get the drawing from him, then over a month again just to get an appointment. I waited 3 months for the appointment, and the day of he cancelled my first one. Then one my next appointment, he called in sick and didnt even bother to inform me. I called back when everything reopened, having months to cool off, I decided everyone has stuff going on, I wanted to be understanding. So, I decided to call and try to get my stuff rescheduled since anywhere else I would have to start everything over again. They told me Jeremy would call me back, and he never did.They are friendly but this is about as unprofessional as I think you can get. I have told just about everyone I know that has tattoos not to waste literally months of their time trying to get a tattoo here.

My sister got a piercing here and the prices were good and she is happy with it. What really ruined the experience for the rest of us waiting on her to be finished is the couple engaging in Very inappropriate acts right in the middle of the lobby and in front of the front window. She is underage and it is awful that nothing was done about this. Staffed like a ghost town that for an hour no one noticed this nor did I even see anyone to report it to. VERY uncomfortable and appalling experience.

He was very thorough filling in the color and took his time to make sure no spots were missed. He asked me how I was doing periodically throughout the session and made me feel very comfortable. Just got my nose pierced here on Tuesday, walk in with a friend of mine. Beautiful shop, piercer was a delight to be around, she gave clear instructions and was very clean. I Will definitely be coming again!

PIERCINGS: Requested symmetrical piercings and they were crooked. Lisa told me it was because of my body (a valid reason)-- but I wish she had told me they would be crooked BEFORE getting pierced (and I had addressed concerns prior to). I removed them, they were so visibly off. She bent the threadless part when inserting it into the post and so it would never heal right-- the post would be crooked in the piercing in order for the head to be flush, or if the post was straight, the head was not flush and got caught on everything causing the piercing to get agitated.

I have not one good thing to say about this place. Worse experience ever. Terrible customer service. RUDE!! LAZY! Went to Drake for a chest piece. Wouldnt give me a quote/time frame, had to wait two months for the first appointment (which is okay) but then told me not to worry about making a second session when I made the first one (which 2 sessions was suppose to be enough to finish it) that he would fit me in. He also failed to tell me that my huge deposit was non refundable. Not that that mattered because he made sure to tattoo as slow as possible to finish each session. I finally get in for a second session only to have him cancel it. I had to reschedule for a more convenient time to him. So far it has taken him almost 7 hours (the guy that is going to be finishing it said it would have taken him 4-6 hours total and could have been done in one sitting) and I still need almost ALL of my color/shading done. At my second session I tried to make my next appointment, but he was in a hurry to get out and he told me not to worry that I would get back in in three weeks on a Monday. Okay thats prefect. I call in three days later after the weekend and he tells me he has filled all those appointments. So instead of just putting me down and calling me with a time (he knew I was free anytime time after 2pm) he filled them all. Now he wants me to wait another two months for my THIRD session. Not only that but basically price wise the outline alone and a little shading has now cost me $800!!!!! WTF I dont mind paying but there comes a point in time where your now just bending me over. Hes a fat lazy slob and I would NEVER recommend that place to anyone now because of my experience. They not only lost me as a customer, but anyone that I can get to listen about what I went through hopefully will go else where.

Jeremy is amazing. Im very picky and a perfectionist and i have had all my tattoos done by him. He is patient and understanding with my obsession over minor details and i will never get a tattoo from anyone else...ever.

Got my tattoo done there on a friday, which is a walk in day. I had the artist Jack and he was very very nice and he calmed me down as it was my first tattoo and he did a wonderful job. Would recommend this place over any other in the area as i drove 40 mins to go there.

I cannot speak to the quality of tattooing at Artistic. I was turned off enough by the customer service, that I didnt return for the actual work. I witnessed one of the artists treat a first-time, young client in such a way as to intimidate and pressure her into getting work she didnt want (luckily she left and didnt get the work). Getting a tattoo for the first time is nerve-wracking enough; explain the process thoroughly and allow for questions. This artist became defensive immediately when the client wanted a change made even though she was not demanding in any way. First timers beware. You are paying too much to put up with that.

Would give no ☆ if it were posable. Been going there 12 years. Have had good and bad tattoos done by them. Debbie is great. Drake is arrogant. Jeremy is is a nice guy and hes quick. Jack has done many tattoos forme over the years. The last two he did, did not come out that good. Wobbly lines. Pressing too hard. And Goin too deep. Bad scarring and scabing even a month after it was done. Have had better work done in prison with a lighter spring and a CD player motor.Forget everything youve learned in preschool. Dont bother lining up or standing in front of the door to be the first in. Apparently, you can sit in your car and just stroll in when they open. As long as you say you were there first. You will be the first to get service.

The piercer did my piercing good. However, i didn’t like her attitude and she was a bit rude to me with a very rude tone.

I had heard a lot of good things about this place, but found them not to be true. I got a tattoo from Jack and ended up with an extremely non-symmetrical nautical star that looked very faded after less than a week. I will never tattoo there again.

My mother went to get a memorial tattoo for my sister. It was not what she wanted and she had to pay 150 dollars for it. She then went back to get it fixed and they kind of made it worse. And after they made it worse she had to pay 50 more dollars for the fix.
