Love Always Tattoo

As of now, Ive been to Love Always twice, both my appointments with Taylor. She is amazing! I love the studio and everything they offer. I believe the relationship with your artist and the environment of the studio play a big role in your enjoyment of getting a tattoo; thats what you can look forward to at Love Always. I also want to give a little shout-out to Shea. I ended up talking to her while waiting for my appointment, and I really enjoyed everything we shared, even though brief. Looking forward to my next visit! :)

Love Always Tattoo is my favorite tattoo studio in Joshua Tree and has been my go to for the past 2 years.The studio is welcoming, spacious, and clean! I can see and feel how much thought and attention went into creating a beautiful and relaxing space.Gabriella has tattooed 5 pieces that are on my arm. She is lovely to work with and so passionate about what she creates. Im appreciative of how communicative and attentive she is throughout the whole process from start to finish too. I couldnt be happier with how each tattoo turned out and cant wait to get more in the future.Thank you again Gabriella and the entire Love Always team, you all are amazing at what you do and incredibly talented! I love my tattoos from Love Always Tattoo! I got my last four tattoos from this wonderful shop. All were hand poked and done so beautifully. Taylor Compton is an amazing artist. I would send a few images of what I had in mind, and she would put her own spin on it and each time it came out perfectly! I love that this business is woman owned and run, and it is so clean and inviting. I highly recommend if you are looking for a local hand poked artist. Shout out to Gabriella who did my palm tree - she is fantastic too!

A month ago I had the pleasure of getting a tattoo from Taylor, and the experience was absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, Taylor made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her attention to detail and artistic talent is truly remarkable. She took the time to listen to my ideas (via email since I contacted her ahead of time--this shop is by appointment only) and she brought it to life with precision and creativity. Her studio was super clean and professional, and Taylors friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I couldnt be happier with the result of my tattoo and the whole experience entirely (which is what matters to me the most when it comes to getting tattoos). I highly recommend Taylor to anyone looking for a fantastic tattoo artist in Joshua Tree!

I had a tattoo appointment with Taylor a while ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Communication beforehand was seamless; she made sure to ask all the right questions to fully understand what I wanted and provided plenty of information about the healing process. Finding the tattoo studio was easy, and parking was very convenient.Upon arrival, I found the studio to be exceptionally clean and adorably decorated, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Taylor was even more friendly and welcoming in person than she had been in her messages. She showed me the design and offered different stencil sizes to help me choose the best fit. She also informed me about the risks associated with the placement, especially since it was a finger tattoo that might fade over time.During preparation, Taylor was meticulous, and her station was impeccably clean. The tattoo itself was small, so it didn’t take very long, and I personally found it less painful than a traditional machine tattoo.Taylor also checked in with me later to see how my tattoo was healing, which I really appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience at Love Always Tattoo! Taylor was awesome to work with, was communicative through the scheduling and design process and asked all the right questions to help me feel at ease. The vibe of the studio is calming and welcoming, my tattoo took about 7-8 hours and was a lovely experience. The healing process was easy, no scabbing or discomfort. Looking forward to scheduling my next one with Taylor!

My partner and I got tattoos from Taylor when we visted Joshua Tree and she is amazing! The entire experience from first contact to final tattoo was great. She is very communicative when creating the tattoo idea and made it easy to schedule and appointment.Our tattoos are high quality and look amazing. Taylor did amazing job on my sunflower piece! She was so nice and kind. The shop is so cute, clean and gives good vibes. Booking was easy. Taylor communicated very well up until the appointment. Highly recommend going if you’re wanting a cool unique piece!

I recently got my fourth tattoo from Taylor at Love Always and, as always, I love my tattoo and my experience with Taylor. The vibe is always relaxed and Taylor is friendly, kind and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience so great. Just as it says in the shop, tattoo is self-care and that is a big reason I keep coming back to Taylor. Shes a true artist and Im so honored to have her art on my body. Taylor is a fantastic tattoo artist! She is personable and has such inviting atmosphere at her shop. Tattoo shops can often be intimidating and we did not feel that way at all! She even checked back in with us to see how we were doing and how our tattoos looked. I would 1000% get another tattoo from Taylor! Highly recommend!

I’ve gotten 5 pieces done by Taylor and I have plans for many more. I get so many compliments on her pieces as they are stunning! Not only is Taylor so amazingly talented but she’s also so fun and lovely to talk to so time flies by! She is the sweetest gal ever and her work is unmatched. 10/10 would recommend.

Taylor is amazing!! My partner and I got matching Joshua tree tattoos and Taylor helped us through the design process and placement. They healed amazing, best any tattoo has healed with almost no scabbing and the tattoo studio was an absolute vibe. 1000% will be back next time we are in Joshua tree!!

I’ve been following the shop for years and finally came to town to get a tattoo. Taylor was so nice, made me feel super comfortable, and I didn’t feel rushed. The shop has such an inviting vibe, very different from other tattoo shops. Talking to Taylor, it’s easy to see that she’s passionate about tattooing, but more than that, about taking care of her clients. My favorite form of self-care happens at Love Always Tattoo. The environment is intimate and vibes are immaculate. The pieces I’ve had done by Taylor are my favorite not only because the quality of work and attention to detail but because the experience as a whole is so unique.

I’ve gotten 3 tattoos now from Love Always - 2 from Taylor and 1 from a visiting artist. In fact, I got my very first tattoo from Taylor! Working with Taylor is super easy and chill, and the studio is cute & clean. I get so many compliments on my tattoos, and I’m always thinking about what work I’m going to get next. I love being able to support a local biz. 5 stars all the way.

My wife and I had the pleasure of being tattooed by Taylor. We had decided rather spontaneously to get tattoos while in town to commemorate our wedding anniversary. Taylor was kind enough to get us a last minute appointment. This was our first experience with hand poke tattoos and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I was in the area on a bit of a self-healing retreat in which I had some profound internal shifts that I wanted to acknowledge in a very permanent and meaningful way. Fortunately for me, Gabriella was able to get me in. She was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel that my small tattoos were just as important to her as they were to me. The studio is calming (almost spa-like) and clean. Gabriella knows what she is doing and was able to help me bring my extremely crude ideas to life in a beautiful way. She was able to help guide me to ensure the placement of the tattoos would work with the lines of my body and look gorgeous on me. I seriously can not say enough. When I am back in the area, I will be returning to Love Always!!!

I have gotten five pieces from Taylor since 2019 and have completely enjoyed every experience at Love Always. Taylor is the definition of professional, as you’ll feel as soon as you enter the studio. She places an easy emphasis on being welcoming, compassionate, and conversational while inking. Her work is detailed and created with clear intentionality and passion. She’s my favorite artist, without question, and my first contact when the urge for a new piece comes a’knocking.

Highly recommend Love Always Tattoo. I have gotten a tattoo from both Taylor and Gabriella. They are highly educated in their craft. I feel at ease as they provide a calm relaxing modern environment and walk you through everything professionally. The shop is kept very clean as well as their handling of equipment. Received my first tattoo from Taylor and am absolutely in love with it! The studio was clean, the artists were kind and professional and very understanding if youre a newbie. Everything was well explained and very thorough, and you can tell Taylor puts a lot of effort into her clients tattoo designs. All of my friends are fawning! I’ve been here twice for two tattoos from Taylor & cannot recommend this studio enough. The space is beautifully crafted, comfortable, and you can tell there has been a lot of thought put in. But the actual tattoo work Taylor does is absolutely incredible! She really listens to what you’d like done and the execution is beautiful. The other artists at the studio are also incredible too. Both times I’ve been, the other artists were there working with their own clients, and everyone was just overall positive & happy. I wish all studios were like this :)

Amazing amazing experience here for my partner an I! We both had Taylor tattoo us, our first tattoos - and she was fantastic at walking us through how she designs the tattoo and then the actual tattoo process. She made it super comfortable to ask questions without feeling dumb. Her style and her artwork are next-level and couldnt have asked for a better experience - would 100% recommend this shop to all!

Wonderful experience for my first and second tattoos. My pieces were done by the lovely Taylor and I’m SO pleased with them!If you’re looking to book you’ll have to do so through their website, they’re not open for walk-ins. But that’s part of why the experience is so special: the artists are there for you and only you. The parlor space is so relaxing: plenty of greenery, a few crystals and pale pink walls. I felt very relaxed during the whole process. The neon sign on the wall sums it up nicely “tattoos are self care” 💖

If you are in the area, stop by and get tattooed by one of the shops talented artists - this is a tattoo studio unlike any other youve been to!
