Raven was so kind and helpful during my first cartilage piercing!! She answered all my questions and the whole process was done very sterile and professionally. I liked how caring she was in her talking me through everything she was doing.

Got my helix pierced on Friday, 6/14 after researching local piercers and finding Raven. I can’t say enough good things about Raven - so informative, helpful, kind, and communicative. I had zero worries leading up to my appointment (everything was done via Instagram messages and an online booking link) and was totally comfortable going in. The shop, Ink Boss in Abington, was super clean and bright, and my ten year old was able to pull up a chair and watch (which they absolutely loved). Raven walked me through each step of the piercing process, which was super quick, and the aftercare instructions/follow up. If I ever decide to get anything else pierced in the future, I will definitely go back to Raven/Ink Boss!

My daughters (11 and 8) asked to get theirs ears pierced. I saw this local place had great reviews and gave them a shot. I called ahead of time and was glad I did. Raven was professional, thorough, and kind. She explained the identification I would need that would be acceptable and even sent me the forms via text so I could complete everything before arriving. Parking close was easily accomplished on the street. Upon arrival, the store was brightly lit, clean, and we found all the employees polite and fun. When my kids expressed hesitation and concerns, everyone was patient, compassionate, discussed the importance of consent, and said if they weren’t comfortable, that was that. No pressure whatsoever. I offered to get a piercing as well and they watched while I had Raven pierce my tragus. Another employee described it as not so bad when I asked about pain. He was also kind and fun. Lovely humans work here and deserve your business. (FAR better than bringing your kid to Claire’s!! They were soooo clean! Sterilized everything!) I had a great experience and, should the topic come up again with my kids, I’ll for sure be using Ink Boss. I highly recommend them.

I brought my 15-year-old daughter in for her first ear lobe piercing. Raven was amazing to work with! She took the time to explain everything to us before, during, and after the piercing. My daughter was extremely comfortable and pleased with the process. I would highly recommend Raven!

Raven is awesome. She switched out my navel ring into a more hypoallergenic jewelry and she did my nose re-piercing. Shop was clean. Raven is a pro and explained every step in the process. Highly recommend.I also had a very delicate tattoo by Naim. He was equally as professional, taking every safety precaution between clients. He is a great collaborator. He was meticulous about tattoo placement, checking every angle and used a very delicate needle for the requested tattoo. Highly recommend.

Got two tongue piercings by Raven and all I can say is WOW! First off these piercings are beautiful and I’m excited to wear them. Secondly, she ensured I knew what was going on at ALL times. Got a forward helix and a piercing change from Raven and she was awesome!! Very chill vibe and was super helpful when I started to feel faint during the piercing. Also very easy to schedule with when I had to downsize the backing. Will definitely be coming back!!

My best friend and I went and got nose piercings done by Raven a month ago and were really nervous. She explained the entire process and told us what to expect, which calmed our nerves. Additionally, she explained what she was during at each step during the piercing process. I got my nose pierced almost 2 weeks ago by Raven. I cannot recommend her enough. Her eye to detail is extremely impressive. I wear glasses, and after she marked my nose for the piercing, she asked me to put my glasses back on to make sure they would not interfere with each other. I previously got my forward helix done a few months ago at a different shop and I was having issues with it. I came in as a walk-in and Raven helped me out. I felt immediately welcomed as I came into the shop. She was completely honest and told me how the size of the jewelry was incorrect. I got my septum and labret done originally by someone else, but the lady gave me a vertical labret instead, and my septum closed up. Thats so Raven over here did them both, PLUS my nose piercing. The way she asks how you are, what she is doing, and when she is doing it, explains what her methods are and why they are needed. It makes the stabbing a lot easier to take, especially when doing two or three at once. I want the other side of my nose done, and I wouldnt get it lessen it was by her.

Erwin is a great tattoo artist. Ive been going to erwin for every tattoo i need. His heart is pure he communicate with you and makes sure you are comfortable. His work is astonishing. You can give him a piece you want done and he will make that piece better than what you showed him either by adding a twist to it or just making it look sharper. If you aint going to erwin your tat just aint right. Erwin is highly recommended.

This place has a loyal customer for life after today. I went in impulsively after I decided to get my septum pierced. I waited about 30 min for my turn as a walk in. The staff at the desk were very kind. I don’t remember the girl who pierced me name but she was great! She disinfected the area once it was my turn, she was very professional and still very kind! She walked me through the process and we were done quick. I began to feel sick (lightheaded and dizzy) shortly after my piercing and before I could even pay and felt like I was on the verge of passing out. Heather was super kind and attentive with me. She gave me some medicine and water and allowed me to lie down in the back until I got it to there. She was very sweet & I wish I could thank her 100 times more.

Sam did an amazing job with my rook piercing. She was patient, quick, and gentle. She helped me decide on jewelry and placement (I knew I wanted an ear piercing but wasn’t sure where) and all in all made the experience comfortable. 10/10 will be back!

Guy was high as all hell and was promptly fired. The tattoo was supposed to be an American Flag buy instead looks like a 1st grader did it. Was offered a coverup ($450 value) but never used it due to life, work etc. Im choosing to have it removed at my own cost.

I have been to this location a few times along with the shop on bustleton pike and i have not been disappointed at all with the service I have received from the piercer, Riley. She’s always been VERY kind, professional, and seems very aware of what she’s doing when she was piercing me, helping me take out a piece of jewelry, or even switching one out for me. I went today because I just couldn’t get some of my jewelry out and she reassured me that she was able to remove it and did so in less than 30 seconds… easiest moment ever!! She then wrote me a list of all of the jewelry retainers to get which was a life savor!!! I’m always sooo happy to see her.. I’ve never had a piercer like her who’s so professional and just all around fantastic!

Okay seriously I normally never write reviews but my tattoo experience was horrible. The person who was doing my tattoo did a good job but went so hard on my skin it left me bleeding for hours, about a week into healing I noticed that the tattoo was patchy in the filling of the black areas and there was a lot of ink bleeding into my skin around the tattoo. Now this is a month in, I wanted to give it a chance with healing and all. My tattoo still is patchy ink bleeding is very apparent like a permanent bruise on my leg. Not only that he over worked my skin so it is very sensitive and has wrinkled due to scarring, the most disturbing part about my stay was that the two male tattoo artists were bragging about their skill and making fun of the female employee before she arrived to work. Honestly professional does not always mean youre gonna get the best work done but if you have been doing it for years I think its not that hard to differentiate the epidermis and the deep layers of the skin like muscle and other tissue layers. I called to ask if I could do anything and they tell me to call back which I did 3 times and it was a broken hotline.

Donel Dunn did an amazing job on my tattoo was very patient and very informative on the process of the tattoo, the after care and how to maintain the tattoo. He was also very friendly and made my first tattoo experience a breeze, definitely went up and beyond. Thank you again, will definitely get another appointment with him soon. Hands down my Best Mother’s Day present this year!!! Hubby did awesome when he took me to get this tattoo today! I’m in heaven 😇, y’all just don’t know!! I have an obsession with Snoopy🥰❤️ I light up and cheese so hard whenever I see Snoopy! It’s symbolic for my mother , who passed away, as we both LOVED all things Snoopy! So I have been collecting snoopy items for years in memory of her. Now I have this special beautiful tattoo right on my wrist to have her feel even closer!!🥰❤️😘 We went to Ink Boss Tattoo and Piercing on Easton Rd in Abington, PA. I would definitely recommend them! I was visiting from Norway and picked this place to add a tattoo on top of my old one after I saw the work they had done so far. Best tattoo experience I have ever had. From the second I came in I felt taken care of and all my needs/expectations were surpassed. My tattoo artist Nikki was an amazing talented artist that made this experience amazing. I cant speak warmly enough about the environment at ink boss. Everyone was friendly and easy to be with. I wish I could just hang there in my free time 🤣 So stop looking.. you have found the best tattoo studio. So thank you all, especially Nikki ❤️❤️ You all have given me a reason to travel all the way from Norway just to be here again.

Donel was extremely professional and made sure me and my sisters tattos were exactly what we wanted. The price was extremely reasonable and the process o the sketching and tattooing itself was super quick. Will definitely be back again.

OMG...What a great experience for my very first tat. I was very nervous about going but when I finally got up the nerve I was very impressed. The whole team including the owner made me feel comfortable. The place was immaculate and really looked like a high end salon. Nothing at all like some of the shops Ive passed by befor and chickened out on going through with it. Who knows maybe Ill get a motorcycle next and trade in my bmw. I got a pretty simple tattoo with a new tattoo artist called Gatsby and he was honestly amazing. It came out perfect, I cant stop staring at it. Definitely check not only the store out but also check him out.

They are so down to earth and professional and most importantly they do excellent work! I’ve gotten gauges, nose piercings, and tattoos here and I LOVED it each time. Will be going back soon.

Theres these two old guys one owns the store and the other is a great tattoo artist. They both monumentally suck. Theres some awesome energy here but they ruin it in a terrible way.

Horrible experience. The artist tells you he is available and then you get there and he gives you the end around and says he cant do the tat cause the pic isnt clear enough and then I tell him I have another pic and he still cant do it. Will not go here again and I suggest that no one does.
